Cyber–physical systems (CPSs) can be treated as an emerging technology that has the ability to handle the physical process and computational view of interlinked systems. At the same time, the high-performing processing capability provides assurance of CPS applications in real time. Besides, task scheduling is considered as the Nondeterministic Polynomial (NP)-hard problem and optimal allocation of tasks is important for the CPS environment. The primary concept of the optimum energy-based scheduling approach searches for the physical host allocation vector to the allotted virtual machine with an aim of reducing energy utilization. The multiple processor packet scheduling technique defined that every task in the system is already divided into processors by the task allocating scheme and every process can execute on the distinct or identical single processor scheduling technique. With this motivation, this paper presents a new quantum invasive weed optimization-based energy-aware scheduling (QIWO-EATS) technique for the CPS environment. The goal of the QIWO-EATS technique is to assign n autonomous tasks to m dissimilar resources, and thereby the whole task completion duration gets reduced and resources are completely used. The proposed model has been simulated using the MATLAB tool. Automated Speech Emotion Recognition (SER) becomes more popular and has increased applicability. SER concentrates on the automatic identification of the emotional state of a human being using speech signals. It mainly depends upon the in-depth analysis of the speech signal, extracts features containing emotional details from the speech signal, and utilises pattern recognition techniques for emotional state identification. The major problem in automatic SER is to extract discriminate, powerful, and emotional salient features from the acoustical content of speech signals. The proposed model aims to detect and classify three emotional states of speech such as happy, neutral, and sad. The presented model makes use of Convolution neural network – Gated Recurrent unit (CNN-GRU) based feature extraction technique which derives a set of feature vectors. A comprehensive simulation takes place using the Berlin German Database and SJTU Chinese Database which comprises numerous audio files under a collection of different emotion labels. The rainfall prediction is important for metrological department as it closely associated with our environment and human life. An accuracy of rainfall prediction has great important for countries like India whose economy is dependent on agriculture. Because of dynamic nature of atmosphere, statistical techniques fail to predict rainfall information. The process of support vector machine (SVM) is to find an optimal boundary also known as hyper plane in which separates the samples (examples in a dataset) of different classes by a maximum margin. The proposed model uses the dynamic integrated model for exploring and learning large amount of data set. Balanced communication-avoiding support vector machine (CA-SVM) prediction model is proposed to achieve better performance and accuracy with limited number of iteration without any error. The rain fall dataset is used for performance evaluation. The proposed model starts with independent sample to the integrated samples without any collision in prediction. The proposed algorithm achieves 89% of accuracy when compared to the existing algorithms. The simulations demonstrate that prediction models indicate that the performance of the proposed algorithm Balanced CA-SVM has much better accuracy than the local learning model based on a set of experimental data if other things are equal. On the other hand, simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness and advantages of the Balanced CA-SVM model used in machine learning and further promises the scope for improvement as more and more relevant attributes can be used in predicting the dependent variables. Purpose: To report a case of spontaneous suprachoroidal haemorrhage in a haemophilia patient immediately following ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccination., Case Presentation: A 60-year-old man with haemophilia developed painful vision loss in his left eye a day following the ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccination due to acute angle-closure glaucoma from a massive suprachoroidal haemorrhage. He had an extremely deranged coagulation profile; activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT): 89 s, normal range 29-35 s After factor VIII transfusion, ocular hypotensive therapy and systemic/topical steroids, the suprachoroidal haemorrhage and glaucoma resolved, but the vision remained poor., Conclusion: Spontaneous suprachoroidal haemorrhage may be seen in haemophiliacs with deranged coagulation profiles. In our case, it followed ChAdOx1 nCoV-19 vaccination, and we recommend caution and checking the coagulation profile in such patients apriori.
