Host‐guest doping strategy has gradually become the mainstream in constructing organic room‐temperature phosphorescence (RTP) materials. The two‐component doped system typically emits monochromatic phosphorescence dominated by the guest molecule, which also means that the intrinsic phosphorescence emission of the host molecule is not well utilized. In this work, a time‐dependent color‐changing RTP material is constructed based on host‐guest doped system, in which the initial yellow phosphorescence stems from the isoquinoline‐pyrazole guest and the final cyan phosphorescence originates from the intrinsic emission of the polymer host. The phenomenon of the strong interaction between host and guest molecules leading to their respective intrinsic phosphorescence provides new design inspiration for designing and developing two‐component doped materials with RTP properties of color variation over time. Stomata are epidermal openings that facilitate plant−atmosphere gas and water exchange during photosynthesis, respiration and water evaporation. SPEECHLESS (SPCH) is a master basic helix‐loop‐helix (bHLH) transcription factor that determines the initiation of stomatal development. It is known that blue light promotes stomatal development through the blue light photoreceptor cryptochromes (CRYs, CRY1 and CRY2). Whether CRYs regulate stomatal development through directly modulating SPCH is unknown. Here, we demonstrate by biochemical studies that CRY1 physically interacts with SPCH in a blue light‐dependent manner. Genetic studies show that SPCH acts downstream of CRY1 to promote stomatal development in blue light. Furthermore, we show that CRY1 enhances the DNA‐binding activity of SPCH and promotes the expression of its target genes in blue light. These results suggest that the mechanism by which CRY1 promotes stomatal development involves positive regulation of the DNA‐binding activity of SPCH, which is likely mediated by blue light‐induced CRY1−SPCH interaction. The precise regulation of SPCH DNA‐binding activity by CRY1 may allow plants to optimize stomatal density and pattern according to ambient light conditions. The rapid proliferation of network applications has led to a significant increase in network attacks. According to the OWASP Top 10 Projects report released in 2021, injection attacks rank among the top three vulnerabilities in software projects. This growing threat landscape has increased the complexity and workload of software testing, necessitating advanced tools to support agile development cycles. This paper introduces a novel test prioritization method for SQL injection vulnerabilities to enhance testing efficiency. By leveraging previous test outcomes, our method adjusts defense strength vectors for subsequent tests, optimizing the testing workflow and tailoring defense mechanisms to specific software needs. This approach aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of vulnerability detection and mitigation through a flexible framework that incorporates dynamic adjustments and considers the temporal aspects of vulnerability exposure. 2D Ruddlesden–Popper (RP) layered metal‐halide perovskites have garnered significant interest due to their unique photoelectric properties and excellent stability. However, 2D perovskite films prepared via solution process generally exhibit multi‐quantum well structure with random well width distribution, which significantly impedes the carrier transportation. Herein, the synthesis of phase‐pure 2D (PEA)2FAPb2I7 (PEA = C8H11N, FA = CH4N2) perovskite thin films is reported in ambient environment achieved by suppressing the formation of the 3D perovskite phase. First, incorporation of MACl additive can effectively regulate the intermediate during crystallization, facilitating the formation of a metastable 3D MAxFA1‐xPbIyCl3‐y phase. Second, precise control of environmental humidity is employed to further inhibit the formation of α‐FAPbI3 phase. As a result, the perovskite intermediate composed of predominantly metastable 3D phase and 2D n = 2 phase is achieved, which is eventually transformed into 2D n = 2 perovskite during annealing, leading to markedly enhanced phase purity. Photoconductive‐type photodetectors based on the phase‐pure 2D RP perovskite films are fabricated, demonstrating a high detectivity of over 9.4 × 1012 Jones due to the improved carrier transportation. Objective: The objective of this study is to investigate the presence of astrocyte antibodies in patients, excluding aquaporin‐4 or glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) antibodies, while evaluating associated biomarkers and pathologies. Methods: Patient serum and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) were tested for antibodies using tissue‐ and cell‐based assays. Neurofilament light chain (NFL) and GFAP in the CSF were detected using single‐molecule array (SIMOA). Results: 116 patients accepted SIMOA. Fifteen functional neurological disorders patients without antibodies were designated as controls. Thirty‐five patients were positive for astrocyte antibodies (Anti‐GFAP: 7; Anti‐AQP4: 7; unknown antibodies: 21, designed as the double‐negative group, DNAP). The most frequent phenotype of DNAP was encephalitis (42.9%), followed by myelitis (23.8%), movement disorders (19.0%), and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis‐like (ALS‐like) disease (14.2%). The levels of CSF GFAP and NFL in DNAP were higher than in the control (GFAP: 1967.29 [776.60–13214.47] vs 475.38 [16.80–943.60] pg/mL, p < 0.001; NFL: 549.11 [162.08–2462.61] vs 214.18 [81.60–349.60] pg/mL, p = 0.002). GFAP levels decreased in DNAP (n = 5) after immunotherapy (2446.75 [1583.45–6277.33] vs 1380.46 [272.16–2005.80] pg/mL, p = 0.043), while there was no difference in NFL levels (2273.78 [162.08–2462.61] vs 890.42 [645.06–3168.06] pg/mL, p = 0.893). Two brain biopsy patterns were observed: one exhibited prominent tissue proliferation and hypertrophic astrocytes, with local loss of astrocytes, while the other showed severe astrocyte depletion with loss of neurofilaments around the vessels. Eighteen patients received immunotherapy, and improved except one with ALS‐like symptoms. We identified anti‐vimentin in this patient. Discussion: There are unidentified astrocyte antibodies. The manifestations of double‐negativity are heterogeneous; nevertheless, the pathology and biomarkers remain consistent with astrocytopathy. Immunotherapy is effective. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This paper proposes a novel method for the real-time prediction of photovoltaic (PV) power output by integrating phase space reconstruction (PSR), improved grey wolf optimization (GWO), and long short-term memory (LSTM) neural networks. The proposed method consists of three main steps. First, historical data are denoised and features are extracted using singular spectrum analysis (SSA) and complete ensemble empirical mode decomposition with adaptive noise (CEEMDAN). Second, improved grey wolf optimization (GWO) is employed to optimize the key parameters of phase space reconstruction (PSR) and long short-term memory (LSTM) neural networks. Third, real-time predictions are made using LSTM neural networks, with dynamic updates of training data and model parameters. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method has significant advantages in both prediction accuracy and speed. Specifically, the proposed method achieves a mean absolute percentage error (MAPE) of 3.45%, significantly outperforming traditional machine learning models and other neural network-based approaches. Compared with seven alternative methods, our method improves prediction accuracy by 15% to 25% and computational speed by 20% to 30%. Additionally, the proposed method exhibits excellent prediction stability and adaptability, effectively handling the nonlinear and chaotic characteristics of PV power. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

As the main hydration product of magnesium oxysulfate (MOS) cement, 517 phase (5Mg(OH)2·MgSO4·7H2O) is one of the main sources of MOS cement strength. This paper mainly explores the erosion process and mechanism of calcium ions in the 517 phase. The 517 phase with 94.56% purity was synthesised and the erosion effect of different calcium salts on the 517 phase was characterised. Results show that, in the solution, Ca2+ combined with SO42− in the 517 phase, resulting in an increase in the spacing between the MgO6 octahedron layers in the 517 phase, thus destroying the structure of the 517 phase. Moreover, when ions diffused, the MgO6 octahedron and Cl− recombined into the 518 phase (5Mg(OH)2·MgCl2·8H2O). In addition, insoluble weddellite was found to erode the 517 phase to a certain extent, whereas the 517 phase blended with gypsum was stable. The simulation results of molecular dynamics also showed that Ca2+ had better adsorption ability for SO42− and Cl− than Mg2+. When it was in contact with the 517 phase, Ca2+ was absorbed near SO42− and Cl− was brought into the system. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Background: miRNAs are small, conserved, single-stranded non-coding RNA that are typically transported by exosomes for their functional roles. The therapeutic potential of exosomal miRNAs has been explored in various diseases including breast cancer, pancreatic cancer, cholangiocarcinoma, skin diseases, Alzheimer's disease, stroke, and glioma. Pathophysiological processes such as cellular inflammation, apoptosis, necrosis, immune dysfunction, and oxidative stress are closely associated with miRNAs. Internal and external factors such as tissue ischemia, hypoxia, pathogen infection, and endotoxin exposure can trigger these reactions and are linked to miRNAs. Paraquat-induced fibrosis is a protracted process that may not manifest immediately after injury but develops during bodily recovery, providing insights into potential miRNA intervention treatments. Rationale: These findings could potentially be applied for further pharmaceutical research and clinical therapy of paraquat-induced pulmonary fibrosis, and are likely to be of great interest to clinicians involved in lung fibrosis research. Methodology: Through a literature review, we identified an association between miR-15a-5p and miR-152-3p and their involvement in the Wnt signaling pathway. This allowed us to deduce the molecular mechanisms underlying regulatory interactions involved in paraquat-induced lung fibrosis. Results: miR-15a-5p and miR-152-3p play roles in body repair processes, and pulmonary fibrosis can be considered a form of reparative response by the body. Although the initial purpose of fibrotic repair is to restore normal body function, excessive tissue fibrosis, unlike scar formation following external skin trauma, can significantly and adversely affect the body. Modulating the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway is beneficial in alleviating tissue fibrosis in various diseases. Conclusions: In this study, we delineate the association between miR-15a-5p and miR-152-3p and the Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, presenting a novel concept for addressing paraquat-induced pulmonary fibrosis. Injection molding is a cyclic process of producing plastics products by injecting molten plastic materials. There is much complexity in the process because it is a highly non-linear process; many factors affect the product quality after long-run fabrication processes. In this study, product weight is defined as product quality, and this research aims to minimize the variation in the product weight. In this study, a standard process parameter setup procedure is proposed in order to set the process parameters in a close to optimized value based on the information collected by the sensors so the adaptive process control system can work well. Three polypropylene materials with low to high MI (melting index) values were used to verify the adaptive control system. The study with the information collected through two sensors installed in the machine—the injection nozzle pressure sensor and tie-bar strain gauge. Based on a series of results in the preliminary experiments, the appropriate V/P switchover point and clamping force could be judged from the peak pressure and clamping force peak for materials with different viscosities, respectively. The viscosity index and peak pressure strongly correlated with the weight of the injection molded parts toward the materials of different viscosity. The viscosity index, peak pressure, and clamping force peak are defined in this research as the quality monitoring characteristics used to guide the adjustment and increase the stability of the process in the presented control system. The experiment reveals that a combination of nozzle pressure curve-based adaptive process control incorporated with clamping force peak monitoring can decrease the weight variation of the injection molded parts. With this system, the coefficient of variation of product weight (Cv) of different viscosity materials from low to high can be decreased to 0.031%, 0.020%, and 0.024%, respectively.
