A series of NaTaO3 photocatalysts were prepared with Ta2O5 and NaOH via a hydrothermal method. CuO was loaded onto the surface of NaTaO3 as a cocatalyst by successive impregnation and calcination. The obtained photocatalysts were characterized by XRD, SEM, UV–vis, EDS and XPS and used to photocatalytically reduce CO2 in isopropanol. This worked to both absorb CO2 and as a sacrificial reagent to harvest CO2 and donate electrons. Methanol and acetone were generated as the reduction product of CO2 and the oxidation product of isopropanol, respectively. NaTaO3 nanocubes loaded with 2 wt % CuO and synthesized in 2 mol/L NaOH solution showed the best activity. The methanol and acetone yields were 137.48 μmol/(g·h) and 335.93 μmol/(g·h), respectively, after 6 h of irradiation. Such high activity could be attributed to the good crystallinity, morphology and proper amount of CuO loading, which functioned as reductive sites for selective formation of methanol. The reaction mechanism was also proposed and explained by band theory.

[Purpose/significance] The public health emergencies endanger social public life health around global seriously. The realization of information resources for the intelligent storage, query, and knowledge of emergency organization and output has important reference significance for the integration sharing of scientific research data and knowledge management in emergency field. [Method/process] This paper selected the China Knowledge Network and Web of Science as the retrieval platform. Set health emergencies as the search conditions to crawl valid data, and used literature measurement software to extract knowledge data processing and fusion, and did cluster visualization analysis of the high frequency vocabulary, the author of the literature, and institutions. Then the knowledge entity, attribute and relation were stored in the Neo4j graph database, and the complex relation between knowledge entities was established, finally built the public health emergencies data platform model. [Result/conclusion] Emergency event wisdom platform is a knowledge data sharing resource platform facing the public which is based on the information resources. It can processes the information from different areas, and is built by the screening and fusion of internal entity. The platform can realize information resources flow by upper and lower interaction, to play the role of information resources of emergency management work.

As a batch processing method, the Hough transform hardly overcomes the accumulation phenomenon of single-scan data sets for it gets confused with the time sequence information of measurements. To solve this nonlinear problem, a track initiation method based on the parallel Hough transform that changes the processing structure of the Hough transform and the accumulating manner of the counter is proposed. After mapping sets of different time measurements to the parameter space separately, the accumulated result of the measurement sets with the same index constitute an accumulated vector. According to the rules, the value of the accumulator can be obtained using the sliding window method. Finally, we make a decision on whether to initiate a track or not through threshold detection. Simulation experiment results of track initiation problems with different scan times under heavy clutters show the efficiency of the parallel Hough transform.

An adaptive tracking algorithm based on Extended target Probability Hypothesis Density (ETPHD) filter is proposed for extended target tracking problem with priori unknown target birth intensity.The algorithm is implemented by gaussian mixture, where the target birth intensity is generated by measurement-driven, and the persistent and the newborn targets intensity are respectively predicted and updated. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm improves the performance of the probability hypothesis density filter in the extended target tracking.

For the problems that Gamma Gaussian Inverse Wishart Cardinalized Probability Hypothesis Density (GGIW-CPHD) filter cannot accurately estimate the extended target shape and has a bad tracking performance under the condition of low SNR, a new generalized labeled multi-Bernoulli algorithm based on Gaussian process regression is proposed. The algorithm adopts the star convex to model the extended target, and realizes the online learning of the Gaussian process by constructing the state space model to complete the estimation of the extended target shape. At the same time, in the low SNR environment, the target motion state is tracked by the good tracking performance of the generalized label Bernoulli filter. Simulation results show that for any target with unknown shape, the proposed algorithm can well offer its extended shape and in the low SNR environment it can greatly improve the accuracy and stability of target tracking.

Mutations in PTPRQ are associated with deafness in humans due to defects of stereocilia in hair cells. Using whole exome sequencing, we identified responsible gene of family 1572 with autosomal recessively non-syndromic hearing loss (ARNSHL). We also used DNA from 74 familial patients with ARNSHL and 656 ethnically matched control chromosomes to perform extended variant analysis. We identified two novel compound heterozygous missense mutations, c. 3125 A>G p.D1042G (maternal allele) and c.5981 A>G p.E1994G (paternal allele), in the PTPRQ gene, as the cause of recessively inherited sensorineural hearing loss in family 1572. Both variants co-segregated with hearing loss phenotype in family 1572, but were absent in 74 familial patients. Heterozygosity for c. 3125 A>G was identified in two samples from unaffected Chinese individuals (656 chromosomes). Therefore, the hearing loss in this family was caused by two novel compound heterozygous mutations in PTPRQ.

【Abstract】A 34-year-old man admitted to our department with complex blunt pancreaticoduodenal injury after a car accident. The wall of the first, second, and third portions of the duodenum was extensively lacerated, and the pancreas was longitudinally transected along the superior mesenteric vein-portal vein trunk. The pancreatic head and the uncinate process were devitalized and the distal common bile duct and the proximal main pancreatic duct were completely detached from the Vater ampulla. The length of the stump of distal common bile located at the cut surface of remnant pancreas was approximately 0.6 cm. A simplified Kausch-Whipple’s procedure was performed after debridement of the devitalized pancreatic head and resection of the damaged duodenum in which the stump of distal common bile duct and the pancreatic remnant were embedded into the jejunal loop. Postoperative wound abscess appeared that eventually recovered by conservative treatment. During 16 months follow-up the patient has been stable and healthy. A simplified pancreaticoduodenectomy is a safe alternative for the Whipple procedure in managing complex pancreaticoduodenal injury in a hemodynamically stable patient.
