Background Talent team is a key factor that affects the service level and development of township hospitals. The 19th CPC National Congress held in 2017 proposed to strengthen the construction of primary care system and general practitioners team. There are few available studies on primary care physicians' satisfaction with work unit, job and career development in township hospitals. Objective To examine the relationships among work unit satisfaction, career development satisfaction and job satisfaction in primary care physicians working at township hospitals, providing scientific evidence for the construction of healthcare talent team in township hospitals. Methods This study was implemented from December 2019 to August 2020. By use of stratified multistage sampling, 1 736 physicians were selected from 193 township hospitals in 9 counties (districts) of Yulin, Baoji and Shangluo, three cities of Shaanxi to attend a questionnaire survey for understanding their basic demographics, work unit satisfaction, career development satisfaction and job satisfaction. SPSS AU and R were used for data analysis. Pearson correlation was used to analyze correlations among work unit satisfaction, job satisfaction and career development satisfaction. Hierarchical regression was used for mediation analysis. The mediating effect of job satisfaction was further tested by bootstrap test for product of coefficients. Results Among the 1 736 cases, 1 727 (99.48%) who returned responsive questionnaires were included for final analysis. The average score of work unit satisfaction in the respondents was (2.03±0.52) points, and the average scores for its five dimensions (satisfaction with the overall management, the management system, welfare benefits, and development prospect, as well as the sense of identity obtained from the unit) were (1.94±0.93) , (2.55±1.21) , (2.17±0.73) , (1.91±0.80) , and (1.57±0.72) points, respectively. The average score of job satisfaction was (1.98±0.45) , and that of career development satisfaction was (2.42±0.49) . The design of efficient photocatalysts is essential for photocatalytic CO2 reduction. With the goal of enhancing efficiency to produce C2+ products, in this study, we synthesized photocatalysts based on an Fe-MOF composited with facet-engineered palladium nanoparticles (Pd NPs). The synthesis involves in situ reduction of palladium on the surface of the Fe-MOF, namely MIL-100(Fe). When assessing the photocatalytic performance, the synthesized catalyst Pd(111)/MIL-100 exhibits a photoelectron utilization efficiency of 21.4% for converting CO2 into C2+ products, surpassing those in the majority of previously reported studies. The results show that MIL-100(Fe) loaded with Pd NPs that exposed the Pd(111) facet is superior for C2+ product selectivity compared with Pd(100)/MIL-100. Density functional theory (DFT) calculations suggest that the difference between Pd(111)/MIL-100 and Pd(100)/MIL-100 may be attributed to the energy barriers required for transition states during the reaction. Sandy soil in the north of Hebei region of China is widely distributed, the temperature difference between day and night is large, the phenomenon of freezing and thawing is obvious, and the soil body before and after the freezing and thawing cycle of sandy soil slopes is affected by the changes. This paper takes the stability of a sandy soil anchorage interface under a freeze-thaw cycle as the research background and, based on the self-developed anchor-soil interface shear device, analyses the influence of changing sand rate, confining pressure, and the number of freeze-thaw cycles on the shear characteristics of an anchor-soil interface in anchorage specimens. The research findings indicate that, at 50–60% sand contents, the shear strength increases with a higher sand content and is positively correlated with confining pressure within a higher range. A higher sand content stabilises the anchoring body, but an excessively high sand content can lead to failure. Increasing the sand content, confining pressure, and freeze-thaw cycle number all result in a reduction in the shear displacement at the peak strength. After 11 freeze-thaw cycles, the shear strength of the anchoring body stabilises, with a reduction in strength of approximately 32%, and a higher sand content effectively reduces the reduction in strength. Introduction: The objective of this study was to report our experience of angioplasty with paclitaxel-coated balloon (PCB) versus common balloon (CB) for the treatment of repeated failing vascular access. Methods: Retrospective, single-center analysis consisting of 88 patients treated with percutaneous transluminal angioplasty in the period from October 2020 through December 2021. Patients were divided into two groups according to the type of treatment as PCB (n = 41) and CB (n = 47). We analyzed target lesion primary patency and vascular access primary patency for 6 months and the rate of complications. Results: There was no significant difference in the target lesion primary patency which was similar for 6 months between the two groups (PCB group vs. CB group at 1, 3, and 6 months; 95.12 vs. 89.36% (p = 0.55), 75.61 versus 74.47% (p = 0.90), 53.66% versus 63.83% (p = 0.33), respectively). Similarly, vascular access primary patency in the PCB group and CB group was 90.24 and 89.36% (p = 0.83), respectively, at 1 month, 65.85 and 68.09% (p = 0.82), respectively, at 3 months, 39.02 and 53.19% (p = 0.18), respectively, at 6 months. There were no major complications after endovascular treatment. Conclusion: Compared to CB angioplasty, PCB angioplasty has no short-term patency benefit in the treatment of vascular access repeated stenosis. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Abstract Background We aimed to investigate the functions and underlying mechanism of lncRNA SNHG1 in bone differentiation and angiogenesis in the development of osteoporosis. Methods The differential gene or proteins expressions were measured by qPCR or western blot assays, respectively. The targeted relationships among molecular were confirmed through luciferase reporter, RIP and ChIP assays, respectively. Alkaline phosphatase (ALP), alizarin red S (ARS) and TRAP staining were performed to measure the osteoblast/osteoclast differentiation of BMSCs. The viability, migration and angiogenesis in BM-EPCs were validated by CCK-8, clone formation, transwell and tube formation assays, respectively. Western blot and immunofluorescence detected the cytosolic/nuclear localization of β-catenin. Ovariectomized (OVX) mice were established to confirm the findings in vitro. Results SNHG1 was enhanced and miR-181c-5p was decreased in serum and femoral tissue from OVX mice. SNHG1 directly inhibited miR-181c-5p to activate Wnt3a/β-catenin signaling by upregulating SFRP1. In addition, knockdown of SNHG1 promoted the osteogenic differentiation of BMSCs by increasing miR-181c-5p. In contrast, SNHG1 overexpression advanced the osteoclast differentiation of BMSCs and inhibited the angiogenesis of BM-EPCs, whereas these effects were all reversed by miR-181c-5p overexpression. In vivo experiments indicated that SNHG1 silencing alleviated osteoporosis through stimulating osteoblastogenesis and inhibiting osteoclastogenesis by modulating miR-181c-5p. Importantly, SNHG1 could be induced by SP1 in BMSCs. Conclusions Collectively, SP1-induced SNHG1 modulated SFRP1/Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway via sponging miR-181c-5p, thereby inhibiting osteoblast differentiation and angiogenesis while promoting osteoclast formation. Introduction and Objectives: It is well known that the quality of life (QoL) of patients with chronic hepatitis C (HCV) is lower than that of the general population and that therapy with direct-acting antivirals (DAA) for HCV is safe and effective. However, data on the QoL of patients are scanty. The purpose of this study was to assess the effect of DAA drugs on patients’ QoL. Methods: The literature included in this meta-analysis was due in March 2021. The random effect model of heterogeneous data and the fixed effect model of homogeneous data were used to analyze the data. QoL had to be evaluated using the Short Form Health Survey (SF-36) questionnaire with at least one measure at baseline (T0) and one measure at 12 weeks (T12) or 24 weeks (T24) after the end of therapy. The meta-analysis included eight studies, which involved 1,619 patients.
