Taking into account that new trends are emerging in the field of international economic integration in pandemic world the authors aimed to study the role of the country's participation in global value chains (GVCs) in the development of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU or EAEU) national pharmaceutical industry. The article reveals the contradictory essence of modern concepts of interaction between the countries of integration associations and GVCs including its specificity for the EEU. An analysis of the pharmaceutical industry in EEU before and in the pandemic is carried out, and the features of such interaction are revealed in more detail in Kazakhstan case. The results showed the presence of low volumes of pharmaceutical products in EEU intraregional trade and minimum presence in GVCs. The hypothesis was partially confirmed that the countries localized the GVC “production” stage on their territory received gain as the increase in domestic production in pandemic period, despite the fact that this stage corresponds to low added value. The novelty is in the development of a reproductive approach to the study of integration groups. Recommendations are given to increase the share of economic entities of the EEU countries in the process of forming regional value chains.

Cardiac arrhythmias are abnormalities caused by irregularities in the heart's electrical conduction system. Cardiovascular diseases (CVD) have been identified as the leading cause of death worldwide. Premature ventricular contraction (PVC) is one of these diseases. It is an arrhythmia that can be linked to a several heart diseases that affect between 40% and 75% of the population. Ventricular bigeminy occurs when one or two premature beats are detected on an electrocardiogram when there is ventricular contraction between two normal heartbeats or trigeminy. The appearance of ventricular bigeminy or trigeminy rhythms is related to angina. Myocardial infarction, hypertension, and congestive heart failure are also possible conditions. Based on deep learning, this paper proposes creating a robust approach for automatically detecting and classifying cardiovascular arrhythmias in long-term electrocardiogram (ECG) recordings from halters based on deep learning (DL). We present a convolutional neural network (CNN) and long-short-time memory (LSTM) model that identifies cardiovascular arrhythmias. We have designed and implemented the proposed model using Python. The model was trained and validated on a database that includes a total of 17 long-recorded ECG signals (24 h) from 17 subjects, which were obtained from Yfa Hospital. The signals were recorded with seven leads holter. The CNN classifier achieved an accuracy of 91.14% as a final result, validated through a 10-fold cross-validation. Moreover, the proposed model was found to be capable of analyzing ECG recordings to classify multiple cardiovascular arrhythmias in the ECG record signals efficiently. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The constant improvement of technologies is accompanied by an increase in requirements for the energy efficiency of industrial and residential facilities and the environmental friendliness of waste. The existing standards clearly formulate the concepts and limitations in this problem area. The developing class of cyber-physical systems accumulates the capabilities of cybernetics for modeling and controlling physical environments. Building on their basis not only monitoring systems, but also technology management is especially important in energy and ecology. When creating cyber-physical technology control systems, it is necessary to correctly formulate the goal. The article proposes the use of conservation laws in the format of their local forms. It shows how differential equations corresponding to these forms, transformed into an input-output form, are used to control the energy efficiency and environmental friendliness of waste and emissions from enterprises and other technogenic facilities.

In the context of the digital transformation of the economy, the effective development of corporate information systems of research and production holdings of aerospace instrumentation is becoming one of the decisive factors in ensuring the high quality of domestic avionics. This article is devoted to the analysis of the influence factor of digitalization and informatization processes in scienceintensive industries of modern aerospace instrumentation, as well as the definition of a qualimetric model for assessing its impact on the quality of domestic avionics products in the current economic and technological conditions. The influence of the level of development of corporate information systems of aerospace instrumentation enterprises on the quality of domestic avionics products is assessed in the article on the basis of the corresponding hierarchy of quality indicators. The proposed model of the influence of the level of development of corporate information systems on the quality of aerospace instrumentation products assumes the choice of the form of the integral criterion depending on the external requirements for the efficiency of the assessment, the sensitivity of the system of quality indicators.

In this paper it was made an attempt to analyse the main characteristics of the institutional system of economic agents social responsibility. The institutional system can be described as a complex of norms, rules, regulations and enforcement mechanisms in the context of interactions and communications of economic agents. The institutional nature of social responsibility allow to solve social dilemmas through the internalization of social responsibility norms and creating social value orientations, which are determine the prosocial behaviour of economic agents. The institutional system of social responsibility was described from the methodological institutionalism point of view. Analysing this phenomenon we are required to develop research on the objects of this system (norms, regulations, behaviour), on the subjects of this system (persons, business, government) and on the institutional mechanisms (internalization of social responsibility norms, promoting prosocial behaviour, adaptation and transformation of the social responsibility norms) aimed to ensure the understanding of origin and significance of social responsibility for modern society.

Contemporary society inevitably demands modernisation of the conventional approach to education in general, and to teaching specific disciplines in particular. Forensic science is a special legal science, because it has its own objectives, is closely connected with virtually all existing branches of science and technology, and its knowledge is of applied nature. With the European standard of education being implemented during the transitional period of this country, Russian universities face the objective necessity not only to change the attitude to the teaching process but also to ensure a qualitative modernisation of the way the accumulated knowledge is transmitted to students. Conventional methods and means of teaching proved by decades of experience are no longer enough to efficiently form students’ competences required for practical work. There is now the objective necessity not only to teach innovative activity but also to apply it in the teaching process.

The article discusses the main issues of energy saving and energy efficiency in the Russian Federation, in particular, the issues of implementing state policy and development of energy management in the region. The authors define the concept of “energy saving” through the prism of subject of regulation, which more fully reveals the whole range of relations of energy saving, corresponding to the essence of legal regulation. The purpose of the study is to analyze legal and managerial problems of implementation of state program on energy saving and energy efficiency in the framework of regional management. The scientific novelty of the study consists in studying problems of energy saving and energy efficiency in the implementation of regional legislative establishments and issues of effectiveness of energy management in the region. The leading approach to the study of this problem is dialectic, analysis, synthesis, formal legal and comparative legal method. Conclusions: First, the state program of energy saving and energy efficiency at the regional level is not being implemented effectively enough. The main problem lies in weak coordination policy of interaction between the region and municipalities in organizing and conducting activities aimed at effective energy saving in the region. Secondly, the use of energy-saving technologies at industrial sites and business facilities is fairly low. Thirdly, there is no comprehensive legal study of this area of relations, and scientific papers are fragmentary.
