Intruders can be precisely detected using this framework, which filters the motion of moving objects. An API by the name of Twilio will notify the user when an intrusion is made, and the video will be saved locally. This application's main purpose is to act as a surveillance system that can identify persons, recognise faces, and display user information. This lowers the possibility of future system penetration by people. This project gathers camera photos and using image comparison methods to identify intruders using the Open CV library. The streamed video will be delivered from the server to the remote administrator via the Android phone if an intrusion is found after comparison. The administrator can then take the necessary steps and locally notify her security. Users are notified by MMS, SMS, or email when notifications are sent and pertinent data is recorded. able to display videos relevant to the user. This paper presents reliability and availability of a cement manufacturing plant by using supplementary variable technique. In a cement manufacturing plant ten sub systems are arranged in a series. After working of maximum time, the system undergoes preventive maintenance and after this maintenance work as new. The time to failure of each subsystem follows a negative exponential distribution while preventive maintenance and repair time distributions are taken as arbitrary. In this paper, we introduce the (M, ℳ)-corona-join of G and ℋk constrained by vertex subsets 𝒯, which is the union of two graphs: one is the M-generalized corona of a graph G and a family of graphs ℋk constrained by vertex subset 𝒯 of the graphs in ℋk, where M is a suitable matrix; and the other one is the ℳ -join of ℋk, where ℳ is a collection of matrices. We determine the spectra of the adjacency, the Laplacian, the signless Laplacian and the normalized Laplacian matrices of some special cases of the (M, ℳ)-corona-join of G and ℋk constrained by vertex subsets 𝒯. These results enable us to deduce the spectra of all the existing variants of extended corona of graphs. Further, by using this graph operation, we construct infinitely many graphs which are simultaneously cospectral with respect to the above mentioned four type of matrices.

Background: Quinazolinones are a class of heterocyclic compounds that have a wide variety of applications. They are also used in agrochemicals. There are several methodologies reported for the synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolines using various catalysts. Method: Here, by using 1-butyl-1,2,4-triazolium as cation and trifluoroacetate as anion, 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one has been synthesized. For the synthesis of 2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one condensation of anthranilamide with the corresponding aldehyde in the presence of organocatalyst and solvent is done. Using benzaldehyde as the parent aldehyde, to validate the outcome, the benzaldehydes were selected as follows a) benzaldehyde, b) 4-methoxybenzaldehyde – electron releasing group and c) 4-nitrobenzaldehyde – electronwithdrawing group. Solvent study has been done with solvents varied from polar to apolar. Both polar protic and polar aprotic solvents are used for the reactions. The polar protic solvents used were water, methanol, ethanol, isopropanol, butanol, hexane-1-ol, and glycerol. The polar aprotic solvents used are ethyl acetate, DMF,acetonitrile, and DMSO. The moderately apolar solvents used are DCM, carbon tetrachloride, 1,4 dioxane, and chloroform. Results: The synthesized triazolium salts are found soluble in polar aprotic, polar protic solvents and few moderately apolar solvents such as DCM, chloroform, acetonitrile, water, methanol and ethanol whereas insoluble with apolar solvents like toluene, benzene, and hexane.The yield of 2-phenyl-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one was low for 1-butyl-1,2,4-triazolium trifluoroacetate based organocatalyst. But for substituted benzaldehyde, the yield was comparatively high. Comparatively, the yield for 2-(4-methoxyphenyl)-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one, where the aromatic benzaldehyde had electron-donating group, is less than 2-(4-nitrophenyl)-2,3-dihydroquinazolin-4(1H)-one, where the aromatic benzaldehyde had an electron-withdrawing group. Conclusion: Substituted benzaldehyde gave better yields than benzaldehyde. And nitro group which is electrowithdrawing attached to benzaldehyde enhanced the electrophilic nature at carbonyl center showed higher yields than methoxy group which is electron donating attached to benzaldehyde as it deactivates the carbonyl carbon. The polar protic solvents like water, ethanol and methanol stabilizes the ionic intermediates and gave better yield. Even the moderately apolar solvents like DCM, chloroform resulted in good yields, green solvents like water, ethanol and methanol would be a better choice as solvents. The carbon chain on the solvent has got an effect on product yield. As the carbon chain increases in solvent, the yield decreases due to the separation difficulties. The polar aprotic solvents did gave better yields but not as good as polar protic solvents.

Background An inguinal hernia is a common condition associated with advanced age, male gender, risk factors and clinical characteristics.A hernia occurs when an organ pushes through an opening in the muscle or tissue that holds it in place. It protrudes through bodily parts due to abnormalities in the anatomical structures that ordinarily contain it. Objectivethis study is aimed to clinical characterization and post-operative complication of patient with inguinal hernia. Methodology: The study was a single-centred retrospective cross-sectional study. The study was performed on patients with inguinal hernia and those who underwent inguinal hernia repair at Vivekanandha Medical Care Hospital in Tiruchengode from March 2022 to May 2022. A total of 62 patients were enrolled in the study based on inclusion and exclusion criteria the data is collected through chart review of existing medical record of study site. Results: The participants were primarily in the 40–59 age range (41%), and gender indicated significant disparities, with more male patients than female patients. Inguinal hernias more frequently affect active employees than sedentary ones. The majority of them were overweight (42%) with normal weight (40.3%), obesity (12.9%), and underweight (4.8%) following closely behind. The most prevalent risk factors were persistent constipation. In daily practice we can come across many growths in oral cavity, mostly reactive rather than neoplastic, which are difficult to differentiate from one another posing a challenge to dentist. Peripheral ossifying fibroma (POF) is a single benign fibro osseous origin growth of gingiva which occurs due to long standing irritation by plaque, calculus, trauma, restorations, and orthodontic appliances, however the precise etiopathogenesis of POF is unclear. The standard treatment protocol involves surgical excision followed by the biopsy of the lesion. Proper follow up of the lesion is necessary due to its high recurrence. The present case report managed with diode laser excision did not showed any signs of recurrence during the follow up period of 2 years. Minimum bleeding, less postoperative pain, ease of operation and absence of recurrence makes diode laser assisted excision is the better treatment option over conventional scalpel surgery.

Intrusion Detection System (IDS) attempts to identify and notify the activities of users as normal (or) anomaly. Materials and Methods: Detection of anomalies for intrusion detection system is performed using Naive Bayes model and Gaussian model (sample size=20). Results: The model performance are validated using accuracy, F1 score, Precision metric. To make them easy we use IoT and mobile applications. In this project, we use IoT to control the electrical devices in the grounds, stadium, and gyms. We control all the equipment with mobile applications. Like controlling the lights and ACs in the gym and indoor stadiums then accessing fed lights and water sprinklers in the grounds and automatic door systems. Maintaining the records of the individual who is accessing the gyms and stadium. The user will get the stats of the equipment which is assessed by them like, If the person is using the treadmill they will get the details stats of total time spent, total distance covered and speed, etc within the application. For providing these details we use check-in and check-out in the equipment. We update the events that going to be conducted on the campus and the detailed status of the event that's completed. A pyogenic infection-induced brain abscess is rare, and usually affects immunocompromised people. Brain imaging and bacterial culture from the infection site are used to diagnose a brain abscess. An effective treatment method is surgical resection combined with antibiotic treatment with bacteria-sensitive antibiotics for a sufficient period of time. Presentation of the Case: A 16-year-old boy was confirmed to have Sphenoidal Sinusitis. The patient had been diagnosed with dengue fever three weeks ago and corona infection four months ago. And finally, he was diagnosed with Sphenoidal Sinusitis which manifested as severe headache, vomiting, and fever. He underwent bilateral Functional Endoscopy Sinus Surgery (FESS), sphenoidotomy and also temporal craniotomy and evacuation of abscess. Conclusion: The treatment of a brain abscess requires early diagnosis, appropriate surgical treatment, and adequate duration of therapy with effective antibiotics.

The lecture wants to know about the emotions that students experienced when they accessed the media, such as happiness, disappointment, or unhappiness, and instructors want to know how joyful they felt. This study built a tool cell for online media to use in identifying emotions in column comments. This paper focuses on user experience (UX) design, which is based on the Human-Centred Design method that prioritizes empathy for users and focuses on user demands to meet the discovery of user wants and develop high-fidelity prototypes. The results of the testing show that the average accuracy is 1.68%, the average recall is 1.55, the average precision is 1.45, and the average accuracy for the use of this phone website is 80% for emotion recognition based only on a column of comment in the internet media.

Background: India is the diabetic capital of the world, with a maximum number of diabetic patients. There is a large burden of undetected diabetic cases in the community. There is an increasing risk of diabetes in urban slums and rural areas, because of illiteracy, lack of awareness, low socioeconomic status, and unhealthy lifestyle. The Indian Diabetes Risk Score (IDRS) is a simple, low-cost, feasible tool for mass screening programs at the community level. This background study was planned with the following aim. Aim: As72.2% of the Indian population resides in rural areas, the current study was carried to assess the risk of diabetes mellitus among Pre-Diabetes obese people and to find out the association between the risk of diabetes mellitus and selected demographic variables. Materials and Methods: A cross-sectional, descriptive research design was adapted. 400 subjects were recruited by non-probability purposive sampling technique among Pre-Diabetes obese people The data gathering was carried out with an Indian Diabetic Risk Score scale (IDRS). The collected data was optimized and analyzed by using descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Results: With regards to the risk assessment of Diabetes Mellitus, Out of 400subjects, 19.5% of the subjects belonged to no/low risk, 58.75% of the subjects belonged to moderate risk and 21.75% of the subjects belonged to very high risk as per IDRS. Conclusion: The present study revealed that the risk of diabetes among adults is on rising in rural areas. Hence it is essential to create awareness about diabetes and accessibility to health care services among the rural population. Physical activity likes regular exercise, diet, and lifestyle modification are some of the interventions that can reduce the risk of diabetes.
