In this work, we extend the theory of differential equations to differential-anti-differential equations and solve several types of such equations. To do this, first, we define a derivative-antiderivative operator with a base function and express derivatives and antiderivatives in the form of this operator. Next, we come to differential-anti-differential equations. To solve some of these equations, first, we investigate the Auxiliary equation(s) and find the roots. Roots are then used in the base function to get the exact solutions of the differential-anti-differential equation. The process can be used to solve several well-known differential equations such as Continuity, Heat, Wave, Laplace, Schrodinger, Euler, Blasius, etc. Our technique shows that every elementary function can solve several types of linear and non-linear ordinary as well as partial differential-anti-differential equations. In the modern era, marked by various and increasingly complex forms of inter-personal or institutional relationship of the natural persons, in the most diverse fields, such as banking, legal, communications, social media, educational and economic, carried out through the IT communication systems, which involve the processing of some various elements of a personal nature and of other aspects related to the dynamism of private life, it is raised for discussion the identification of some optimal ways to ensure the correctness and proportionality of the way of processing all this information by the operators legally authorized in this sense or by the persons empowered by these operators for the manner of carrying out the operations, automatizated or not, that involve the use of these data. It is also under discussion whether the state has any obligation in this field, in the event of insufficiency or defectiveness of the manner of regulating the means of control and of verification concerning the correctness of the processing of these data by the persons or institutions authorized in this field. The significant challenges with regard to the structuring of a balanced normative framework, which should stimulate and contribute to the development of the modern means of communication between private persons, as well as of institutional relationship between these and the state authorities are overcome only by the difficulties inherent to the systematization of the legislation necessary and appropriate to control the flow of personal information registered, stored, processed and used by the authorized operators or by the persons mandated by them, in the field under analysis. In this sense, considerable and constant efforts have been made at the level of the European Union to improve the legislation related to the processing of personal data, finalized with the adoption of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and regarding the free movement of these data, from which a series of relevant principles can be extracted to ensure an effective legal control regarding the mode of operation of this information and which constitute a good legal foundation for the development of some national normative systems, relevant and adequate for the protection of the private life of the natural persons, in terms of the processing of their data. The same regulation represents, at the same time, also the legal basis for engaging the main and direct liability of the authorized operators in the field of personal data processing, of the persons mandated by them in this field or of the authorized recipients of these data, the latter being confused usually with the assignees of such information. In the event that the state does not properly fulfil its negative obligation to refrain from any steps towards the processing, outside the legal order, of these data or does not respect its positive obligation to undertake any necessary and sufficient steps for holding accountable the guilty persons for an improper, inopportune or unreasonable use of these data, it is raised the issue whether the state, in its capacity as a generic guarantor in creating an adequate legal framework for the protection of these elements, has a subsidiary and objective liability or not in order to remove all the damages caused to natural persons injured by an unjustified or inadequate processing of their personal data, a question to which we intend to give a reasoned answer within this legal approach. With the rapid development of civil aviation industry, more and more tasks are required to fuel the aircraft. At present, the aircraft refueling task is mainly assigned to the refueling personnel by the dispatcher of the fuel supplier, one by one, according to the flight refueling information, after receiving the task, the refueling operator drives the refueling vehicle to the aircraft for refueling operation. The realization of electronic, information and big data analysis technology has gradually opened up the information channel of refueling system. Based on a large number of multi-dimensional data, according to the characteristics of aircraft refueling operation, an intelligent dispatching method for aircraft refueling vehicle is provided, which can automatically assign refueling tasks, avoid flight delays and the resulting serious waste of resources and can reduce the workload of the dispatcher. Through the intelligent dispatch, refueling resources can be reasonably allocated to ensure the timely refueling of aircraft and smooth completion of flight support tasks.

For mining processes to operate safely, information about safety is crucial. Numerous authors pay attention to fostering a good safety climate without paying attention to safety communication across organizational structure, which motivates this survey. Accordingly, this paper aims to check the hypothesis whether there is a difference between the attitudes of managers, operators, and auxiliary workers in the mining industry regarding safety communication, since differences on their attitudes about safety communication issues have potential to cause safety performance. A survey of 123 respondents working in different positions in Serbian mining companies, which have evaluated the importance of communication as well as the current state regarding the quality of communication in their organizations, was conducted. After evaluating the data and conducting descriptive statistics, followed by the Mann-Whitney test, it was determined that there are no statistically significant differences in the attitudes of managers, operators, and support staff toward safety communication. This indicates that issues with an organization's safety performance are not brought on by the differences on safety attitudes at different hierarchical levels. Proposal for the future research is to examine other possible causes, such as cognitive biases in risk perception, safety training and education and similar, and to use larger sample that may confirm our hypothesis.

Consider the power series with complex coefficients h(z)=∑k=0∞akzk and its modified version ha(z)=∑k=0∞|ak|zk. In this article, we explore the application of certain Hölder-type inequalities for deriving various inequalities for operators acting on the aforementioned power series. We establish these inequalities under the assumption of the convergence of h(z) on the open disk D(0,ρ), where ρ denotes the radius of convergence. Additionally, we investigate the norm and numerical radius inequalities associated with these concepts.

The main focus of this paper is on establishing inequalities for the norm and numerical radius of various operators applied to a power series with the complex coefficients h(λ)=∑k=0∞akλk and its modified version ha(λ)=∑k=0∞|ak|λk. The convergence of h(λ) is assumed on the open disk D(0,R), where R is the radius of convergence. Additionally, we explore some operator inequalities related to these concepts. The findings contribute to our understanding of operator behavior in bounded operator spaces and offer insights into norm and numerical radius inequalities.

In this work, we mainly study refinements and generalizations of the Young’s and its reverse inequalities. First, utilizing the famous weighted arithmetic and geometric mean inequality, we provide an alternative proof for the power version of the Young’s inequality given by Al-Manasrah and Kittaneh. In addition, some generalizations of the Al-Manasrah–Kittaneh’s inequalities are also given. They established several sharp Bernstein-type inequalities for this operator giving extensions and generalizations of various classical polynomial inequalities. In this paper, we establish sharp integral-norm estimates of Zygmund type for this operator and develop a unified method for getting various Bernstein-type inequalities and other related inequalities in the supremum-norm as special cases. A quasi-Toeplitz (QT) matrix is a semi-infinite matrix of the form A = T (a) + E where T(a) is the Toeplitz matrix with entries (T (a)) i , j = a j - i , for a j - i ∈ C , i , j ≥ 1 , while E is a matrix representing a compact operator in ℓ 2 . The matrix A is finitely representable if a k = 0 for k < - m and for k > n , given m , n > 0 , and if E has a finite number of nonzero entries. The problem of numerically computing eigenpairs of a finitely representable QT matrix is investigated, i.e., pairs (λ , v) such that A v = λ v , with λ ∈ C , v = (v j) j ∈ Z + , v ≠ 0 , and ∑ j = 1 ∞ | v j | 2 < ∞ . It is shown that the problem is reduced to a finite nonlinear eigenvalue problem of the kind W U (λ) β = 0 , where W is a constant matrix and U depends on λ and can be given in terms of either a Vandermonde matrix or a companion matrix. Algorithms relying on Newton's method applied to the equation det W U (λ) = 0 are analyzed. Numerical experiments show the effectiveness of this approach. This paper presents a report on cutting fluids utilization and its impacts on workers in machining workshops in Ibadan, Nigeria. The major users of cutting fluids and their workshops were identified. It was found that there are 103 operating metal workshops in Ibadan and these workshops are located within seven local government areas of the city. Out of the total number, 85 are in fabrication, 39 are in crankshaft operations and 32 are engaged in block boring operations. The type and consumption of cutting fluids, coolant delivery techniques, length of use before disposal, disposal methods, and monitoring maintenance were studied. The results indicated that the most used cutting fluid is soluble oil with average total consumption of 402 litres monthly. The pouring of spent cutting fluids on the ground is the most adopted disposal method. Research on occupation exposures to cutting fluids has suggested that machine operators in metal cutting are at high risk of developing cancer, allergenic disorders, and lung diseases. Results obtained also showed that less than 22% of machine operators were aware of occupational hazards. Few of the operators (23%) wore safety devices/clothing, and health and safety standards were neither practiced nor enforced. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper addresses the problem of assigning a number of operators, less than the number of machines, in a flow shop environment. We study two different problems. The first is the assignment of operators subject to a fixed job sequence; the second is on handling simultaneously the assignment of operators and the scheduling of jobs on the machines. We present complexity results and develop a new lower bound. Heuristic algorithms are designed for both problems. An experimental study is then conducted to evaluate the quality of our solving methods. The results show that the appropriate approach depends on the parameters of the problem, including the number of operators. Purpose – Malaysia is considered to be a relatively young country as compared to other older countries such as Japan, China and Australia in terms of the ageing population. However, until 2035, Malaysia will be in the ageing group countries as 15% of the entire population will be above 60 years of age. This situation is quite alarming as more and more ageing care centres will be required to fulfill the ongoing demands of the ageing population. The elderly care centres in Malaysia are categorised as public (sponsored by the government), private, and charity based that comes under religious centres. Currently, there are about 365 registered elderly care centres working in the main states of Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak, two states of the East Malaysia. Due to the importance of ageing population issues, the present study is conducted to explore the demographics facet of Malaysian’s elderly care centres. The main reason behind that lies on the fact that many of these centres are still labelled as being not well equipped and lacking behind in trained staff, equipment and also suffering from severe financial constraints but some still capable of working on a sustainability basis. Design/methodology/approach – Qualitative Research Strategy has been adopted, and 28 centres throughout Malaysia are included in this study. About 18 Operators from different centres and 15 caregivers were interviewed to get the holistic view of ageing care and facilities in their respective centres. Findings – The results highlight that the majority of centres are not receiving any financial help from the government, and few centres are doing small business such as supplying consumable medical and non-medical items and providing renting and rehabilitation centres facilities to sustain. The caregivers are facing issues such as excess workload, less salary, peer conflicts and non-cooperative centre leadership. Originality/value – The present study may help to provide useful information to the policymakers, which enables them to formulate the strategies for ageing care centres in Malaysia. As this study provides insight of components that have an impact on the overall wellbeing of elderly care centres, hence, it could help the care services providers to act as a rising star for Malaysian’s social life comfort.

The covid 19 pandemic led to the adoption of isolation as a preventive measure, and from that point on, changes began that had an impact on the lives of all human beings. Virtuality was introduced as a tool to be able to work, study, maintain social links and obtain social, medical and commercial services. In this context, the service "Containment and accompaniment of people in quarantine and/or with suspicions of Covid" was created to offer help to all those who needed it, this service operated through the virtual modality. The aim of this work is to explore the characteristics and ways of working of mental health operators. For this purpose, a quantitative methodology was used, and a checklist was used to obtain data to characterise aspects related to their therapeutic style. The results show that mental health operators carried out a novel system of care through new technologies, where they had to implement new tools and make the existing ones more complex. The potential of artificial intelligence (AI) has grown exponentially in recent years, which not only generates value but also creates risks. AI systems are characterised by their complexity, opacity and autonomy in operation. Now and in the foreseeable future, AI systems will be operating in a manner that is not fully autonomous. This signifies that providing appropriate incentives to the human parties involved is still of great importance in reducing AI-related harm. Therefore, liability rules should be adapted in such a way to provide the relevant parties with incentives to efficiently reduce the social costs of potential accidents. Relying on a law and economics approach, we address the theoretical question of what kind of liability rules should be applied to different parties along the value chain related to AI. In addition, we critically analyse the ongoing policy debates in the European Union, discussing the risk that European policymakers will fail to determine efficient liability rules with regard to different stakeholders. The automation of our vehicles is an all-present topic with great benefits for society, particularly in the area of public transport and pilot projects of automated shuttle buses are already underway. However, they do not show the full potential of using them as a supplement to public transport, since single-occupancy registration of the vehicles usually allows only slow speeds and also requires a substitute driver on board. In our study, we aim to (1) examine the status quo of its user acceptance and (2) identify the roles of the operators and their tasks in automated urban shuttle buses. We conducted a mixed-method study including in-depth interviews, questionnaires, and in-the-field observations visiting pilot projects of the two most widespread pilot projects on German streets. Our results uncover the multiple roles and tasks the human operators currently assume. Furthermore, we developed design approaches for a digital companion substituting the operator in a long run and evaluated these concepts. A remote operator or a hologram were preferred solutions and we propose further design requirements for such companions. This work helps to understand the individual roles that operators currently occupy and provides a good basis for concepts of technologies that will perform these tasks in the future. In the present paper we introduce a new class of analytic functions f in the open unit disk normalized by f(0) = f′(0)−1 = 0, associated with exponential functions. The aim of the present paper is to investigate the third-order Hankel determinant H3(1) for this function class and obtain the upper bound of the determinant H3(1).
