The “dual carbon” goals have set forth demands for data centers to be efficient， reliable， and have low carbon emissions. Consequently， a full DC power supply system， incorporating renewable energy sources and large-scale energy storage， was constructed and comprehensively evaluated. Firstly， the characteristics and requirements of each link of “source-network-load-storage” in the power supply system were analyzed. Taking account of system efficiency， availability， economy， and environmental friendliness， an evaluation indicator system was established. Subsequently， a DCES （data center energy system） architecture evaluation tool was developed using the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Finally， through DCES， a comparative evaluation was performed between the full DC power supply system and the conventional AC power supply system. The results indicate that although the proposed full DC power supply system may have slightly inferior economic performance， its overall evaluation indicators are superior， making it a viable option for the future new power supply system in data centers.

Growth substrates are essential for aquaponic systems and play an important role in vegetable growth and water quality. In this study, we explored an innovative combination of coconut bran and coconut shell biochar (CSB) as a composite growth substrate for lettuce cultivation in aquaponic systems. The study included the control (100 % coconut bran as the growth substrate) and treatment groups (T1–T5; containing 10 %, 20 %, 30 %, 40 %, and 50 % CSB as the growth substrate, respectively). The substrate properties; lettuce growth performance; and soil enzyme activity, nitrogen content, and abundance of microbial communities in the substrate were analyzed to determine the optimal substrate. Our findings indicated that CSB incorporation significantly altered the properties of the substrate, resulting in increased dry and bulk densities, pH, and water-holding capacity, and decreased electrical conductivity, water-absorption capacity, and porosity. Furthermore, the fresh weight of lettuce was notably increased in the treatment groups. The activities of fluorescein diacetate hydrolase, urease, nitrate reductase, and hydroxylamine reductase initially increased and further decreased, reaching the maximum in the T3 group. Conversely, the activity of nitrite reductase and contents of available nitrogen, nitrate-nitrogen, and ammonium-nitrogen in the substrates initially decreased and further increased, with the minimum values observed in the T3 group. The microbial sequencing results indicated that CSB incorporation significantly increased the microbial diversity and relative abundance of microorganisms associated with nitrogen transformation. Moreover, 30 % CSB incorporation exhibited the greatest effect on lettuce growth, with a 34.5 % and 31.6 % increase in fresh weight compared to the control during the growth and harvest periods, respectively. This study indicated the enormous potential of biochar in the research and development of green technologies for substrate amendment in aquaponic systems.

[Purpose/Significance] In the era of mobile Internet, mobile phones are the most important information access tools. From the perspective of mobile phone use, this paper examines and reveals the information acquisition behavior of farmers, explores the information gap in rural areas, analyzes the characteristics of the information acquisition behavior of key groups, and provide insights into how to improve the information acquisition behavior and narrowing the information gap. The significance of the research is that, with a focus on digital inclusion, we start from the inclusive feature of the Internet and modern information technology, find out the key groups to pay attention to in the information gap, and put forward ideas on how to realize digital inclusion from the perspective of farmers' information acquisition and needs. [Method/Process] Based on the rural sample survey at the national level, principal component analysis and RIF regression analysis were used to measure farmers' information acquisition behavior and identify the role of key influencing factors in improving information acquisition behavior. This study analyzes farmers' information acquisition behavior from the perspective of mobile phone use, describes the micro characteristics of the information gap in rural areas, and makes the conclusion more scientific and generalizable based on the sample survey of farmers at the national level. [Results/Conclusions] The low "long tail" group in the evaluation results of farmers' information acquisition behavior exists in the aged people groups and the groups with the education level below junior middle school, which highlights the phenomenon of information gap in rural areas. Key explanatory variables have a more pronounced marginal effect on groups with low evaluation results of information acquisition behavior (below the median). Improving the impact of mobile phone use among key groups such as the elderly and the undereducated makes an important contribution to narrowing the information gap, which reflects the inevitable requirement of the concept of digital inclusion. Based on the improvement of network facilities, it is also necessary to pay attention to the use of mobile phone functions and information content acquisition of key groups, strengthen the accuracy of information supply, activate the information needs of key groups, and improve the adaptability of such groups in the digital environment. There are still more relatively poor and aging groups in rural areas, which need to be included in the digital inclusion path, improve the situation of vulnerable groups in the digital age, and provide the means to realize people's needs. Future research will pay more attention to promoting the provision of high-quality public service resources through digital tools, realizing the continuous empowerment of digital technology for rural development, and improving the digital literacy of citizens, especially rural residents.

In nature, plants are often confronted with wide variations in light intensity, which may cause a massive carbon loss and water waste. Here, we investigated the response of photosynthetic rate and stomatal conductance to fluctuating light among ten rice genotypes and their influence on plant acclimation and intrinsic water-use efficiency (WUEi). Significant differences were observed in photosynthetic induction and stomatal kinetics across rice genotypes. However, no significant correlation was observed between steady-state and non-steady-state gas exchange. Genotypes with a greater range of steady-state and faster response rate of the gas exchange showed stronger adaptability to fluctuating light. Higher stomatal conductance during the initial phase of induction had little effect on the photosynthetic rate but markedly decreased the plant WUEi. Clarification of the mechanism influencing the dynamic gas exchange and synchronization between photosynthesis and stomatal conductance under fluctuating light may contribute to the improvement of photosynthesis and water-use efficiency in the future. Objective To investigate the diagnosis and treatment data of neonates with necrotizing enterocolitis (NEC) undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital, and to provide a reference for the selection of optimal surgical timing and approach in clinical practice. Methods A retrospective analysis was performed for the clinical data of 84 neonates with NEC who were admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to December 2020, and all neonates underwent plain abdominal radiography. During the surgery, enterostomy or resection of the necrotic intestinal canal followed by intestinal anastomosis was performed according to the location and extent of necrotic intestinal canal. The neonates were followed up to observe the changes in diet, defecation, and body weight, and their surgical outcome was summarized. Results Among the 84 neonates, 2 underwent intestinal decompression and peritoneal drainage; 72 underwent enterostomy, among whom 67 underwent ileostomy and 5 underwent distal jejunostomy; 7 underwent resection of the necrotic intestinal canal followed by intestinal anastomosis; 3 were withdrawn from treatment. Of all neonates, 77 had good prognosis; 2 had poor prognosis and required regular parenteral nutrition support due to short bowel syndrome; 2 died of necrotic enteritis at 6 months after surgery; 3 were withdrawn from treatment due to extensive bowel necrosis observed during surgery. Conclusion Neonates with NEC tend to have a high mortality rate, and enterostomy is the main treatment method at present. Timely surgical treatment has a good therapeutic effect on children with NEC.
