This study aims to determine the promotional mix strategy. This research was conducted at PT. Queen Ice Asia Bangkalan Madura, as well as consumers and resellers in Kamal village, the implementation of this research was started from September 2020 to January 2021. This study used a qualitative descriptive research approach. The instrument used in this study was in the form of data from observations made by the researcher as the observer, then the researcher conducted interviews to get more accurate data and maximum results. The research is also equipped with documentation during the observation and interview process. After the researcher conducts observation and interview activities, it can be seen that there has been an increase and success in the promotion process by using the existing promotional mix. In addition, it can also be seen the advantages and constraints of using the company's promotional mix strategy.

IMGs face various challenges on the road to U.S. residency training. These challenges include sitting for the United States Medical Licensing Examinations (USMLEs) to obtain certification from the Educational Commission for Foreign Medical Graduates (ECFMG). After that, IMGs are faced with a foreign application process whereby they must apply for and secure a position in a residency program through the Electronic Residency Application System (ERAS) and the National Resident Matching Program (NRMP). Once accepted into a residency program, IMGs who are not US citizens or legal permanent residents are challenged with securing a visa to be able to practice in the U.S. In this article, we elaborate on these processes and highlight the challenges IMGs may face along the way.

Daud Kamal (1935–87), the preeminent English language poet of Pakistan, left behind many unpublished translations of poems by the classical Urdu poet Mirza Ghalib (1797–1869). This article presents and discusses several of these translations in the light of historical events during Ghalib’s lifetime. Although he endured many personal tragedies, Ghalib attained mystical heights that confirm his stature as the greatest Urdu poet.

Kamal al-Din Hasan ibn Ali ibn Hasan al-Farisi, کمال الدین فارسی, was born in 1267 in Iran. The exact location of his birth is uncertain with Tabriz, Shiraz, and Isfahan listed as possible locations. It is known that he traveled to these cities and studied with a number of scholars of the time. The exact details of his ancestry, however, are also unknown. At the time, Tabriz was a center for scientific discovery, and Farsi studied at the school of Tabriz with the famous astronomer Qutb al-Din al-Shirazi, قطب‌الدین شیرازی, who in turn was a student of Nasir al-Din al-Tusi. Farsi died in Tabriz in 1319 [1].

In this chapter, Kamal argues that Amitav Ghosh’s The Calcutta Chromosome (1996), by exploring postcolonial themes through a science fiction lens, offers a new form of knowing and being as an alternative both to Western, positivistic formulations of science and to visions of the future that derive from such formulations. Kamal argues that the novel’s explorations of knowledge, technology and existence push the limits of conventional Western science in ways that fit the genres of both science fiction and postcolonial literature, culminating in Ghosh’s conceptualisation of a “postcolonial” cyborg. This postcolonial cyborg offers a vision of the future that has successfully disentangled itself from oppressive colonial power structures. In doing so, Kamal shows that Ghosh’s imagining of this alternative future articulates a postcolonial ethics of relationality between the Global North and the Global South.

Dahsha [Bewilderment] is an Egyptian TV series written by scriptwriter Abdelrahim Kamal and adapted from Shakespeare’s King Lear. The TV drama locates Al Basel Hamad Al Basha, Lear’s counterpart, in Upper Egypt and follows a localized version of the king’s tragedy starting from the division of his lands between his two wicked daughters and the disinheritance of his sincere daughter till his downfall. This study examines the relationship between Dahsha and King Lear and investigates the position of the Bard when contextualized in other cultures, revisited in other locales, and retold in other languages. It raises many questions about Shakespeare’s proximity to the transcultural/transnational adaptations of his plays. Does Shakespeare’s discourse limit the interpretation of the adapted works or does it promote intercultural conversations between the varying worldviews? Where is the Bard positioned when contextualized in other cultures, revisited in other locales, and retold in other languages? Does he stand in the center or at the margin? The study attempts to answer these questions and to read the Egyptian localization of King Lear as an independent work that transposes Shakespeare from a central dominant element into a periphery that remains visible in the background of the Upper Egyptian drama.

This research aims to find out the views of the scholars about the ijtihad of the Prophets in the book of Ijtihad al-Rasul SAW by Abdul Jalil Isa and to find out the description of the actions of the Prophet Muhammad which was considered ijtihad. The type of research is used by qualitative research. The data obtained were clarified and analyzed according to the topic of discussion. From the results of the data collection and analysis can be concluded that are: 1) The Preception of the scholars about ijtihad of the Prophets in the book of Ijtihad al-Rasul SAW are divided into three. Firstly, Abu Ali al-Juba'i argued that the Prophet did not carry out jihad, both in legal matters (sharia) and worldly affairs in. Secondly, Ibn Hazm, Ibn Taymiyyah and Kamal al-Hummam argued that the Prophet had jihad, both in the affairs of the Shariah and world affairs in. Thirdly, Qadhi Iyadh and Ibn Khaldun argued that the Prophet did not carry out jihad in the Shari'ah region, the Prophet only had jihad the in area of world affairs. This difference of opinions are based on the third approach in concluding the Prophet's ijtihad; 2) The act of the Prophet Muhammad SAW which was considered ijtihad in the book of Ijtihad al-Rasul SAW was that there were two, namely: The first, the act which turned out to be wrong then by the Shari was straightened out, and secondly, his decision was not followed by his friend.

This research has a purpose to describe of the ability to speak children aged 5-6 years in school.This research uses qualitative approach descriptive method. Data analysis is done through three stages: data reduction, display data, and conclusions: drawing / verifying. Subjects in this study 1 girls aged 5-6 years. The results of this study indicate that 1) the characteristics of the ability to speak children aged 5-6 years in X Kindergarten of Kamal ie children are able to participate in the conversation without monopolizing, but the child has not been able to use words related to the sequence of events, not able to use the word tomorrow and yesterday, the child is only able to say 6 to 7 syllables, the child has not been able to answer the question regularly group activities for 10-15 minutes, the child is only able to use sentences 3 to 4 words. The child also has not been able to answer the question "when", the child is more often silent when others ask because the child has problems speaking. 2) There are obstacles that arise in the ability to speak of children is the phonological process constraints.

Through the contemporary story of two Syrian brothers, whose tragic destinies lead one to death and the other to a mental institution, Edde’s 2012 novel is not only prophetic in foreseeing the decomposition of the Syrian regime, but it is also a compelling reflection on what cosmopolitanism means for Middle Easterners today. This article examines how the Jann brothers can be interpreted as the two flips of the same coin, called capitalist imperialism: a brilliant lawyer working in Manhattan, Kamal, the older one, is the perfect cosmopolitan, in the modern European sense of the term, while his brother, Mourad, has become a jihadist fundamentalist who is about to commit a terrorist attack in Paris. The novel deconstructs the modern ideal of cosmopolitanism, based on Kant’s philosophy, and fleshed out through postmodern and postcolonial discourses, while suggesting that globalization has, in fact, not produced a new cosmos but rather that it renews colonial divisions in new ways: on the one hand, there are ‘recyclable men’ (like Kamal, the useful – or, in the capitalist rhetoric, ‘successful’ – Arab), and on the other hand, there are ‘disposable men’ (like Mourad, who wants to destroy his life himself), who, after having been exploited and then rejected by the system become ‘perishable’ tools for the advance of a competing cosmopolitanism (as another form of imperialism), grounded in the Islamic fundamentalist ideology and made possible by global capitalism.

Therefore, this research is a qualitative research in the form of field research by using interview, observation and documentation in data collection, and using interactive analysis model of Miles and Huberman in analyzing the findings which consist of data reduction, display data and conclusion. The results of this research concluded: Dr. KH Ahmad Musthofa Kamal is a kyai who since his youth has had a high charisma value around the people in pesantren Bidayatul Hidayah Pasuruan which is characterized by the adherence and high commitment of them on him, including in the implementation of his pesantren education policy; And the strategy of developing visionary pesantren which undertaken by Dr.KH. Ahmad Musthofa Kamal at Pesantren Bidayatul Hidayah includes several things: (a). Improving the quality of education process at Pesantren Bidayatul Hidayah through developing the competence of educator with the scholarship inside and outside country, the provision of competence enrichment such as training of Islamic astronomy and pesantren curriculum, developing education facilities of special boarding’s (language, qiroah al-kutub, huffadz lil Qur'an, al-kutub at-turast), and developing visiting teacher program from Middle East-Europe. (b) Improving the quality of pesantren education outcomes in a number of programs, including: strengthening the competence of graduates through entrepreneurship training, and community service, strengthening the network of pesantren graduates as well as strengthening cooperation network among pesantren and world Islamic organization.

This paper explains Israel's decision to outlaw the Islamic Movement Northern Faction in Israel (IMNF) and examines the methods and strategies adopted by the IMNF and its leaders that prompted the state's actions. Based on the British Defense Regulations from the British Mandate for Palestine, the State of Israel outlawed the IMNF on November 17, 2015, accusing the group of incitement, racism, and terrorism. Sheykh Kamal Khatib, former deputy leader of IMNF, declared that the IMNF had been a tool to serve the Islamic project and regardless of having been outlawed, the movement “would find a “thousand ways” to serve that project.’” I argue that the IMNF's shift in focus from the Palestinians to the larger Muslim community disrupted politics within Israel. Even so, Israel's policy change was based on political and personal calculations, rather than on national and regional security pressures.

This article discussed about the aesthetics of a Sufist poet, Ahmad Kamal Abdullah, known as “Kemala”, who is the most famous Modern Malaysian poet. There are a lot of his spiritual and mystical poems collected in several collections or “diwan”. Therefore, this study aims to decipher his mystical poems focused on both of its forms and contents; which studied the form of selected poems consisting of five points: musical, language, intertextuality, symbols and image. On the other hand, it also studied the contents in order to know the ideas that were raised, his emotions, and also its meanings and significance. Finally, the article displayed the results; firstly in terms of its form, the selected poems presented by the poet use several rhymes in one poem, which showed that they are contemporary poems not bonded by a single rhyme, which are the normal form for classical poems. Besides that, the article found that the poet used elements of repetition and question style frequently in his poetry and it is basically related to his emotions and the strength of his feelings. In addition, the poet used the vocabularies and phrases that indicate the meanings of love, besides revealing the element of intertextuality which were affected by Quranic verses, stories of the prophets, the historical incidents, the philosophy of love by Imam al-Ghazali, and also the classical Malay poetry. After that, the study showed that the poet used two types of imageries in his mystical poems; metaphoric and real images, selected by Kemala in order to reveal his feelings of love. Secondly: in term of its contents, it is heavily focused on three important topics; the poetry of love for Allah SWT, the poetry of love for Prophet Muhammad SAW, and the Sufisme love poetry. Last but not least, we can find from this analytical study that Kemala is a Sufist poet revealing his feelings and ideas intellectually and creatively, as well as a Ghazal poet due to selected texts that qualified the Ghazal Poem which is well known in Middle East. The present paper is a sincere effort to explore the image of Indian women in the early 19th century social context as depicted in Sharat Chandra’s novel Srikanta. In this novel Sharat Chandra’s portrayal of women characters- Rajlaksmii, Annada, Abhaya , and Kamal Lata assert their individuality, self-worth and deliverances boldly in the then male-controlled and traditional society. These characters are unwavering and resolute enough to cast around an emancipated futuristic outlook. They are all precursors to the later day women characters depicted by the feminist writers. Sharat chandra is not a feminist in the traditional sense nor does he take the side of forceful assertion of women rights but he shows a significant understanding of woman psyche and to a great extent, protests against social and religious double standard that ultimately results in gender nonconformity. He values humanity more than chastity and raises his voice against traditional morality and religious dogmatism in depicting illicit love relationship and in disclosing the deceptions underlying the established marriage custom. To all female characters, Rajlaksmi, Annada,Kamal Lata, and Abhay, marriage fails to provide congenial atmosphere to love and value each other; rather to them, marriage is nothing but religious and social yolk that come up with patriarchal applaud but result in self-deception. This paper is an attempt to elucidate Sharat Chandra’s unconventional idea of chastity and reversed roles of women going deep into the female characters of this novel who fearlessly look down on the patriarchal impediments.

On 21 July 2017, an International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) tribunal (Tribunal) chaired by Judge Thomas Buergenthal, with co-arbitrators Henri C. Alvarez (Claimants’ appointee) and Kamal Hossain (Respondent's appointee), issued its award in Teinver SA and others v. Argentine Republic (Award). The Tribunal upheld, by a majority, several of Claimants’ claims, and ordered Argentina to pay US$320 million in compensation, as well as 20% of Claimants’ legal costs and expenses. The effect of the development of an infrastructure such as shopping centers, settlements, and so on is one study that is generally considered in the governance of a region. Typically, this construction has a major traffic impact. Combined with the effects of population growth, which is constantly growing every year, the flow of traffic is increasingly congested. This is because many of these people choose to own personal vehicles. Tremendous congestion would result from a road capacity that is not proportional to vehicle growth. A traffic analysis was conducted using road traffic volume data to prevent this. This research will attempt to survey a road on National road KM 41 Kamal and use the neuro fuzzy method to forecast traffic volume. The amount of traffic that will be studied is only motorcycles. The results show that with an error percentage of 16.0793%, neuro fuzzy can predict motorcycle traffic volume. It can be inferred from this that Neuro Fuzzy can forecast traffic volume on a road quite well.

This article examines the attitude of Syria toward Lebanon during the first years of Hafiz al-Assad's regime. Assad adhered to the policy of ‘divide and conquer’, in which Syria purposefully prevented any Lebanese figure from becoming too powerful in the political arena. The article will analyze two cases of prominent Lebanese leaders in which Syria applied this policy, President Suleiman Frangieh and the Druze leader Kamal Jumblatt. Both were close allays of Assad, but this fact did not prevent the latter from acting against his friends. The article's main claim is that by using this policy, Assad paved the way for Syrian intervention and increasing influence in the land of the cedars.

In order to examine the problematic relating to representation of the Marginalised and reconstruction of the political history in Algerian novels, I chose two novels: the first « meursault contre enquete » by the novelist Kamal Daoud.
