By developing DPA-TPE-DCM with intense near-infrared fluorescence emission in the aggregation state, AIE materials were used for the first time in the early diagnosis of orthotopic TSCC and SLN mapping in an orthotopic TSCC-bearing mouse model.

With the increasing diversity of social media, the demand for real-time analysis of social networks continues to increase, and research on dynamic community detection has received extensive attention. Existing community detection reviews mostly focus on static community detection and the discussion of related methods, so network evolution analysis cannot be carried out. Besides, the entity data in the community are cross-substitutional and sequential. Therefore, the research status of dynamic community detection is studied, reviewed, and analyzed. First, based on the research background of complex networks, a general research framework for dynamic community detection is proposed. Then, the relevant definitions of dynamic community detection are formally expressed, and the evolution of dynamic communities at the network level and node level is analyzed in detail. According to the difference in architecture and technology, the dynamic community detection methods are summarized and classified. Combined with commonly used data sets, the static community detection algorithm is analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively with evaluation criteria. Finally, the typical application scenarios of community detection are introduced, the main challenges faced by current dynamic community detection research are discussed, and relevant solutions are put forward for dynamic communities, which outlines a clearer and comprehensive research direction for dynamic community detection research field.

It is of great significance to investigate effect of multiple heat treatments on fracture property of centrifugal casting stainless steels Z3CN20.09M cut from pump casing with long-term thermal aging degradation for nuclear power plants to consider actual operation of nuclear power plants. Both multiple heat treatments and accelerated thermal aging experiment at the same temperature of 400 °C for different time were successively carried out on centrifugal casting stainless steels Z3CN20.09M in order to examine the metallographic modification and impact properties. Finally, an additional investigation on the related fracture properties was carried out, in which the critical initial fracture toughness Ji was determined by stretch zone width and 0.2 mm offset line methods. These results indicated that the multiple heat treatments led to the dispersed distribution of ferrite phases in austenite matrix and thus microhardness increased, but impact energy exhibited a decreasing tendency significantly. After long-term aging, the metallographic structure remained almost unchanged, but the size of ferrite phases showed a slight increasing trend because of spinodal decomposition in ferrite phases and G-phase precipitation. In addition, centrifugal casting stainless steels Z3CN20.09M with multiple heat treatments exhibited the higher microhardness, Charpy impact toughness, critical initial fracture toughness JIC (J-integral determined by 0.2 mm offset line method), and JSZW (J-integral determined by stretch zone width method) than those with primary heat treatment, while the specific number of the heat treatment had a low influence on fracture toughness.

Primary pulmonary diffuse large B cell lymphoma (PPDLBCL) is extremely rare, with fewer than 40 cases reported to date and a lack of systemic analysis. Herein, we present a case of PPDLBCL mimicking metastasis in a heavily treated patient with breast cancer. To our knowledge, this is the first reported case of PPDLBCL in a patient with breast cancer. A 66-year-old Chinese female diagnosed with breast cancer 7.5 years previously and multiple bone metastases 31 months later presented with a new-onset subpleural nodule in the inferior lobe of left lung detected by routine follow-up in November 2017. A 18F-fluorodeoxyglucose (FDG) positron emission tomography-computed tomography scan showed that the pulmonary nodule was hypermetabolic with a maximum standard uptake value of 14.9, consistent with lung metastasis in view of her history of breast cancer and multiple bone involvement. Surprisingly, pathologic investigation revealed primary lung DLBCL, staged IEA. Systemic chemotherapy with R-CDOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, vindesine, doxorubicin liposome, and prednisone) achieved complete remission with mild side effects. At the latest follow-up in August 2019, the patient had disease-free survival of 21 months. The findings from this case indicate that primary pulmonary lymphoma should be included in the differential diagnostic checklist of pulmonary occupancy, even in solid tumor patients treated with multiple modalities. When a newly developed lung nodule is identified in such patients, clinicians should not take for granted that it is lung metastasis. Pathology results are a prerequisite for making a correct diagnosis, choosing appropriate treatment, and improving patient prognosis.

The presence of mobile-internet has led to the emergence of the e-hailing industry. As the e-hailing services usage increased, it led riders to share their opinions or discontent after indulging in the services. Therefore, in this study, online sentiments on social media (Twitter) with specific keywords mentioned, were examined to identify the rider opinions towards the e-hailing services in both Malaysia and Indonesia. Service Quality (SERVQUAL) model was used as the foundation to examine the service quality offered by the e-hailing service providers. The dimensions included were: ‘Availability’, ‘Accessibility’, ‘Information’, ‘Comfort’, ‘Safety’, and the additional dimension of ‘Price’. All the data (tweets) collected were classified into either a positive or negative sentiment, and to respective dimensions manually, by referring to keywords. The results revealed that all the dimensions show a negative trend in both countries. ‘Comfort’ and ‘Availability’ was ranked the first in Malaysia and Indonesia respectively, and the results shown were due to riders demanded an e-hailing service that is available anywhere and anytime when they need it. The study results provide a strong reference to practitioners to improve on their service quality and allowed to identify which dimensions were concerned the most by the riders in both countries.
