Abstract

With 1.06 × 108 ψ(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector, the branching fraction of ψ (3686) → ωK+K- is measured to be (1.54 ± 0.04 ± 0.11) × 10-4. This is the most precise result to date, due to the largest ψ(3686) sample, improved signal reconstruction efficiency, good simulation of the detector performance, and a more accurate knowledge of the continuum contribution. Using the branching fraction of J/ψ → ωK+K-, the ratio β(ψ(3868) → ωK+K-)/β(J/ψ → ωK+K-) is determined to be (18.4 ± 3.7)%. This constitutes a significantly improved test of the 12% rule, with the uncertainty now dominated by the J/ψ branching fraction.

Abstract

We study D0D̅0 pairs produced in e+e− collisions at √ s = 3.773 GeVusing a data sample of 2.92 fb−1 collected with the BESIII detector. We measuredthe asymmetry ACPKπ of the branching fractions of D → K−π+ in CP-odd and CP-even eigenstates to be (12.7 ± 1.3 ± 0.7) × 10−2. ACPKπ can be used to extract the strong phase difference δKπ between the doubly Cabibbo-suppressed process D̅0 → K−π+ and the Cabibbo-favored process D0 → K−π+. Using world-average values of external parameters, we obtain cos δKπ = 1.02 ±0.11 ±0.06 ±0.01. Here, the first and second uncertainties are statistical and systematic, respectively, while the third uncertainty arises from the external parameters. This is the most precise measurement of δKπ to date.

Abstract

Based on a sample of (225.3 ± 2.8) × 106 J/ψ events collected with the BESIII detector, the electromagnetic Dalitz decays of J/ψ → Pe+e- (P = η'/η/π∗0) are studied. By reconstructing the pseudoscalar mesons in various decay modes, the decays J/ψ → η' e+e-, J/ψ → η e+e-, and J/ψ → π0 e+e- are observed for the first time. The branching fractions are determined to be B(J/ψ → η' e+e-) = (5.81 ± 0.16 ± 0.31) × 10-5, B(J/ψ → η e+e-) = (1.16 ± 0.07 ± 0.06) × 10-5, and B(J/ψ → π0 e+e-) = (7.56 ± 1.32 ±0.50) × 10-7, where the first errors are statistical and the second ones systematic.

Abstract

We study the process e+ e- →(D* D*)± π∓ at a center-of-mass energy of 4.26 GeV using a 827  pb(-1) data sample obtained with the BESIII detector at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider. Based on a partial reconstruction technique, the Born cross section is measured to be (137±9±15)  pb. We observe a structure near the (D* D*)± threshold in the π∓ recoil mass spectrum, which we denote as the Zc±(4025). The measured mass and width of the structure are (4026.3±2.6±3.7)  MeV/c2 and (24.8±5.6±7.7)  MeV, respectively. Its production ratio σ(e+ e- → Zc±(4025)π∓ → (D* D*)± π∓)/σ(e+ e- → (D* D*)± π∓) is determined to be 0.65±0.09±0.06. The first uncertainties are statistical and the second are systematic.

Abstract

Using (106.41 ± 0.86) × 106 ψ(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector at BEPCII, we study for the first time the decay χcJ → η'K+K- (J = 1, 2), where η' → γρ0 and η' → ηπ+π-. A partial wave analysis in the covariant tensor amplitude formalism is performed for the decay χc1 → η'K+K-. Intermediate processes χc1 → η' f0 (980), χc1 → η' f0 (1710), χc1 → η' f2' (1525) and χc1 → K∗0 (1430)± K∓ (K∗0 (1430)± → η' K±) are observed with statistical significances larger than 5σ, and their branching fractions are measured.

Abstract

A search for the rare decays of J/ψ → Dsρ+ + c.c. and J/ψ → D0K∗0 + c.c. is performed with a data sample of 225.3-million J/ψ events collected with the Beijing Spectrometer III detector. No evident signal is observed. Upper limits on the branching fractions are determined to be B(J/ψ → Ds ρ+ + c.c.) < 1.3 × 10-5 and B(J/ψ → D0K ∗0+ c.c.) < 2.5 × 10-6 at the 90% confidence level.

Abstract

We report a measurement of the branching fraction B(D+→μ+νμ)= [3.71±0.19(stat)±0.06(sys)]×10-4 based on 2.92fb-1 of data accumulated at s=3.773GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider. This measurement, in conjunction with the Cabibbo-Kobayashi-Maskawa matrix element |Vcd| determined from a global Standard Model fit, implies a value for the weak decay constant fD+=(203.2±5.3±1.8)MeV. Additionally, using this branching fraction measurement together with a lattice QCD prediction for fD+, we find |Vcd|=0.2210±0.0058±0.0047. In either case, these are the most precise results for these quantities to date.

Abstract

We perform an analysis of the D+→ K0Sπ+π0 Dalitz plot using a data set of 2.92 fb-1 of e+e- collisions at the ψ(3770) mass accumulated by the BESIII experiment, in which 166694 candidate events are selected with a background of 15.1%. The Dalitz plot is found to be well represented by a combination of six quasitwo- body decay channels [K0Sρ+, K0Sρ(1450)+, K∗0π+, K0 (1430)0π+, K (1680)0π+, κ0π+] plus a small nonresonant component. Using the fit fractions from this analysis, partial branching ratios are updated with higher precision than previous measurements.

Abstract

The Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment was designed to achieve a sensitivity on the value of sin22θ13 to better than 0.01 at 90% CL. The experiment consists of eight antineutrino detectors installed underground at different baselines from six nuclear reactors. With data collected with six antineutrino detectors for 55 days, Daya Bay announced the discovery of a non-zero value for sin22θ13 with a significance of 5.2 standard deviations in March 2012. The most recent analysis with 139 days of data acquired in a six-detector configuration yields sin22θ13=0.089±0.010(stat.)±0.005(syst.), which is the most precise measurement of sin22θ13 to date. © 2013.

Abstract

With a sample of 225.3 × 106 J/φ events taken with the BESIII detector, the decay J/φ → γ3 (π+ π-) is analyzed. A structure at 1.84 GeV/c2 is observed in the 3(π+ π-) invariant mass spectrum with a statistical significance of 7.6σ. The mass and width are measured to be M = 1842.2 ± 4.2-2.6+7.1 MeV/c2 and Γ = 83 ± 14 ± 11 MeV. The product branching fraction is determined to be B (J/φ → γX(1840)) × B(X(1840) → 3(π+ π-)) = (2.44 ± 0.36-0.74+0.60) × 10-5. No η′ signals are observed in the 3(π+ π-) invariant mass spectrum, and the upper limit of the branching fraction for the decay η′ → 3(π+ π-) is set to be 3.1 × 10-5 at a 90% confidence level.

Abstract

Using a sample of 1.06×108 ψ(2S) events collected with the BESIII detector at BEPCII, the decay ψ(2S)→pp̄η is studied. A partial wave analysis determines that the intermediate state N(1535) with a mass of 1524±5-4+10 MeV/c2 and a width of 130-24-10+27+57 MeV/c2 is dominant in the decay; the product branching fraction is determined to be B(ψ(2S)→N(1535)p̄)×B(N(1535)→pη)+c.c.=(5. 2±0.3-1.2+3.2)×10-5. Furthermore, the branching fraction of ψ(2S)→pp̄η is measured to be (6.4±0.2±0.6) ×10-5. Here, the first error is statistical and the second is systematic. © 2013 American Physical Society.

Abstract

Based on (106.41±0.86)×106 ψ(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider, the branching fractions of ψ(3686)→π+π-J/ψ, J/ψ→e+e-, and J/ψ→μ+μ- are measured. We obtain B[ψ(3686)→π+π-J/ψ]=(34.98±0.02±0.45)%, B[J/ψ→e+e-]=(5.983±0.007±0.037)%, and B[J/ψ→μ+μ-]=(5.973±0.007±0.038)%. The measurement of B[ψ(3686)→π+π-J/ψ] confirms the CLEO-c measurement, and is apparently larger than the others. The measured J/ψ leptonic decay branching fractions agree with previous experiments within one standard deviation. These results lead to B[J/ψ→l+l-]=(5.978±0.005±0.040)% by averaging over the e+e- and μ+μ- channels and a ratio of B[J/ψ→e+e-]/B[J/ψ→μ+μ-]=1.0017±0.0017±0.0033, which tests e-μ universality at the four tenths of a percent level. All the measurements presented in this paper are the most precise in the world to date.

Abstract

We report an improved measurement of the neutrino mixing angle θ13 from the Daya Bay Reactor Neutrino Experiment. We exclude a zero value for sin22θ13 with a significance of 7.7 standard deviations. Electron antineutrinos from six reactors of 2.9 GW th were detected in six antineutrino detectors deployed in two near (flux-weighted baselines of 470 m and 576 m) and one far (1648 m) underground experimental halls. Using 139 days of data, 28909 (205308) electron antineutrino candidates were detected at the far hall (near halls). The ratio of the observed to the expected number of antineutrinos assuming no oscillations at the far hall is 0.944±0.007(stat.)±0.003(syst.). Tranexamic acid (TXA) has been widely used to decrease transfusion rate in joint replacement surgery. Therefore, we conducted a systematic review to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TXA usage in femoral fracture surgery.Materials and methods: Studies involving TXA usage in femoral fracture surgery were searched through four electronic databases. The end points included total blood loss, postoperative hemoglobin decline, transfusion rate, thromboembolic events, 90-day mortality, and operative time. The present study was performed following Cochrane Reviewers’ Handbook and Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) statement and was carried out by using Stata 14.0 software.Results: Eleven studies concerning intravenous (IV) application of TXA and three studies concerning topical administration of TXA were included. Twelve studies were randomized controlled trials (RCTs), and one was a retrospective cohort study. Regarding IV TXA, our paper indicated that the IV TXA group had less total blood loss (weighted mean difference [WMD] = -319.282, P = 0.000), lower postoperative hemoglobin decline (WMD = -1.14, P = 0.000) and lower transfusion rate (risk difference [RD] = -0.172, P = 0.000). No significant differences were found in thromboembolic events (RD = 0.008, P = 0.507), 90-day mortality (RD = 0.009, P = 0.732) and operative time (WMD = -2.227, P = 0.103). Regarding topical TXA, no significant differences were found in the transfusion rate (RD = -0.098, P = 0.129), postoperative hemoglobin decline (WMD = -1.137, P = 0.231), thromboembolic events (RD = -0.017, P = 0.660) and operative time (WMD = -4.842, P = 0.136).Conclusion: Our meta-analysis demonstrated that both IV and topical application of TXA reduced transfusion rate in femoral fracture surgery. However, still further studies are needed to identify the optimal route of administration, TXA dosage and timing. In addition, high-quality RCTs with a large sample size are required to figure out the safety of TXA application, especially in the elderly, before its wide recommendation. Abstract

The branching fraction of the ψ(2S) decay into τ+τ - has been measured for the first time using the BES detector at the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider. The result is Bττ=(2.710. 43±0.55)× 10-3, where the first error is statistical and the second is systematic. This value, along with those for the branching fractions into e+e- and μ+ μ- of this resonance, satisfy well the relation predicted by the sequential lepton hypothesis. Combining all these values with the leptonic width of the resonance, the total width of the ψ(25) is determined to be (252±37) keV. ©2002 The American Physical Society.

Abstract

The Beijing Spectrometer (BES) detector is a general purpose solenoid detector at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider in Beijing, China. The recent upgrade of the initial BES detector to the improved BES II detector is described. A new drift chamber, time-of-flight counter, luminosity monitor compatible with a low-β lattice was built as well as the vertex chamber.

Abstract

The first measurement of (Formula presented) and an upper limit for (Formula presented) are determined from 22.3 (Formula presented) of (Formula presented) annihilation data at a c.m. energy of 4.03 GeV. The data were recorded by the Beijing Spectrometer (BES) at BEPC. A recoil charge method is applied to charm threshold data to determine the charge of the D meson in the recoil from (Formula presented) reconstructed (Formula presented) (Formula presented) mesons. The branching fractions (Formula presented) and (Formula presented) are determined from 10 events with a reconstructed D and a recoiling (Formula presented) In addition, a 90% C.L. upper limit of (Formula presented) is determined from a search for semileptonic decays of the (Formula presented) © 2000 The American Physical Society.

Abstract

Using a sample of 3.8 M (Formula presented) events accumulated with the BES detector, the process (Formula presented) is studied. The angular distributions are compared with the general decay amplitude analysis of Cahn. We find that the dipion system requires some D wave amplitude, as well as S wave. On the other hand, the (Formula presented) relative angular momentum is consistent with being pure S wave. The decay distributions have been fit to heavy quarkonium models, including the Novikov-Shifman model. This model, which is written in terms of the parameter (Formula presented) predicts that D wave pions should be present. We determine (Formula presented) based on the joint (Formula presented) distribution. The fraction of D wave amplitude as a function of (Formula presented) is found to decrease with increasing (Formula presented) in agreement with the model. We have also fit the Mannel-Yan model, which is another model that allows D wave pions. © 2000 The American Physical Society.

Abstract

The cross section for charmed meson production at √s=4.03 and 4.14 GeV has been measured with the Beijing Spectrometer. The measurement was made using 22.3 pb-1 of e+e- data collected at 4.03 GeV and 1.5 pb-1 of e+e- data collected at 4.14 GeV. Inclusive observed cross sections for the production of charged and neutral D mesons and momentum spectra are presented. Observed cross sections were radiatively corrected to obtain tree level cross sections. Measurements of the total hadronic cross section are obtained from the charmed meson cross section and an extrapolation of results from below the charm threshold. ©2000 The American Physical Society.

Abstract

A sample of 3.79 × 106ψ(2S) events is used to study the decays of charmonium to axial-vector plus pseudoscalar mesons. The branching fraction for the decay ψ(2S) → b±1(1235)π∓ agrees with expectations based on scaling the corresponding J/ψ branching fraction. Flavor-SU(3)-violating K1(1270)- K1(1400) asymmetries with opposite character for ψ(2S) and J/ψ decays are observed. This contrasting behavior cannot be accommodated by adjustments of the singlet-triplet mixing angle. © 1999 The American Physical Society.

Abstract

The decays of the ψ(2S) into vector plus tensor meson final states have been studied for the first time using the BES detector. We determine upper limits on branching fractions for ψ(2S) decays into ωf2, ρa2, K*0K*02 + c.c., and φf'2(1525) that are, in each case, significantly smaller than the corresponding branching fractions for the J/ψ meson, scaled according to the expectations of perturbative QCD. © 1998 The American Physical Society.

Abstract

The processes ψ(2S) → I π+ π−, γK+ K−, and γpp¯ have been studied using a sample of 3.79 × 106 ψ(2S) decays. We determine the total width of the χc0 to be γtotχc0 = 14.3 ± 2.0 ± 3.0 MeV. We present the first measurement of the branching fraction B(χc0 → pp¯) = (15.9 ± 4.3 ± 5.3) × 10−5, where the first error is statistical and the second one is systematic. Branching fractions of χc0, 2 → π+ π− and K+ K− are also reported. © 1998 American Physical Society.

Abstract

Abstract

A search is performed for the production of the (Formula presented) in (Formula presented) annihilation at a center-of-mass energy of 4.03 GeV using the BES detector operated at the Beijing Electron Positron Collider (BEPC). The kinematic features of the reconstructed (Formula presented) signal are consistent with its being produced only in association with an energetic photon resulting from initial state radiation (ISR). Limits are placed on (Formula presented) production from the decay of unknown charmonia or metastable hybrids that might be produced in (Formula presented) annihilations at 4.03 GeV. Under the assumption that the observed cross section for (Formula presented) production is due entirely to ISR, the partial width (Formula presented) of the (Formula presented) is measured to be (Formula presented). © 1998 The American Physical Society.

The absolute inclusive branching fraction of (Formula presented) has been measured from data collected by the BES detector at a center-of-mass energy of 4.03 GeV, corresponding to an integrated luminosity of 22.3 pb(Formula presented). At this energy, direct pair production (Formula presented) has been observed. We have selected (Formula presented) candidate events by reconstructing five hadronic decay modes (Formula presented), (Formula presented), (Formula presented), (Formula presented) and (Formula presented) and have searched for inclusive (Formula presented)’s in the recoiling (Formula presented). We observed three recoiling (Formula presented)’s in the 166.4 (Formula presented) 31.8 (Formula presented) candidate events, which leads to the absolute branching fraction (Formula presented) and (Formula presented). © 1998 The American Physical Society.

The absolute inclusive semileptonic branching fraction of the [Formula presented] meson has been measured based on [Formula presented] of [Formula presented] collision data collected with the Beijing Spectrometer at [Formula presented] At this energy, the [Formula presented] are produced in pairs: [Formula presented] We reconstructed [Formula presented] [Formula presented] events in five hadronic decay modes. Abstract

The cross section for e+e-→ρπ has been measured by the BES detector at BEPC at center-of-mass energies covering a 40 MeV interval spanning the J/ψresonance. The data are used to search for the vector gluonium state hypothesized by Brodsky, Lepage, and Tuan as an explanation of the ρπ puzzle in charmonium physics. The shape of the ρπ cross section is compatible with that of the total hadronic cross section. No distortions indicating the presence of a vector glueball are seen. © 1996 The American Physical Society.

Abstract

The Beijing Spectrometer (BES) experiment has observed purely leptonic decays of the Ds meson in the reaction e+e-→Ds+Ds- at a c.m. energy of 4.03 GeV. Three events are observed in which one Ds decays hadronically to φπ, K̄*0K, or K̄0K, and the other decays leptonically to μνμ or τντ. With the assumption of μ-τ universality, values of the branching fraction, B(Ds→μνμ)=(1.5-0.6-0.2+1.3+0.3)%, and the Ds pseudoscalar decay constant, fDs=(4.3-1.3-0.4+1.5+0.4)×102 MeV, are obtained. © 1995 The American Physical Society.

Abstract

WOS: 000368783600087, We extract the e(+) e(-) -> pi(+) pi(-) cross section in the energy range between 600 and 900 MeV, exploiting the method of initial state radiation. A data set with an integrated luminosity of 2.93 fb(-1) taken at a center-of-mass energy of 3.773 GeV with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII collider is used. The cross section is measured with a systematic uncertainty of 0.9%. We extract the pion form factor vertical bar F pi vertical bar(2) as well as the contribution of the measured cross section to the leading-order hadronic vacuum polarization contribution to (g - 2)(mu). We find this value to be a(mu)(pi pi,LO) (600-900 MeV) = (368.2 +/- 2.5(stat)+/- 3.3(sys)).10(-10), which is between the corresponding values using the BaBar or KLOE data. (C) 2015 The Authors. The process psi(3686) -> pi(0)h(c), h(c) -> gamma eta(c) has been studied with a data sample of 106 +/- 4 million Psi(3686) events collected with the BESIII detector at the BEPCII storage ring. The mass and width of the P-wave charmonium spin-singlet state h(c)(P-1(1)) are determined by simultaneously fitting distributions of the pi(0) recoil mass for 16 exclusive eta(c) decay modes. The results, M(h(c)) 3525.31 +/- 0.11(stat) +/- 0.14(syst) MeV/c(2) and Gamma(h(c)) = 0.70 +/- 0.28 +/- 0.22 MeV, are consistent with and more precise than previous measurements. We also determine the branching ratios for the 16 exclusive eta(c) decay modes, five of which have not been measured previously. New measurements of the eta(c) line- shape parameters in the E1 transition h(c) -> gamma eta(c) are made by selecting candidates in the h(c) signal sample and simultaneously fitting the hadronic mass spectra for the 16 eta(c) decay channels. The resulting eta(c) mass and width values are M(eta(c)) = 2984.49 +/- 1.16 +/- 0.52 MeV/c(2) and Gamma(eta(c)) 36.4 +/- 3.2 +/- 1.7 MeV. Abstract

The branching fraction of the ψ(2S) decay into τ+τ - has been measured for the first time using the BES detector at the Beijing Electron-Positron Collider. The result is Bττ=(2.710. 43±0.55)× 10-3, where the first error is statistical and the second is systematic. This value, along with those for the branching fractions into e+e- and μ+ μ- of this resonance, satisfy well the relation predicted by the sequential lepton hypothesis. Combining all these values with the leptonic width of the resonance, the total width of the ψ(25) is determined to be (252±37) keV. ©2002 The American Physical Society.

Abstract

In a sample of 7.8 million J/ψ decays collected in the Beijing Spectrometer, the process J/ψ→γηcis observed for five different ηcdecay channels: K+K-π+π-, π+π-π+π-, K±KS0π∓ (with KS0→π+π-), φφ (with φ→K+K-) and K+K-π0. From these signals, we determine the mass of ηcto be 2976.6±2.9 ±1.3 MeV. Combining this result with a previously reported result from a similar study using ψ(2S)→γηcdetected in the same spectrometer gives mηc=2976.3±2.3±1.2 MeV. For the combined samples, we obtain Γηc=11.0±8.1±4.1 MeV. ©2000 The American Physical Society.

Abstract

Hadronic decays of the P-wave spin-triplet charmonium states χcJ(J=0,1,2) are studied using a sample of ψ(2S) decays collected by the BES detector operating at the BEPC storage ring. Branching fractions for the decays χc1→Ks0K+π-+c.c., χc0→Ks0Ks0, χc2→Ks0Ks0, χc0→φφ, χc2→φφ and χcJ→K+K-K+K-are measured for the first time, and those for χcJ→π+π-π+π-, χcJ→π+π-K+K-, χcJ→π+π-pp̄ and χcJ→3(π+π-) are measured with improved precision. In addition, we determine the masses of the χc0and ηcto be Mχc0=3414.1±0.6(stat)±0.8(syst) MeV and Mηc=2975.8±3.9(stat)±1.2(syst) MeV. ©1999 The American Physical Society.

99. Hip subluxation in children with spinal cord injury: Incidence and influencing factors.

Abstract

Objective: Hip subluxation is a common complication in children with spinal cord injury. This study aimed to investigate the incidence and influencing factors of hip subluxation and discuss prevention strategies. Methods: Medical records of children with spinal cord injury were reviewed. The inclusion criteria were as follows: (1) the patient was younger than 18 years old when injured; (2) absence of traumatic or congenital pathological changes of the hip at the time of injury. The migration percentage and acetabular index were selected to evaluate hip stability and acetabulum development. Influencing factors of sex, age, injury duration, severity, level, and spasticity were analyzed. Results: A total of 146 children were enrolled. Twenty-eight children presented with hip subluxation and were significantly younger at the time of injury than those with normal hips (P = 0.002). The incidence of hip subluxation increased with the prolonged injury duration. Injury before age 6, complete injury, and flaccid lower extremities were significant influencing factors (P = 0.003, 0.004, and 0.015, respectively). The risk of hip subluxation decreased by 18% for every year older in injury age (P = 0.031) and decreased by 85% in children with spasticity (P = 0.018) than those without. However, the risk of hip subluxation in children with injury duration longer than 1 year was 7.1 times higher than those with shorter injury duration (P < 0.001). Conclusions: The incidence of hip subluxation in children with spinal cord injury increased with the injury duration. Younger children had immature hip development. Due to complete injury and flaccid muscle, lack of protection around the hip may lead to subluxation. Follow-up and prevention of hip subluxation need the joint effort of medical staff and families.

Abstract

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of unilateral percutaneous vertebroplasty (PVP) combined with 3D printing technology for the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fracture., Methods: A total of 77 patients with thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures from October 2020 to April 2022 were included in the study, all of which were vertebral body compression fractures caused by trauma. According to different treatment methods, they were divided into experimental group and control group. Thirty-two patients used 3D printing technology to improve unilateral transpedicle puncture vertebroplasty in the experimental group, there were 5 males and 27 females, aged from 63 to 91 years old with an average of (77.59±8.75) years old. Forty-five patients were treated with traditional bilateral pedicle puncture vertebroplasty, including 7 males and 38 females, aged from 60 to 88 years old with an average of(74.89±7.37) years old. Operation time, intraoperative C-arm X-ray times, anesthetic dosage, bone cement injection amount, bone cement diffusion good and good rate, complications, vertebral height, kyphotic angle (Cobb angle), visual analogue scale(VAS), Oswestry disability index (ODI) and other indicators were recorded before and after surgery, and statistically analyzed., Results: All patients were followed up for 6 to 23 months, with preoperative imaging studies, confirmed for thoracolumbar osteoporosis compression fractures, two groups of patients with postoperative complications, no special two groups of patients' age, gender, body mass index (BMI), time were injured, the injured vertebral distribution had no statistical difference( P >0.05), comparable data. Two groups of patients with bone cement injection, bone cement dispersion rate, preoperative and postoperative vertebral body height, protruding after spine angle(Cobb angle), VAS, ODI had no statistical difference( P >0.05). The operative time, intraoperative fluoroscopy times and anesthetic dosage were statistically different between the two groups( P <0.05). Compared with the traditional bilateral puncture group, the modified unilateral puncture group combined with 3D printing technology had shorter operation time, fewer intraoperative fluoroscopy times and less anesthetic dosage. The height of anterior vertebral edge, kyphosis angle (Cobb angle), VAS score and ODI of the affected vertebrae were statistically different between two groups at each time point after surgery( P <0.05)., Conclusion: In the treatment of thoracolumbar osteoporotic compression fractures, 3D printing technology is used to improve unilateral puncture PVP, which is convenient and simple, less trauma, short operation time, fewer fluoroscopy times, satisfactory distribution of bone cement, vertebral height recovery and kyphotic Angle correction, and good functional improvement.
