Describir los cambios psicológicos que tienen las personas durante el proceso de cirugía bariátrica en población con obesidad mórbida. La presente monografía se realizó con la intención de analizar los efectos que la Cirugía Bariátrica, tuvo en los pacientes. Por lo cual se realizó una revisión de literatura de una muestra de 50 artículos en bases de datos, como por ejemplo Dialnet, psicodoc, scielo, Redalyc Med, PsycINFO y psicothema, Pubmed, revistas indexadas de nutrición, psicología y medicina repositorios de universidades nacionales e internacionales. Los resultados mostraron que el 90 % de los artículos se hace énfasis en que a nivel físico la obesidad está ligada a falencias emocionales que causan conductas desadaptativas de ingesta descontrolada de alimentos, asociadas a hábitos alimenticios inadecuados, a la falta de actividad física y la alteración constante de la alimentación por dietas extremas son las que fomentan aún más el aumento de peso corporal, y en lo que respecta a los cambios posteriores a la cirugía bariátrica es necesario destacar que el ámbito más afectado o con mayor cambio es el emocional, porque implica no sólo cambios físicos, de hábitos, de costumbres alimenticias y de estilos de vida, sino también la transformación de la propia imagen y la aceptación de la misma como propia, sin dejar que las percepciones negativas del entorno o propias interfieran, asumiendo nuevas formas de verse relacionarse y vivir su cotidianidad. Lo que hace que modelo de intervención más efectivo es el cognitivo conductual, pues es él que da un abordaje más integral. This monograph was made with the intention of analyzing the effects that Bariatric Surgery had on patients. What makes the intervention model more effective is the cognitive behavioral one, since it is the one that gives a more comprehensive approach.

Los Proyectos Turísticos Especiales (PTE) a Gran Escala en suelo rural han sido impulsados por el Gobierno Nacional Colombiano como una prioridad. El Ministerio de Comercio, Industria y Turismo - MINCIT, dice que se convertirán en proyectos de alta importancia estratégica para el desarrollo o mejoramiento del potencial turístico del país y permitirán incentivar la inversión pública y privada en infraestructura turística. Por su parte el Viceministerio de turismo del MINCIT resalta que el desarrollo de proyectos turísticos en el país posiciona el turismo como uno de los nuevos pilares de la economía de Colombia. Es así como se expidió la Ley 1955 de 2019 y en su artículo 264 se modificó la Ley 300 de 1994 (Ley General de Turismo) y se ordena al MINCIT reglamentar los PTE a Gran Escala en suelo rural y al Ministerio de Ambiente y Desarrollo Sostenible, expedir los términos de referencia para la elaboración del PMA de este tipo de proyectos. En la presente investigación se presenta un acercamiento al régimen jurídico de los PTE notando un interés significativo del Gobierno Nacional en el ensamblaje de políticas públicas que dan paso al desarrollo e implementación de este tipo de actividades. Large-scale Special Tourism Projects (STP) on rural land have been made a priority by the Colombian National Government. The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism (MINCIT in Spanish), asserts that STP will become projects of high strategic importance for the development and improvement of the country's tourism potential and will encourage public and private investment in tourism infrastructure. The Vice-ministry of Tourism of MINCIT emphasizes that the development of tourism projects in the country will position tourism as one of the new pillars of Colombia's economy. Thus, Law 1955 of 2019 was issued and its article 264 modified Law 300 of 1994 (General Tourism Law) ordering MINCIT to regulate LSTP on rural land and the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development to issue the terms of reference to conduct Environmental Management Plans (EMP) for this type of projects. This research presents an approach to the legal framework of LSTPs, noting a significant interest by the National Government in writing public policies for the development and implementation of these types of activities. La motivación de compra es un factor muy importante que deben de tener las empresas hoy en día, para así llegar a sus consumidores y generar una fidelidad con ellos. Al entender que los motiva a comprar en sus comercios esto generará mejores resultados para las empresas como lo es mejorar la rotación de sus productos y en el aumento de las ventas ya que los clientes estarán satisfechos con la experiencia de compra. Por ello se realizó esta investigación sobre “la motivación de compra de vestuario entre las mujeres jóvenes de Santiago de Cali contrastado entre la experiencia tradicional y On-line”, para saber cuáles son los atributos y beneficios que buscan las mujeres en la compra de ropa femenina en los diferentes canales. Se realizó un análisis por medio de la recolección de entrevistas mediante una matriz para poder clasificar la información recaudada, conocer la muestra, su perfil, como se sienten, cuáles son sus intereses y que las motiva a realizar la compra en cualquiera de los dos canales y con base en esto poder proporcionar recomendaciones para las empresas y emprendimientos que se dedican a vender prendas femeninas mediante redes sociales, plataformas virtuales y tiendas físicas.

Refrigeration is one of the key elements for food preservation. With global temperatures increasing due to global warming, the efficiency in refrigerated storage systems must be improved. One of the problems that is yet to be solved in these systems is the efficient and accurate removal of the frost formed on the heat exchanger surface. In previous works, a low-cost resistive sensor has been developed to detect frost formation for accurate removal. This paper shows the results of an experimental study carried out to increase the accuracy, by placing different configurations of a fabric medium in between the sensor electrodes., This study is within the activities of project “Pack2Life – High performance packaging”, project IDT in consortium No.33792, call No.03/SI/2017, Ref. El presente estudio se propone determinar la capacidad instalada del Campus de Floridablanca. Esto para servir de insumo en la toma de decisiones de las Directivas de la Universidad Santo Tomás, Seccional Bucaramanga, relacionadas con el crecimiento de programas de pregrado en este Campus. Esto en razón del gran potencial que presenta la infraestructura física, tanto por su belleza, como por su diseño estructural de alta funcionalidad y ecológico, que la hacen ser uno de los grandes atractivos que tiene la universidad frente a la comunidad. Para determinar este cálculo, fue necesario disponer de toda la información de infraestructura física destinada a la docencia, en la cual se refleja las especificaciones de cada uno de los espacios físicos, sus restricciones de uso, disponibilidad y el número de horas en el cual está ocupada la misma. Adicional a esta información, fue necesario disponer del número de estudiantes matriculados en cada curso para el semestre I-2019. Se escoge este periodo, debido a que presenta un significativo aumento en el ingreso de estudiantes de nuevo ingreso -NEOS-. The current research aims to determine the benchmarking space usage of the Floridablanca Campus. The information that will provide will be taken into account for the decision-making process of the Board of Directors of the Santo Tomás University in Bucaramanga, on the development of undergraduate programs in this campus. All this based on the great potential of the current on-campus facilities in terms of their beauty, ecologic, and high-functionality structural design, all reasons for its positive impact within the community. To determine this calculation, it was necessary to have available all the information about the physical infrastructure assigned to teaching, say, the specifications of the physical spaces, its restrictions for usage, availability and the amount of hours spent for teaching. In addition to this information, it was necessary to know the number of students registered on each course during the first semester of 2019. This experimental task was performed using 8 sustainable Bio-Boxes in the thermal chamber in the laboratory. The air is forced from the refrigerator, and it is used to control the temperature inside the thermal chamber. The goal of the performed task is to evaluate the thermal behaviour of the bio Boxes made from different material, such as sugarcane bagasse and PLA material with respect to time. The test was performed to lower the temperature inside the chamber to its minimum air temperature inside the cold chamber. The results show that the SCB 4 has noticed changes in its mechanical properties (Tensile Strength) and it also shown some moisture absorbing when compared to other Bio boxes.
