The aim of the bachelor thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the company ZEAS Podorlicko, a.s. This company operates in agriculture sector. They specialize in livestock and crop production as well as in operation of a biogas plant. The thesis consists of 2 parts. The first part is theoretical and it describes a procedure of strategic analysis construction. These procedures are applied for company in the practical part. The results from the practical part are summarized in a SWOT analysis, which is necessary for recommendations for the company.

The goal of the master thesis is to conduct a strategic analysis of the Czech Export Bank. The work is divided in two parts, a theoretically methodological and practical part. The goal of this thesis is to analyze the emerging trends in the cross-border agrochemical distributors' network in Central and Eastern Europe. It aims to answer three research hypotheses and uses desk research methodology to reach this goal. The thesis studies five distributors of agrochemicals considered as pioneers in the industry and assumes their behavior as a proxy for the whole industry behavior. It verifies the first hypothesis that there is an ongoing cross-border consolidation of the distribution network. On the other hand, due to the industry stage and the agrochemicals' market growth it rejects the second hypothesis that there is a pressure on industry profitability. At last, it confirms the third hypothesis that suppliers should consider a change to cope with cross-border customers. In addition, it suggests two areas how to create additional value for the distributors and their suppliers.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the economic level of Czech farms. To achieve this goal, the standard output indicators will be analyzed according FADN methodology. In the theoretical-methodological part, thesis deals with the definition of financial analysis, its purpose and nature. Additionally, sources of information for financial analysis, methods of analysis and selected differences between Czech accounting standards and IFRS are described. In the practical part, the analyzed company Kofola a.s. is introduced and its financial analysis is conducted by selected financial analysis methods for years 2008-2012. In recent years, the society is more interested in the use of renewable source of energy, which is related to the establishment of biogas power plants. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate the economic benefits of investing in a particular project of biogas power plant where social impacts will not be the main indicator. In the methodological part is defined methodology (static and dynamic methods of investment decision making, sensitivity analysis). Followed by the introduction of the investor and the project. In the analytical part is evaluated the project from an economic point of view and ways of sales compared with use of biogas feed-in tariffs and green bonuses. The thesis also includes assessment of the impacts of investment from the economic, social and environmental point of view.

The aim of Bachelor's Thesis "Financial Analysis of EUROVIA Kamenolomy, a.s." is to analyse a financial situation of this company between years 2007 and 2012 using methods which are mentioned in literature. In the theoretical part, there are explanation of purpose of financial analysis and description of particular methods and indicators, in terms of its function and ability to inform users. The practical part consists of description of chosen company and it is followed by the application of financial indicators according to methodology mentioned in the theoretical part. The obtained results are compared with industry average and recommended figures. The conclusion contains summary of important facts and provides complex view of company's financial prosperity.

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is a comprehensive evaluation of the financial situation of the company Kofola a.s. Financial analysis evaluates 5 years in the period from 2008 to 2012. Theoretical part introduces the basic concepts of financial analysis. This part also describes different indicators evaluating financial health of the company, Du Pont analysis, EVA and explains bankruptcy and credibility models. Those methods are then applied on the financials of the company Kofola a.s. in the practical part and the results are suitably commented on. The conclusion contains a summary of the comprehensive evaluation of the situation and suggested recommendations.
