Adrenal cortical cancer has a relatively low incidence, but a dismal 5-year survival rate. Surgical intervention is the gold standard of care today. In spite of this progress, patients continue to have a dismal outlook. The results of this study demonstrate that kinin superfamily (KIF) has strong ties to many different types of cancers. However, their prognostic and immune cell infiltration of adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) remain unclear. Multiple databases were searched for information on the transcription level of KIFs, its correlation with clinical data of ACC patients, patients' overall survival (OS), first progression survival (FPS), and progression free interval (PFI). Its role and association with immune cells were also investigated. We observed an increase in the expression of KIF4A, KIF11, KIF20A, and KIF22. There was a strong correlation between them and the advancedness of ACC tumors. Parallel to this, KIFs are connected to the concepts of operating systems, distributed file systems, and partitioned file systems. Similarly, we found five key genes, PRC1, PLK1, KIF23, KIFC1, and KIF5A, through data analysis, all of which participate in multiple cellular pathways. Both KIF4A and KIF11 expression levels were marginally positively correlated with immune infiltration. Because KIF4A, KIF11, KIF20A, and KIF22 are involved in multiple ACC processes and can influence the onset and progression of ACC, they provide a mechanistically grounded framework for diagnosing and managing the disease. Background: Tailored management of cancer‐related fatigue (CRF) is important for effective coping; however, it has been hindered by the lack of a comprehensive tool that assesses both symptoms and treatable influencing factors. Aims and Objectives: The aim was to develop a cancer‐related fatigue comprehensive assessment scale (CRF‐CAS) and assess its psychometric properties. Design: This was a mixed‐method study. Methods: The study included two phases which were conducted in Zhejiang Province, China. In phase one, a literature search, brainstorming sessions, Delphi studies, cognitive interviews and a pilot study were conducted to construct and revise CRF‐CAS indicators. In phase two, a questionnaire‐based survey was conducted among cancer survivors. Item analysis was used to select and optimize indicators. Cronbach's α was calculated for reliability analysis. Validity analysis included concurrent validity and structural validity. Results: A 93‐item tool was initially constructed. Phase one ended with revision and optimization. The preliminary scale included five dimensions (CRF symptoms, physical activity, cognitive‐emotional status, sleep status, nutritional status) and 30 items. The mean item‐content validity index (I‐CVI) and scale‐level CVI universal agreement (S‐CVI/UA) were.98, and the adjusted mean values of Kappa for indicators ranged from.91–1, as evaluated by the expert group. The Pearson correlation coefficient between the CRF‐CAS and criterion scales ranged from.337–.862. Cronbach's α coefficient ranged from.624–.728. Respondents agreed that the scale was acceptable for administration and that it contributed to decision‐making in fatigue management. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) indicated that the CRF‐CAS fit well. Conclusions: The construction process of the CRF‐CAS, involving panel discussion and expert and participant evaluations, was shown to be scientific and feasible. The CRF‐CAS had relatively good validity and reliability in version 5 of its preliminary scale, which requires further improvement in future studies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Against the backdrop of COVID‐19 pandemic, we draw on family systems theory to elucidate how daily work‐from‐home status (WFH) affects both members in dual‐earner couples. We propose that the WFH exerts intra‐individual and inter‐individual influences on employees' and their partners' work task and family task completion and their subsequent reactions to their work and family experiences. We examined the hypothesized relationships with two daily survey studies on dual‐earner couples conducted during the pandemic (i.e., 1,559 daily responses of 165 dual‐earner couples from China in Study 1, and 773 daily responses of 57 dual‐earner couples from South Korea in Study 2). The two studies provide converging results that working from home (vs. office) increased employees' family task completion for both husbands and wives and that wives working from home (vs. office) decreased husbands' family task completion. Further, in both studies, daily work task completion increased felt guilt toward family (for wives only) through increased work‐family conflict, and daily family task completion increased psychological withdrawal from work through increased family‐work conflict for both husbands and wives. Moreover, we found in Study 2 that on days when husbands had flexible work schedule, wives completed more work tasks when working from home (vs. office) and that on days when wives had inflexible work arrangement, husbands completed more family tasks when working from home (vs. office). Metabolism is undoubtedly significantly correlated with the efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine. In clinic, Qi‐Yu‐San‐Long decoction (QYSLD) has achieved good results in the treatment of non‐small‐cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Nevertheless, a detailed understanding of the compounds (prototypes and metabolites) of QYSLD and its dynamic metabolic profile in plasma has not been revealed. Methods: In this study, a rapid and sensitive method based on ultra‐performance liquid chromatography–quadrupole time‐of‐flight tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC–QTOF/MSE), combined with a four‐step analysis strategy, was established to investigate QYSLD metabolic profile in rat plasma. Results: In all, 101 xenobiotics (41 prototypes and 60 QYSLD‐related metabolites) were identified in rat plasma. The research uncovered metabolic profiles of alkaloids, saponins, flavonoids, iridoids, anthraquinones, and phenylpropanoids of QYSLD in rat plasma. The dynamic changes in these xenobiotics were also observed at different time intervals. At 0.5 h after oral administration, only 15 prototypes and 11 metabolites were detected. Within 24 h, 4 prototypes and 20 metabolites can still be detected. Four prototypes and 10 metabolites had the phenomenon of emergence–disappearance–reappearance in vivo. Conclusion: In rat plasma, 101 xenobiotics of QYSLD were identified and their dynamic metabolic profiles were systematically delineated, which laid a material basis for further research of the pharmacodynamic substances of QYSLD inhibiting NSCLC. Aiming at the difficulty of recognising the smoking and making phone calls behaviours of people in the complex background of construction sites, a method of recognising human elbow flexion behaviour based on posture estimation is proposed. The human upper body key points needed are retrained based on AlphaPose to achieve human object localization and key points detection. Then, a mathematical model for human elbow flexion behaviour discrimination (HEFBD model) is proposed based on human key points, as well as locating the region of interest for small object detection and reducing the interference of complex background. A super‐resolution image reconstruction method is used for pre‐processing some blurred images. In addition, YOLOv5s is improved by adding a small object detection layer and integrating a convolutional block attention model to improve the detection performance. The detection precision of this method is improved by 5.6%, and the false detection rate caused by complex background is reduced by 13%, which outperforms other state‐of‐the‐art detection methods and meets the requirement of real‐time performance.
