The data on locations, habitats and vegetation season of 205 species agaricoid basidiomycetes new for the Karakol natural park UchEnmek (Altai Republic) are presented. They were collected in the steppe, forest, forest-steppe and highland belts. Among them 32 species are recorded for the first time for Altai Republic, 6 species are rare in Altai Republic and Western Siberia.

The paper discusses the technology of growing, keeping and feeding dairy cows in the conditions of Zolotaya Niva LLC, one of the largest high-tech dairy complex in the Smolensk region, a European type for the production of raw cow milk, which has the status of pedigree producer. The structure of the feed and the quality of mixing are determined by means of the Pennsylvania sorting system, the level of feed on the sieves is in line with the normative. The results of the production experiment on feeding dairy cows with Actisaf Sc 47, which has a probiotic effect, indicate better digestibility of the feed when the additive is introduced, the use of the drug contributes to: reducing ketone bodies in milk, the beneficial effect of improved feeding, by including yeast on the health of animals, improving the health of the udder, manifested in a decrease in somatic cells in milk. The milk yield with the use of the additive is increased, the milk protein is also increased, since its absorption in the rumen is improved. With the use of additives, the appetite and eatability of the feed improves, so in the group before feeding the probiotic, the percentage of feed residue on the feed table is higher than in the experiment. Dry matter intake is 4.32% higher when feeding supplements, while feed conversion is increased. Saving feed costs per 1 kg of milk is 0.97 rubles. Saving feed costs per year for a livestock of 1800 animals will amount to 523,800 rubles.

Agriculture differs from other sectors of the economy by the presence of various forms of ownership, as well as the discrepancy between the calendar year and the production year. Therefore, for organizations specializing in the production and processing of products in agriculture, it is very difficult to choose programs for automating cost, operational and tax accounting. But, at the present stage, automation is necessary to maintain the competitiveness of the enterprise. In a market economy, planning is one of the most important management functions. The volume and quality of information provided by the accounting service is of great importance for proper and prompt financial planning. From this point of view, in our opinion, the system for organizing production, accounting, control and budgeting is relevant. Automation of budgeting in agro-industrial organizations will ensure production efficiency, increase productivity and labor efficiency, as well as competitive products manufacturing. The article describes the features of the introduction and application of information technologies, taking into account the specifics of agricultural industries. The theoretical and methodological possibilities of the automated budgeting system for the enterprises of the agro-industrial complex are also considered and analyzed. In summary, the main conclusions on improving automated cost accounting and budgeting are formulated.

The results of mathematical modeling of the bentonite-like clay’s process of modifying various concentrations sulfuric acid depending on time the modification process is given in the presented article. As a result, the optimal parameters of this process were determined by the experimental and calculation method.

The modern level of technological development involves the use of traditional materials modified with additives of various types and functional purposes, as well as composite materials allowing to obtain a product with improved properties. Expanding the area of application of products based on gypsum for facade systems involves the creation of weather-resistant, and, first of all, waterproof materials based on gypsum polymers. The purpose of the experiment, the results of which are presented in the article, was to assess the possibility of using polycondensation polymers as a component of gypsum polymer, to model the properties of the material and to evaluate its characteristics as a result of climatic and humidity influences. The modeling and optimization of gypsum polymer properties were based on statistical methods as well as methods of mathematical analysis of functions of several variables. The assessment of the water resistance of gypsum polymer samples was carried out under test conditions in an open reservoir with an almost unlimited reaction capacity of the medium. The weather resistance was checked according to the results of tests in a climatic chamber. Experiments have shown that the strength of samples with 20% modified melamine-formaldehyde resin in compression and in bending for 80 days of storage in air increases by 30% and 25%, respectively. The compressive strength is 60 MPa, and the flexural strength is 12 MPa. Gypsum polymer has high frost resistance up to 150 cycles of alternate freezing and thawing. The result of the research was the confirmation of the possibility of using polycondensation resins and the foundations of the method for selecting the composition of the gypsum polymer were developed. The results obtained can be used in the development of the technology of gypsum polymer products, and, in particular, piece products (building cladding tiles).

Modern society presents high requirements to the quality of humanitarian education, and one of the methods of optimization is the use of interactive education technologies. Formation of the system of teacher’s domination in implementation of active learning methods (ALM) is based on the development of meaningful components of own subject experience, representing continuous and purposeful process, the active use of which is an expression of independence and educational activity. In the metropolis environment, the degree of development of each component of the subject experience and their ratio between each other determine the teacher’s ability to construction and subsequent implementation of own educational route. The research objective was to develop a model of ALM selection for humanitarian education in metropolis and estimate it experimentally with consideration for existing level of development of subject experience of teachers of higher education. The research was based on theoretical (analysis of psychological and pedagogical scientific publications, regulatory documents, state educational standards, simulation, analysis and generalization of pedagogical experience) and practical (monitoring, expert appraisal, pedagogic experiment) methods. For the first time, the objective and subjective factors have been revealed and systemized, which can influence the development and subsequent implementation of subject experience of teachers in humanitarian education under conditions of metropolis. With consideration for highlighted scientifically substantiated meaningful components of subject experience, the model has been developed to support ALM by teachers depending on the level of formation of subject position of a teacher. During the performed pedagogical experiment the efficiency of different variants of the recommended model of pedagogical support during ALM selection has been determined.

In the article, pedagogical reflection is considered as a professional competence, its essence, stages and mechanisms for reflexing pedagogical activity are presented. The reflection phenomenon is revealed in an integrative context, the specifics of its revealing in the professional experience of the teacher is described. The role of reflexive thinking in professional pedagogical activity is justified. The conditions for the development of professional reflection of the teacher were highlighted. The most important among them are: updating the teacher’s reflexivity; specially organized reflexive activity of the teacher; the presence of a reflexive environment; enhancing the interpersonal relationships of participants in reflexive activities; development of professional reflection using educational programs. The model of personal reflexive support of the specialist is analyzed and necessity of its application is justified. The main goal of reflexive support for the development of the teacher’s personality should be the creation of favorable conditions for the formation of a mature professional identity. Continuing pedagogical education represents the constant creative development and improvement of each person throughout life by means of the interaction of all the knowledge obtained at different life stages and stages of learning.

The article considers the operation of excavators designed to mine hard or frozen soils. To reduce significant energy consumption, which characterizes the process, active buckets equipped with special hammers are used. Minimizing the energy consumption of such buckets can be achieved by optimally controlling their operating modes. Expressions for the energy consumed by a hammer, characteristics of its head, operating modes, soil are derived, with the minimum of the energy estimated. On the basis of those expressions, an algorithm of energy-saving control over hammers of active excavator buckets is formed and described. It determines the corresponding speed of impact of the hammer head on the soil which can be supplied to the hammer control system in the form of a command signal. The combination of all speeds when digging a track will provide the required performance of the excavator, with each speed set to the minimum, from the viewpoint of optimizing the energy consumption, necessary for the work of the hammer.

The article presents the integrated approach to managing the development of complex socio-economic systems based on the digital transformation of business through the transition from document-centricity to data-centricity, reengineering of the organizational structure in the direction of its design on the principle of forming cross-teams, whose activities are aimed at creating effective value chains of a digital product for the consumer. The article also provides an analysis of research on the problem of the socio-economic systems development and their evolution. The knowledge modeling toolkit based on model technologies Data Science, Business Intelligence, Big Data, Data Mining and, in particular, Deep Learning, was used to assess the level of the socio-economic system and manage its potential development.

The article is devoted to the study of topical problems of noosphere education and noosphere pedagogy on the analysis of the development of the modern higher education system in the Russian Federation. An analysis of the reflection of the main noosphere ideas in modern education is presented. Theoretical provisions on creativity as a feature of noospheric pedagogy (corresponding to the spirit of time and the challenges of the modern globalized world) are revealed. The article reveals the importance of future educators forming humanistic-oriented personality qualities based on the implementation of new approaches to education, consistent with the natural laws of the universe, not violating the biorhythms of living systems, but taking into account the capabilities of the psyche, human nature, its age characteristics, individual pace of development. The main task of pedagogical education from the point of view of the noosphere concept is determined - the formation in a person of a holistic noosphere consciousness (holistic thinking, an ethical bioadaptable method of behavior and an ecological worldview).

The development of electric vehicles, which is also observed in the Russian Federation at present, leads to the need to create a charging infrastructure. Variable operating conditions, and in particular low ambient temperature, cause difficulties in the use of electric vehicles, which are associated with a low power reserve and increased energy consumption in the winter. These features of the electric vehicle operation in the Russian Federation can lead to an increase in the number of charging stations needed to create a developed infrastructure, and, therefore, can increase capital costs. The purpose of this research is to identify patterns of the electric vehicle charging station operation in the regional infrastructure using the example of Tyumen city to develop a methodology for calculating their quantity that can satisfy demand in variable climatic conditions with a low capital cost. As a result of this study, patterns of change in the number of charging sessions, its duration and the amount of energy transferred to electric vehicles from the ambient temperature were obtained.

The objective of our research was to analyze the efficiency of identification of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) for 2 regions: ITS1 and ITS2 regions of AMF DNA isolated from the soils of the North Caucasus (Karachay-Cherkessia). For the first time the necessity of different AMF species identification using both ITS regions was revealed, but not one region. The research demonstrated: 1) the set of taxa is different using ITS1- and ITS2-based identification; 2) analysis of the ITS1 region reveals a greater number of operational taxonomic units; 3) ITS2 allows identification of AMF at the species level more often. Sample preparation for Illumina MiSeq analysis was optimized. Obligatory stages in the sample preparation were the purification of DNA in the agarose gel in Silica after isolation, as well as separate amplification of ITS1 and ITS2 followed by combining and joint sequencing for each sample. The results showed the highest AMF biodiversity for the 176Te sample from the ecosystem of the subalpine meadow of the southeastern slope of Malaya Hatipara mountain (43°25′48.0″N 41°42′31.0″E; 2401 m above sea level), in which 8 species of AMF were identified (Archaeospora spainiae, Claroideoglomus claroideum, Diversispora versiformis, Entrophpora infrequens, Funneliformis mosseae, Glomus indicum, Paraglomus laccatum, Rhizophagus irregularis).

Aromatic plants are a valuable source of biologically active substances. The use of aromatic plant processing products in the pharmaceutical, perfume and cosmetic, and food industries is of great interest. The search for new plant sources of biologically active substances and the study of their composition and properties are still topical. Fennel ( Foeniculum vulgare Mill. ) is a promising aromatic raw material containing a number of biologically active substances. Until now, essential oils were obtained only from fennel fruits and, less frequently, from whole plants. However, fennel raw materials contain microelements and macroelements, organic acids, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, tannins, polysaccharides, amino acids, coumarins, and flavonoids, which make the processing of whole plants reasonable. A rich spectrum of valuable fennel components requires the search for methods of their exhaustive recovery from plant raw materials, and this can be provided only with a complex processing technology. For this reason, the objective of our work was to develop a technology for the processing of fennel, a promising plant, on the basis of the steam distillation of raw materials and the aqueous alcoholic extraction of waste solid residues remaining after the recovery of essential oil with the purpose of obtaining aqueous alcoholic extracts, to study the other types of wastes formed in the course of processing, and to determine the field of their application. A promising trend in the processing of fennel was scientifically substantiated. Some regularities in the change of the yield of fennel essential oil components and their distribution between the plant organs depending on plant vegetation stages and weather in the submountain Crimea were established. The technical maturity of plants for industrial processing was defined. Waste residues after the extraction of essential oil were studied, and some new natural biologically active products were obtained.

Gypsum and gypsum-cement-pozzolanic composites are of significant interest as materials and products for building decoration. The current tendency to reduce the consumption of gypsum-based materials and products in the context of growth and development of the finishing materials market depends on the decrease in their competitiveness compared to peers. This leads to significant interest in improving the quality of products based on gypsum and gypsum-cement-pozzolanic binder. Dispersed reinforcement is one of the ways of improving performance characteristics. The role of the type of reinforcing fibers in the formation of the gypsum-cement-pozzolanic composites structure and properties is studied in article. The influence relations of the cellulose fibers content with varying grinding degrees on the relative flexural and compressive strength of a gypsum-cement-pozzolanic matrix are obtained. It was found that the optimal content of cellulose fibers in the modified gypsum-cement-pozzolanic matrix is 0.5-1% by weight of the binder, the best indicators of flexural and compressive strength are achieved by grinding cellulose fibers to 30°SR. Using scanning electron microscopy, it was found that the microstructure of a disperse-reinforced gypsum-cementpozzolanic matrix is characterized by a uniform cellulose fibers distribution, the predominance of directionally frame reinforcement with a fibers linear orientation in the sheet plane. In this way the right choice of the type, crushing degree and cellulose fibers content can improve the quality and expand the application area of the produced gypsum-cementpozzolanic composites.

Aging, often considered a result of random cellular damage, can be accurately estimated using DNA methylation profiles, the foundation of pan-tissue epigenetic clocks. Here, we demonstrate the development of universal pan-mammalian clocks, using 11,754 methylation arrays from our Mammalian Methylation Consortium, which encompass 59 tissue types across 185 mammalian species. These predictive models estimate mammalian tissue age with high accuracy (r > 0.96). Age deviations correlate with human mortality risk, mouse somatotropic axis mutations and caloric restriction. We identified specific cytosines with methylation levels that change with age across numerous species. These sites, highly enriched in polycomb repressive complex 2-binding locations, are near genes implicated in mammalian development, cancer, obesity and longevity. Our findings offer new evidence suggesting that aging is evolutionarily conserved and intertwined with developmental processes across all mammals.

However, during the construction and reconstruction of existing heat networks, cases that lead to unstable operation of newly laid or replaced areas arise. An important task is to minimize the reasons that can cause damage to replaced areas. Factors that negatively affect the reliability include: laying pipelines without design documentation, non-compliance of the regulatory requirements for their laying by installation organizations. The assumptions of design engineers developing the project and installers laying the heating main can lead to negative consequences, including a decrease in the reliability of the facilities functioning. Physical deterioration, coupled with the above factors, leads to a large number of failures of heat networks. Breakthroughs reduce the reliability of the entire heat supply system, worsen the quality of the supplied coolant and lead to an increase in the cost of maintenance of heat networks by operating organizations. The paper considers the influence of changes in the project during the construction and installation works on the reliability of the heat supply system.

The possibilities of using data of Earth remote sensing for the construction of a geomorphological profile for the purpose of agroecological assessment of soil cover patterns and subsequent land typification as a basis for the design of adaptive landscape agriculture in the Krasnoyarsk Territory are considered. The geomorphological profile illustrates the features of the relief and regularities in the distribution of soil structures with a certain set of agro-ecological conditions and limiting factors that determine the choice of agro-technologies and farming systems.

The results of a study of the influence of the geometric parameters of interdigital transducers (IDT) on their resonance characteristics for YX plates of lithium niobate and potassium niobate are presented in the paper. It is shown that a decrease in the IDT aperture from 6 mm to 2 mm leads to a twofold increase in the intensity of the acoustic signal. The obtained results can be useful in miniaturization of the developed acoustoelectronic sensors.

The article deals with analysis of structural and semantic peculiar features of non-prototypical constructions Nperson hate ing-form and Nperson hate Infinitive that categorize both the regret and emotional-evaluative attitude situations. The research is made from concept to form. Firstly, models of prototypical situations of the emotional-evaluative attitude and of regret are built. The prototypical situation model enables to distinguish language means and grammatical constructions expected in speaker's verbalization of the situations and to determine prototypical constructions, categorizing these prototypical situations in the best way. Non-prototypical construction-blends are analyzed within the theory of mental spaces and conceptual integration. The basic method of the theory makes it possible to divide a situation categorized by a speaker into mental spaces and single out even the most unusual cases of categorization. Construction-blends borrow lexical and grammatical means of prototypical constructions of the regret and emotional-evaluative attitude creating a unique structure that is inequivalent to the prototypical constructions either semantically or grammatically. Analysis within the theory enables observing sematic differences between non-prototypical constructions Nperson hate ing-form and Nperson hate Infinitive and proves that all sentence members equally contribute to a sentence meaning building. The problem of environmental noise pollution from large-city centralized heating systems is considered. Based on the analysis of acoustic characteristics and vibration parameters of district boiler house power plants, the main reasons for the generation of increased noise are identified. The relationship between the technical condition of the power equipment, buildings, structures and the noise level in the environment is revealed. The possibility of developing complexes of technical measures to reduce noise pollution adjacent to the district boiler houses of the city is shown. While optimizing the selected variants of noise and vibration dampening complexes, it seems promising to use a calculated model of the noise field.

The article considers peculiarities of modern information technologies introduction including e-state management (e-government) in government bodies, local authorities and governmental structure. Certain factors, influencing citizen’s intention to use the system of interaction with e-government, taking into account trust, perceived risk and political efficiency on the example of several European countries are described in the article. Attempt to compare different approaches to e-government introduction into countries, having basic differences, influencing e-government introduction, i.e. cultural and historic problem of the country, infrastructure, e-competence and development of citizens, civil servants and technical staff was made by the authors. Advantages of e-government, such as improvement of access to information and services; dropping-out of access limits to authority, improvement the quality of service and reputation; integration of institutions are revealed in the paper. The authors attempt to examine modern conditions of new information technologies introduction; determine anticipated utility of their use; obtain new data of new government services; generalize problems of anticipated risks and threats for citizens, using e-government services and contemplate ways of their prevention.

Estimation of optimal location for power plants using renewable energy sources requires big data processing and consideration lots of factors. It is suggested to use geographical information systems based approach to simplify workflow. The result of investigation is a series of maps divided into 2 groups: estimation of natural resources for renewable energy, and evaluation of limitations caused with socioeconomic policy. These maps help us to outline the most suitable as well as restricted places for perspective power plants.

In the article, the option of pedagogical interaction based training forms for student’s initiative in future profession development is analyzed. The concepts of student’s initiative, process of pedagogical interaction, pedagogical interaction based training forms are described. Sholom-Aleichem Priamursky State University, Moscow State University of Civil Engineering and South Ural State University served as an experimental base. The purpose of the experiment was to analyze effect of using pedagogical interaction based training forms for the student’s initiative in future profession development. Two groups were selected for research: experimental (212 students) and control (219 students). Quantitative indicators of the dynamics testify the effectiveness of the experimental work: control group shows 16 percent progress while the experimental have 31 percent.
