Mit der Ratifizierung der UN-Behindertenrechtskonvention wird die Verpflichtung anerkannt, ein integratives Bildungssystem auf allen Ebenen zu errichten, damit auch Menschen mit Behinderungen ohne Diskriminierungen am Bildungssystem teilhaben können. Inklusion wird so zu einem wichtigen bildungspolitischen Ziel, dessen Einhaltung anhand unterschiedlicher Indikatoren belegt und im Rahmen der internationalen, regionalen und kommunalen Bildungsberichterstattung ausgewiesen wird. Allerdings werden dabei nicht immer die gleichen Indikatoren verwandt und es werden auch verschiedene normative Forderungen erhoben, deren Einhaltung insgesamt aufgrund deren mathematischen Abhängigkeiten untereinander nicht ohne weiteres möglich ist. Nach einem Überblick über die in der Literatur vorgeschlagenen Indikatoren und die erhobenen Forderungen an deren Entwicklung im Zeitverlauf werden die mathematischen Abhängigkeiten untereinander herausgearbeitet. Anschließend wird anhand statistischer Daten aus den Bundesländern auf die Eigenschaften der vorgeschlagenen Indikatoren eingegangen. (DIPF/Orig.), By the ratification of the Convention of the United Nations on the rights of persons with disabilities a state is required to establish an integrative educational system on every level to enable people with disabilities to participate in the educational system without any discrimination. Consequently, inclusion is becoming a relevant educational goal which is evaluated using different indicators and reported on the international, national and communal level. However, the indicators are not used consistently and different normative claims are raised which partly cannot be fulfilled all together due to the mathematical dependencies. After an overview of the proposed indicators in the literature and the claims raised concerning their development over time the mathematical relationships between the indicators are identified, followed by a discussion of the properties of the indicators using statistical data from the federal states of Germany. Polysialic acid (polySia) and polySia glycomimetic molecules support nerve cell regeneration, differentiation, and neuronal plasticity. With a combination of biophysical and biochemical methods, as well as data mining and molecular modeling techniques, it is possible to correlate specific ligand-receptor interactions with biochemical processes and in vivo studies that focus on the potential therapeutic impact of polySia, polySia glycomimetics, and sulfated polysaccharides in neuronal diseases. With this strategy, the receptor interactions of polySia and polySia mimetics can be understood on a submolecular level. As the HNK-1 glycan also enhances neuronal functions, we tested whether similar sulfated oligo- and polysaccharides from seaweed could be suitable, in addition to polySia, for finding potential new routes into patient care focusing on an improved cure for various neuronal diseases. The knowledge obtained here on the structural interplay between polySia or sulfated polysaccharides and their receptors can be exploited to develop new drugs and application routes for the treatment of neurological diseases and dysfunctions. Submolecular polySia-nce: Specific interactions of polysialic acid (polySia) and polySia glycomimetic molecules were studied at the submolecular level using a combination of NMR and molecular modeling. The structure-function interplay between polySia or sulfated polysaccharides and their receptors can be exploited to develop new drugs and application routes for the treatment of neurological diseases and dysfunctions.

The detection of bubbles in liquid metals is important for many technical applications. The opaqueness and the high temperature of liquid metals set high demands on the measurement system. The high electrical conductivity of the liquid metal can be exploited for contactless methods based on electromagnetic induction. We will present a measurement system which consists of one excitation coil and a pickup coil system on the opposite sides of the pipe. With this sensor we were able to detect bubbles in a sodium flow inside a stainless steel pipe and bubbles in a column filled with a liquid Gallium alloy.

Anders als Lehrkräfte verfügen sie jedoch nicht über eine grundständige Ausbildung für ihre spezifische Tätigkeit. Deshalb stellt sich die Frage, inwiefern es gelingen kann, durch eine sorgfältige Auswahl der Fellows, sowie durch eine intensive Kurzqualifizierung gute Voraussetzungen für den Erfolg ihrer Tätigkeit zu schaffen. Die vorliegende Studie evaluiert die Ergebnisse des Qualifizierungsprogramms, das Teach First Deutschland für seine Fellows entwickelt und implementiert hat. Dabei interessiert insbesondere, welches Wissen zur Unterstützung von Lernprozessen, welche Fähigkeiten zur Gestaltung von Unterricht und welche Erwartung von pädagogischer Wirksamkeit innerhalb eines halben Jahres bei den Fellows aufgebaut werden können. Um ein tieferes Verständnis der Wirkweise des Qualifizierungsprogramms zu ermöglichen, wurden neben den Ergebnissen auch dessen Prozesskomponenten einer Bewertung unterzogen. (DIPF/Orig.)
