Introduction In the aftermath of mass casualty incidents, many resolutions need to be made in a fast and influential manner within high pressure environment to assign the limited resources among the numerous demands. This study was planned to rank the criteria influencing casualty’s distribution following trauma-related mass casualty incidents. Material and Methods This study utilized a modified Delphi methodology, concentrating on extracted criteria attained from preceding systematic literature review. All 114 extracted criteria classified into eight sections including space, staff, stuff, system and structures, triage, treatment, transport, and uncategorized criteria and were imported into an online survey tool. In first round experts were asked to rank each criteria on a five-point Likert scale. Second round incorporated feedbacks from first round stated as percent and median scores from the panel as a whole.  Experts then were called upon to reassess their initial opinions regarding uncertain remarks from first round, and once again prioritize presented criteria. Results Fifty-seven criteria were accepted relevant to the following sections: space: 70% (7/10); staff: 44% (4/9); system / structure: 80% (4/5); stuff: 39.1% (9/23); treatment; 66.7% (6/9); triage: 73.7% (14/19); transport: 38.7% (12/31) and other sections: 12.5% (1/8). The ï¬rst round achieved nearly 98% (n=48) response rate. Of 114 criteria which were given to the experts, 68 (almost 60%) were approved. The highest percentage of agreement was relevant to the system and structures sections (4/5=80%). The response rate for the second round was about 86% (n=42). From the 68 criteria presented to experts, nearly 84% (57) criteria could obtain consensus. Conclusion  “Casualty Level of Triage on the Scene†and “Number of Available Ambulance†were two criteria that obtained the maximum level of consensus. On the other hand, “gender of casualtyâ€, “Number of Non-Medical staffs in each Hospital†and “Desire to transport family members together†got lowest level of consensus. In this modified Delphi study, the criteria that have been identified influential on the distribution of casualties following trauma-related MCIs, were prioritized. This sorted list could be used as a catalogue for developing decision support system or tool for casualty distribution following mass casualty incidents.

Abstract Due to the increasing demand for gas consumption during cold seasons, it is a sense of urgency to provide a reliable resource for gas supply during these periods. The objectives of this comprehensive research entail reservoir core analysis, reservoir fluid study, investigation and optimization of improved condensate recovery during gas storage processes in one of Iranian-depleted fractured gas condensate reservoir. We have attempted to make a balance among reservoir petrophysical and operational characteristics such as production rate, ultimate reservoir pressure after production, cumulative condensate production, number of wells and the required time periods for the reservoir depletion, to obtain an optimum condition for the gas storage process. It’s a foregone conclusion that the quality of management decision-making regarding reservoir depletion, maximum gas recovery and natural gas condensate production subsequently optimize at the minimum pressure drop. Furthermore, according to the simulation analysis, pipeline gas injection may lead to condensate recovery improvement.

It is well established that plants need a range of soil nutrients to grow. In farming, these nutrients are generally added to the soil in the form of fertilizers. However, depending on the soil conditions (such as temperature, water content, pH, and soil type), nutrients may not be in the right form for plant uptake. Determining the availability of nutrients in the soil for plant growth is therefore critical for the yield and productivity of modern farming. A considerable amount of research and knowledge has been developed that shows the importance of the soil pH on the availability (or not) of nutrients. Furthermore, pH plays a crucial role in controlling the availability of potential toxic elements, such as aluminum and manganese. This review article discusses recent research aimed at real‐time and continuous soil pH measurement in‐situ. More specifically, it focuses on the development of polymer materials that will ultimately enable pH measurements for the specific application of in‐ground pH sensing. Today, business, economics and society has been transformed by information technology. Many traditional ways of earning money have evolved and new methods and values have come to the fore. In this regard, Study of the e-business system in today's complex and turbulent world is essential. Despite the fact that some businesses succeed in their field of work, there are many businesses that fail, because of selecting inappropriate business model. So, this study which has been done to identify successful e-business models using machine learning techniques. Quantitative survey was used to doing research. 105 businesses with a eTrust were selected to find the best successful electronic business model. The instrument used to collect data was a questionnaire. Analyzing collected data shoes the best business model for the success of businesses in Iran, are e-shop model and the advertising. The results of the k-means algorithm and ID3 show that of the 12 criteria considered in choosing the best model for success, two criteria; including the development of IT tools and company strategy have the most important role for the success of trusted businesses.

Abstract Background One of the most critical practices in mass casualty incident management is vacating the victims from scene of the incident and transporting them to proper healthcare facilities. Decision on distribution of casualties needs to be taken on pre-developed policies and structured decision support mechanisms. While many studies tried to present models for the distribution of casualties, no systematic review has yet been conducted to evaluate the existing models on casualty distribution following mass casualty incidents. A systematic review is therefore needed to examine the existing models of patient distribution and to provide a summary of the models. This systematic review protocol is aimed to examine the existing models and extracting rules and principles of mass casualty distribution. Methods This study will comprehensively investigate existing papers with search phrases and terms including “mass casualty incident”, distribution, evacuation, and Mesh terms directly corresponding to search phrases. No limitations on the type of studies, date of publication, or language of the relevant documents will be imposed. PubMed, Web of Science, Scopus, and Google Scholar will be searched to access the relevant documents. Included papers will be critically appraised by two independent reviewers. The data including incidents type, scene characteristics, patient features, pre-hospital resources, and hospital resources will be categorized. Subgroup analysis will be conducted when possible. Discussion To the best of our knowledge, no study has yet addressed the effects and interaction of contributing factors on the decision-making processes for casualty’s distribution. This is the first study that comprehensively assesses and critically appraises the current models of casualty distribution. This study will provide evidences about models and criteria for casualty distribution following mass casualty incidents. Systematic review registration PROSPERO Registration Number: CRD42016049115

Introduction: The Mexican lime tree with the scientific name of Citrus aurantifolia (Christm.) Swingle have great economic value because of its essential oil with a unique flavour. Objective: The essential oils from the peel of C. aurantifolia were collected during three development periods. Methods: The essential oil was analyzed by capillary GC and GC-MS. Results: The essential oil yields (v/w%) were 1.54%, 0.88% and 1.23%, respectively. The highest oil yield was obtained at stage I (1.54% v/w). The analysis of the essential oil indicated that limonene, β-pinene, geranial, neral and γ-terpinene were the main compounds of all samples. At the first stage, the highest percentages belonged to limonene (39.38%), geranial (14.32%) and neral (11.01%). On the other hand, the highest percentages of β-pinene and γ-terpinene (24.25% and 8.92%, respectively) were found at the final stage. Conclusion: Therefore, it is concluded that the harvest time has a considerable effect on the content and amount of lime fruit essential oil.

Alternative injection of gas as slugs with water slugs, or alternative water gas injection, is the conventional technique for improving the recovery factor due to its high potential for mobilizing the residual oil in place in the reservoirs and to control gas mobility. The water alternating gas methodology is a combination of two oil recovery procedures: gas injection and waterflooding. The principal parameters that must be evaluated in water alternating gas injection in laboratory scale are reservoir heterogeneity, rock type, and fluid properties. In the current investigation, a feasibility study has been performed to analyze the five various scenarios of enhanced oil recovery techniques and compare them experimentally. The laboratory experiments are done for one of the Iranian reservoirs which have been subjected to waterflooding for several years, and the amount of recovery factor for water flooding is about 42%. The results of this study illustrate that water alternating gas injection and hot water alternating gas injection exert a profound impact on the amount of recovery factor. Moreover, the primary purpose of this study is to assess the application of alternative hot water and hot carbon dioxide gas injections in the conventional and fractured reservoir model.

We report on recent results obtained within the Hamiltonian approach to QCD in Coulomb gauge. Furthermore this approach is compared to recent lattice data, which were obtained by an alternative gauge-fixing method and which show an improved agreement with the continuum results. By relating the Gribov confinement scenario to the center vortex picture of confinement, it is shown that the Coulomb string tension is tied to the spatial string tension. For the quark sector, a vacuum wave functional is used which explicitly contains the coupling of the quarks to the transverse gluons and which results in variational equations which are free of ultraviolet divergences. The variational approach is extended to finite temperatures by compactifying a spatial dimension. The effective potential of the Polyakov loop is evaluated from the zero-temperature variational solution. For pure Yang–Mills theory, the deconfinement phase transition is found to be second order for SU(2) and first order for SU(3), in agreement with the lattice results. The corresponding critical temperatures are found to be 275 MeV and 280 MeV, respectively. When quarks are included, the deconfinement transition turns into a crossover. From the dual and chiral quark condensate, one finds pseudocritical temperatures of 198 MeV and 170 MeV, respectively, for the deconfinement and chiral transition.

Poverty, known as a widespread economic and political challenge (specifically at the times of crisis, like COVID-19), is a very complicated problem, which many countries have been trying for a long time to eradicate. Cash-subsidy allocation procedure using traditional statistical vision is the famous approach, which articles have targeted. Inefficiency of these solutions besides the fact that a pair of households with exact same situation will not be existing leads us to inadequacy and inaccuracy of these methods. This study, by putting data mining and machine learning (as well-known majors in IT and computer Science) visions together, draws a path to overcome this challenge. For this aim, the social, income and expenditure dimensions of a dataset are surveyed from 18885 households considered to measure the population poverty ratio (a fuzzy look at on their eligibility). In respect to the different experimental mode, the effective features are being filtered to use in FCM algorithm in order to determine to what extend the households in the poor or wealthy. Moreover, Genetic Algorithm displays its efficiency in the role of optimizer. Finally, the evaluation results show more accurate outcomes from the feature selection technique (on normalized data) and get the optimized clusters. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
