There are several uses for bio-convection mechanisms, such as in sedimentary pools, fuel models, and microbially accelerated oil restoration. These are the basis of motile microorganisms which are applied to improve the mixability of fluid and tiny nanoparticles because they are accountable for biological transmission procedure. This work examines the bio-convective nanoparticles fluid flow and electrically conducting incompressible magneto-hydrodynamic flow of nanofluid towards a chemically reactive stretchable surface. Buongiorno model is considered here, which incorporates Brownian motion and thermophoretic diffusion, is employed in this study to explain how nanofluids improve heat transfer. The controlling boundary layer nonlinear PDEs are converted into ODEs by utilizing certain suitable similarity approaches. Numerical scheme is adopted to solve the transformed ordinary differential equations. The main findings of this research are that the magnetic field slows motion of the fluid when the thermal and mass buoyancy forces speed it up, and that thermophoretic diffusion increases the temperature and concentration of dimensionless fluids, resulting in stronger concentration and thermal boundary layers. The Brownian motion, concentration exponent, and chemical reaction parameters show an inverse relationship between temperature and concentration. Additionally, the first-order chemical reaction creates a lighter concentration boundary layer while the magnetic field's presence due to impact of thermal and mass buoyancies helps to lower the heat transfer rate and shear stress. Fault detection has taken on critical relevance in today's automated manufacturing processes. Defect tolerance, dependability, and safety are some of the fundamental design attributes of complex engineering systems provided by this method. Fault Diagnosis is made more difficult by a lack of performance; data-driven design and the capacity to transfer learning are also essential considerations. This paper proposes the ResNet-based deep learning multilayer fault detection model (ResNet-DLMFDM) to enrich high performance, design, and transmission-learning skills. Wavelet pyramid packet decomposition and each sub drive coefficient utilize the input of each deep research network channel for multi-kernel domain analysis. Pseudo-label networks have been developed conceptually to investigate different interval lengths of sequential functionality and to gather local database flow sequence functions to improve existing error detection processes. Experiment findings reveal that the proposed approach outperforms current algorithms regarding data correctness, storage space utilization, computational complexity, noiselessness, and transfer performance. The results are obtained by analyzing the multi-kernel and showing the domain ratio of 87.6%, increased storage space ratio of 88.6%, wavelet decomposition performance ratio of 84.5%, and the high accuracy of the data transmission ratio of 83.5%, and the noiseless diagnosis ratio of 93.8%. The aim of the present study is to investigate the melting heat and mass transport characteristics on the stagnation point flow of Powell–Eyring nanofluid over a stretchable surface because melting is so important in many processes, such as Permafrost melting, magma solidification, and thawing of frozen grounds, are all examples of soil melting and freezing around the heat exchanger coils of a ground-based pump. The developing mathematical model under the boundary layer flow in terms of differential equations is solved through a numerical algorithm using a boundary value problem solver bvp4c/shooting technique with the help of MATLAB software. The impact of emerging parameters on the velocity profile, temperature profile, and concentration profile is elaborated graphically. The profile and boundary-layer width rate for the value stretching parameter less than one rises when A enhances while the thickness of boundary layer velocity profile for the value stretching parameter greater than one decreases as A. The velocity function shows a decrement response for M, while the opposite behavior is seen against the concentration field. Furthermore, the numeric data for the friction factor and Nusselt number are demonstrated in tabular form, and the result shows a remarkable agreement with the previously published data. The aim of this is study was to evaluate of antibacterial activity of silver nanoparticles (AgNPs) on multidrug resistant (MDR) C. perfringens strains isolated from broilers as an alternative to conventional antibiotics and Molecular typing of the C. perfringens strains using ERIC-PCR for assessment of genetic relationship between strains isolated from different organs. A total of 20 isolates of C. perfringens were isolated from necrotic enteritis affected poultry located in El-Behera Governorate, Egypt. Antimicrobial resistance pattern was evaluated. ERIC- PCR genotyping of C. perfringens isolates was performed to detect the genetic diversity and the degree of similarity between isolates. Antibacterial activity of AgNPs on MDR strains was evaluated by the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) and, minimum bactericidal concentration (MBC). Transmission Electron Microscopy (TEM) imaging was conducted to evaluate the effect of silver nanoparticles on C. perfringens cells. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) imaging used to evaluate the effect of AgNPs on C. perfringens biofilm formed on glass cover slide for different periods of incubation with the same concentration of silver nanoparticles. Out of 85 collected samples from broiler chicken farms, 20 isolates of C. perfringens type A were isolated from broiler chickens at El-Behera governorate, Egypt. Most of isolates were MDR. ERIC PCR genotyping classified the isolates into 4 clusters (C1-C4). MBC was 30ug/ml, while MIC was 20ug/ml and the bacterial growth completely inhibited after 24 hours. The proliferation of electric vehicles (EVs) hinges upon the availability of robust and efficient charging infrastructure, notably encompassing swift and convenient solutions. Among these, dynamic wireless charging systems have garnered substantial attention for their potential to revolutionize EV charging experiences. Inductive power transfer (IPT) systems, in particular, exhibit a promising avenue, enabling seamless wireless charging through integrated pavements for EVs. This review engages in an in-depth exploration of pertinent parameters that influence the inductivity and conductivity performance of pavements, alongside the assessment of potential damage inflicted by IPT pads. Moreover, the study delves into the realm of additive materials as a strategic approach to augment conductivity and pavement performance. In essence, the review consolidates a diverse array of studies that scrutinize IPT pad materials, coil dimensions, pavement characteristics (both static and dynamic), and adhesive properties. These studies collectively illuminate the intricate dynamics of power transfer to EVs while considering potential repercussions on pavement integrity. Furthermore, the review sheds light on the efficacy of various additive materials, including metal and nanocomposite additives with an SBS base, in amplifying both conductivity and pavement performance. The culmination of these findings underscores the pivotal role of geometry optimization for IPT pads and the strategic adaptation of aggregate and bitumen characteristics to unlock enhanced performance within wireless pavements. Objective: Toxoplasmosis represents one of the most widespread zoonosis parasitic disease caused by Toxoplasma gondii parasite, which is an intracellular protozoan. This disease infects all warm-blooded animals, including humans . Aims of study: The current study aimed to assess the blood urea, creatinine, AST: aspartate aminotransferase; ALT: alanine aminotransferase and toxoplasmosis among pregnant women with chronic liver disease. Materials and methods: The study was carried out during the period from October 2022 to the beginning of February 2023 with total number (200) pregnant women who attended to various governmental hospitals in Maysan Province-Iraq with their ages ranged from (19-35) years. Results: The results showed 11(9.9 %) of women had positive IgM antibodies to toxoplasmosis, while 98 (49.5%) had positive IgG antibodies to toxoplasmosis. Co-infection was found in both T. gondii/HCV and T. gondii/ hepatitis B virus, (66.7% and 51.9 %) respectively. Women with chronic liver disease showed a significant increase of liver enzymes: aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and alanine aminotransferase (ALT) in pregnant with toxoplasmosis compared women with no toxoplasma infection. Abstract In recent years, fiber reinforced polymer (FRP) reinforcement has garnered significant interest in the construction industry, particularly in concrete beam construction. Determining the shear capacity of FRP-reinforced beams is, however, an intricate task. The shear capacity of FRP-reinforced concrete beams can be estimated using design equations from various international standards of practice. However, these equations are often adaptations of those used for conventional steel reinforcement, resulting in unreliable estimates. This research compares design equation predictions with experimental data, utilizing test results from 48 carbon FRP-reinforced and 73 glass FRP-reinforced concrete beams. The results reveal significant differences in the accuracy and reliability of shear capacity predictions using American (ACI), Canadian (CSA), and Japanese (JSCE) design standards for both types of concrete beams. The ACI standard has high underestimation and inconsistent predictions for carbon and glass FRP beams, making it unsuitable for shear design. The CSA standard provides consistent predictions with moderate underestimation for both types of FRP beams, but it shows overestimation in certain cases. The JSCE standard consistently shows moderate underestimation without any instances of overestimation, making it a reliable tool for engineers and practitioners to estimate the shear capacity of both types of FRP-reinforced beams.

Little is known about granite outcrops in arid regions. The current study sought to determine if granite outcrops generate wetter islands compared to their arid surroundings. Forty independent phytosociological stands dealing with granite outcrops (25 stands) and nearby matrix (15 stands) vegetation were sampled. A total of 146 species of vascular plants were identified, categorised into 39 families and 106 genera. Results recorded more taxa in granite outcrops than in their matrix; specifically, there were 29.2% more species, 33.8% more genera and 26.6% more families in the granite outcrops than in their matrix. Only 16 species were reported in the matrix area that are not present in the granite outcrops, compared to 46 species found in the granite outcrops that are absent from the matrix area. The ratios of therophytes and phanerophytes in granite outcrops were 5% and 11.1% greater, respectively, than those observed in their matrices. The proportions of Sudano-Zambasian elements were higher in granite outcrops than those in the matrix and, in contrast, the Sudano-Arabian and tropical elements proportions were higher in the matrix than those in the granite outcrops. The current results concluded that granite outcrops form wetter island-like habitats as compared to their surroundings.

This application converts text from photographs into real-time Braille representations by utilizing the capabilities of Optical Character Recognition (OCR) technology, Braille displays, and IoT. Braille is a tactile form of writing which assists the visually impaired by representing letters and numbers with raised dots. Text recognition and conversion through OCR helps people with vision issues by converting printed text into accessible formats like audio or Braille, assisting people in with recognizing things around them. Individuals with visual impairments are given autonomous access to critical information by smoothly integrating modern technologies, boosting their self-confidence and promoting active social involvement. This OCR-Braille approach's primary objective is to minimize the knowledge gap and promote social equality. Users' ease of access to labels, educational resources, and digital information about their environment fosters a sense of empowerment and independence. This ground-breaking study not only eliminates the accessibility gap but also provides the groundwork for a society that is better linked and accessible. Individuals have access to the tools they need for independently navigating their surroundings through simple IoT connectivity and WSN. This research lays the path for a future for assistive technology to catalyze equality and independence, independent of one's visual ability, by fusing assistive technology and IoT connectivity.

The presence or absence of sea ice introduces a substantial perturbation to surface‒atmosphere energy exchanges. Comprehending the effect of varying sea ice cover on surface‒atmosphere interactions is an important consideration for understanding the Arctic climate system. The recurring North Water Polynya (NOW) serves as a natural laboratory for isolating cloud responses to a rapid, near-step perturbation in sea ice. In this study, we employed high-resolution Arctic System Reanalysis version 2 (ASRv2) data to estimate turbulent heat fluxes over the NOW and nearby sea ice (NSI) area between 2005/2006 and 2015/2016. The results indicate that the average turbulent heat fluxes in the polynya are about 87% and 86% higher than in the NSI area over the 10 years during the entire duration of the polynya and during polar night, respectively. Enhanced turbulent heat fluxes from the polynya tend to produce more low-level clouds. The relationship between the polynya and low cloud in winter was examined based on Cloud‒Aerosol Lidar and Infrared Pathfinder Satellite Observations (CALIPSO). The low-cloud fraction (0–2 km) was about 7%–34% larger over the polynya than the NSI area, and the ice water content below 200 m was about 250%–413% higher over the former than the latter. The correlation between cloud fraction and turbulent heat fluxes in the polynya peaks around the altitude of 200–300 m. These results suggest that the NOW affects the Arctic boundary layer cloudiness and structure in wintertime. Furthermore, higher horizontal resolution reanalysis data can advance our understanding of the cloud-polynya response.

Introduction: This cross-sectional study investigates the prevalence of knowledge and awareness of Helicobacter pylori (H. pylori) infection among the urban population of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The study is motivated by the need to understand the specific demographic segments within the urban setting and their awareness levels of this prevalent bacterial infection affecting the digestive system. Methodology: The cross-sectional study, employing a purposive sampling method and involving 840 participants from major cities in the KSA, utilized a structured survey questionnaire to gather data on demographic factors, awareness levels, attitudes, and experiences related to H. pylori infection, with subsequent statistical analysis and adherence to ethical guidelines for participant confidentiality and privacy protection. Result: The study involved 840 participants from major cities, revealing that 59.16 ​% were aware of H. pylori. Demographic variations included higher participation from Jeddah and Riyadh, with the majority being females aged 18–25, Saudi nationals, and individuals with undergraduate education. About 57.02 ​% reported experiencing suspected H. pylori symptoms, and 49.16 ​% had prior infections, with varying severity. Hesitancy toward screening (42.61 ​%), but 72.97 ​% believed in preventability. Limited awareness of treatments (15.35 ​%) and identification of factors like water and food were noted. Participants perceived the seriousness of H. pylori in the mid-range (5–7). Conclusion: The findings shed light on variations in awareness, knowledge gaps, and attitudes, emphasizing the need for targeted public health interventions, educational campaigns, and policy measures to address the challenges associated with H. pylori infections in urban areas.

Introduction: Urological conditions significantly impact global health, with increasing demand for urologists in both developed and developing countries. Disparities in access to surgical care between high-income countries (HICs) and low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) are evident. Despite advancements in urology, LMIC training programs often follow outdated curricula and traditional methods. Methodology: A comprehensive search strategy identified urology training programs in LMICs using the EduRank website, Google searches, and PubMed. Data were collected from the literature, official documents, and online resources, focusing on variables such as program duration, research requirements, and resident salaries. Results: The analysis revealed significant variability in program structures and requirements across LMICs. Residency training durations ranged from 4 to 6 years, with inconsistent research obligations and resident salaries averaging USD 12,857 annually, with a range from USD 5412 to USD 18,174. Fellowship opportunities were limited, with only a small number of programs achieving international accreditation. Conclusions: This study reveals disparities among urology training programs in LMICs, emphasizing the challenges faced by LMICs in providing comprehensive education. Outdated curricula, limited faculty, and insufficient resources contribute to the variability in training quality within LMICs. To bridge these gaps, there is a pressing need for standardized and locally tailored educational frameworks. Future research should focus on direct comparisons with programs in HICs to develop strategies that improve training opportunities and ensure equitable access to advanced urological education and care worldwide.

Abstract Background Identifying the factors affecting emotional divorce due to the negative consequences of this social problem in women can play an important role in preventing its occurrence. Therefore, the present study aimed to investigate the relationship between internet addiction, domestic violence, and emotional divorce among married women in Tehran. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted among married women in Tehran, Iran. Sampling was conducted first through a multi-stage cluster method and then continued using a random method. Tehran was divided into five parts: central, northern, southern, eastern, and western. The sample size was divided by 5, resulting in 80 participants selected from each part. In each part, two regions were selected, and in each region, 40 houses were randomly selected. Researchers visited the selected houses, and the questionnaires were filled out at home by the women. Tools such as Gottman’s Emotional Divorce Test, Young’s Internet Addiction Test, and the Domestic Violence against Women Survey were used to collect data. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used to analyze the data in SPSS (version 24) software. Results A total of 400 women participated in the study. 46% of all married women suffered emotional divorce.
