Abstract

The article reports on a New Jersey superior court judge's ruling that Jack Collins, State Assemblyman and executive assistant to the president of Glassboro State College, must given up one of his two positions. Collin's lawyer said the decision would be appealed to the state Supreme Court. Most members of the state assembly also hold other employment since the legislative position does not require their full time.
