In recent years ,scientific and technological oncologie advances had allowed the emergence of a new concept which tends to become a new model in medicine; personalized medicine, capable to analyze the genomic specificities of each individual, to better meet their needs. Indeed, it is currently possible to detect and quantify in blood «liquid biopsy» without invasive act compared to tissue biopsy, several biomarkers as circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA), circulating tumor cells and circulating micro-RNA, with three major potential applications: early detection and diagnosis of cancers, estimation and quantitative monitoring of tumor burden; and the detection of mutations that may possibly be predictive of response or resistance to treatment. In this article, we will focus on the role of circulating tumor DNA in the early diagnosis, therapeutic monitoring, prognosis and prediction of response to treatment in colorectal, non-small cell lung cancers (CRC, NSCLC) and breast cancer.

This article explores the feasibility of using wind energy to generate electricity in four sites distributed across different geographical provinces of the Kingdom of Morocco (Fes, El Hajeb, Ifrane, Taounate). The objective is to provide accurate scientific information to facilitate decision-making regarding optimal investments in wind technology for electricity production. The data used in this study are sourced from the Windographer software database, which catalogues locations in Morocco. It includes average wind speeds measured per hour at a height of 10 meters for 43 years, extrapolated to different sizes. The sites are selected based on their wind potential for various energy applications. The wind turbine is suitable for the viable site in terms of grid integration and is determined based on the estimation of their capacity factor. One of the study's key findings reveals that the studied sites have limited wind resources and are not viable for grid integration, except for the province of Fes. This information could serve as a basis for developing a renewable energy policy to expand wind energy in Morocco.

Since the introduction of the first antibiotic (penicillin, 1942) into medical practice, to date, there has been an ongoing “race” between scientists creating new drugs and pathogenic bacteria. Antibiotic-bacteria are becoming progressively common, and to make matters worse, more and more bacteria are becoming resistant to all known antibiotics. The traditional method for this problem is to introduce new antibiotics that kill the resistant mutants. This specific “arms race” resulted into thousands of potentially active chemicals are synthesized in laboratories around the world every day.1,3,4-Oxadiazole; 1,3,4-thiadiazole; 1,2,4-triazole and some of their derivatives are involved in modifications at the following axes: First, attaching a thio-group into heterocyclic rings. Second, introducing different substitutions at position 5 which often are the residuals of the synthetic starting materials such as simple aliphatic, substituted aliphatic chains, aromatic carbocyclic and heterocyclic residues. Introduction - The management and long-term outcome of patients affected by chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) hadimproved considerably with the introduction in the 2000’s of tyrosine kinase inhibitors, that revolutionized the prognosis of the disease and improved overall the survival of patients. However, failures are observed. The appearance of mutations in the tyrosine kinase domain of BCR-ABL1 protein constitutes an important cause of resistance to therapy and represents the most studied mechanism. Observation - Here, we report a 20 years old patient diagnosed in 2015 and followed for chronic myeloid leukemia in chronic phase. His biological monitoring was marked by primary resistance to tyrosine kinase inhibitors of 1st and 2nd generation (Imatinib, Dasatinib and Nilotinib).

Aim - In chronic myeloid leukemia (CML), the research of BCR-ABL1 fusion transcript became essential to confirm the molecular diagnosis. In this study, we describe the different types of BCR-ABL1 fusion transcripts found in CML patients in West Algerian patients. Methods - A total of 167 CML suspected patients were included in our study. A qualitative research on fusion transcripts was carried out by reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) technique in the biochemistry laboratory of Oran’s university hospital establishment. Results. The two types of major BCR-ABL1 fusion transcript Mb3a2 and Mb2a2 were present in 59,8 % and 36,4% of cases respectively. Two patients (1,8%) had an atypical and rare transcript type e19a2 and two others (1,8%) co-expressed b3a2 and b2a2 transcript types. Conclusion - Our study confirmed the data in the literature with a higher incidence of the major transcript.

This article presents an original and innovative contribution. A new model has been proposed that summarizes an approach based on machine learning, intending to perform predictive maintenance based on artificial neural networks, considering the values acquired by sensors in real-time, it allows us a fast and very low implementation of predictive maintenance, particularly important for companies. The model is validated in real situations. The results show a very high level of accuracy.

We investigated a three-dimensional semi-infinite spin-1/2 system bounded by a spin-1 surface using a Monte Carlo simulation based on the Metropolis algorithm. The exchange interactions and crystal field effects on phase diagrams, magnetizations, and susceptibilities were investigated. The phase diagrams in three planes were presented due to the competition between specific system parameters. The system demonstrated ordinary, extraordinary, surface, and special second-order phase transitions, as well as a surface first-order phase transition. In the crystal, bifurcated N—H...(O,O) hydrogen bonds link the molecules into [010] chains. The chains are cross-linked by π–π stacking interactions to form (001) sheets.
