Abstract

The article presents the study on the levels of serum cytokines and chemokines to clarify the presence and activity in pathogens of fibrillar-type dermatitis herpetiformis (DH). It discusses the study population of five patients with fibrillar-type DH with mean age of 67.4 years and age range between 41-81 years. It suggests further research to clarify trigger for creation of Th2-type cytokine profile in circulating inflammatory cells.
