The Nuclotron-based Ion Collider fAcility (NICA) is under construction in JINR. The NICA goals are providing of colliding beams for studies of hot and dense strongly interacting baryonic matter and spin physics. The accelerator facility of collider NICA consists of following elements: acting Alvarez-type linac LU-20 of light ions at energy 5 MeV/u, constructed a new light ion linac of light ions at energy 7 MeV/n and protons at energy 13 MeV, new acting heavy ion linac HILAC with RFQ and IH DTL sections at energy 3.2 MeV/u, new acting superconducting booster synchrotron at energy up 600 MeV/u, acting superconducting synchrotron Nuclotron at gold ion energy 4.5 GeV/n and mounted two Collider storage rings with two interaction points. The NICA accelerator complex in JINR consist of two linear injector chains, a 578 MeV/u superconducting (SC) Booster synchrotron, the existing SC synchrotron Nuclotron, and a new SC collider that has two storage rings. The construction of the facility is based on the Nuclotron technology of SC magnets with an iron yoke and hollow SC cable. Assembly of the Booster synchrotron was finished in autumn of 2020 and first machine Run and experiments with ion beams were successfully done in December 2020. The Nuclotron is the basic facility of JINR used to generate beams of protons, polarized deuterons and protons, and multi charged ions in the energy range of up to 5.6 GeV/n. Polarized deuteron and proton beams were obtained at the intensity of 2×10⁹ ppp and 108 ppp, respectively. The injection with RF adiabatic capture was used in two last Nuclotron runs where C⁶⁺, Xe⁴²⁺, Kr²⁶⁺ and Ar¹⁶⁺ ion beams were accelerated. The resonant stochastic extraction (RF knockout technique) was realized. The complex is now used for fixed target experiments with extracted beams and experiments with an internal target. In the near future, the Nuclotron will be the main synchrotron of the NICA collider facility being constructed at JINR. The installation in the Nuclotron of beam injection system from the Booster and of the fast extraction system in the Collider are required for its operation in the NICA complex. The article focuses on historical and social background of English name giving process. Proper names are considered as a leading group of onomastic units due to its extra linguistic component and direct connection with a human being. The processes of globalisation influence on all spheres of life and name giving process is not an exception. Challenges of nomination are explained in the article. The actuality of the paper is defined by the authors’ point of view who cling to the idea that in modern globalized world only a proper name could be an only identifier of the national and confessional identity of an individual. Historical milestones that impact on name giving process are mentioned and social factors which influence name giving process are classified and described. Proper names have passed a long evolutionary way from a word – the identifier of a person among similar to legally significant sign of a linguistic personality, a register component which defines a social status and position of the individual in society. The research is relevant in the linguistic, social, national and cognitive aspects, as it demonstrates an interaction between language and society. At the modern stage of the English anthroponymics progress, the researchers described social factors influencing name giving process.

Modern accelerators are made with high-field superconducting dipoles, quadrupoles and sextupoles that exhibit unintentional imperfections of the guiding field-shape due to construction tolerances, persistent currents and magnetic saturation. This deviation from linearity has a profound influence on the beam dynamics. In this work the research of nonlinear beam dynamics for the NICA booster was carried out. Sextupole and octupole fields for dipole and quadrupole magnets, according to ongoing magnetic measurements, were taken into account, as well as adjustment errors for magnets. Numerical simulation in MADX program has been used to evaluate the dynamic aperture for the booster. In addition, betatron tune shift with amplitude was calculated. The paper presents a system of controlling a biomechanical walking machine. Our approach is quite peculiar because it simultaneously solves the inverse and the direct control problem on the basis of the machine model. At first, using the data about the movement of the machine body the trajectories of the feet movement are calculated; then, using the machine model, leg joints turn angles are determined, as well as the corresponding position of the control components of the gear. After that the direct problem of achieving the desired position by leg joints gears is solved. As a result, leg joints turn and the machine body moves along the required trajectory. All actions are performed by count cycles. The modelling results confirmed the efficiency of the control system.
