Abstract

This paper presents the design and analysis of a miniaturized and novel wearable ultra-wideband (UWB) band-notch textile antenna for Body Area Networks (BANs). The major goal of building the antenna for wearable applications with band notch in X-band is to reject the downlink band (7.25 to 7.75 GHz) of satellite communication in the UWB frequency ranges of 3.1-10.6 GHz to keep away from interference. Computer Simulation Technology (CST) TM Microwave Studio, which is user-friendly and reliable, was used to model and simulate the antenna. The radiating element of the antenna is designed on Jeans' textile substrate, which has a relative permittivity of 1.7. The thickness of the jeans' fabric substrate has been considered to be 1 mm. Return loss, gain, bandwidth, impedance, radiation, and total efficiency, and radiation patterns are presented and investigated. The antenna is simulated placed on the three layers of the human body model, and the on-body results are summarized in comparison with free space. Results and analysis indicate that this antenna has good band-notch characteristics in the frequency range of 7.25 GHz to 7.75 GHz. The parametric study varying the relative permittivity of Jeans' fabric substrate of this antenna is also evaluated. In addition, effects on the antenna parameters of variation of ground plane size have been reported. The antenna is 25 mm × 16 mm × 1.07 mm in total volume. Abstract

It has been speculated that by the year 2050, technology will have progressed to the point of complete autonomy. This paper scrolls through patent pathways and intellectual developments throughout the industrial revolutions listing significant products and services that landmarked each revolution up to Industry 4.0. The patent trails and the recent IPR inputs are expected to assist readers in fast‐tracking up to speed on the bleeding edge of the current research pools while having an eagle's eye perspective on the previous developments so far. The research pools of Industry 4.0 are classified and explored. A lack of Human‐machine workforce synergy in Industry 4.0 and the nascent "customized manufacturing" concept is addressed in subsequent sections. The paper classifies two expected phases of Industry 5.0, highlighting the subdomains touted to be its focal areas. Abstract

This research analyzes and implements an innovative and tiny ultrawideband (UWB) antenna with band-notched features for body-centric communication. The shape of the designed antenna looks like a 'swan' with a slotted patch. Computer Simulation Technology (CST) is used to assess and investigate the performance of this antenna. With a band notch, this antenna can prevent interference from Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) (5.15-5.825 GHz) and Worldwide Interoperability for Microwave Access (WiMAX) (5.25-5.85 GHz) systems. At first, the performance parameters like return loss response, gain, radiation patterns, and radiation efficiency of this UWB antenna are evaluated. After that, the human body effects on the antenna performance of the antenna are also examined to place the antenna at various distances away from 3-layers of phantom body model at different frequencies. All the on-body performance parameter results are compared and analyzed with free space performance parameter results. Lastly, by changing patch slot length and ground plane length, parametric studies were done for performance comparison. According to this research, it is noticed that the antenna is tiny and new. Abstract

With the rapid growth of miniaturized devices for space missions, CubeSats as small satellites are becoming more and more popular. Their reduced development time, launch cost, and small size made them very attractive for the challenging environment of space. However, communication between CubeSats and the earth request the development of high-data-rate, compact and credible RF subsystems, which must include an antenna with excellent radiation characteristics. The main idea of this article is the use of Parasitic Elements (PEs) for improving performances of an antenna for CubeSats without increasing its physical size. The proposed antenna is a low-profile microstrip patch antenna (MPA) with four PEs. This antenna is designed, and analyzed using the CEM software HFSS. Additionally, CST MWS is used to confirm the HFSS results by re-simulation of the proposed antenna. Results of both HFSS and CST MWS are in good agreement and the optimized design achieves quasi-omnidirectional radiation pattern, high gains, and wide-bands at our operating frequencies.

Abstract

With the advancement of internet and the emergence of network globalization, security has always been a major concern. During the trial operation, the management control platform discussed in this article included more than 600 network security vulnerabilities in the industry, with dozens of incidents, which were promptly dealt with and rectified, effectively improving the level of network security management and protection in the industry. As networks are very much vulnerable to denial of service attacks, much more emphasis has been given to security. By improving their network security, network administrators have often tried their best. To attempt penetration testing, it is the best way of ensuring the system security. With the development of information technology, the security requirement of information system is increasing day by day. The use of penetration testing technology is conducive to the realization of accurate positioning, accurate detection, and active alarm of security vulnerabilities, and the optimization of monitoring and rectification of the combination of network security management control system. Taking penetration testing technology as one of the core elements of management and control, the risk index model is optimized to make network security management controllable and efficient, and effectively achieve management and control objectives.
