As an ongoing research activity of “Educational Programs for Business Producers” for new human resources development in the AOYAMA BUSINESS REVIEW in 2021 [1], this research targeted the subject of "Global Product Service Strategy II" in the fall course. The educational programs were demonstrated in the School of Business at Aoyama Gakuin University, led by Professor Tamaki, during classes from fiscal year 2015 to fiscal year 2021.Due to the influence of COVID-19, online classes were introduced into many university courses in 2020. Therefore, the purpose of this research was to research and develop new educational methods for "online group work exercises" that combine both project-based learning (PBL) and active learning (AL) so that the methods can flexibly respond to the new normal era as a countermeasure against COVID-19. The new educational methods will explore the research and development of educational organizations, learning support management methods, and learning environment systems. The active learning for "Global Product Service Strategy II" includes four different types of business roles, namely multi-sided platform (MPS) business modeling, new products/services, smart product strategy and application software design, and MPS service systems.

本研究の目的は，「Society 5.0 for SDGs」の推進リーダーとしての新たな人材像とした「未来戦略デザイン・システムクリエーター」の育成に向けて，「体験型実習プログラム」の研究・開発に取り組んでいる．Society 5.0に関連する先端科学技術の中で，IoT，プラットフォーム，AI，VR/ARを取り上げた．研究代表者が担当している経営学部の専門科目のひとつの中で，この「体験型実習プログラム」を実証することにした．以下に４つの研究課題を示す：(1)前述した先端科学技術の中で4つの【単元テーマ】の授業設計，(2)ハンズオン実習の開発と授業運営，(3)学習者の成績評価，(4)授業評価と改善フィードバック．, The purpose of this research is to research and develop an "experience-based training programs" with the aim of fostering "future strategic design system creators" as a new human resource imaged as a promotion leader of "Society 5.0 for SDGs". IoT, platform, AI, and VR / AR are covered among the advanced science and technology related to Society 5.0. The "experience-based training programs" are implemented for one of the specialized subjects that the principal researcher is in charge of at the Faculty of Business Management in Aoyama Gakuin University.

Our Japanese industry-university project group at Aoyama Gakuin University investigated and studied new educational programs to cultivate a “future strategy design” for human resources over several years. The first purpose of this research paper is to describe the development and implementation of regular classes in educational programs for “Business Producers in future-oriented business strategy innovation” following business roles such as platform service business modeling, product planning for application software and customer services used in the platform services, smart product strategy and requirement specification settings, and information system algorithm design for the platform service systems. The characteristics of these programs involve applying new educational methods to combine project-based learning (PBL) and active learning (AL). The second purpose is to propose a conceptual design framework of hybrid learning platform. From 2016 to last year, the educational programs were conducted as group exercises and face-to-face lessons. Finally, use of online lesson environments as a countermeasure against COVID-19 in 2020 is reported. These utilized the hybrid learning platform, a web conferencing system, and an artificial intelligence (AI) reflection system.
