Developing memristor with photosensing behavior would facilitate the construction of an advanced neuromorphic computing framework for future sensing−memory−computing integrated system. Although the memristor has already got much attention, its optoelectronic sensing mechanism is still unclear, thus the enhancement is challenging. Herein, a MoS2 memristor is fabricated on the oxygen‐vacancy‐rich Bi1.5MgNb1.5O7 thin film. By combining the voltage stress and photoexcitation, the memristor, its photosensing property, and their correlation have been systematically studied. The results show that the interfacial oxygen vacancy can trap the photogenerated electron obeying the photogating effect which tunes the Fermi level of MoS2 and exhibits tunable hysteresis behavior. The photoexcitation mechanism has been studied showing wavelength and voltage‐dependent photosensing−memory performance. The responsivity can reach up to 2 × 1011 V W−1 at 550 nm illumination and the hysteresis ratio (ΔH/Vg), one of the factors determining the memory, can be modulated by 40 times, which is larger than for previous 2D materials‐based memristors. Contour maps of external quantum efficiency show illumination, voltage, and wavelength dependence where the value becomes larger at lower illumination power density and higher voltage. The attractive bismuth-based cubic pyrochlores possess large dielectric constant, high dielectric tunability, and extremely low dielectric loss. The Bi1.5Mg1-xCoxNb1.5O7 (Co-BMN, x = 0.0–0.5) cubic pyrochlore ceramics were prepared by solid-state reaction. All the Co-BMN ceramics maintained the cubic pyrochlore phase with a preferential (111) orientation. The forbidden (442) diffraction plane was found in Co-BMN pyrochlores. The crystallization of the Co-BMN ceramics was promoted by Co2+ doping modification. The Co-BMN at x = 0.3 achieved the maximum of cell volume, force constant of A-O stretching, and binding energy of Co2+. The dielectric constant of Co-BMN significantly increased due to the larger polarizability of Co2+. The increasing dielectric constant of Co-BMN pyrochlores (x ≤ 0.3) with increasing Co2+ doping was attributed to the displacive disorder of A-site and O' ions. Co-BMN with moderate Co2+ doping (x ≤ 0.4) presented a low dielectric loss (< 0.0007). The temperature coefficient of dielectric constant of Co-BMN pyrochlores (x ≤ 0.4) increased from -382 ppm/oC to -84 ppm/oC after Co2+ doping. However, high concentration of Co2+ resulted in deterioration of dielectric properties of Co-BMN. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Purpose: Clinical studies have demonstrated the intricate association between the onset and progression of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) and the activation of the inflammatory cascade reaction. This study delves into investigating the causal links between 91 circulating inflammatory proteins (CIPs) and OSA through the application of Mendelian randomization (MR) techniques., Methods: Utilizing genetic data on OSA sourced from the Finnish Biobank (FinnGen) Genome-wide Association Studies (GWAS) of the European population, alongside summary-level GWAS data of CIPs from 14,824 European participants, we conducted a bidirectional MR study., Results: This study suggests that several factors may be associated with the risk of OSA. IL-17C (odds ratio (OR) = 1.090, p = 0.0311), CCL25 (OR = 1.079, p = 0.0493), FGF-5 (OR = 1.090, p = 0.0003), CD5 (OR = 1.055, p = 0.0477), and TNFSF14 (OR = 1.092, p = 0.0008) may positively correlate with OSA risk. Conversely, IL-20RA (OR = 0.877, p = 0.0107), CCL19 (OR = 0.933, p = 0.0237), MIP-1 alpha (OR = 0.906, p = 0.0042), Flt3L (OR = 0.941, p = 0.0019), CST5 (OR = 0.957, p = 0.0320), OPG (OR = 0.850, p = 0.0001), and TRAIL (OR = 0.956, p = 0.0063) may reduce the risk of OSA. Additionally, elevated levels of IL-10RA (OR = 1.153, p = 0.0478) were observed as a consequence of OSA. Conversely, OSA may potentially lead to decreased levels of CCL28 (OR = 0.875, p = 0.0317), DNER (OR = 0.874, p = 0.0324), FGF-21 (OR = 0.846, p = 0.0344), and CSF-1 (OR = 0.842, p = 0.0396)., Conclusion: Through this bidirectional MR study, we have identified 12 upstream regulatory proteins and 5 downstream effect proteins that are linked to OSA.
