Age estimation based on tissues or body fluids is an important task in forensic science. The changes of DNA methylation status with age have certain rules, which can be used to estimate the age of the individuals. Therefore, it is of great significance to discover specific DNA methylation sites and develop new age estimation models. At present, statistical models for age estimation have been developed based on the rule that DNA methylation status changes with age. The commonly used models include multiple linear regression model, multiple quantile regression model, support vector machine model, artificial neural network model, random forest model, etc. In addition, there are many factors that affect the level of DNA methylation, such as the tissue specificity of methylation. This paper reviews these modeling methods and influencing factors for age estimation based on DNA methylation, with a view to provide reference for the establishment of age estimation models.

Objective To investigate the change in intestinal flora and its association with liver CYP2E1 in mice with li-ver injury caused by high-intensity atorvastatin (ATO). Methods According to the treatment method, 40 C57BL/6 mice were divided into low-intensity ATO group (ATO-L group), medium-intensity ATO group (ATO-M group), high-intensity ATO group (ATO-H group), and control group (CON group), with 10 rats in each group. The mice in the ATO-L group, the ATO-M group, and the ATO-H group were given 1 mL normal saline containing ATO at doses of 10, 20, and 30 mg/kg, respectively, by gavage, and those in the CON group were given an equal volume of normal saline by gavage, for 4 consecutive weeks. HE staining and transmission electron microscopy were used to observe liver pathological state. Related methods were used to measure the se-rum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), and interleukin-10, the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD) in liver tissue, and the mRNA expression level of CYP2E1 in liver tissue. 16SrDNA sequencing was used to analyze the distribution of intestinal flora in fresh feces of mice, and a correlation analysis was conducted to investigate the correlation of the relative abundance of bacterial genera with significant diffe-rences with the mRNA expression level of CYP2E1 and SOD activity in liver tissue. Results HE staining and transmission electron microscopy showed varying degrees of liver injury in the ATO-M and ATO-H groups. Objective To investigate the influence of high-dose atorvastatin on bile acid metabolism in mice with liver injury and its mechanism. Methods A total of 40 specific pathogen-free male C57BL/6 mice were randomly divided into normal saline group (group A) and low-, middle-, and high-dose atorvastatin groups (groups B, C, and D, respectively), with 10 mice in each group. After 30 days of intragastric administration of normal saline and atorvastatin at a dose of 10, 20, and 30 mg/kg, respectively, orbital blood was collected from the mice in each group, and these groups were compared in terms of the serum levels of total bile acid (TBA), endotoxin (ET), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), and alanine aminotransferase (ALT); after liver tissue samples were collected, HE staining was performed to observe the pathological changes of liver tissue, and PCR was used to measure the mRNA expression levels of the bile acid metabolism-related genes farnesoid X receptor (FXR) and multidrug resis-tance-associated protein 2 (MRP2) in liver tissue. We developed and experimentally realized a scheme of optical nonreciprocity (ONR) by using degenerate two-level atoms embedded in an optical ring cavity. For the degenerate transition Fg = 4 ↔ Fe = 3, we first studied the cavity-transmission property in different coupling field configurations and verified that under the strong-coupling regime, the single-dark-state peak formed by electromagnetically induced transparency (EIT) showed ONR. The stable ground-state Zeeman coherence for Λ-chains involved in the degenerate two-level system was found to be important in the formation of intracavity EIT. However, different from the three-level atom–cavity system, in the degenerate two-level system, the ONR effect based on intracavity EIT occurred only at a low probe intensity, because the cavity–atom coupling strength was weakened in the counter-propagating probe and coupling field configuration. Furthermore, ONR transmission with a high contrast and linewidth-narrowing was experimentally demonstrated.

In this paper, based on the research background of recovering uranium from wet-process phosphoric acid(WPA) by amino phosphonate acid chelating resin, the distribution of uranium in single particle amino phosphonate chelating resin was studied. The results show that the optimal laser frequency of LA-ICP-MS is determined to be 6 Hz, the beam spot diameter is 44 μm, and the energy density is 6 J/cm2. The resin with saturated adsorption and the resin with complete elution were selected as the external standard of the adsorption and leaching process, and the homogeneity test was carried out. The relative standard deviation of uranium content in the resin with saturated adsorption and the resin with complete elution are 3.87% and 3.52%(n=9), respectively. Uniformity is good. In situ microzone analysis of uranium in amino phosphonic acid chelating resin was carried out by LA-ICP-MS. The adsorption process of uranium on the resin is gradually completed from the outside to the inside, and the leaching process is gradually completed from the outside to the inside, and the concentration of uranium inside and outside the resin is gradually uniform and unified, and finally reaches adsorption saturation and leaching complete.
