In the production process of disk head on the computer hard disk, although the strict control have been progressing on the environment and the working procedure by production factory, it’s still difficult to make cleanliness of the products reach the requirement of hard drive assembly. Because the working procedure is complex, the pollution source is broader, and the cleanliness standard has been raised to the " without any particle under the 200 times magnifying glass ", which is to meet the increase of the hard disk capacity. This paper designed the mechanical structure of a new machine for cleaning disk head. It uses vacuum to hold disk head instead of grid, and combines spray cleaning, scrub, scouring, ultrasonic cleaning, drying, with electromagnetic valve to control vacuum degree in the vacuum tubes and fixture. Thus this machine cleans disk head to improve its cleanliness.

Along with the widespread development of their bioapplications, concerns about the biosafety of quantum dots (QDs) have increasingly attracted intensive attention. This study examines the toxic effect and subcellular location of cadmium telluride (CdTe) QDs with different sizes against yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The innovative approach is based on the combination of microcalorimetric, spectroscopic, electrochemical, and microscopic methods, which allows analysis of the toxic effect of CdTe QDs on S. cerevisiae and its mechanism. According to the values of the half inhibitory concentration (IC(50)), CdTe QDs exhibit marked cytotoxicity in yeast cells at concentrations as low as 80.81 nmol L(-1) for green-emitting CdTe QDs and 17.07 nmol L(-1) for orange-emitting CdTe QDs. QD-induced cell death is characterized by cell wall breakage and cytoplasm blebbing. These findings suggest that QDs with sizes ranging from 4.1 to 5.8 nm can be internalized into yeast cells, which then leads to QD-induced cytotoxicity. These studies provide valuable information for the design and development of aqueous QDs for biological applications.

The diversity and metal tolerance of endophytic fungi from six dominant plant species in a Pb–Zn mine wasteland in Yunnan, China were investigated. Four hundred and ninety-five endophytic fungi were isolated from 690 tissue segments. The endophytic fungal colonization extent and isolation extent ranged from 59 % to 75 %, and 0.42–0.93, respectively, and a positive correlation was detected between them. Stems harboured more endophytic fungi than leaves in each plant species, and the average colonization extent of stems was 82 %, being significantly higher than that of leaves (47 %) (P ≤ 0.001, chi-square test). The fungi were identified to 20 taxa in which Phoma, Alternaria and Peyronellaea were the dominant genera and the relative frequencies of them were 39.6 %, 19.0 % and 20.4 %, respectively. Metal tolerance test showed that 3.6 mM Pb2+ or 11.5 mM Zn2+ exhibited the greatest toxicity to some isolates and they did not grow on the metal-amended media. In contrast, some isolates were growth stimulated in the presence of tested metals. The isolates of Phoma were more sensitive to Zn2+ than the isolates of Alternaria and Peyronellaea. However, the sensitivity of isolates to Pb2+ was not significantly different among Phoma, Alternaria, Peyronellaea and other taxa (P > 0.05, chi-square test). Our results suggested that fungal endophyte colonization in Pb–Zn polluted plants is moderately abundant and some isolates have a marked adaptation to Pb2+ and Zn2+ metals, which has a potential application in phytoremediation in this area.

Chlorpyrifos (CPF) is a widely used organophosphate insecticide which could bind with human serum albumin (HSA) and bovine serum albumin (BSA). The binding behavior was studied employing fluorescence, three-dimensional fluorescence, Circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy, UV-vis absorption spectroscopy, electrochemistry and molecular modeling methods. The fluorescence spectra revealed that CPF causes the quenching of the fluorescence emission of serum albumin. Stern-Volmer plots were made and quenching constants were thus obtained. The results suggested the formation of the complexes of CPF with serum albumins, which were in good agreement with the results from electrochemical experiments. Association constants at 25°C were 3.039 × 10(5) mol L(-1) for HSA, and 0.3307 × 10(5) mol L(-1) for BSA, which could affect the distribution, metabolism, and excretion of pesticide. The alterations of protein secondary structure in the presence of CPF were confirmed by the evidences from UV and CD spectra. Site competitive experiments also suggested that the primary binding site for CPF on serum albumin is close to tryptophan residues 214 of HSA and 212 of BSA, which was further confirmed by molecular modeling.

Three novel anionic sulfonate gemini surfactants, sodium 4,4'-(10,19-dioxo-9,11,18,20-tetraazaoctacosane-9,20-diyl) dibenzenesulfonate (Surfactant I), sodium 4,4'-(12,21-dioxo-11,13,20,22-tetraazadotriacontane-11,22-diyl) dibenzenesulfonate (Surfactant II), and sodium 4,4'-(14,23-dioxo-13,15,22,24-tetraazahezatriacontane-13,24-diyl) dibenzenesulfonate (Surfactant III), with different lengths of hydrophobic tail have been synthesized, and their assembly behavior in the presence of bovine serum albumin (BSA) has been studied using spectral methods and molecular modeling methods at physiological pH and 298 K. Critical micelle concentrations (CMCs) of the three surfactants have been determined by surface tension measurements. Despite the obvious decrease of CMC with the increase of tail length, fluorescence spectra have shown much closer CAC in the presence of BSA. Surfactant II shows the highest CAC of 3.19 × 10(-5) mol L(-1) compared with the other two. The polarity of the microenvironment in BSA-surfactant systems has been investigated using pyrene as the probe. In addition, far-UV CD spectra studied the change of the secondary structure content of BSA caused by the three surfactants. The features of the assembly behavior were discussed by three concentration regions. Surfactant II could unfold the protein much more efficiently than the other two surfactants at low concentration, but at high concentration, the change of the secondary structure and the formation of hydrophobic microenvironment show a direct relationship to the length of the hydrophobic tail with the increase of the surfactant concentration.

Different from the traditional method of preventing low temperature corrosion, heat exchanger with dual-plate structure change structure of plate heat exchanger and can decrease the temperature of hot gas in the outlet while increasing wall temperature to achieve the purpose of preventing low temperature corrosion.

The produced and extraction process of pyritic would generate a large amount of pyritic mineral processing solid waste. This kind of waste can lead to land occupation, and contaminate the local water, air and soil. Therefore, in this paper, Thiobacillus ferrooxidans and Thiobacillus thiooxidans are used to deal with the pyritic mineral processing solid waste. The particles, catalysts and bioleaching products between microorganism and pyritic mineral processing solid wast were studied. It is indicated that the microorganism growth and the heavy metals leaching efficiency involve biological and chemical interactions. The experimental results suggested that the T.t was best to bioleach the pyritic mineral processing solid waste, and the efficiency of T.f was worse than that of T.t. The leaching effect of mixed bacterias of T.t and T.f fell in between, the leaching rate would decrease when the pulp density increased. The micro-morphology of bacteria was observed by SEM detector, the single cellular dimension of bioleaching bactreia was about (1~2) μm × (0.2~0.5) μm.

This paper includes the analysis of total content of Cd element of 102 samples in the surface soil of farmland around the slag field. We evaluated the contamination of Cd of each samples and the space distribution with the potential ecological risk index method based on ArcGIS soft. The results showed that: average of potential ecological risk index of Cd is 241.4, Moderate ecological risk area accounted for 2.7% of the study area, strong ecological risk area of the region accounted for 30.1% of the study area, 22.2% of the study area had the considerable ecological risk, and the rest 39% of the study area had the extremely strong ecological risk.

The contaminated site remediation is an important content of site management. Plans for the introduction of measures and requirements to prevent and remediate soil contamination, particularly through the development of inventories of contaminated sites and the definition of targets for prioritization of remediation actions, are expected to have important consequences for site management practice and national site policies. Nowadays contaminated soil and groundwater treatment technologies can be sorted as three categories, that is bioremediation, chemical treatment and physical treatment. Biodegradation generally refers to the breakdown of organic compounds by living organism eventually resulting in the formation of carbon dioxide and water or methane. Chemical remediation is a kind of method that chemical reagent, chemical reaction and chemistry principles are used to reduce the mobility, organisms use ratio of heavy metals and decrease the heavy metals in the soil so as to remediate and repair the soil. Physical treatments in the remediation of contaminated site contains revising methods, capping methods, stabilization methods, electrokinetic methods and so on.

Metal Rubber is a kind of material with nonlinear of resuming force. In the dynamic test of Metal Rubber based on the control of displacement loading, its force-displacement curve is a hysteretic loop. The hysteretic phenomenon is studied with the means theory and experiment in this paper. The generalized restoring force is the binary function of displacement and speed. For the binary function, it is unilateral to represent the hysteretic loop only on the displacement-force plane, so the space hysteretic loop is introduced. The important parameters of the linear vibration isolators are stiffness and damping coefficient, however the nonlinear vibration isolators have stiffness and damping function, which all need be identified from the tested data. The results have proved that the dynamic model can meet the requirements of dynamic analysis of Metal Rubber in engineering.

As people’s life quality rise continuously, the fitness industry has developed fast. At present, people mainly focus on the improvement and research of fitness bike’s comfort and security, not on the movement manner. Thus it causes the movement process to be drab and boring, which has negative effect on the exercise. Therefore, Shenzhen Institute of Advanced Technology developed a new kind of multifunctional interactive fitness bike. Its characteristic is that both hands and feet can driver it independently, which can add different movement manners. This paper mainly aims at designing a new kind of resistance automatic adjustment system according to its unique drive mode. This system can make the rider obtain smooth and comfortable feel. At last, through the manufacturing and debugging of the prototype of fitness bike, we know this scheme is feasible.

In order to obtain the internal frost heaving force development characteristics and change rule of frozen wall in the process of the formation and melting in cretaceous stratum, and then take analysis of mechanics features and safety evaluation of frozen wall, in a mine of Inner Mongolia, the field measurement research of internal and external frost heaving force and pore water pressure in the freeze-thaw process of frozen wall has been carried out. The measured results show that it formed uneven frost heaving stress in internal and external of frozen wall in freeze-thaw process, in the test the maximum of freezing pressure reach to 6.0MPa, it is 2.4 times of initial pressure in the layer; When the shaft excavated to test layer the freezing pressure reduced linearly, then the freezing pressure rebounded slightly when the wall was pouring, and finally the frost heaving force reduced to 0 when frozen wall melt, back to the pressure effected by soil and water.

As people’s living pace becoming faster and faster in modern society, a lot of machines which can substitute human beings, such as washing machine, dishwasher, have appeared. These machines can greatly save people the necessary labor times. The automatic cleaning wall mechanism which is studied in this paper belongs to a category of cleaning machine. It aims to clean the body cavity wall of a square. The primary research includes the mechanical structure design, the electrical control system design, and modal analysis for this mechanism in order to avoid resonance phenomena occurred between motors and bodies. At last, via experimental running, this mechanism can move forward according to our predetermined trajectory.

Many different methods were found to increase the leaching rate by the researchers.In this paper,one of the methods--intensified leaching--was showed that the device for bioleaching was under the condition of static magnetic field.the device were designed according to Helmholtz coils,which can offered the static magnetic field,the leaching will start at the condition of the static magnetic field by the Thiobacillus ferrooxidans ( T. f ).the content of metals in samples were detected by Atomic fluorescence spectrometer after 25 days.Through the experimental analysis, the results showed that under the conditions of pulp density 5%,inoculum 10%,pH 2.0, magnetic induction intensity 3.14mT, the leaching rate of Cu and Fe in chalcopyrite mineral processing solid waste got improved. Especially the copper, the leaching rate raised from15.76% to 18.88%.

In this study, in order to evaluate the migration of heavy metals in enhanced electrokinetic removal，visual minteq was adopted to calculate the species distribution of heavy metals in different pH. Most of the heavy metals except arsenic generated the enrichment near the cathode area. Arsenate always existed as anion such as AsO43-、H2AsO4-、HAsO42-. Near the alkaline area ,the main form of heavy metals were alkali metal hydroxides and seriously restricted the migration and removal of heavy metals. The addition of potassium tetroxalate did not change the species distribution of heavy metals obviously.The nitric acid was more efficient than potassium tetroxalate to condition enhanced electrokinetic removal. Nevertheless ,both of two enhancement still need to be impoved to promote the removal efficiency.

Everyone knows heavy metals are inorganic pollutants with strong toxicity and typical pollutant needing preferentially control. In the metal mines of China, the tails that were piled up on the ground already have reached more than 4 billion tons, and this number increased 2 ×108 tons every year. The characteristics of metal mine tails mainly include: (1) the grain size is extremely fine; (2) The quantity in weight was very large; (3) the toxicity is very strong; (4) Transporting concentration is very low. The migration of heavy metals would impact the local environment, the safety of the downriver resident and the plowland, the food safety of livestock as well as the solid’s safety. Based on the characteristics of mine tailings impacting to environment, this paper estimates the pollution property, as well as studies the harm for the outside environment through the experiment of the gross analysis and the infusion toxicity analysis. This research takes Longdu tailings of Dahong Mountain for example to know the harm of heavy metal ion.

With the increase of the depth of frozen sinking, mine permanent derrick was located into the the frozen wall scope. The internal force distribution law of the shaft – tower foundation was obtained by the field measurement of shaft – tower foundation pressures, reinforced internal force, concrete strain, foundation deformation, and other mechanical quantities. The numerical Simulation of interaction between coal derrick and foundation in freeze - thaw process showed that: Field measurement and numerical simulation of the same laws and values were in good agreement. It has very important theoretical and practical significance for the safe production of derrick and future derrick foundation design in freezing method construction.

Electrokinetic removal is a new kind of technology and it is paid close attention in many countries. This work shows the laboratory results of electrodialytic removal experiments about the fly ash from municipal solid waste in Chongqing. The characterization parameters of the electrolyte solution pH, electric current, electrical conductivity, voltage gradient were discussed after the experiment. The pH value changed smoothly in the cathode compartment, while it changed abruptly in the first 6 hours, but it changed smoothly in the rest time in the anode compartment. The electrical current increased in the first 50 hours, then gradually decreased in the rest time. The higher the electrical current is, the better the removal effect is. The electrical conductivity in the anode compartment increased while the electrical conductivity decreased in the cathode compartment. The higher the electrical conductivity is, the better the removal effect is. The metal hydroxide precipitation was the most serious factor that influenced the removal rate.

This paper aims to investigate the effects of different VG (voltage gradient) on electrokinetic removal technology, and examine electrode pH, electric conductivity, voltage drop in the sample, electric current, and the electroosmotic flow. It is indicated that with the increase of VG, the electrolytic reaction rate accelerates during the electric removal experiment, which has affected both system current and the pH value & electric conductivity of electrolyte solutions. The higher VG is, the faster the electrolyte solution pH varies；the higher VG is, the faster the electric conductivity changes. Meanwhile the magnitude of electroosmotic flow increases with the increase of the VG.

MSWI fly ash is regulated as hazardous waste in many countries as it enriches heavy metals and many toxic components and these components would potentially leach when the ashes are land filled. In this study, the basic characteristic of fly ash was ananlysised. The result of XRF showed that the main elements in fly ash were Cl, Ca, K, Na, S, O, C, Si, Al, where Zn, Pb, Cr, Cu were the main heavy metals . The SEM analysis showed that the fly ash mainly formed with amorphous structure and was polymerized by many tiny structures. What's more, after electrokinetic removal experiment, extraction toxicity tests was carried out to investigate the environmental toxicity of the MSWI fly ash. It was determined that the original the extraction quantity of heavy metals was obviously higher than the “standard for pollution control on the landfill site of municipal solid waste” and the electrokinetic removal technology showed the effect on reducing the extraction quantity. However, some sample still could not reach the standard, further work should be done to improve it.

The impact of the cold-side temperature and moisture to frost heave were obtained by studying frost heaving test in open system. Frost heave ratio increased linearly with the decrease of cold-side temperature and moisture. Frost heave force increased with the decrease of cold-side temperature and increase of moisture. In addition, the soil physical properties variation laws was gained during freezing in the test, like moisture and dry density. By analysising the test data of frost heave ratio and frost heave force, the relationship between frost heave ratio and frost heave force were acquired. The results had important practical value and theoretical significance to the freezing shaft sinking and artificially freezing techniques applied in urban underground engineering.

Comparative analyses of twenty-eight finite element structures with filler walls were established to study dynamic characteristics of RC frame structures under seismic waves. The results of these analyses show that filler walls have little influence on vibration modes of the structure. But as a result of soft storey in the bottom of building caused by reduction of the filler walls, vibration modes have a great influence. As the stiffness of filler wall decrease, the stiffness of soft storey decrease shapely, vibration mode curve becomes much smoother. Considering the filler wall has influence on the vibration periods of framework, the reduction factor of 0.7 should be taken. The influence of filler wall to the value of lateral drift and storey displacement angle of frame can not be ignored. The main effect factors to the dynamic characteristics of framework are included quantity, location, material of the fill wall and the selection of seismic waves.

Unlike ordinary plate air preheater, the new dual-plate air preheater can generate temperature gradient through adding another plate in cold side to maintain certain space. And it can decrease the temperature of hot fluid in the outlet while increasing the temperature of plate surface to achieve the purpose of anti-corrosion.

We carried out experiments of the mechanical properties of frozen pipes under different temperatures (-5°C, -10°C, -15°C), obtained axial tensile stress - strain curves of the steel and performance of the overall bending under low temperature conditions. The results showed that: the freezing pipes bending capacity increased with the decrease of temperature, but the stiffness was decreased with the decreasing temperature; the steel yield strength and ultimate strength were both increased with the decrease of temperature, the elongation and sectional shrinkage were decreased with the decrease of temperature. The test results provided the basis for the further research of frozen pipes’ ductile-brittle transition, fracture and other acts in low temperature, and provided reference for the selection of frozen pipe and engineering design.

The triaxial creep experiment of artificially frozen soil in deep alluvium was performed by a self-developed machine of triaxial creep frozen soil. After analyzing the experiment results, applying parabolic yield criterion for improved viscoplasticity in the Nishihara model, a new creep constitutive model was established for describing frozen-soil's creep characteristics under high confining pressures. The secondary development tools and data interface had been used to add the visco-elastic-plastic creep constitutive model to standard ADINA FEM. Numerical simulation of the shaft well excavation process and field measurement displacements of frozen wall were performed in the mine; and the results showed that the visco-elastic-plastic creep constitutive model was suitable and reasonable. This constitutive model could be significance for the frozen soil structure long-term stability analysing and the displacement forecasting.

Ag nanoparticle embedded silicate glass was prepared by field-assisted diffusion, combined with post-annealing process. Surface plasmon resonance (SPR) bands were observed in the optical absorption measurement. The properties of optical absorption were strongly affected by the process parameters. With increasing electric field intensity and diffusion time, the SPR peak position and the full width at half maximum (FWHM) of the plasmon band were almost invariable. With increasing post-annealing time, the SPR peak was blue-shifted and the FWHM of SPR band decreased. The experimental results could be well simulated using modified Mie scattering theory considering the spill-out effects and the limitation of the mean free path.

According to the design concept of UASB reactor with three-phase separator, a suite of self-made TUSB reactor was produced. The operational characteristics of the reactor were tested after the reactor completed start-up, and analyzed the factors that affected the COD removal rate. The results show that, as the load changes rapidly, although there was a short decline on removal efficiency; the system still can adapt to the changes quickly, and return to its original level; the load continually increases, then the removal rate tends to be constant; the same time as the volumetric loading rate increases, the gas yield is on the rise. It is proved that the reactor technology has the resistance to flow and anti-impact load capability; meantime it also shows that the high volumetric loading rate within the two-phase separation can retain the sludge, avoiding UASB sludge wastage washout under high-load operation.

It was found that there were some kinds of sulfur-oxidizing bacteria in the acidic mine water, and these bacteria could promote the dissolution behavior of heavy metals in the mining smelting waste slags. In this paper we collected a bacterium sample form a mining-water of an abandoned pyrite mine in the southwest of China and named it as FJ strain. We isolated and purified the FJ strain by 9K medium, and then made a primary identification of the purified strain. The FJ strain was gram-negative and in the shape of short rod. The strain was chemoautotrophic and aerobic bacterium, and it could oxidize the ferrous ion or the reduced sulfur as energy source to main the metabolism. The optimum growth temperature and pH is 30 °C and 2.0 separately. And we also found the strain had a considerable acid-producing ability and was eosinophilic. After a comparison and analysis, we confirmed that the physiological and biochemical characteristics of the isolated FJ strains were consistent with that of thiobacillus ferrooxidans, T ferroxidans for short. Therefore we drew a conclusion that the FJ strain we purified was just the target strains T ferrooxidans, the isolation-purification of the bacterium sample was successive.

To get massive concrete sidewall hydration heat and the frozen wall’s temperature distribution law, the temperature monitor and analysis were applied in the construction process of deep frozen shaft. Combined with frozen sidewall temperature field numerical calculation finite element method, analyzed the concrete hydration heat on the impact of the artificially frozen wall in the frozen wall’s construction process. Concrete hydration heat release made rapid temperature rise of concrete, the temperature was gradually cooling down effected by the frozen wall’s low temperature and the concrete permanent supporting borders. During large release of concrete hydration heat, the frozen soil curtain was partial heating and melting, the Interface moved quickly and reached the maximum. The results showed that: the change laws of the numerical simulation and the measure point temperature were uniform, and their values were more consistent. This had a certain reference value in improving freezing construction methods and the design of deep frozen wall.

At present, durability of concrete structures has become one of the problems widely concerned by the academic and engineer circles in civil engineering. Shanghai Yangtze River tunnel project is the engineering background of the paper. The sensitivity analysis has been studied on carbonization life's influencing factors of Shanghai Yangtze River Tunnel segment structure with the method of grey -correlation theory and uniform design. The results show that concrete cover depth has the most important effect. The other less important influencing factors in turn are as follows: concrete compressive strength, fly ash substitution amount, temperature, relative humidity and CO2 concentration. The research achievement has been using in the design and construction of Yangtze River Tunnel, and good results have been achieved.

The total amount of heavy metal in Ming and Qing dynasties smelted residue was analyzed. Also leaching solution’s acute toxicity of heavy metal in waste residue was discussed.The results showed that the residual quantity of heavy metal(zinc and plumbum) in residue was up to 6.97%. After several hundred years of lixiviation by rainwater, heavy metal (zinc and plumbum) which had released to circumstance was more than 1.71%.Heavy metal in ancient leaching has declined and Residue in Zn is only a very small part of the leaching, Pb leaching below the detection limit ,Cr, and Cd there was leachingonly a small amount .According to pre-test results, limiting test method was adopted to carry out acute toxicity test on waste residue’s leaching solution.The results of acute toxicity test showed that acute oral LD50(median lethal doses) in mice of waste residue’s leaching solution was bigger than 20ml/kg.bw. Mice in the experiment appeared no dead and no abnormal behavior. But mice significantly decreased bodyweight gain. At the end of the experiment, mice were anatomical examined for liver and kidney. No abnormal change was found. It was no significant difference compared with the control group. It showed that residual quantity of heavy metal in residue was high. Although reduce the leaching toxicity, but the acute toxicity harm still existed.

The cyclohexanone production wastewater includes hazardous material such as cyclohexanone and cyclohexane which can harm the vessel of human body resulting in coagulation necrosis of viscera and brain. Our experiment choosed the cyclohexanone production wastewater to be investigated, and used the self-made anaerobic upflow bed filter (UBF) to deal with it. We try to find the optimal operational parameters which can make the degradation of hazardous materials maximizing. The COD removal efficiency was decreasing with the COD of influent’s increasing in starting stage, the shock load made the microbe in UBF can’t adapt the high VLR temporarily. In the running stage, the anaerobic sludge in UBF was incompact and the settleability of sludge was not very well. As the UBF running, the granular sludge shaped up greatly, the COD removal efficiency kept on 80%. The result showed that the UBF reactor was valid for hazardous material in cyclohexanone production wastewater.

The total content of heavy metal in solid waster is usually used to forecast heavy metal’s potential harm for environment.This work was to study the potential harm for environment of ancient pyrometallurgical slag.The heavy metal content in ancient pyrometallurgical slag is high and the average content of heavy metal (zinc plus plumbum) is up to 6.97%.But the leachable quantity of Zn,Pb,Cr and Cd are all very low.It shows that the total content of heavy metal could not represent the harm for environment. Meanwhile,leaching behavior of heavy metal in pyrometallurgical slag was discussed through extraction toxicity test in different pH. The results showed that in neutral condition,the leachable quantity of Zn,Pb,Cr and Cd is at the lowest level and their migration ability were weak.

The influence of HRT , oxidic time and anoxidic time on the carbon and nitrogen removal of integrated oxidation ditch with continuous flow and intermittent aeration was studied by cross experiment method. The performance of two-phase anaerobic in a laboratory-scale operating on traditional Chinese pharmaceutical industry wastewater at various hydraulic retention times was investigated. The wastewater with high pollutant concentration in reactor designed based on two-phase anaerobic principles was analyzed with GC-MS. The effect of controlling the pH of the methanogonic phase of traditional Chinese pharmaceutical industry wastewater digestion on the biogas production rate and pollution potential reduction was also investigated. The reactor was designed to act as a liquid-solid separator, in order to maximize the microbial mass in it, and was operated at different hydraulic retention times. It operated as a two-phase reactor when the pH of the wastewater was controlled in the methanogenic phase. The results of experiment indicate that acidifier discomposes compounds composed of big molecule were degraded into small acid molecule which is more subject to biochemical treatment, and after the final treatment of reactor producing methane, species and contents of compound contained in treated wastewater are obviously reduced.

By using a series of tests for corrosivity, acute toxicity and leaching toxicity of cyanide-containing wasteresidues, the toxicity of cyanide-containing wasteresidues has been investigated. According to acute toxicity test, the wasteresidues showed no acute toxicity. The experiment further indicated that the cyanide compounds were tested in the 0.15 ～ 0.60 concentration rang, mean (0.429), standard deviation (0.195) and variation coefficient (45.5%). The pH value range for leaching liquor of slag yard was 9.21～13.09 at the mean 10864, and the standard deviation and variation coefficient were 1.553 and 14.3% respectively. The research revealed that the cyanide compounds content in wasteresidue samples was distributed very unevenly, and the content of cyanide compounds was not exceeded the standard. Based on the current analysis results, those cyanide-containing wasteresidues were defined as hazardous solidwastes with corrosivity.

A kind of adaptive searching optimization active vibration control system of smart structure with piezoelectric materials was put forward, and the smart flexible cantilever structure was analyzed, the active vibration control system was realized in the lab. The result proved the methods’ feasibility and practicability.

The glass substrates containing metal Ag nanoparticles (NPs) were fabricated by electric field-assisted ion diffusion process. The Er3+–Yb3+-codoped tellurite thin films were deposited on these substrates via non-hydrolytic sol–gel method. The effect of metal Ag NPs embedded in glass substrates on up-conversion luminescence of tellurite thin films was investigated. It was found that the up-conversion luminescence of thin film was significantly enhanced by the metal Ag NPs embedded in glass substrates. The reverse electric field-assisted ion diffusion process was also applied to induce the migration and aggregation of the metal Ag NPs. As the metal Ag NPs aggregated closer towards the surface layer of glass substrates, the larger enhancement effect of up-conversion luminescence was achieved. The enhancement factors for green emission increased from dozens up to hundreds of times. This work provides a novel pathway for surface-plasmon-enhanced up-conversion luminescence. And a new application for the electric field-assisted ion diffusion process was also opened up through this work.

Mental rubber material is a new kind of high elastic and large damping material. In this paper the static deformation of mental rubber components had been studied from stretch, compression and shearing experiment. By the method of high-order polynomial fitting, the empirical formula of static deformation characters of mental rubber component had been established, and some deformation rules of mental rubber had been obtained.

To solve the problem of the extremely high hydrolytic reactivity of tellurium alkoxides in hydrolytic sol–gel method, the nonhydrolytic sol–gel process has been applied as a novel route for producing TeO2 based thin films. The transition of nonhydrolytic sol–gel was monitored by means of 1H NMR, FT-IR and Raman techniques. These results show that the formation of Te–O–Te bonds in gel networks mainly resulted from the nonhydrolytic cross-condensation reaction between different Te–OR groups. The decomposition process and structure evolution of the nonhydrolytic gel products were investigated and managed. Results from DTA and XRD analyses show that metallic tellurium, β-TeO2 and α-TeO2 phase appeared in the film during heat-treatment process at around 300, 350 and 400 °C, respectively. The formation of metallic tellurium can be alleviated through preheating the gel films under O2 atmosphere or by additions of the second component. Crystallization of α-TeO2 could be retarded by additions of TiO2 or Al2O3, and the transparent, homogeneous amorphous TeO2 based thin films were obtained by the methods above. The nonhydrolytic sol–gel process developed in this study offers a simple and practical method for fabricating TeO2 based thin film devices.

The battlefield environment, external vibration load condition is complex, in the process of vehicle and shooting, random vibration and impact load can lead to car sight structure stress and strain of the primary mirror, will affect the performance of the vehicle sights. Aimed to study the vibration impact load of car mirror, the influence mechanism, the paper designed the experimental study of on-board sights that modal experiment, sine scanning, random vibration and impact. To improve the environment of on-board sight reliability and performance is of great significance. 1. Primary mirror experimental modal analysis 1.1 Vibration load conditions A sinusoidal scanning mirror, random vibration and impact are provided by vibration table, can be adjusted through the shaking table controller excitation amplitude and frequency, vibration experiment is divided into sine scanning experiment, random vibration experiment and impact. 1.2 Laboratory equipment The experimental modal analysis of the main equipment include: automotive sights primary mirror, piezoelectric acceleration sensor, data acquisition system and force hammer. Experimental data acquisition system, can achieve 16 channels synchronous sampling, the highest use frequency of 256 kHz/channel. Experimental force hammer head material can be adjusted, covering different frequency width of pulse excitation, meet the requirement of different frequency response, and is suitable for small and medium-sized structure mode excitation. 1.3 Experiment method The experimental analysis includes dynamometry and contingency force method. Of dynamometry according to different incentives divided into hammer excitation method and the vibrator excitation method, hammer excitation method is divided into SIMO, MISO and partitioning integrated mode, and vibrator excitation method is divided into SIMO and pure mode. According to the input signal in a different way, the unexpected force method is usually divided into work incentives and environmental incentive method, experiment using hammer excitation incentives, simulation environment for high frequency response, select stainless steel hammer random excitation. To explore the effects of soil wetting pattern on soil water-thermal environment and water consumption of cotton root under mulched drip irrigation, a field experiment with three drip intensities (1.69, 3.46 and 6.33 L · h(-1)), was carried out in Shihezi, Xinjiang Autonomous Region. The soil matric potential, soil temperature, cotton root distribution and water consumption were measured during the growing period of cotton. The results showed that the main factor influencing the soil temperature of cotton under plastic mulch was sunlight. There was no significant difference in the soil temperature and root water uptake under different treatments. The distribution of soil matrix suction in cotton root zone under plastic mulch was more homogeneous under ' wide and shallow' soil wetting pattern (W633). Under the 'wide and shallow' soil wetting pattern, the average difference of cotton root water consumption between inner row and outer row was 0.67 mm · d(-1), which was favorable to the cotton growing trimly at both inner and outer rows; for the 'narrow and deep' soil wetting pattern (W169), the same index was 0.88 mm · d(-1), which was unfavorable to cotton growing uniformly at both inner and outer rows. So, we should select the broad-shallow type soil wetting pattern in the design of drip irrigation under mulch.

Mitochondria have recently emerged as novel targets for cancer therapy due to its important roles in fundamental cellular function. Discovery of new chemotherapeutic agents that allow for simultaneous treatment and visualization of cancer is urgent. Herein, we demonstrate a novel bifunctional mitochondria-targeted anticancer agent (FPB), exhibiting both imaging capability and anticancer activity. It can selectively accumulate in mitochondria and induce cell apoptosis. Notably, it results in much higher toxicity toward cancer cells owing to much higher uptake by cancer cells. These features make it highly attractive in cancer imaging and treatment.

Taking a certain type of photoelectric system of armored vehicle as an example, the influence of angular vibration on the optical system image quality is analyzed. Firstly, the paper introduces the characteristics of photovoltaic system and the basic theory of imaging; Then it uses the ZEMAX to build optical system model; finally, it simulates the MTF and Spot Diagram as the change of lens angular. By making quantitative analysis of the photoelectric system influence on imaging quality of lens deflection angular, we get the relationship between geometry maximum radius and mean root square radius with the lens deflection angular, and evaluate the effects of angular vibration on image quality synthetically, which has important reference value to the design of photoelectric system.

According to static load standards and requirements of the vehicle sights mechanical structure, the paper makes the analysis of the structure characteristics of vehicle-borne sights, builds three-dimensional model of vehicle sights in UG and finite element model of the primary reflector in ANSYS. The theoretical modal analysis and experimental modal analysis of the primary reflector are carried out based on vibration testing requirements for the dynamic load, and the results are compared between the two methods. The result of theoretical modal analysis could meet the engineering accuracy requirements. The research provides more convincing evidence for the optimization design of primary reflector structure parameters, also provides an effective tool for the anti-vibration design of primary reflector. Introduction Armored fighting vehicles and tanks are important equipment on battlefield; its effectiveness consists of three factors: firepower, mobility and protective ability. Fire control system is the precise fire weapon system of armored fighting vehicles, mainly includes tracking guidance aiming mirror system, fire control computer system and gun control subsystem. As the part of tracking guidance sight system, sight is divided into upper reflector stabilized sight and lower reflector stabilized sight. In order to improve the battlefield survivability and fire fighting ability of the armored fighting vehicles and tanks, it requires that the armored vehicle is able to observe, aim and shoot perfectly in the complex battlefield, so the study of tracking guidance aiming mirror subsystem received widespread attention. Paper [1] aimed at the stabilization problem of the Low-Light-Level image in bottom-reflecting fire control system, a novel real-time high-precision electronic image stabilization system based on a gyroscope and block matching algorithm was proposed. Its overall structure was designed; the transformation equations between the carrier movement and image movement were derived on the basis of perspective imaging model; the image motion model and the gyroscope signal calibration method were given also. Paper [2] aimed the complex structure on the observation equipment, so the staff cannot offer the technical guarantee for new equipment. Mathematical tools are used to express optical components imaging laws; it studied the fretting theory and builds the fretting model. With the computer simulation technology, combined with optical fretting theory and practical problems, it produced a set of simulation software and showed the influence of optical parts fretting. Paper [3] based on an optical collimator, the focal length of CCD optical system was measured and the system accuracy was analyzed. Results showed that the test method is accurate and reliable and detection precision is high, for high precision sights. The test provided a method for testing the sight-line alteration of high precision sighting telescopes. The study above mainly focused on the theoretical analysis, the actual equipment experiments are of high cost. The paper mainly uses the UG NX 6.0 to build primary reflector model and ANSYS to mesh and make modal analysis, in order to understand the vibration characteristics of upper reflector stabilized sight; we make the simulation analysis, which provides a reference for the further research.
