Abstract

Методом механической активации получены композиты диацетата бетулина и дипропионата бетулина с аэросилом и изучены их физико-химические свойства. При растворении композитов в воде достигается повышенная концентрация диацетата и дипропионата бетулина The composites of betulin diacetate and betulin dipropionate with aerosil were obtained by mechanochemical methods. Abstract

Using gel-penetrating chromatography, it has been shown that mechanochemical treatment of a mixture of arabinogalactan (AG) with betulin diacetate (DAB) in a ball mill led to change of the molecular weight distribution (MWD) of AG. The presence of DAB in the mixture promoted restoration of MWD after dissolving the mechanically activated mixture in water and solvent evaporation. The formation of intermolecular complex DAB with AG at dissolution of initial and mechanically activated mixtures in water was suggested. It was shown that the mechanocomposites DAB with AG had the ability to induce cells in ascites Ehrlich carcinoma cell elimination processes mediated disturbance of ion homeostasis. С использованием гельпроникающей хроматографии показано, что механохимическая обработка арабиногалактана (АГ) в смеси с диацетатом бетулина (ДАБ) в шаровой мельнице приводит к изменению молекулярно-массового распределения (ММР) АГ. После растворения механоактивированной (МА) смеси в воде и испарения растворителя присутствие ДАБ способствует восстановлению ММР. Предположено образование межмолекулярного комплекса ДАБ с АГ при растворении исходных и МА смесей в воде. Показано, что механокомпозиты ДАБ с АГ обладают способностью индуцировать в асцитных клетках карциномы Эрлиха процессы клеточной элиминации, опосредованные нарушением ионного гомеостаза.

Abstract

С помощью механохимических методов получены композиты бетулина с поливинилпирролидоном (ПВП) и полиэтиленгликолем (ПЭГ) и изучены их физико-химические свойства. Композиты характеризуются повышенной концентрацией бетулина при растворении в воде. Показано, что полученные композиты нетоксичны. The composites of betulin with polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) and polyethylene glycol (PEG) were obtained by mechanochemical methods. The physico-chemical properties of the composites were studied. The composites are characterized by increased concentration of betulin at dissolution in water. It was shown that the composites are non-toxic.

Abstract

Изучено влияние условий ацилирования пропионовой кислотой бересты коры березы и ee кратковременной активации перегретым водяным паром на выход и состав получаемых тритерпеновых продуктов. Установлено, что в зависимости от условий ацилирования можно получить экстракты с разным содержанием дипропионата бетулина, монопропионата бетулина, бетулина и лупеола. Показано, что экстракт с наибольшим содержанием дипропионата бетулина 85-91 % получен из исходной бересты фракции 2-5 мм и предварительно активированной бересты фракции 10-20 мм. Структура дипропионата бетулина подтверждена методами элементного анализа, FTIR, ПМР и С13ЯМР-спектроскопии. It was studied the influence of conditions of outer birch bark acylation by propionic acid and activation of overheated steam on the yield and composition of triterpene derived products. It was established that depending on the acylation conditions could be obtained the extracts with different contents of betulin dipropionate, betulin monopropionate, betulin and lupeol. It was shown that the extracts with the highest contents of betulin dipropionate 85-91 % was obtained from the initial birch bark the fraction of 2-5 mm and pre-activated birch bark the fraction of 10-20 mm. The structure of betulin dipropionate was confirmed by elemental analysis, FTIR spectroscopy, PMR and C13 NMR.

Abstract

Flax shive is the main waste (up to 70 wt %) in the production of flax fiber. It represents the lignified parts of the flax stem mainly in the form of small straws. Complex processing of such wastes is a significant problem due to the heterogeneity of the chemical structure of lignin. This article presents the results of reductive catalytic fractionation (RCF) of flax shive in ethanol and isopropanol at elevated temperatures (225–250 °C) in the presence of a bifunctional catalyst (Ru/C) and molecular hydrogen. This provides solvolytic depolymerization of lignin and hemicelluloses presented in flax shive. Catalytic hydrogenation effectively stabilizes the formed lignin intermediates and prevents repolymerization reactions producing the lignin fraction with a high degree of depolymerization. RCF of flax shive produces solid products with a high cellulose content and liquid products consisting mainly of monophenolic compounds. Furthermore, the effect of different characteristics (the ruthenium content, particle size, and support acidity) of the bifunctional catalysts containing ruthenium nanoparticles supported on mesoporous, graphite-like carbon material Sibunit®-4 on the yield and composition of the products of hydrogenation of flax shive in sub- and super-critical ethanol has been studied. Bifunctional catalysts Ru/C used in the RCF of flax shive increase its conversion from 44 to 56 wt % and the yield of monophenols from 1.1 to 10.2 wt % (based on the weight of lignin in the sample). Using the best Ru/C catalyst containing 3% of Ru on oxidized at 400 °C carbon support, the high degree of delignification (up to 79.0%), cellulose yield (up to 67.2 wt %), and monophenols yield (up to 9.5 wt %) have been obtained.
