51. Prevalence of hereditary epidermolysis bullosa in the Russian Federation

Abstract: Goal. To study the prevalence of hereditary epidermolysis bullosa (HEB) in the Russian Federation. Materials and methods. The data on the number of HEB patients by subjects of the Russian Federation as well as their age and disease type were obtained based on questionnaires. The questionnaires were sent to dermatovenerology healthcare institutions from 85 subjects of the Russian Federation. The HEB prevalence rates in the subjects of the Russian Federation were calculated as the ratio of the number of HEB patients in the subject of the Russian Federation to the population size in the subject per million residents. Results. Information about 438 HEB patients (210 female and 228 male) aged 0-66 was collected in 70 subjects of the Russian Federation as of January 1, 2015. The disease type was specified for 139 patients (86 patients with common HEB, 50 patients with dystrophic HEB and 3 patients with the borderline form of HEB). No details about the disease type were provided for 299 patients (68.26%). The HEB prevalence rate in the subjects of the Russian Federation varies from 0 to 19.73 cases per million residents. Conclusion. These data on the HEB prevalence rate in 70 subjects of the Russian Federation are comparable to the data specified in literature sources providing information on the HEB prevalence rate in some foreign states. The data represent the first step to the development of clinical recommendations concerning HEB management and establishment of a register of in the Russian Federation.

52. Dynamics of structural, functional and vegetative changes of heart under the influence of combined therapy with the use of ursodeoxycholic acid and L-arginine in patients with coronary heart disease associated with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

Abstract: Objective: to study the effect of the ursodeoxycholic acid and L-arginine combination on the background of basic therapy on the structural and functional state of the heart and indicators of the autonomic nervous system in patients with coronary heart disease combined with the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods: The study involved 56 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and nonalcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD). Patients were randomized into two groups. Patients in the 1st group (n = 30) received only basic therapy of coronary heart disease, patients in the 2nd group (n = 26) in addition to basic therapy were prescribed with UDCA and L-arginine. All patients underwent daily ECG monitoring and two-dimensional echocardiography. Statistical data processing was carried out using the program package Statistica 10.0. Results: In the 2nd group after 3 months of treatment there were observed decrease in indicators: myocardial stiffness index by 45 %, Va by 7.4 %, mean heart rate in both the active (11.72 %) and the passive (8 %) periods, the number (80 %) and duration (85 %) of tachycardia episodes, total number of ventricular (84 %) and supraventricular (63 %) extrasystoles per day, duration of the ST depression (by 55 %) and the duration of its maximum episode (by 75 %) and LF/HF ratio to 24 % in the active and 27 % in the passive period along with an increase of indicators: Ve by 7.4 %, SDNNi in both active (18 %) and passive (20 %) periods (p < 0.05). Conclusions: The positive effects of adding UDCA and L-arginine to basic therapy in patients with coronary artery disease and NAFLD include improved diastolic function, decreased myocardial ischemia, decreased myocardial stiffness and the number of ventricular and supraventricular extrasystoles, as well as increased total VPS, normalization of the sympathetic-parasympathetic balance by increasing the parasympathetic component of the cardiovascular system.

53. AUTOMATIC DETECTION AND RECOGNITION OF CRATERS BASED ON THE SPECTRAL FEATURES OF LUNAR ROCKS AND MINERALS

Abstract: Crater-detection approaches can be divided into four categories: manual recognition, shape-profile fitting algorithms, machine-learning methods and geological information-based analysis using terrain and spectral data. The mainstream method is Shape-profile fitting algorithms. Many scholars throughout the world use the illumination gradient information to fit standard circles by least square method. Although this method has achieved good results, it is difficult to identify the craters with poor "visibility", complex structure and composition. Moreover, the accuracy of recognition is difficult to be improved due to the multiple solutions and noise interference. Aiming at the problem, we propose a method for the automatic extraction of impact craters based on spectral characteristics of the moon rocks and minerals: 1) Under the condition of sunlight, the impact craters are extracted from MI by condition matching and the positions as well as diameters of the craters are obtained. 2) Regolith is spilled while lunar is impacted and one of the elements of lunar regolith is iron. Therefore, incorrectly extracted impact craters can be removed by judging whether the crater contains "non iron" element. 3) Craters which are extracted correctly, are divided into two types: simple type and complex type according to their diameters. 4) Get the information of titanium and match the titanium distribution of the complex craters with normal distribution curve, then calculate the goodness of fit and set the threshold. The complex craters can be divided into two types: normal distribution curve type of titanium and non normal distribution curve type of titanium. We validated our proposed method with MI acquired by SELENE. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method has good performance in the test area.

54. The state of vascular endothelium, clinical and metabolic features of patients with coronary heart disease combined with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

Abstract: Objective: to study changes in the vascular endothelium state in conjunction with clinical and metabolic features in CHD patients with the concomitant nonalcoholic fatty liver disease. Methods: cross-cohort analytical study involved 86 patients, the primarily selected group consisted of 34 patients, mean age 60 (57.5; 66) with documented coronary artery disease, stable exertional angina of II-III functional class combined with NAFLD; comparison selected group: 32 patients, mean age 60.5 (51.5; 65.6) with coronary artery disease without NAFLD. The control selected group consisted of 20 healthy individuals. Results: In patients with coronary artery disease and NAFLD compared with CHD patients without NAFLD was found significantly higher levels of ADMA by 21 % (p < 0.05), CRP by 1.63 times (p < 0.05), intima-media thickness by 14.28 % (p < 0.05). Using ROC-analysis established that levels of ADMA >0.74 mmol/l is the cutting point and has an optimal ratio of sensitivity (80 %) to the specificity (82.9 %) for the diagnosis of vascular remodeling in CHD patients with concomitant NAFLD. The presence of significant direct correlation relationship of ADMA with CRP, total cholesterol, glucose, body mass index, alkaline phosphatase, ALT and significant negative relation of ADMA with HDL were found. Conclusions: In patients with coronary artery disease, combined with NAFLD structural and functional changes in vascular endothelium (increase in serum levels of ADMA, thickening of intima-media) are observed during activation of systemic inflammation (increased CRP concentration), which is associated with metabolic disorders and liver damage indicators. The value of ADMA in serum prevailing 0.74 mmol/l helps to diagnose structural and functional changes in vascular endothelium in patients with coronary artery disease, comorbid with NAFLD. coronary artery disease; nonalcoholic fatty liver disease; vascular endothelium; carotid intima-media thickness; arginine

The most comprehensive investigations of these questions in track and field athletics are devoted to studying of sprint that significantly promoted the improvement of the process of a coach (Yefremenko, 2013 -2015; Shesterova, Yanhao, 2014-2016). However, the uniform generalization in the received scientific results isn't reached. It considerably reduces the overall performance of a coach. The optimization of the training process and the efficiency of performance of a sportsman are defined by the depth of knowledge of the interdependent relations of kinematic and dynamic characteristics of the performed physical actions and their connections with the morphofunctional educations, which provide their implementation. At the same time the final result depends on the motive endowments of a sportsman, the level of preparedness and the current functional state. The purpose of the research. To present the uniform system of the interdependent relations of the biomechanical and physiological regularities which provide the fastest movement of the general center of body weight GCBW of a sportsman when passing by him the established distance of run and to establish the structure of creation of an optimum algorithm of the training process taking into account individual physical development of a sportsman on the basis of provisions of the theory of training. The achievement of the purpose defined the need of the solution of the following tasks: 1. To carry out the analysis of literature and to systematize scientific achievements on the considered problem. 2. To select the fundamental laws of mechanics which define kinematic and dynamic characteristics of movement of biokinematic links and center of mass (GCBW). On the basis of what to establish the coherence of movement of GCBW with a speed of movement of biokinematic links. 3. To define the communication between intensity of the performed work and the duration of its preservations depending on the level of preparedness of the the corresponding morphofunctional mechanisms which provide its performance. 4. To develop the method of creation of an optimum algorithm of ensuring physical preparedness of a sportsman taking into account his specific features of physical development and physical state. Material and methods Analytic survey of scientific data on the questions of the research of sprint and mechanics of movement of a body in supported and unsupported phases of its movement; construction of semantic sign spaces with the uniform measure entered into them that allows to compare the share importance of parameters of various dimension at their contribution to the achievement of the final result; mathematical modeling of interaction of functional systems in dynamics; methods of analogy and similarity of manifestation of the principles of the interacting systems in preservation of their equilibrium state. Results The analytical expressions which describe a trajectory of movement of GCBW of a body and CBW of two biokinematic link pendulums are established on the basis of laws of mechanics. It allowed, using the method of mathematical modeling, to establish the specific features of the performance of walking and run inherent in a concrete somatotype. A type of a constitution is defined at which it is possible to develop the run speed when the phase of a support can become less than phase of a flight, that provides extremely possible speed of movement of GCBW of a sportsman on the basis of the results of the researches of videograms of run of the ex-world record-holder in run on 100 m Asafa Powell, the works of Mil Koch, Kadzh Tomazin, Stephanie Letzelter, Akira Ito, Masaki Ishivaka, etc., and also the executed model constructions. Conclusion The modern requirements of the development of sport define conditions of the organization of the training process in which it is necessary to provide the systematic control and the analysis of dynamics of the passing changes in biomechanics of the mastered movements, physiological processes of the training and competitive loads providing performance, psychological preparedness of the sportsman for extreme and special conditions. The implementation of such control demands the corresponding preparation of the coach's structure and necessary technical providing. The existence of modern control methods of the dynamics of the development of exhaustion in change of movements of biokinematic links of a body allow to carry out in real time on video filming this task. However, the coach can't provide the performance of all these functions at full satisfaction of these conditions. The trained professional has to be appropriately in ensuring the training process, and the training in the contents has to consist of not only the direct physical activities, but also the subsequent analysis of the video record of the actions and computer processing of their performance. The solution of these tasks assumes opening of the new specialization in specialized educational institutions, which provides the scientific and technical maintenance of the educational-training process and competitive performances. It is natural that the solution of this task has to be carried out step by step, but now there are all bases to start the beginning of its realization. Abstract: Background. Purpose of the work – to investigate the possible relationship of the cardiovascular risk main factors with certain polymorphism of aldosterone synthase gene (CYP11B2). Materials and methods. Аt the Cardiology Department of PL Shupyk NMAPE general clinical examination of 378 patients was held. Patients were divided into four groups: 100 patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis, 78 patients with CAD without myocardial infarction in history, 100 high cardiovascular risk patients (with diabetes, hypertension or dyslipidemia) and 100 healthy patients (absence of cardiovascular disease was confirmed by medical history, ECG, blood pressure measurement and stress-ECG). Genetic testing was performed by polymerase chain reaction in real time at the Institute of Physiology named after O. O. Bogomolets. Exclusion criteria were hemodynamically significant valvular heart disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, permanent or temporary heart pacing, acute heart failure and implanted cardioverter-defibrillator, permanent form of atrial fibrillation. Statistical analysis of the results was performed using Microsoft Excel, the statistical program SPSS (version 13US). Results. When analyzing the average levels of low density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol statistically significant difference between the group of patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis and the group of high-risk patients (2.93±1.2 mmol/L vs 3.4±1.2 mmol/L, p=0.0075) was demonstrated, indicating a better cholesterol control in the group of patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis, despite the fact that the average cholesterol level did not reach the target. The highest average levels of triglycerides (TG) were observed in patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis – 1.56±0.725 mmol/L, intermediate – in patients with stable coronary artery disease – 1.39±0.795 mmol/L, and the lowest – in high cardiovascular risk patients – 1.04±0.565 mmol/L, with significant differences between all groups. The level of total cholesterol in patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis was significantly higher in the subgroup of patients with homozygous recessive variant CC (5.8±1.08 mmol/L), compared with heterozygotes TC (4.87±1.3 mmol/L, p=0.024 ) and had no statistical significance when compared with the dominant TT homozygotes (5.06±1.45 mmol). Higher levels of total cholesterol (5.76±1.5 mmol/L) in TT homozygotes compared with TC (4.92±1.27 mmol/L, p=0.027) and CC (4.74±1.23 mmol/L, p=0.022) were found. In the group of patients with postinfarction cardiosclerosis, LDL cholesterol in the subgroup homozygous recessive variant CC was higher (3.43±0.87 mmol/L) (not significant) compared with a TT variant (3.02±1.3 mmol/L) and compared with heterozygotes TC (2.78±1.2 mmol/L, p=0.08). The level of TG in patients with stable coronary heart disease was the lowest in dominant homozygotes TT (1.13±0.56 mmol/L) compared with CT heterozygotes (1.54±0.97 mmol/L, p=0.08) and CC homozygotes (1.36±0.58 mmol/L, p=0.2). Conclusions. 1. Group of high cardiovascular risk patients requires special attention in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases, because this group showed the worst control of cardiovascular risk factors (level of total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol, glucose, SBP) in the absence of appropriate treatment. 2. Ingroup of patients with stable coronary artery disease and postinfarction cardiosclerosis the link CC variant gene polymorphism of aldosterone synthase CYP11B2-344C/T with higher levels of total cholesterol, LDL cholesterol was established, which increases the cardio-vascular risk in this group. 3. CC polymorphism of aldosterone synthase gene CYP11B2-344C/T was associated with higher levels of SBP in patients with stable coronary artery disease and postinfarction cardiosclerosis, which increases the cardiovascular risk such as the development of hypertension.

Abstract: The cross section of atomic electron Compton scattering γ+e→γ′+e′ was measured in the 4.400–5.475 GeV photon beam energy region by the PrimEx collaboration at Jefferson Lab with an accuracy of 2.6% and less. The results are consistent with theoretical predictions that include next-to-leading order radiative corrections. The measurements provide the first high precision test of this elementary QED process at beam energies greater than 0.1 GeV.

62. The modern science of acmeology: integration of psychology and pedagogy in education

Abstract: The purpose of this study is to analyse and define the structural and substantive characteristics of acmeological categories (terms) with regard to fundamental education. The authors carried out theoretic and historical, methodological, systemic and logical analysis of acmeological, psychological and pedagogical studies on efficiency of education system and conceptual framework of creative professional and educational activities. Results of studying and substantiating of acmeological categories (terms) of creative activities within the system of fundamental education are presented in detail. Their structural and substantive features are identified and classified. The study presents categorization of acmeological concepts that integrate psychology and pedagogy. Results of this study can be used 1) as a scientific and methodological basis of fundamental education, particularly for vocational creative activities and for teaching the acme of productivity and professionalism; 2) for classification of acmeological categories and their incorporation into the conceptual framework of the Russian fundamental education.

Abstract: Pharmacogenetic testing (PT) is a modern tool in the doctor's practice, which allows to make the right clinical decision in difficult cases, when the expected result of medical measures is not achieved. It is clear that certain metabolic processes in the human body, as well as a number of diseases, are genetically programmed. Therefore, despite the large number of unexplained mechanisms of individual response to drugs, genetic testing occupies one of the leading positions among methods of selecting drug therapy in complex clinical cases. However, the successful implementation of this promising method must overcome a number of obstacles, including limited evidence of effectiveness, ethical, legal, and social factors. The purpose of this review is to highlight modern concepts and practical aspects of the use of PT. The article addresses the problem of expanding the indications for PT when it is not limited to preventive use only. PT allows to identify drugs associated with an increased risk of causing side effects, with a narrow therapeutic index, to reduce the number of drugs in treatment, to choose the dosage of the drug. A variety of PT platforms can be used in a physician's office, which can be broadly divided into two categories - genotyping-based tests and sequencing-based tests. Depending on the gene being tested, different algorithms can be used to generate results. Some gene variants can be described in terms of metabolic activity or general function, while others can only be described as present or absent. Results for gene variants can also be reported as normal, intermediate or low function for the corresponding gene. Pharmacogenetic clinical decision support systems (CDSS) are computer-based systems that assist healthcare providers in prescribing medications at the point of care. These systems provide physicians and other healthcare providers with appropriately filtered pharmacogenetic information, such as drug-gene interaction alerts or patient-specific treatment recommendations. A pharmacogenetic CDSS can either be integrated into a local hospital information system or used as a stand-alone application such as a web service or mobile application. Pharmacogenetics can increase the quantity and quality of information available to pregnant women and their physicians about medication use during pregnancy. Implementation of PT recommendations into routine pediatric practice requires carefully coordinated strategies at the national, regional, and health system levels. To date, pharmacogenetics provides mosaic information on the association between response to drug therapy and genetic background. It is expected that the next step will be a study in a larger group of participants to investigate the contribution of epigenetic factors and to provide clinical recommendations for adjusting or selecting therapy based on the personal characteristics of the patient. Abstract: The article is devoted to the role of the Odesa Association of Pediatricians and Neonatologists in the system of continuous professional development of pediatricians and family doctors. The history of the creation of the Odesa Association of Pediatricians and Neonatologists since 1849 and its current achievements are highlighted. The analysis of the formation of the system of continuous professional education in European countries is carried out. The system of continuous professional development of doctors in Ukraine is presented. Examples of formal training in the form of thematic improvement cycles, informal training in the form of seminars, trainings, including using simulation equipment, participation in scientific and practical conferences are shown. Methods and models of continuous professional development in the world and in Ukraine are described. Emphasis is placed on changing the methodology of postgraduate education aimed at mastering skills, mastering competencies in real professional activity instead of obtaining only theoretical knowledge. The role and responsibilities of providers in the continuous professional development of doctors are demonstrated. The active participation of the Odesa Association of Pediatricians and Neonatologists in the postgraduate professional development of pediatricians and family doctors, both in the Odesa region and throughout the country is shown. Abstract: Uterine leiomyoma is a common benign tumor of the female genital organs. Veryoften cases of necessary invasive treatment in women planningpregnancy appear. At the same time, clear criteria for assessing potential impact of intramural leyomioma nodes, in contrast to submucous, do not exist. It is believed, that the most likely mechanism of leiomyoma effect on fertility non-deforming uterine cavity is disorder of uterine contractility. A promising method of investigation is ultrasonic evaluation of uterine peristalsis with its further computer-based analysis. The information obtained would help to predict possible negative impact of intramural fibroidson fertility, in future, thus avoiding unnecessary surgical interventions with high risk of postoperative complications and recurrences or, vice versa;would allow to normalize the motility of the uterus with the help of timely surgical removal of uterine leiomyoma.

Abstract: The physiological function of the RFC gene is to ensure the processes of intracellular folic acid transport that are extremely important not only for the processes of reproduction, but also for the embryonic develop-ment of a growing foetus. The aim of this study is to investigate the association between the RFC (G80A, rs1051266) gene variants and the features of the neonatal course in premature infants with severe intraven-tricular haemorrhage. Materials and methods. The study included 24 preterm infants with severe intraven-tricular haemorrhages that received standard clinical, laboratory and instrumental examination. Determina-tion of RFC gene variants was performed using the polymerase chain reaction- restriction fragment length polymorphism method. Results. The following frequencies of genotypes were determined according to the G80A variant of the RFC gene: GG – 8 (33.3%), GA – 9 (37.5%) and AA – 7 (29.2%) in the study group. Children with the A allele of the RFC gene had an increased risk of developing hypertension and a higher mean concentration of ionized calcium. Preterm infants with the A allele were more likely to require oxygen therapy with maximum oxygen concentration and in the presence of this allele in a homozygous state (AA genotype) required nCPAP and non-invasive mechanical ventilation. Conclusion. The obtained results sup-port a hypothesis about the influence on variants of RFC genes on severe neonatal period in preterm infants with intraventricular haemorrhages. However, further multifaceted research in this area is required to give more ground in supporting hypothesis.

Abstract: The article deals with the main directions of state regulation of the investment climate in Ukraine, the question of becoming an investment attractiveness and investment climate. The analysis of dynamics of volume of direct foreign investments in the Ukrainian economy has been made, which made it possible to assess the investment climate of Ukraine at the present stage of development, to determine the reasons that cause an unfavorable investment climate and restrain economic development of the country. It was established, that investment resources are called to influence the economy and social sector of the country to transform it into an international space by searching for new sources of such resources for ensuring perspective development of Ukraine. The main factors influencing the investment climate and the reasons for the reduction of investment flows into the Ukrainian economy are analyzed and the problems encountered by the foreign and national investors are analyzed. It was emphasized, that effective development of industries of Ukrainian economy has a perspective in involving foreign investment resources and forming of the favorable investment climate. The attention was drawn to the fact, that the absence of subsequent reforms prevents the industries from involving the necessary investment into the durable production assets and for improving management skills with an aim to enhance the performance of production facilities. The index of investment attractiveness according to the version of the top managers of member companies of the European Business Association is analyzed. The investment attractiveness of Ukraine at the present stage of development was assessed. It was mentioned that slowness of social and economic reforms, ineffective tax policy, high credit rates in financial and credit establishment, annexation of Crimea and military action in the Eastern Ukraine, bureaucracy in making administrative decisions, illegal trafficking and presence of “shadow” economy in the country — all these are problems, which deteriorate the investment climate in Ukraine and degrade its investment attractiveness. The article determines the ways of solving problems connected with the containment of investment development and proposes directions of improvement of the investment climate.

80. Determination of the particle size of the catiazine substance by laser difraction

Abstract: Aim. To determine the particle size distribution of the new original substance cathiazine by laser diffraction. Materials and methods. The substance cathiazine was synthesized on the basis of d,l-camphoric acid and 2-aminothiazoline at the Institute of Endocrine Pathology Problems. The sperm-modulating effect of the new compound was proven in experimental animals. Its low toxicity at rather high efficiency was also confirmed. Determination of the particlesize of the powder of the substance cathiazine was performed by laser diffraction. The study was conducted on three laboratory batches. Optical microscopy was used to compare and confirm the results. Results and discussion. It was found that the average median particle size of the powder of the substance cathiazine was: for batch 1 – 38 μm, for batch 2 – 33 μm, for batch 3 – 53 μm. The maximum size for 80 % of particles of batch 1 was 115 μm, batch 2 – 90 μm, batch 3 – 125 μm. Microphotographs of three batches of the substance cathiazine obtained by optical microscopy were presented. This method also confirmed that the size of the registered particles did not exceed 200 μm. This was in good agreement with the previous studies, in which the recommended average particle size should not exceed 100 μm, and the mass fraction of larger fractions was proposed to be controlled. Conclusions. The particle size values of the powder substance cathiazine for three laboratory batches have been obtained. It has been found that the particle size and their size distribution in all laboratory batches of the substance cathiazine do not differ significantly. The data obtained can be used to normalize particle sizes in technology whendeveloping drugs

81. Peculiarities of the immune status of patients with multidrugresistant pulmonary tuberculosis after application of treatment regimens with bedaquiline and linezolid

Abstract: Objective — to investigate immuno-metabolic homeostasis in patients with new and recurrent cases of destructive forms of multidrug-resistant pulmonary tuberculosis (MDR-PTB) after treatment with bedaquiline and linezolid. Materials and methods. A clinical and laboratory examination of 175 people with MDR-PTB (89 patients with new cases and 86 patients with recurrent cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB). The study was performed before and after treatment with bedaquiline and linezolid. The total leukocytes count (L), the leukocyte differential count (leukocyte formula), was determined in all subjects, The content of populations and subpopulations of lymphocytes were calculated using monoclonal antibodies to CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD19+, CD23+, CD56+ lymphocytes antigen in the reaction of indirect immunofluorescence. Quantitative determination of serum immunoglobulins was performed by Manchini radial immunodiffusion in a gel. The level of circulating immune complexes (CIC) was determined by the spectrophotometric method by precipitation in polyethylene glycol. Results and discussion. In patients with new cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB to treatment revealed hypersensitivity reactions of the first and the fourth type. Expressed activation of humoral and killer parts of immunity detected. In patients with recurrent cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB before treatment, there are pronounced hypersensitivity reactions of the fourth type and activation of the humoral and killer parts of the immune system.Patients with new cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB after application of treatment regimens with bedaquiline and linezolid have hypersensitivity reactions of the first and fourth types. Activation of humoral and killer parts of immunity detected. In patients with recurrent cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB after the application of treatment regimens with bedaquiline and linezolid revealed a pronounced hypersensitivity reaction of the first type and activation of the killer and humoral parts of the immune system. Conclusions. In patients with new cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB before treatment revealed T-cell immunodeficiency, which is expressed by a decrease in the level of T-lymphocytes (1.7 times relative to normal) and T-helpers (twice below normal). In patients with recurrent cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB before treatment revealed T-cell immunodeficiency with a marked decrease in the level of T-lymphocytes (1.8 times normal) and T-helpers (1.8 times below normal). In patients with new cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB after the application of treatment regimens with bedaquiline and linezolid revealed activation of the T-cell immune system due to increased levels of T-suppressors. In patients with recurrent cases of destructive forms of MDR-PTB after the application of treatment regimens with bedaquiline and linezolid revealed T-cell immunodeficiency due to the reduced content of T-lymphocytes (1.5 times below normal), namely T-helpers (1.9 times lower than normal).

Abstract: The red blood cell (RBC) lifespan is an important physiological indicator of clear significance in clinical research, used for the differential diagnosis of various diseases such as anemia, compensatory phase hemolysis, and polycythemia. The 15 N-glycine labeling technique is the gold standard method for determining RBC lifespans. However, the usefulness of this technique in clinical settings is seriously hindered by the several weeks required to complete the analyses. Levitt's CO breath test is another reliable technique for determining RBC lifespans, with a simpler protocol giving much faster results, making it more useful in clinical applications. To compare the CO breath test and 15 N-glycine labeling technique for measuring the human RBC lifespan. We investigated human RBC lifespans where each subject undertook both the 15 N-glycine labeling technique and the CO breath test. The correlation between the results from these two methods were analyzed. Eight of the ten subjects successfully completed the study. The RBC lifespan values obtained by Levitt's CO breath test were lower than those obtained by the 15 N-glycine labeling technique. Abstract: An essential objective of statistical science is quick and timely elaboration of new approaches and models of financial system development, for solving specific ad hoc problems and for statistical grounding of preventive measures taken to avoid or mitigate the impact of negative factors capable to trigger shocks in financial system. Computations of threshold values of statistical indicators by data for 2006-2009 are made by use of the method for selection of leading signal indicators. It allows for testing their prediction capacity, which is the capacity for accurate signaling on the crisis occurrence before or in time of a financial and economic crisis. The best prediction capacity is shown by the indicators of consumer price index, interest rate at interbank credit market, and balance on current account, which, when used, allow for increasing, by more than 50 percentage points, the probability of predicting the occurrence of financial instability in case of their signaling compared to unconditional probability of the instability Also, the following indicators are effective: exchange rate of the Ukrainian hryvnya, external public debt, surplus of money, capital outflow, dynamics of gold reserves, and ratio of interest on loans to interest on deposits. The set of determined effective indicators is used for predicting the probability of the occurrence of financial crisis in 2015 by evaluating these indicators for 2014.

Abstract: The article analyzes the results of the All-Ukrainian Student Olympiad on the discipline “Statistics”, held at the National Academy of Statistics, Accounting and Audit in 2015. The authors analyzed the dynamics of the number of participants in the competition in 20142015, the geographical structure of participants The largest share of participants comes from the Northern regions of Ukraine (59 .1%), 20 . 5% are from Central Ukraine, 13 . 6% are from the Western region of Ukraine, and 6 . 8% from the South of Ukraine. The mistakes made by the participants of the Olympiad are thoroughly analyzed . The most difficult for the participants was the fifth task, whereas the lowest number of errors is made in the third task, which shows the student’s knowledge of the conceptual and categorical apparatus of statistics and their interest in the task content and form. Using the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, the authors evaluated the consistency of the empirical distribution with the normal one and proved that the hypothesis about normal distribution of participants for the number of points is not rejected . At the same time, high variation of points earned by the participants (69 points), the coefficient of oscillation (174 . 5%) and the quadratic coefficient of variation (40 . 6%) showed high variation and unreliability of the average. 86. Temporal and spatial variations of precipitation in the Jinsha River basin during 1961–2010

Abstract: Knowing the variations of precipitation at the basin scale is very important to study the impacts of climate change on water resources and hydrological processes. To achieve the temporal and spatial variations of precipitation on long time scales and some extreme indicators in the Jinsha River basin, some typical precipitation indices were analysed based on daily precipitation data for 1961–2010 for the research area. The results showed that AP had a certain increasing tendency without passing the significance test, while AP in the lower reach of the basin decreased slightly. PFS had no obvious changes, while MP through a year (except rainfall in September and December) had a slight increasing tendency. In addition, AP and PFS showed obvious spatial differences, and the higher rainfall area was located in the lower basin especially in the Hengduan Mountain area. LRD and MRD increased slightly in the upper and middle regions, while they decreased slightly in the lower basin. HRD increased over most of the whole basin, but it had a decreasing tendency in the headwater region and around Dege station but did not pass the significance test. DD and CDD in one year showed similar spatial change patterns and had an obvious decreasing tendency in the upper and middle basin, while they had an obvious increasing tendency in the lower basin. CWD almost decreased over the whole basin, and decreased significantly in a small part of the lower basin. The temporal changes of the typical precipitation indices may confirm the possible increasing tendency for occurrence of drier climate and even drought events in the downstream of Jinsha River basin.

87. Optimal application of conceptual rainfall–runoff hydrological models in the Jinshajiang River basin, China

Abstract: For specific research areas different hydrological models have shown different characteristics. By comparing different hydrological models on the same area we should get better and more authentic results. The objective of this research study is to highlight the importance of model selection for specific research areas. For the Jinshajiang River basin, three conceptual hydrological models including the Xin’anjiang model, the Antecedent precipitation index (API) model and the Tank model are applied to select the most suitable model for flood forecasting, based on the hourly rainfall and hourly discharge data. Data were analysed by comparing the simulation outputs of the three models with the Nash-Sutcliffe efficiency and Correlation coefficient index. Results showed that the performance of the three models were not very different. On the basis of data need and the characteristics of the research basin, the Xin’anjiang model was selected as the optimal and practical conceptual hydrological model for the Jinshajiang River basin.

Abstract: Despite the guidance of aseptic technology applied, bacterial meningitis seems to be an unavoidable obstacle in the process of neurosurgery, with high rates of disability and mortality. The diagnosis of post-neurosurgical bacterial meningitis (PNBM) mainly depends both on clinical symptoms and laboratory outcomes. Due to the excessive neuro-inflammatory reactions which are evoked by the primary brain disease or the craniotomy operation, the symptoms derived from the infection and aseptic may not be easily distinguished. On the other hand, the low positive rate and time-consuming character restrict the clinical practical values of bacterial culture. Therefore, it is always difficult to make a definite diagnosis of post-neurosurgical bacterial meningitis. Here, we reviewed the established literature about the diagnostic biomarkers for the PNBM and analyzed the potential obstacles in both clinical and scientific studies. Given the obstacle which has negative impacts on further investigation about the biology of PNBM, we only find relatively small numbers of study on PNBM. In this review, we summarize the established diagnostic methods and biomarkers for PNBM. Meanwhile, we also propose some potential investigation prospects. This review may help to better understand the character of PNBM in both clinical diagnosis and scientific investigations.

98. Current Status and Effective Suggestions for Efficient Exploitation of Coalbed Methane in China: A Review

Abstract: The commercial production of coalbed methane (CBM) in China has made significant achievements. To further improve the production of CBM and realize its development, it is necessary to establish a unique, high-efficiency CBM production method that considers the characteristics of coal reservoirs in China. This paper presents the current status of China’s CBM exploitation over the past 15 years from three aspects: reservoir characteristics, production mode, and exploitation technology. The achievements, in terms of exploration and development of CBM resources in China, were summarized. The CBM reservoirs in China are characterized by high coal rank, low permeability, high gas content, and low reservoir pressure gradient. Strategic measures for coal and CBM co-mining were proposed creatively as “Huainan”, “Jincheng”, and “Songzao” modes. CBM production enhancement measures have achieved significant innovations and breakthroughs in drilling and completion technologies and reservoir reconstruction, effectively reducing development costs and increasing single well production. Finally, based on existing basic research, this study proposes efficient CBM exploitation technologies suitable for the characteristics of CBM reservoirs in China. In particular, the uniform permeability enhancement measures of hydraulic grid slotting and fracturing have the advantages of safety, high efficiency, economy, feasibility, and broad application prospects under complex mining conditions. It is of great strategic significance to improve the CBM recovery rate and optimize China’s energy structure.

99. Efficiency of Local Clinical Protocols Implementation Concerning Medical Care Delivered to Children with Neprological Pathology in Ivano-Frankivsk Region

Abstract: Primary incidence of kidney and urinary tract diseases and disability as a result of these diseases are important indicators of the health status of the child population in Ukraine. The objective of the research was to analyze the efficiency of the implementation of local clinical protocols concerning medical care delivery to children with nephrological pathology in Ivano-Frankivsk region. Materials and methods. The material for the research involved reporting documentation about the state of the nephrological care for children’s population of the Ivano-Frankivsk region in 2011-2015 and the data of The Center of Medical Statistics of Ministry of Health of Ukraine. Results and discussion. The main indicators of pediatric nephrology service work during 2011-2015 in Ivano-Frankivsk region were analyzed. The introduction of local clinical protocols of medical care and clinical trials of patients with nephrological diseases in health care facilities of Ivano-Frankivsk region had a positive impact on decrease in prevalence and primary diseases incidence and primary disablement of the urinary system in children’s population in Ivano-Frankivsk region for the last 5 years. Conclusions. The introduction of local protocols and clinical trials of pediatric patients with nephrological pathology in health care facilitites of Ivano-Frankivsk region made it possible to improve the quality of medical care maintaining the standards of specialized medical care provision at all its stages.
