V diplomové práci jsou popsány formy dálkového řízení na síti SŽDC. Na základě současného stavu dálkového ovládání zabezpečovacího zařízení je navržena nová koncepce dálkového řízení železniční dopravy na nekoridorových tratích a navržena koncepce dálkového řízení z regionálních dispečerských pracovišť. Dále je charakterizováno jedno regionální dispečerské pracoviště včetně výhod a nevýhod této koncepce dálkového řízení., The actual approaches to remote control of interlocking systems on the railnet of SŽDC are described in this thesis. The thesis is focused on regional dispatcher workplaces. Proposed conception of remote control of interlocking systems in regions introduced in the thesis is based on current state of knowledge. V rámci samotného návrhu jsou informace poměrně strohé, bylo by vhodnější se tímto návrhem více zabývat, popsat jej. V práci je uvedeno, že bude uvedena kalkulace investic k realizaci a návratnost návrhu, avšak tyto údaje nejsou v práci uvedeny, proto by tato informace ani neměla v práci být uváděna. Bakalářská práce je věnovaná tématu "Tvorba edukačního materiálu na výuku telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace". Tato práce zahrnuje část teoretickou, výzkumnou a má výstup pro praxi. V teoretické části je popsána organizace krajského operačního střediska, telefonicky asistovaná první pomoc a telefonicky asistovaná neodkladná resuscitace, která je dále rozebrána do podrobnějšího schématu. Výzkumná část čerpá z modelových situací pro studenty druhého ročníku Univerzity Pardubice oboru zdravotnický záchranář. Druhá výzkumná skupina byly reálné poslechy hovorů telefonicky asistované neodkladné resuscitace na krajském zdravotnickém operačním středisku. Autor se bude v práci detailně zabývat analýzou firmy Rudolf Klapal - Transport. Práce bude obsahovat podmínky provozování silniční nákladní dopravy pro cizí potřeby velkými vozidly a stručnou historii firmy. Dále bude v práci řešena problematika struktury firmy, vozového parku, firemních prostor a webových stránek. Práce bude obsahovat analýzu jednotlivých pracovních pozic, informace k jednotlivým vozidlům včetně základních parametrů důležitých pro provozování silniční nákladní dopravy a jednotlivých prostor firmy. Dále autor v práci navrhne změny pro jednotlivé zaměstnance, ve složení vozového parku a firemních prostorách. A study was conducted to establish current (baseline) practices in the use of weather information at Airline Operations Centers (AOCs). Two large airlines with substantial international service, one smaller airline with national service, and a small regional airline were included in the study. Dispatchers were interviewed at each airline and asked to assign priorities to listed weather factors. Responses were similar across airlines, but dispatchers from the larger long-haul airlines gave somewhat higher priorities to some of the Wind factors. There were numerous differences between the priorities assigned by dispatchers and those assigned by pilots, especially during the planning phase, with small but consistent internal differences in ratings among pilots between Part 91 pilots and Part 121 pilots. The operators interviewed all expected to continue using dispatchers and weather personnel in the AOCs as integrators and flight planners/followers, expecting that the increased networking and availability of new sources of weather data envisioned in the NextGen environment would enhance their ability to make more accurate assessments of operational issues. It was deemed critical that the NextGen environment continue to provide the information currently deemed central to allowing the dispatcher-pilot team to deal effectively with diversions. Several recommendations are included for improving the structure and functioning of the weather-information environment.

Tomorrow’s train traffic systems requires new strategies and solutions for efficient traintraffic control and utilization of track capacity, especially in traffic systems with a highdegree of deregulated and mixed traffic. There are many different goals associated withthe traffic control tasks and the work of the traffic controllers (dispatchers). Examples aresafety, efficiency of the traffic with regard to timeliness and energy consumption, goodservice and information to passengers and customers etc. Today’s traffic controlsystems and user interfaces do not efficiently support such goals. In earlier research wehave analyzed important aspects of the traffic controller’s tasks, strategies, decisionmaking, use of information and support systems etc. Based on this research we,together with Banverket (Swedish Rail Administration), have designed prototypesystems and interfaces that better can meet future goals and contribute to more optimaluse of infrastructure capacity. These prototype systems have now been developed into afully operational system which has been tested during 6 months, for control of train trafficin a section of the Swedish rail system. The evaluation shows that the system efficientlysupports control tasks and is well accepted by the involved traffic controllers.
