The absence of teeth from birth, also known as congenitally missing teeth (CMT) or hypodontia, is quite common, and generally, treatment is expensive. Patients with missing teeth can have more than just a poor appearance. They might also experience malaligned teeth, gum damage, poor jawbone growth, trouble chewing, unclear speech, and other issues. Treatment is often expensive and involves multiple specialties. This common but costly issue is important to many dental specialties, including orthodontics, pediatric dentistry, prosthodontics, periodontics, maxillofacial surgery, anatomy, and even health insurance companies. The causes, skeletal changes, frequency, risk factors, occurrence patterns, and treatment options for CMT are explained in this case report. This indicates that CMT usually shows up in permanent dentition and in females. Whether it tends to occur more frequently in the mandible or maxilla, as well as in the anterior vs posterior portions, is a matter of debate. It can come with several issues; thus, professional teams should respond to it appropriately. Adenoid cystic carcinoma (ACC) is an aggressive form of salivary gland cancer that mostly affects the accessory, parotid, and submandibular salivary glands. This tumor is characterized by slower development, perineural invasion, and possible local recurrence in clinical and pathological findings. A male patient, aged 71, who was from a remote area, appeared with a lesion affecting the right submandibular gland and had been experiencing discomfort in the same region for four months. Anterior crossbite is a significant malocclusion characterized by the lingual eruption of one or more maxillary front teeth, often impeded by the mandibular deciduous counterparts. This clinical case study focused on a patient with an anterior crossbite involving the central and lateral incisors, detailing the diagnosis, treatment course, and outcomes. During the clinical evaluation, both aesthetic concerns related to attrition and occlusal malocclusion were identified. Diagnostic tests, including radiographs and extraoral and intraoral examinations, were conducted before initiating treatment. The treatment aimed to correct the anterior crossbite while enhancing function and aesthetics. Fixed orthodontic appliances were introduced to facilitate precise tooth movement. Throughout the first year, the alignment, crossbite correction, and occlusal refinement were meticulously documented through photographs. The treatment resulted in improved occlusal relationships, functional bite, and enhanced smile aesthetics. Angle's Class II Division 1 malocclusion is illustrated as a prominent maxilla along with protrusive maxillary anteriors, mandibular retrognathism, or both, often leading to functional and aesthetic concerns. Effective management of this condition in growing patients typically involves a combination of functional and orthodontic appliances to correct dental and skeletal discrepancies. Ramsay Hunt syndrome is a rare viral condition that develops from the varicella zoster virus that affects the face's geniculate ganglion. It has been defined by a herpes zoster oticus, which can be associated with further cranial nerve lesions and acute peripheral facial nerve palsies. In this case, we present a 73-year-old female patient who presented to the outpatient department (OPD) with unbearable pain in the lower left cheek that she had been experiencing for the last four days. The reported pain was continuous and could be described as deep-aching and burning. Facial swelling was observed in relation to the lower lip, especially in the vermillion area; there was ulceration, paralysis seen on the left face, and swelling on the submandibular region. Intravenous corticosteroids and antiviral drugs were administered to her for seven days as an association therapy. Women are primarily affected by lichen planus, a chronic autoimmune skin and mucosal disorder in their 40s to 60s. Medication, systemic disorders, and mental stress are some of the factors that can cause it, though the precise cause is still unknown. Middle-aged females are the main victims of the disease; children are rarely affected. Oral lichen planus (OLP) is less common in atrophic and erosive forms. There is disagreement over whether OLP causes cancer; therefore physicians need to keep a close watch for any intraoral lichenoid lesions, and patients with OLP are advised to follow up regularly. Malocclusion is defined as any deviation from the ideal occlusal positions and the position of the specific teeth. Those that are common are numerous and affect a patient's stomatology and dental structures in appearance and utility. Class I is the most common type and favors the anterior relationship of both jaws, which lies between the second and third quartiles. Its cause is still unknown at the moment. It is even more frequent than usual occlusion. Class I malocclusion with an overjet of upper incisors less than 4 mm accompanied by type 2 of Dewey's modification also displays protruded upper incisors and a deep overbite. The mandibular first premolar, which is the anteriormost tooth in the mandibular arch, differs from other teeth in that it typically has two roots and two to four canals. The current case involves treating a mandibular first premolar with two canals through endodontic therapy. The 42-year-old male patient's left mandibular first premolar was diagnosed with irreversible pulpitis. The lateral view X-ray depicted two canals. In the dental procedure, endodontic treatment involves working under an operating microscope and using magnification to treat the affected tooth. After canal shaping the tooth was treated with the crown after it had been cleaned and then adjusted for the bite. As aforementioned, no signs of periapical disease were observed when the tooth was rediscovered a year later.
