The aim of the paper is theoretical and experimental research of processes during the single-phase ground faults in electrical distribution grids of 10/06/35 kV with isolated neutral mode. The mathematical method of rationing is used for the analysis of the spectral composition of currents and voltages increasing the information content of the allocated higher harmonics of current and voltage. The paper show a comparison of the results of spectral analysis with and without taking into account the mathematical rationing obtained on the simulation model. Field experiments have demonstrated the effectiveness of using of the method of mathematical rationing of the higher harmonic components of current and voltage for various types of single-phase ground faults. The results of field experiments provided an opportunity of improving the methodology of yearling detection of single-phase ground faults in electric grids of 6-10-35 kV with an isolated mode of neutral. The conclusion of the research is the possibility of a significantly more accurate selection of the resonant frequencies of the spectrum of currents and voltages obtained by using of the method of mathematical rationing. The possibility of earlier and more precise localization of the feeder with ground fault is shown on the base more precise selection of the resonant frequency currents and voltages.

The methods commonly used for numerical differentiation, such as the "center-difference formula" and "four-points formula" are unusable in simulations or real-time data analysis because they require knowledge of the future. In Bard'11, an algorithm was shown that generates formulas that require knowledge only of the past and present values of $f(t)$ to estimate $f'(t)$. Furthermore, the algorithm can handle irregularly spaced data and higher-order derivatives. That work did not include a rigorous proof of correctness nor the error bounds. In this paper, the correctness and error bounds of that algorithm are proven, explicit forms are given for the coefficients, and several interesting corollaries are proven., Comment: Six page paper with five pages of appendices

Ocean Engineering - Abstract
The article discusses the issues of making effective decisions about investing in commercial accounts and currencies. In order to know how much these solutions will be beneficial in the long term, specialized information is needed: data on the dynamics of growth, decline in the value of accounts and currencies, analytical information. But there is no single source where this data will be accumulated, systematized and stored. Purpose – create a tool for collecting and storing the parameters of investment accounts for their subsequent analysis in order to make an effective investment decision. Method or methodology of work: the article discusses a method that can implement a tool for collecting specialized information of investment accounts, two tools can be used for this: Postgresql databases and Python programming language Result: a tool has been developed that performs the function of collecting and storing information on investment accounts. Scope of the results: the data obtained, which are stored in the database, should be used to identify high-yield accounts for subsequent investment.

Goal: to close the fistula of right main bronchus stump with the use of the vascular occluder of ASD. The clinical case is described. Materials and methods. The fistula of right main bronchus, developed after final pulmonectomy on the right performed due to emergency indications caused fibrous cavernous tuberculosis, complicated by pulmonary hemorrhage, was closed by ASD occluder with 8 mm diameter, relevant to the diameter of bronchopleural fistula. Empyema space was first of all sanitated through thoracostoma, the volume of right hemithorax was reduced due preceding seven-costal posterosuperior thoracoplasty. The intervention was done under local anesthesia with double monitoring from tracheal lumen by bronchoscope and from thoracostoma space. The intervention lasted for 20 minutes. Results. Air discharge stopped immediately after the installation of the occluder. The patient demonstrated significant improvement of respiration and voicing even without pleural space plugging. In the follow-up period in 12 months the occluder was covered by epithelium fully stopping the air inflow from bronchus into pleural space. Management of bronchial fistula with ASD occluder is a fast, safe and effective intervention.

Engineering (General). Civil engineering (General) ,TA1-2040 - Abstract
The paper considers a system for optimizing the recycling process of mineral raw material waste in terms of the target function, which takes into account economic, technological, and environmental criteria. We have suggested a structural model of the production process of mineral raw material recycling using cost flows. Based on the analysis of this model, we concluded on the need to develop new methods for assessing and choosing the parameters of the equipment used, including specific performance criteria to assess the degree of sophistication of the systems under study.

The practice of operating machinery and equipment that are used in animal husbandry and in the processing of its products has shown low reliability of feed crushers. As of 01.01.2019, in the agricultural enterprises of the Republic of Tatarstan there are about 1200 machines for grinding feed, of which 800 pcs. are hammer crushers. Most of these crushers have a service life of 10 to 13 years and are objects with low reliability. Mostly emergency stops occur due to the destruction of the rotor bearings. In the event of a sudden failure, unplanned repairs and a decrease in production efficiency occur. At the Department of Operation and Repair of Machines of Kazan State Agrarian University, research was carried out and a scientific result was obtained, which was implemented in the adapter to the vibrometer to determine the residual life of rolling bearings. Input data for this device were obtained during operational research and further analysis of the data.

The transport of goods contributes to an increase in global greenhouse gas emissions. Despite the fact that its share is much less than that of industries, there is significant legislative pressure to reduce emissions from transport. A review and critical analysis of strategies to reduce or completely eliminate the negative impact of international logistics supply chains on the environment was carried out.Comparative characteristics of transport modes are presented, taking into account their negative impact on the environment. An extended review of scientific and practical publications on the topic of “green supply chain management” was carried out in order to reduce the negative impact of cargo transportation on the environment. Strategic solutions have been identified and analyzed to reduce emissions associated with the transportation of goods. Highlighted strategies, the attitude towards which in society has changed for the worse. The main method used is critical analysis. The subject of research is the area according to the passport of the scientific specialty 05.22.01 “Transport and transport-technological systems of the country, its regions and cities, organization of production in transport”, p. 6 “Protection of the environment from the polluting effects of transport”.The scientific novelty of the research lies in the proposed theoretical foundations and the identification of operational “tools” for improving the environmental friendliness of supply chains in the form of combined strategies. The relevance of the work is substantiated by environmental priorities in the state policy of the Russian Federation. In 2019, a large-scale national project “Ecology” was launched in our country, the main goal of which is to change the negative impact on the environment by 2030 and create comfortable living conditions for people in the country. It has been found that the available modes of transport vary greatly in emissions, with slower modes of transport generally having fewer emissions than faster ones.

The Wide-Area Linear Optical Polarimeter (WALOP)-South instrument is an upcoming wide-field and high-accuracy optical polarimeter to be used as a survey instrument for carrying out the Polar-Areas Stellar Imaging in Polarization High Accuracy Experiment (PASIPHAE) program. Designed to operate as a one-shot four-channel and four-camera imaging polarimeter, it will have a field of view of $35\times 35$ arcminutes and will measure the Stokes parameters $I$, $q$, and $u$ in a single exposure in the SDSS-r broadband filter. The design goal for the instrument is to achieve an overall polarimetric measurement accuracy of 0.1 % over the entire field of view. We present here the complete polarimetric modeling of the instrument, characterizing the amount and sources of instrumental polarization. To accurately retrieve the real Stokes parameters of a source from the measured values, we have developed a calibration method for the instrument. Using this calibration method and simulated data, we demonstrate how to correct instrumental polarization and obtain 0.1 % accuracy in the degree of polarization, $p$. Additionally, we tested and validated the calibration method by implementing it on a table-top WALOP-like test-bed polarimeter in the laboratory., 34 pages, 24 figures. Single-phase earth faults are one of the main problem of the distribution electrical networks with voltage 6 - 35 kV with isolated neutral. Single-phase earth fault is one of the reasons decrease of the power quality and the reliability of power supply. The paper presents the theoretical base of the monitoring parameters selection during the single-phase earth fault process and its practical implementation as an installed system at a power substation with a 110/10 kV level voltage. The hardware part of the feeder monitoring system allows implementing the determination of feeder with fault and the phase of this feeder with fault without the need to switch off of the feeders. The software part of the system allows for ongoing monitoring of feeders with built-in alarm and viewing the event archive on the supervisor computer.

- Abstract
We present the first application of the Cosmoglobe analysis framework by analyzing 9-year WMAP time-ordered observations using similar machinery as BeyondPlanck utilizes for Planck LFI. We analyze only the Q1-band (41 GHz) data and report on the low-level analysis process from uncalibrated time-ordered data to calibrated maps. Most of the existing BeyondPlanck pipeline may be reused for WMAP analysis with minimal changes to the existing codebase. The main modification is the implementation of the same preconditioned biconjugate gradient mapmaker used by the WMAP team. Producing a single WMAP Q1-band sample requires 44 CPU-hrs, which is less than the cost of a Planck 70 GHz sample of 69 CPU-hrs; this demonstrates that full end-to-end Bayesian processing of the WMAP data is computationally feasible. Our recovered maps are generally similar to the maps released by the WMAP team, but more work is needed on sidelobe modeling before the new pipeline is ready for science grade production. While comparing the Cosmoglobe and WMAP polarization maps, we identify the same large-scale pattern in the Q1-band as was previously reported in the V- and W-band polarization maps by the WMAP team, and we show that this morphology may be reproduced deterministically in terms of temperature-to-polarization leakage arising from the coupling between the CMB Solar dipole, transmission imbalance, and sidelobes. Given that this structure is present in the Q1-, V-, and W-bands, it could have a nonnegligible impact on cosmological and astrophysical conclusions drawn from these polarized maps., Comment: 11 figures, submitted to A&A

- Abstract
Two unique wide-field and high-accuracy polarimeters named WALOP (Wide-Area Linear Optical Polarimeter)- North and WALOP-South are currently under development at the Inter-University Center for Astronomy and Astrophysics (IUCAA), India, to create a large area optical polarization map of the sky for the upcoming PASIPHAE sky survey. These instruments are designed to achieve a linear polarimetric measurement accuracy of 0.1% across a field of view (FoV) of 30×30 arcminutes. The WALOP-South instrument will be installed first on a 1 m telescope at the Sutherland Observatory, where the temperatures during the night can vary between 10 to -5°C. These temperature variations and the instrument’s pointing to various non-zenithal positions in the sky can introduce stress birefringence in the lenses, leading to time-varying instrumental polarization. This work estimates stress-induced birefringence due to thermal, and gravity stresses on WALOP-South lenses. Using the optomechanical model of the WALOP-South, we carried out Finite Element Analysis (FEA) simulations in SolidWorks software to estimate the stresses for various scenarios of temperature, telescope pointing airmass, and lens mount material (aluminum and titanium). Further, we use the stress tensor analysis to estimate the principal stresses and their directions and consequent birefringence and retardance introduced in the lenses. The stressinduced birefringence will change the optical path length for orthogonal polarization states of the beam passing through the lenses and introduce phase retardation. Overall, with the lens mount design of the instrument, we find that the retardation and consequent instrumental polarization will be within the instrumental accuracy requirements. Additionally, the stress birefringence is found to be higher for aluminum compared to titanium mounts. We further incorporated this retardance in the instrument Mueller matrix estimation to understand its effects on the polarization measurements.

The BeyondPlanck and Cosmoglobe collaborations have implemented the first integrated Bayesian end-to-end analysis pipeline for CMB experiments. The primary long-term motivation for this work is to develop a common analysis platform that supports efficient global joint analysis of complementary radio, microwave, and sub-millimeter experiments. A strict prerequisite for this to succeed is broad participation from the CMB community, and two foundational aspects of the program are therefore reproducibility and Open Science. In this paper, we discuss our efforts toward this aim. We also discuss measures toward facilitating easy code and data distribution, community-based code documentation, user-friendly compilation procedures, etc. This work represents the first publicly released end-to-end CMB analysis pipeline that includes raw data, source code, parameter files, and documentation. We argue that such a complete pipeline release should be a requirement for all major future and publicly-funded CMB experiments, noting that a full public release significantly increases data longevity by ensuring that the data quality can be improved whenever better processing techniques, complementary datasets, or more computing power become available, and thereby also taxpayers' value for money; providing only raw data and final products is not sufficient to guarantee full reproducibility in the future.
