This study systematically reviewed the existing research on relationship between stress and problematic smartphone use. It aimed to provide an aggregative view of the existing research findings on relationship between stress and problematic smartphone use and how these researches are conducted (i.e., research designs, sampling techniques, sample characteristics, measurement scales, data analysis techniques). A thorough literature research in five bibliographic databases (Taylor & Francis, Wiley, SAGE, SpringerLink, ScienceDirect), Google Scholars, and previous review papers has resulted in 35 studies being included in this review. This review has found that the existing empirical evidence generally demonstrated that i) stress can cause problematic smartphone use; ii) the effect of stress on problematic smartphone use is not straightforward but transmitted by other variables (i.e., mediator), and iii) the effect of stress on problematic smartphone use varies as a function of context or individual differences (i.e., moderator). Finally, following a thorough review of their methodological information, this review has also identified the strengths and limitations of the existing studies on relationship between stress and problematic smartphone use, as well as potential directions of research.

Continuously increasing population and progressive infrastructural development in the region of Kertajati International Airport, Indonesia, emphasize the need to develop a sustainable water supply network. Airport facilities require sufficient water resources, which can be obtained from surface water and groundwater. Groundwater exploration can provide necessary information for assessing water resources. The purpose of this study is to analyze the configuration of aquifers in the studied area. A Schlumberger array was used to carry out twelve vertical electrical soundings (VES) with AB/2 electrode spacing ranging from 1.5 m to 150 m. IPI2win software was used to qualitatively interpret the VES results and it suggested the presence of three distinct lithological units interpreted as clay, alluvial sand, and a Lower Quaternary formation. In general, resistivity values in the studied area can be divided into five resistivity categories: very low resistivity with values ranging from 1 Ωm to 10 Ωm, low resistivity with values ranging from 10 Ωm to 50 Ωm, medium resistivity with values ranging from 50 Ωm to 100 Ωm, high resistivity with values ranging from 100 Ωm to 200 Ωm, and very high resistivity with values > 200 Ωm. The geo-electric interpretation revealed three geo-electric layers: topsoil (1 - 144 Ω m), sand (1 - 298 Ω m), and clay (1 - 82 Ω m). Aquifers in the studied area are lithologically composed of sand. Clay is the dominant lithology in the studied area, so the presence of aquifers in this area is very limited, and thus the supply of groundwater is also limited. The exploitation of groundwater must be limited and controlled to maintain the sustainability of groundwater in the studied area.

Lineament is one of the most important features showing subsurface elements or structural weakness such as faults. This study aims to identify subsurface lineament patterns using automatic lineament in Citarum watershed with gravity data. Satellite gravity data were used to generate a sub-surface lineament. Satellite gravity data corrected using Bouguer and terrain correction to obtain a complete Bouguer anomaly value. Butterworth filters were used to separate regional and residual anomaly from the complete Bouguer anomaly value. Residual anomaly gravity data used to analyze sub-surface lineament. Lineament generated using Line module in PCI Geomatica to obtain sub-surface lineament from gravity residual value. The orientations of lineaments and fault lines were created by using rose diagrams. The main trends observed in the lineament map could be recognized in these diagrams, showing a strongly major trend in NW-SE, and the subdominant directions were in N-S. Area with a high density of lineament located at the Southern part of the study area. High-density lineament might be correlated with fractured volcanic rock upstream of the Citarum watershed, meanwhile, low-density lineament is associated with low-density sediment. The high-density fracture might be associated with intensive tectonics and volcanism.

The Cenozoic Bogor Basin situated on the SE edge part of Sunda shelf is presumed to have hydrocarbon potential on its turbidite deep-water play. The deep subsurface geometry of this basin may play an important role, yet unexplored, to the hydrocarbon exploration. The gravity method is advantageous to illuminate the subsurface structure on the arbitrary depth and various sources. Eight-hundred-thirty-eight points of ground-based gravity survey were collected on roughly one kilometer spacing in the North of Bandung to Pamanukan region covering the Cenozoic Bogor Basin on the Subang-Purwakarta segment to generate complete Bouguer anomaly (CBA) map. This study examines the two robust methods of gravity anomaly decomposition (i.e., polynomial trend surface and upward continuation) by using multiple parameters to match the geological background. Radially averaged power spectrum was used to estimate the depth of anomalous source corresponds to the top of basement layer and resulting 4 km basement depth in North West Java basin and below 1 km on Tangkuban Parahu volcanic zone. The resulting estimated depth of Cenozoic Bogor Basin was evaluated by the matched a priori published data on those two areas and revealed the depth of depocenter (deepest sediment) on the Cenozoic Bogor Basin is up to 9 km, quite a deeper extent than previously assumed.

Language learning is the biggest challenge for students with dyslexia. Therefore, special education teachers play a pivotal role in assisting students with dyslexia to mitigate any difficulties in their language learning process. This study explored the perception of special education teachers in terms of their experience, challenges faced, and strategies adopted to assist students with dyslexia in the learning process. A semi-structured interview session was conducted with three participants from three primary schools under the Special Education Integration Program (SEIP) Dyslexia Program. The findings indicated that it was challenging for special education teachers to teach students with dyslexia because they lacked the effective teaching methods and resources. Based on their teaching experiences, students with dyslexia encountered difficulties in phoneme-grapheme associations, sound blending, and segmentation. Additionally, the participants perceive that the adoption of a multisensory approach and the utilisation of mobile learning applications are two effective strategies to improve the teaching of language to students with dyslexia. Lastly, this study provided vital findings to be used as research materials by other like-minded researchers in the future.

Breast milk contains many nutrients according to the needs of the baby for growth and development. Breast milk is very important for the health and well-being of infants. The world health organization recommends exclusive breastfeeding mothers for six months starting from the baby's first life and continuing until the age of two. Breastfeeding can provide economic benefits for the family and community. This study aimed to explore the barrier and facilitator on breastfeeding promotion and education. This study was literature study. This study finding that support from the baby's father is needed as a strong decision exclusively breastfeeding mothers. Pediatricians and midwives have an important role to support in providing exclusive breastfeeding from mothers and infants. Mothers who work full time find it very difficult to care for their babies exclusively. The workplace can be a barrier for mothers to care for and provide exclusive breastfeeding. Breastfeeding competency-based training is needed as a more optimal promotion of exclusive breastfeeding. Promotion of breastfeeding can increase the duration and exclusivity of breastfeeding. Knowledge promotes breastfeeding can increase the chances of successful breastfeeding and improve baby's health. An important role in the successful promotion of breastfeeding is the quality of knowledge and support for exclusive breastfeeding.

One of the most powerful eruptions of the Holocene, known as the Samalas eruption, had a VEI of 7 and took place on Lombok, eastern Indonesia in 1257 CE. Thick tephra fall covered the entire island, and pyroclastic density currents (PDCs) up to 50 m thick buried almost half of Lombok. Until now, there has been no detailed study of the geomorphological evolution of Lombok related to this eruption, especially for the eastern part of Lombok. The main goal of this paper is therefore to reconstruct the paleo-topography on the eastern part of Lombok before the eruption of the Samalas volcano in 1257 CE, and to analyse the subsequent landscape evolution following this eruption. Data were collected from more than 1300 points in order to gather geomorphological, geological, and geochemical information for the eastern part of Lombok over the last millennium. Data were obtained from wells (which are widespread in the studied area), natural outcrops (mainly cliffs along the shoreline and the rivers), and human-made outcrops in quarries, as well as from the two-dimensional resistivity profiling (Dipole-dipole array) carried out on eastern Lombok in 2016 and 2017. We estimate that 4435 ± 5.5 × 106 m3 of pumice-rich PDC, over a surface of 171 km2, buried the eastern part of Lombok in the aftermath of the 1257 CE eruption, and as a result of this rapid pumice-rich PDC deposition there has been some aggradation of the shoreline at some points, resulting in most of the pre-1257 coral reef being buried. After several intense rainfall events, the deposited volcanic material was probably eroded during the first decades following the 1257 CE eruption by mountain streams, producing lahars. We estimate that the remaining volume of pumice-rich PDC deposits following this erosion is 625 ± 5.5 × 106 m3 over a surface of 89 km2, which is equivalent to 14% of the initial volume.

LEGHEZO merupakan sebuah permainan baru di bidang kesehatan berbentuk lingkaran berpetak. Di dalamnya terdapat berbagai macam penyakit serta informasi bagaimana cara melakukan pecegahan (health card) dan terdapat pesan-pesan spiritual, mental, serta sosial kesehatan yang harus dimiliki seorang anak. Selain itu terdapat beberapa tantangan berupa perintah yang harus dilakukan oleh pemain untuk menambah keseruan dari permainan yang terdapat dalam kartu aksi (action card). Permainan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi kesehatan kepada anak-anak dan dapat diimplementasikan dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran anak tentang pentingnya menerapkan Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) secara baik dan benar dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Populasi dalam kegiatan ini adalah siswa SD Muhammadiyah Karangbendo, Banguntapan, Bantul . Bermain merupakan sarana bagi anak untuk mendapatkan pengetahuan tentang lingkungan dan sekitarnya. Hal tersebut sangat bermanfaat bagi anak untuk dapat mengembangkan kemampuan yang ada dalam dirinya dengan hati yang gembira.

Background: The incidence of anemia in pregnant women has reached 48.9%. Some of the factors that cause anemia include poor adherence to Fe tablet consumption, mainly due to the low knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women regarding the importance of consuming Fe tablets during pregnancy. This systematic review aims to determine the effect of health education on pregnant women on adherence to consuming Fe tablets. Methods: Using an in-depth content analysis method on selected articles using the keywords “Compliance, Iron Supplements, pregnant women, health education” in the PUBMED and ProQuest databases. Articles are selected in stages using the PRISMA Appraisal Tool. Results: From 438 articles, finally 5 articles were obtained. From the five final articles, it was found that there was an effect of health education on the knowledge and attitudes of pregnant women about Fe tablets and that there was an effect of health education on the compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets. Conclusion: Health education for pregnant women is very influential on adherence to Fe tablet consumption, although if it is done with low intensity it has little effect. This finding is important for health educators to focus on updating strategies and developing health education practices to increase knowledge and compliance of pregnant women in consuming Fe tablets.

Background and Objective: The skin-to-skin contact after birth is known as the first step in a feeding practice that helps mother and infant in establishing the breastfeeding bond and increases mothersʼ confidence in nurturing their infants. Despite the benefits, the absence of this contact commonly occurs in maternity practice, which seems to affect mothersʼ breastfeeding behaviour after discharge. This study aimed to analyse the effect of skin-to-skin contact on mothersʼ breastfeeding performance and self-efficacy. Methodology: This study involved 239 pregnant women who were selected based on cluster random sampling and data were collected from June 2014 to January 2015 in the coastal region of South Sulawesi, Indonesia. Mothers were followed and observed several times: first, during the birth process until 2 h after; second, at 7-10 days postpartum; and third, four weeks postpartum to evaluate skin-to-skin contact, breastfeeding performance and breastfeeding self-efficacy. Subjects were divided into two groups with immediate and delayed skin-to-skin contact. Differences between the two groups were measured by independent t-test. Result: Mothers with immediate skin-to-skin contact were more able to breastfeed effectively (p = 0.001, 95% CI 2.04-5.52) and were more confident (p = 0.001, 95% CI 9.71-16.55) compared to those in the delayed group. Immediate skin-to-skin contact shows significant differences in breastfeeding performance and maternal confidence. Conclusion: Immediate skin-to-skin contact remarkably impacted motherʼs ability to adapt to breastfeeding. It also eliminated anxiety and lower self-esteem in the beginning of the postpartum period. Later, these mothers were able to cope with and overcome severe breastfeeding problems. This raised their breastfeeding quality to a greater level.

Background: The national coverage of exclusive breastmilk did not reach its target in 2014. One reason behind this was due to the swelling of the breast to mastitis condition. Hence the baby was not getting enough breastmilk. World Health Organization WHO estimates the mastitis case between 2.6 and 33 %, with global prevalence around 10% of all breastfeeding women. In 2014, Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital documented 5.3% women with mastitis and 4.2% in 2015. Objective: This research aims to evaluate the correlation of ages, education, employment status, parity, and mastitis history with mastitis case in Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital.Methods: This research was an observational analytic with a case-control design. Data analytic was performed using the Chi-Square test. Results: The results of bivariate analysis showed that age (OR = 0.673; 95% CI; 0.345-1.314), education (OR = 1.288; 95% CI; 0.678-2.44), employment status (OR = 1.368; 95% CI; 0.749 -2.497), and parity (OR = 0.829; CI 95%; 0.455-1.511) did not have a significant correlation with the incidence of mastitis, but the history of mastitis showed a significant association with the incidence of mastitis (OR = 2.280; 95% CI; 1.112-1.674 ). Conclusion: There was a correlation between the history of mastitis with the recurrence of mastitis in Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta Hospital., Cakupan pemberian ASI eksklusif secara nasional tahun 2014 sebesar 52,3%. Sementara target cakupan ASI eksklusif pada tahun 2014 sebesar 80%. Salah satu sebab tidak tercapainya ASI eksklusif yaitu bayi tidak mendapat ASI yang cukup dikarenakan masalah dalam menyusui yaitu bendungan ASI. Bendungan ASI yang tidak ditangani akan menjadi mastitis. World Health Organization memperkirakan kejadian mastitis antara 2,6%-33%, prevalensi global kejadian mastitis sekitar 10% dari perempuan yang menyusui. Pada tahun 2014, di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta terdapat 849 ibu nifas yang melakukan kunjungan nifas dengan kejadian mastitis 5,3% dan tahun 2015 terdapat 742 ibu nifas yang melakukan kunjungan nifas dengan kejadian mastitis 4,2%. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas dan riwayat mastitis dengan kejadian mastitis di RSUD Panembahan Senopati Bantul Yogyakarta.Jenis penelitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan desain penelitian Case control. Responden penelitian adalah ibu dengan mastitis dan ibu nifas normal dengan perbandingan 1:2. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi square. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa umur tidak mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian mastitis (OR=0,673;CI 95%; 0,345−1,314). Pendidikan tidak mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian mastitis (OR=1,288; CI 95%; 0,678−2,44). Pekerjaan tidak mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian mastitis (OR=1,368; CI 95%; 0,749−2,497). Paritas tidak mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian mastitis(OR=0,829; CI 95%; 0,455−1,511). Riwayat mastitis mempunyai hubungan yang bermakna dengan kejadian mastitis (OR=2,280; CI 95%; 1,112−1,674).

Top 50 authors in the Science and Technology Index (SINTA) is become popular as Indonesian top 50 ranking scientists to measure both the productivity and quality of the publications. Unfortunately, to get a high ranking in SINTA, some authors are strongly indicated that they do instant and unfair ways through citation cartels or self-citation. Based on manual investigation, excessive self-citations are conducted through publication in international conference. This paper proposed a simple way to drop abuse of excessive self-citations by categorized research articles as main publication and others as secondary publication based on Scopus database. This method is proposed to avoid perverse and unintended effects on the direction of research and publication in Indonesia.

Background: Children under five years are in the golden growth and development period; however, an excellent nutritional status must support optimal growth and development. The nutritional status of children under five years needs special attention. An overview of the nutritional status of children in a region is the first step to determine the factors that affect the nutritional status of children under five in that region. Method: This was a descriptive study with a cross-sectional design. Results: The results showed that children under five aged 0 – 23 months were 35.47%, while those aged 24-59 months were 64.53%, boys were 52.95%, and girls were 47.05%. Children under five years with inferior nutritional status (index weight/age) of 2.63%, children with nutritional status of stunting (index for height/age) of 12.57%. Children with a malnutrition status (index weight/height) of 2.41%. Conclusion: The problem of stunting and wasting nutrition is still found in the work area Puskesmas Cipadung. These problems can arise due to poor parenting and lack of nutritious food intake due to parents' low education and income level.

We analysed receiver functions from teleseismic events recorded at 11 broadband seismometers in the western part of Java Island, Indonesia. The stations are mostly located at three main geological environment including Northwest Java Basin, Bogor Zone, and Southern Mountains Arc. A total of about 341 receiver functions were computed using iterative time domain deconvolution. We derived shear-wave velocity structure and crustal Vp/Vs ratio by inverting stacked radial receiver functions using non-linear neighbourhood algorithm. Inversion results show sediment thickness varies between 1 and 2 km thick in Western Java. Our inversion shows that crustal thickness in this region varies between 25 and 32 km. Average crustal Vp/Vs ratio is estimated to be about 1.69–1.78. We hope the study may provide useful information for velocity model and crustal thickness for Indonesia region.

1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 Individuals learn in different ways using several learning styles, but lecturers may not always share material and learning experiences that match students’ learning preferences. Mismatches between learning and teaching styles can lead to disappointment with students are taking, and lead to underperformance among them. The aim of this study is to identify the learning styles of the students enrolled in Universiti Malaysia Pahang who were registered in Programming Technique course and to investigate the relationship between students’ learning styles and teachers’ teaching styles. Five lecturers and 251 students were involved in the study as participants and. Data from students were collected using Leonard, Enid’s VAK Learning Style Survey. Meanwhile, the teaching styles of the lecturers were identified using Grasha and Reichmann’s Teaching Style Survey. The findings revealed that majority of the student’s preferred visual learning style. The result also shows that the lecturers’ teaching styles give an impact towards the students’ academic performance. From this study, we can conclude that teaching styles have significant impacts on students’ learning styles and academic performances.

Background: Stigma of cancer patients was identified with death, making cancer is the most feared diseases by mankind worldwide especially cancer patients and their families. A critical evaluation of the breast cancer stigma regarding breast cancer screening behaviour is poorly understood, so we aimed to analyse the stigmatization of breast cancer patient in Indonesia for reducing morbidity and mortality of breast cancer. Methods: A qualitative study using focus group discussion and in-depth interviews with thematic analysis was conducted in this research. Results: The informants endured the pain of their breast and kept the referral letter which the medical doctor advised to medical treatment for three months later due to their embarrassment. Traditional healing using scrapping as known ‘kerokan’ and consumed some traditional drink were done by most informants to decrease the pain on their breast. Finally, most informants were diagnosed in an advanced stage when they returned to the health facilities. In addition, financial difficulties were noted as barriers of breast cancer screening in such Indonesia. Conclusions: Feeling fear and shame when diagnosed with breast cancer were identified in this study. Alternative treatment using scrapping as known ‘kerokan’ lead the first seeking help for breast cancer symptoms due to financial difficulties among patient of breast cancer. Diagnosed in an advanced stage was revealed by most of the informants after they returned back to health facilities.

The Sumatran offshore region is known as an active seismogenic zone. Consequently, there were many records of great events that caused a big catastrophe, such as the 2004 Sumatra-Andaman earthquake. In order to investigate the geometry and nature of the earthquake ruptures and structures, we utilize the bathymetry and Multi-Channel Seismic (MCS) profiles from the SO-198 research project in 2008 (R/V Sonne) and KH-10-5 research project in 2010 (R/V Hakuho-Maru). We find that the area along the Sunda Trench to the fore-arc high in the northwestern Sumatra are characterized by parallel anticlinal ridges with distinctive vergence regimes. These vergence regimes classified as seaward, mix and landward vergence system. Our data interpretation recognized structures such as Main thrust, Lower thrust, Middle thrust, Upper thrust, piggy-back basin and West Andaman Fault within this region. Our conclusion suggest that the anticlinal seaward and landward vergence are considered as the product of recent deformation rupture. The co-seismic slip from the past earthquake ruptures tends that it was occurred from the deeper part in the entire northwestern of Sumatra fore-arc.

Most earthquake studies focus mainly on offshore subduction zones that often produce high-magnitude earthquakes. However, onshore active fault earthquakes also common to cause significant devastation, due to their proximity to human activity and their relatively shallow depth. Most of active faults in Java show a west-east (W-E) trending direction. However, the devastating Opak Fault ruptured in a NE-SW trend. Recent studies indicate that some shallow seismic clusters in Java cannot be associated with any known active fault traces. These seismic activities reported occurring in southern Garut, Cipamingkis (Sukabumi), Halimun-Salak Mountain (Bogor), and Grindulu in Pacitan. These seismic clusters show similar direction to the Opak Fault that ruptured an Mw6.4 earthquake in 2006 with thousands of fatalities. Here, we describe a brief review of the NE-SW trending active fault in the southern Garut area. Earthquake is a natural phenomenon with a repetitive mechanism. Therefore, we must be aware of the future hazard that has been demonstrated by recent seismic activities in this area.

Elucidating the Baribis active fault in the central part of West Java is challenging due to the lack of physiography appearance. A gravity survey was conducted on 838 stations around the North of Bandung to Subang region to identify its buried spatial fault continuity. Regular processing routine reduced the observed gravity acceleration to generate the refined Bouguer anomaly map. Additionally, edge detection techniques (e.g., tilt derivative and analytic signal) were analyzed to delineate the proven fault emergence from the published active fault database and surface geological map. The results depict that the Baribis fault was continued to the Subang region and enhanced clearly by applying analytic signal attributes. Thereby, the Baribis fault continuity is better interpreted on the analytic signal anomaly map, whereas the tilt derivative technique explains the factor of unclear surficial discontinuity of Baribis fault on the zone.

Continuous gravity monitoring as geodetic instruments for tidal variation recording has been proving its availability for more applications. The original purpose was to monitor the changes in gravity at one local, which could be correlated to the hydrological variation and geothermal reservoir changes. Most recently explored was its relation to the events of earthquakes. We have been installing the gPhone 145 since 2016 at LIPI Campus in Bandung as a preliminary observation of the instrument. In four years of installation, the gPhone has recorded the relative gravity intermittently, interrupted only by technical problems. Temperature and pressure records indicate the instrument functions properly. However, uneven recording prevented hydrological study, in which we expected to see some changes of the gravity through the years. For earthquakes’ precursor studies, additional samples of events and time-associated gravity anomalies might give more assuring results.

Provision of breast milk is the most effective way to ensure baby's health and safety. Breast milk has nutritional and non-nutritional benefits both for the health of the child and the mother. WHO recommends exclusive breastfeeding for up to six months, continued for up to two years. Breastfeeding Self-Efficacy is the most powerful factor that can influence the process of breastfeeding and the success of breastfeeding. The purpose of this study was to identify the relationship between self-efficacy and breastfeeding practices among primiparous mothers. The research was a cross-sectional study. The population in this study was mothers who had given birth to a first live baby at the Widuri Primary Clinic. The sample size in this study was 40 primiparous mothers recruited with the total sampling method. Data were collected using the Breastfeeding Self Efficacy (BSES) questionnaire which contains 25 questions about the breastfeeding self-efficacy of the mothers and observation of breastfeeding practices that refer to 16 breastfeeding practice items. Data analysis was used univariate and bivariate analysis. The results showed that there was no relationship between self-efficacy and breastfeeding practice (p-value = 0.215). There is no relationship between self-efficacy and breastfeeding practice.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor determinan perilaku pemeriksaan payudara sendiri (Sadari) pada mahasiswi Kesehatan Masyarakat Ahmad Dahlan. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan rancangan cross sectional. Responden penelitian ini merupakan mahasiswi Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik cluster sampling yang terdiri dari 142 mahasiswi. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah kuesioner menggunakan Google form. Analisis data menggunakan analisis univariat dengan distribusi frekuensi, analisis bivariat menggunakan uji Chi square, dan analisis multivariat menggunakan uji regresi logistic. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel yang ada hubungan dengan perilaku Sadari adalah pengetahuan (p=0,000), sikap (p=0,000), dukungan teman sebaya (p=0,001), dan dukungan keluarga (p=0,000). Variabel yang tidak ada hubungan dengan perilaku Sadari adalah sumber informasi (p=1,000). Faktor determinan yang paling dominan terhadap perilaku Sadari adalah pengetahuan (p=0,000) dan dukungan keluarga (p=0,000). Dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan, sikap, dukungan teman sebaya, dan dukungan keluarga dengan perilaku Sadari. Sumber informasi tidak berhubungan dengan dengan perilaku Sadari. Faktor determinan yang merupakan faktor yang paling berpengaruh terhadap perilaku Sadari adalah pengetahuan dan dukungan keluarga. Kata Kunci: Faktor determinan, Sadari, Perilaku Sadari, mahasiswi Determinants Factors of Breast Self-Examination Behavior among Public Health Students, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan Abstract: This study aimed to investigate determine factors of breast self-examination behaviour among public health students at Faculty of Public Health, Uniersitas Ahmad Dahlan. This research employed quantitative research using cross sectional design. Respondent of this study was female student of Faculty of Public Health, Universitas Ahmad Dahlan, Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used cluster sampling technique which consisted of 142 female students. The instrument used was a questionnaire using Google form. Data analysis used univariate analysis with frequency distribution, bivariate analysis using Chi square test, and multivariate analysis using logistic regression test. The results of this study indicated that the variables that have relationship with breast self-examination behavior are knowledge (p = 0.000), attitude (p = 0.000), peer support (p = 0.001), and family support (p = 0.000). The variable that had no relationship with breast self-examination was the source of information (p = 1,000). The most dominant determinants of breast self-examination behavior were knowledge (p = 0.000) and family support (p = 0.000). It can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between knowledge, attitude, peer support and family support and breast self-examination behavior. There is no significant relationship between source of information and breast self-examination behavior. The determinant factors which are the most influencing factors on breast self-examination behavior are knowledge and family support. This study examined personality, social support, and quality of life as determinant of coping behaviour among the visually impaired individuals. Fifty (50) visually impaired individuals drawn from Benin City participated in the study. Four hypotheses were stated and tested using independent t. test and regression analysis. The results confirmed three out of the four hypotheses stated. High social support was found to significantly determine high coping behaviour (t = 3.261, df 48, P 0.05), high quality of life significantly determine high coping behaviour (t = 5.136, df 48, P 0.05), and that personality, social support, and quality of life jointly predict coping behaviour among visually impaired individuals (R =0.647, R2 = 42%, F(34.626) =; P 0.001). Based on the findings of this study, it is recommended that parents/guardians, teachers/counselors of visually impaired individuals should not relent in supporting them. Also relevant authorities should facilitate programmes that will enhance quality of life of individuals with visual impairment to enable them cope better.

Therefore, an audio-magnetotelluric modeling was carried out. An audiomagnetotelluric survey was conducted at two parallel lines (N166oE) that intersected Cimandiri Fault Zone in Cibeber area, Cianjur. The distance between those two lines was 4.5 km and each line consisted of twenty-one stations with the distance between stations was 500 m. From the acquired forty-two apparent resistivity curves, inversion was executed to obtain two models. The models indicate layers with resistivity value of > 1000 ohm.m at about 500 m depth at both lines, which are associated to the basement layer. Columns of low resistivity zones in about the middle of each model represent fault zones as the weak zones of the area, and both models displayed them slightly dip southward as thrust faults.

Schizophrenia is a mental disorder that is quite widespread in nature in Indonesia, which is about 99% of patients, the mental hospital in Indonesia are people with schizophrenia. The highest prevalence of psychosis is in DIY is 2.7 per 1000 population. Based on the data reports the top 10 disease hospitalization from January to June 2015 at the Mental Hospital Grhasia DIY disease schizophrenia is a disease with a high of 371 while other mental disorders as many as 54 people. This study aimed to determine risk factors of schizophrenia in patients hospitalized in the Psychiatric Hospital Grhasia DIY. This research was an analytic observational with cross sectional design. The sample was 79 people schizophrenia and non-schizophrenia. Data analysis was using Fisher’s Exact Test. There were relationships between heredity RP = 1.195 (95% CI 1.004 to 1.423), psychosocial stressors of interpersonal relationship problems RP = 1.257 (CI95% from 1.056 to 1.497), psychosocial stressors of family factors RP = 1.366 (CI95% from 1.063 to 1.756) to the incidence of schizophrenia in-patients at the Mental Hospital Grhasia DIY. Buku ajar merupakan salah satu komponen penunjang pembelajaran yang sangat� penting keberadaannya. Baik dalam konteks pendidikan formal maupun non formal. Untuk itu pemilihan bahan ajar yang baik dan berkualitas dapat dilihat dari isi bahan ajar tersebut. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan kelayakan isi pada buku ajar Sahabatku Indonesia untuk Anak Sekolah B1. Metode penelitian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif� kualitatif� dan kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian pada buku ajar Sahabatku Indonesia� sudah layak digunakan dalam kegiatan belajar BIPA. Persentase kelayakannya pada buku ajar tersebut, pada bab pertama pertansenya kelayakannya sebesar� 87,50%, bab� kedua persentasenya kelayakannya sebesar 77,50 %, bab tiga persentasenya kelayakannya sebesar 75,00%, bab empat persentase kelayakannya sebesar 72,50%, dan, pada bab lima persentase kelayaknnya sebesar 67,50%. Jadi antara bab satu sampai bab limapersentase kelayakan dalam buku ajar tersebut semakin menurun. Berdasarkan persentase kelayakan lima bab buku tersebut kelayakan isi secara keseluruhan diperoleh 76,00%. Hal tersebut mencakup, 1) Kesesuaian Standar Kompetensi dan Kompetensi Dasar meliputi tiga indikator yaitu, kelengkapan materi, keluasan materi dan,� kedalaman materi. 2) Keakuratan materi terdapat tiga indikator yaitu, akurasi prosedur, akurasi soal dan, akurasi fakta, contoh, dan isi. 3) Materi pendukung pelajar terbagi menjadi empat indikator yaitu, keterkinian fitur, contoh, dan rujukan, penalaran, penerapan dan, kemenarikan materi.�

Pandeglang is located on the coast of the Sunda Strait, which is tectonically active as the source of geological hazards. Basement configuration mapping is required for further understanding in geological characteristic of the land. Gravity method is one of the geophysical techniques that can be applied for the regional subsurface characterization. Gravity measurements were completed in the Pandeglang area, from Tanjung Lesung to Labuan coastline and all passable roads in Pandeglang Regency. The Bouguer anomaly obtained has indicated a steady decreasing anomaly from south-southwest to north-northeast area. The result of residual anomalies analysis and basement depth estimation presented a deep basin in the northeast most of the study area (Labuan – Picung), which indicates a thick sediment layer in this area.Keywords: gravity anomaly, residual anomaly, basin, basement, Labuan, Pandeglang.

Materialism is related to financial individuals who judge all things need material. The nature of people like this exist in today's era, which assesses a success comes from the acquisition of wealth, social status and welfare of life. Although this is contrary to moral life, there are still many people who pursue it. Internal and external factors exist in human life related to the existence of materialism. Self satisfaction and individual life goals are internal factors that exist within the individual. Materialistic people will feel satisfied through acquisition of possessions, financial success, attaining status and having the right image. This perception is negatively correlated with well-being, even so they believe that their life goals will be achieved through materialism. Environmental, social and social media influences that are external factors in an individual can provide a tendency to influence one's behavior. The recognition of social status based on wealth will have an impact on materialism that will be difficult to escape from his life. The hedonist lifestyle and corruption are the effects of this growing materialism. However, to prevent or overcome these behavioral problems, it is necessary to strengthen morality and spiritual values that can be obtained from various sources such as the Qur'an, the Bible or research that can be trusted to provide solutions to these problems.

Federation of Reproductive Health Association, Malaysia (FRHAM) is a pioneer Non-governmental Organization (NGO) in disseminating the knowledge and services of sexual reproductive health in Malaysia. A qualitative case study research design was employed to explore the roles of FRHAM in promoting Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) for the well-being of locals and refugees’ communities. In-depth interviews were conducted with the staffs of FRHAM to inquire about their effort in delivering their services. The interviews were recorded, transcribed, coded and emergent themes were identified. FRHAM had played a part as educator, service provider, advocate and actively involved in improving the quality of life among the refugee community. The organization had developed modules for CSE and conducted programs for dissemination of knowledge. They also collaborated with local governmental agencies and other NGOs to promote awareness and utilization of services among the communities. Nevertheless, promoting CSE had experienced many challenges in Malaysia. The perceptions of Malaysian viewing sexuality education as taboos, cultural factors, the reluctance of educators in delivering, and the low visibility of FRHAM are the barriers encountered by FRHAM in promoting CSE. FRHAM recommended including parents, teachers and other stakeholders in the promotion of CSE and acknowledging CSE as an official subject to be implemented in schools. The information from this study may encourage more partnerships between the stakeholders, policy makers and NGOs for providing high quality CSE and sexual reproductive health services.

Pemetaan bawah permukaan diperlukan sebagai acuan dasar dalam kajian sumberdaya alam di daerah Serang, yang merupakan salah satu daerah dengan pertumbuhan industri dan populasi yang sangat pesat. Sebagai tahap awal dalam kajian regional, survey gayaberat dilakukan untuk memetakan anomali gayaberat di Kota Serang dan sekitarnya. Gayaberat diukur pada 204 titik pengamatan di Kota dan Kabupaten Serang dengan jarak antara titik kurang lebih sejauh 1 km. Dari hasil pengukuran diperoleh peta anomali gayaberat Bouguer yang menunjukkan setidaknya tiga kelompok anomali. Sisi barat (Kota Serang ke selatan) memiliki anomali gayaberat tinggi, sisi timur (Ciruas) memiliki anomali gayaberat rendah, dan sisi utara (hingga kepantai utara) memiliki anomali gayaberat sedang. Pemodelan bawah permukaan berdasarkan data anomali gayaberat tersebut menunjukkan adanya cekungan pada batuan dasar di sekitar Serang dan Tanara, yang diapit oleh tinggian batuan dasar di sisi barat dan timurnya. Kondisi batuan dasar demikian akan mempengaruhi keberadaan akuifer dan kemungkinan arah aliran airtanah. Subsurface mapping is required as a basic reference in the study of natural resources in Serang area. The Serang City and County are one of the areas with rapid industrial and population growth. In this preliminary study, a gravity survey was executed to map gravity anomaly of the area. The gravity field was measured at 204 stations in Serang City and County, with approximately 1 km distance between two stations. The result is a Bouguer anomaly gravity map that classified the region into 3 (three) units. The western part of study area, which includes Serang City to south, has a high gravity anomaly. The eastern part (Ciruas region) has a low gravity anomaly. And the northern part (to the north coast) has a moderate gravity anomaly. Subsurface modeling indicated a presence of shallow basin at the bedrock beneath the east part of Serang, flanked by ridges on the west and the east sides. Such bedrock topography condition would affect the origin of aquifers and possible flow of groundwaters.

Decrease of maternal and infant mortality as well as increasing of the exclusive breastfeeding are major public health priorities in Indonesia. In decreasing the maternal and infant mortality, the government developed a program for the community as Baby Friendly Hospital (BFH) to prevent the effects, to support, and to promote breastfeeding. PKU Muhammadiyah hospital in Yogyakarta was one of the BFH program managers. The purpose of this study was to determine the breastfeeding promotion activities as part of BFH at PKU Muhammadiyah Hospital in Yogyakarta.This was a qualitative descriptive study. The findings of this study were inputs consisting of 1) the knowledge and skills to better convey information indicates the quality of human resources. 2) promotion of the policies for all workers to reach the goal. 3) financial promotion is supported by the operating system in the hospital. 4) supporting facility to promote lactation leaflets, posters, ANC class, a breastfeeding counselor and nursing areas. Implementation of lactation promotion was conducted in accordance with program planning of BFH.

Research on the field of using social media has gained more importance in the recent days due to the rapid development of social media technologies. Looking at the behavioral intention and attitude of using social media for collaborative learning within Malaysian higher educational institutions and the influencing factors in this regard has received little attention by researchers. The study aims at examining the determinants that affect learners’ attitude and behavior intention regarding their use social media to achieve collaborative learning. Such examination is carried out by using the Theory Acceptance Model (TAM) and Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology (UTAUT). A total of 243 participants were recruited for this study. The findings indicated that students’ attitudes and behavior are strong indicators of their intentions in terms of using social media in collaborative learning.

Individuals learn in different ways using several learning styles, but lecturers may not always share material and learning experiences that match students’ learning preferences. Mismatches between learning and teaching styles can lead to disappointment with students are taking, and lead to underperformance among them. The aim of this study is to identify the learning styles of the students enrolled in Universiti Malaysia Pahang who were registered in Programming Technique course and to investigate the relationship between students’ learning styles and teachers’ teaching styles. Five lecturers and 251 students were involved in the study as participants and. Data from students were collected using Leonard, Enid’s VAK Learning Style Survey. Meanwhile, the teaching styles of the lecturers were identified using Grasha and Reichmann’s Teaching Style Survey. The findings revealed that majority of the student’s preferred visual learning style. The result also shows that the lecturers’ teaching styles give an impact towards the students’ academic performance. From this study, we can conclude that teaching styles have significant impacts on students’ learning styles and academic performances.

Social networking web sites is not a new medium for users. The growth of this media helps students communicate and socialize with their friends or followers and used for education. The retention number of students is an issue or real problem in higher educational institutions since it is related to institution overall performance. This research focused on how students’ involvement in social network web site for educational purposes can have a positive effect to their studies and can help institution to retain number of students in the institution. During the research study, students did give full cooperation and involvement in the group that created and dedicated to their collaborative learning. Facebook is the social networking website that used to support learning. The research method applied was survey and the questionnaires distributed to 40 students who got probations result (the Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) was below 2.00) from various academic programs. The result showed that social network website plays an important role in education. The finding also showed that the probation students improve their CGPA and status, while the institution able to maintain their student retention number.

Background: Health problems that arise today are results of unhealthy lifestyle. As an effort to overcome these problems, the government launched the Healthy Living Movement (Germas) involving several approaches. This research aims to study the description of knowledge and promotion media about Germas among academics in higher education institutions.Methods: This is a qualitative research that aims to understand a social phenomenon. Research respondents were academics belonging to the groups of department heads, lecturers, academic staff, students, and canteen personnel. The study was conducted from February to April 2019.Results: Results of this research show that Germas related activities have been partially carried out in the university. Meanwhile, results from the health college and the health polytechnic indicate that Germas related activities are better implemented. They are better integrated with the Germas itself as a whole.Conclusions: Knowledge of Germas among academics in higher education institutions is adequate. This is even better for the case of the health college and health polytechnic in which information about health is disseminated routinely via both formal and informal forums. On the other hand, academics from the university obtain more health information about health from external sources.

The 2006 Yogyakarta Earthquake had caused a disaster in Bantul area. Several institutions had reported different results for the epicenter location. However, aftershocks studies indicated that the rupture area was at about 10 km east of Opak Fault. Analysis of gravity anomaly, including several degrees of residual anomalies and tilt derivative, facilitated this regional tectonic study to determine the structural constraints on the main earthquake and its aftershocks. The Yogyakarta area was primarily characterized by several SW-NE faults; one of them is the Opak Fault. Among those faults,, there are a series of WNW-ESE faults. Several groups of these lineations indicated a presence of some pairs of parallel strike-slips faults that formed pull-a-part basins. The obtained structural pattern has signified the dynamic response of the force from the subduction of the Australian Plate toward Sunda (Eurasia) Plate. The subduction force produced the strike-slip fault in a parallel direction of subduction, and subsequently, the faults caused the formation of thrust structures that are perpendicular to them.Gempabumi Yogyakarta pada tahun 2006 telah menyebabkan bencana di daerah Bantul dan sekitarnya. Lokasi episenter yang ditentukan oleh beberapa lembaga menunjukkan hasil yang berbeda. Tetapi analisa gempabumi susulan telah menunjukkan daerah pegerakan hingga 10 km ke sebelah timur dari Sesar Opak. Analisa anomali gayaberat yang terdiri dari perhitungan anomali sisa dan turunan kemiringan (tilt derivative) diharapkan dapat membantu studi tektonik regional dalam menentukan batasan struktur yang menyebabkan kejadian gempabumi di daerah Yogyakarta. Daerah ini dicirikan oleh sesar-sesar berarah BD (Barat daya)-TL (Timur laut), yang salah satunya adalah Sesar Opak. Di antara sesar-sesar tersebut, terdapat pula deretan sesar-sesar berarah BBL (Barat barat laut)-TTG (Timur tenggara). Beberapa kelompok kelurusan-kelurusan membentuk kemungkinan adanya cekungan pull-a-part, yang terbentuk karena adanya deretan sesar-sesar strike-slip. Pola struktur yang diperoleh menunjukkan respon dinamik dari subduksi Lempeng Australia terhadap Lempeng Eurasia (Sunda). Tekanan dari gaya subduksi menyebabkan terbentuknya sesar-sesar strike-slip. Kemudian sesar-sesar tersebut menyebabkan adanya struktur sesar naik yang tegak lurus terhadapnya.

This quantitative study investigates acceptance towards implementation of telecardiology in Malaysia. The purpose of this study is to explore and understand the potential factors that could be the key elements in cultivating positive behaviour towards telecardiology adoption in Malaysia. Data was gathered by using survey method from 149 patients and publics who use internet service in their daily lives. The questionnaire was developed by integrating Technology Readiness Index (TRI), Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and Theory of Planned Behaviour (TPB) which consists of 42 items. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis and one-way ANOVA were conducted to analyse the data. The analysis reveals that Malaysians generally hold a positive perception towards implementation of telecardiology with some reservations. Besides that, gender and income of the respondents were found to influence the variables in telecardiology readiness, hence suggesting these two variables be taken into considerations in the adoption of telecardiology. It is our hope that the result of this study provides some useful information for the policy makers and implementers to develop effective implementation strategies that could reduce users’ resistance and adoption barriers in telecardiology adoption.

Dalam rangka mempelajari karakteristik Zona Sesar Cimandiri (ZSC), telah dilakukan pengukuran metode gravitasi di sekitar Pelabuhanratu. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan 53 data pengukuran baru dengan interval jarak 750-1500 meter (selanjutnya disebut GCG16). Untuk menggambarkan tingkat kualitas data yang dihasilkan, GCG16 dievaluasi dengan cara dibandingkan dengan dataset gravitasi skala regional dan global terpublikasi. Secara visual peta GCG16 memperlihatkan pola anomali gravitasi yang sama dengan data gravitasi regional (GRAV-P3G), model geopotensial global data satelit (EIGEN-6S2 dan GO_CONS_GCF_2_DIR_R5), serta model geopotensial global kombinasi (EGM2008 dan EIGEN-6C4). Dataset GRAV-P3G yang juga merupakan hasil pengukuran terestrial menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian paling tinggi dengan GCG16. Sementara model potensial global kombinasi menunjukkan tingkat kesesuaian yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan model geopotensial data satelit. Keenam dataset memperlihatkan pola Anomali Bouguer tinggi di bagian selatan area penelitian, mengindikasikan kontribusi dari frekuensi rendah. Variasi anomali tinggi di sekitar Sungai Cimandiri tidak teramati pada data gravitasi satelit, diinterpretasikan sebagai kontribusi dari frekuensi tinggi (berkorelasi dengan kondisi bawah permukaan lebih dangkal). Oleh karena itu untuk mempelajari struktur dangkal CFZ perlu dilakukan pemisahan anomali residual dari anomali regionalnya. Analisis First Horizontal Derivative (FHD) dan First Vertical Derivative (FVD) tidak menunjukkan kehadiran ZSC pada segmen timur GCG16, dan mengindikasikan ZSC sebagai sistem sesar yang tersegmentasi. To study the characteristics of the Cimandiri Fault Zone (CFZ), gravity method measurement has been done around Pelabuhanratu. This activity resulted in 53 new measurement data with intervals of 750-1500 meters (hereafter referred to as GCG16). To illustrate the quality level of resulted data, GCG16 was evaluated by comparing with published regional and global scale gravity datasets. Visually, GCG16 maps show the same gravity anomalies pattern with regional gravity data (GRAV-P3G), global geopotential model of satellite data (EIGEN-6S2 and GO_CONS_GCF_2_DIR_R5), as well as combined global geopotential model (EGM2008 and EIGEN-6C4). GRAV-P3G dataset, which is also a result of terrestrial measurement, shows the highest agreement level to GCG16. The six datasets show a high Bouguer Anomaly pattern in the southern part of the research area, indicating the contribution of low frequencies. High anomaly variations around the Cimandiri River were not observed in satellite gravity data and interpreted as high frequencies contribution (correlated with more superficial subsurface conditions). Therefore, to study the shallow structure of the CFZ, it is necessary to separate the residual anomaly from the regional anomaly. First Horizontal Derivative (FHD) and First Vertical Derivative (FVD) analysis do not show the presence of CFZ in the eastern segment of GCG16 and indicate that CFZ is a segmented fault system.

Mainly in infrastructure deficient communities, telecardiology is considered as a complement to insufficient cardiac care. Telecardiology can reduce travelling and waiting time, enables information sharing in shorter time and facilitate care in rural and remote areas. A qualitative study examined the perspectives of health care providers: cardiologist and general physician and health care service receivers: patient and public towards telecardiology adoption. The barriers in telecardiology adoption were identified in this paper. It includes practicality of telecardiology, the need of education for staffs and administrators, ease of use, preferred face-to-face consultation, cost and confidentiality. Improvements can be done by the implementers based on this study in order to promote telecardiology successfully in Malaysia.

Prevention of nosocomial infections in hospitals can be done through theimplementation of universal precaution program or action asepsis andantisepsis tapping. These actions undertaken by health workers, both nurses and physicians, universal precaution measures include: hand washing, use of gloves, use aseptic liquid, processing of used equipment and waste disposal. The purpose of this study to determine the prevention of nosocomial infections in hospitals through universal precautions in hospitals Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta area. Design of this research is descriptive qualitative case study approach. Collecting data used techniques focus group discussions. Data analyzed using content analysis. The application of universal precautions in hospitals throughout Yogyakarta PKU show that health workers have attempted to implement universal precautions including hand washing action on the water flow, perform hand hygiene, and always tries to wear personal protective equipment. Nurses knowledge about nosocomial infections has been well and for prevention need to implement universal precautions. The attitude of nurses in implementing universal precautions have been good, to the extent responsible. Most hospitals have had the availability of facilities and support the implementation of universal precaution well, and partly still exist limitations in the availability of facilities and support the implementation of universal precaution.

Background: The scope of exclusive breastfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II in Kulon Progo district of DI Yogyakarta, is still below national target (80%). Some factors that affect this problem are level of education, occupation, the mother’s self confidence, and the family’s economical income. This study aims to determine the correlation between education, occupation, family income, and mother’s self confidence with exclusive brestfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II. Objective: The objective of this study is to determine the correlation between education, occupation, family income, and mother’s self confidence with exclusive brestfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II. Method: This study is an observational study with cross sectional method and total sampling technique. The study population is all mothers who has 6 – 12 months old babies. Data analisis is done using chi square test with alpha = 5%. Results: There are statistically significant correlation between the mother’s occupation (p=0,036), family income (p=0,000) and self confidence (p=0,000) with exclusive breastfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II of Kulon Progo district. There are no statistically significant correlation between level of education (p=0,948) with exclusive breastfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II of Kulon Progo district. Conclusion: There are statistically significant correlation between the mother’s occupation, family income, and self confidence with exclusive breastfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II of Kulon Progo district. There are no statistically significant correlation between level of education with exclusive breastfeeding in Puskesmas Pengasih II of Kulon Progo district.

Latar belakang: Diare merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat di negara berkembang seperti Indonesia karena morbiditas dan mortalitasnya yang masih tinggi. Diare disebabkan oleh multifaktorial diantaranya pencemaran makanan dan kondisi lingkungan. Sanitasi makanan adalah upaya untuk menjaga keamanan pangan dari mikroorganisme penyebab penyakit. Sedangkan personal hygiene merupakan upaya untuk memelihara kebersihan dan kesehatan individu. Personal hygiene dan sanitasi makanan yang buruk dapat membuat makanan yang diberikan kepada balita terkontaminasi dengan mikroorganisme sehingga menyebabkan diare. Di Puskesmas Umbulharjo I, kasus diare pada balita mengalami peningkatan dari 25 orang pada tahun 2015 menjadi 35 orang pada tahun 2016. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan antara personal hygiene dan sanitasi makanan dengan kejadian diare pada balita. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dengan lokasi penelitian di Puskesmas Umbulharjo I Yogyakarta. Penentuan responden dilakukan dengan metode acak sederhana. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dengan ibu balita menggunakan kuesioner kemudian data dianalisis menggunakan analisis univariat dan bivariat ( Chi-Square) . Hasil: Penelitian ini menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan antara personal hygiene dan sanitasi makanan dengan kejadian diare pada balita. Sebagian besar responden memiliki personal hygiene yang baik khususnya perilaku cuci tangan pakai sabun (CTPS) yakni sebelum mengolah makanan, setelah buang air besar atau kecil dan sebelum menyuapi anak. Responden juga telah mengetahui sanitasi makanan dengan baik meliputi pemilihan bahan makanan, penyimpanan bahan makanan dan pencucian alat makan. Kesimpulan: Tidak adanya hubungan antara personal hygiene dan sanitasi dengan diare pada balita menunjukkan bahwa personal hygiene dan sanitasi makanan sebagai faktor resiko penyakit diare pada balita.

The dimensionality and regional strike analyses of the Cimandiri Fault, West Java, Indonesia have been investigated. The Cimandiri Fault consists of six segments. They are Loji, Cidadap, Nyalindung, Cibeber, Saguling and Padalarang segments. The magnetotelluric (MT) investigation was done in the Cibeber segment. There were 42 observation points of the magnetotelluric data, which were distributed along 2 lines. The magnetotelluric phase tensor has been applied to determine the dimensionality and regional strike of the Cibeber segment, Cimandiri Fault, West Java. The result of the dimensionality analysis shows that the range values of the skew angle value which indicate the dimensionality of the study area are -5 ≤ β ≥ 5. These values indicate if we would like to generate the subsurface model of the Cibeber segment by using the magnetotelluric data, it is safe to assume that the Cibeber segment has the 2-D. While the regional strike analysis presents that the regional strike of the Cibeber segment is about N70-80°E.

Background : Breastmilk is the ideal food for babies. There are various inhibiting factors for the formation of awareness of parents in providing exclusive breastfeeding for example ignorance from the mother about the importance of breastfeeding, how to breastfeed properly, and aggressive marketing launched by infant formula manufacturers. Objective : TThis study aimed to determine the association between knowledge and techniques of breastfeeding with exclusive breastfeeding in the area of Puskesmas Pengasih II, Kulonprogo. Methods : This research employed cross-sectional design. The population was all mothers with babies six to 12 months with total sample 142 mothers. The data was analyze using Chi-square test with alpha significance=5%. Results : This study found more subjects with a low level of knowledge (57%), the same goes with breastfeeding technique (52,1%). There was statistically significant association between knowledge with exclusive breastfeeding (p=0,006). There was a statistically significant association between breastfeeding technique with exclusive breastfeeding (p=0,002). Conclusion : There were relationships between knowledge (p = 0.006) and feeding techniques (p = 0.002) with exclusive breastfeeding.
