This study aims to determine how the influence of Word of Mouth on the decision to use Wedding Organizer Eleven services in Makassar City. The independent variable in this study is Word Of Mouth while the dependent variable is Purchase Decision. The population in this study are WO Eleven users. While the sample used is as many as 65 respondents. The sampling technique in this study was carried out using a simple random sample method (Simple Random Sampling method). Data collection was done by using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is simple linear regression analysis using SPSS 25.00 for Windows. The results showed that the results showed that the Word of Mouth variable had a significant influence on the consumer purchasing decision variables of Wedding Organizer Eleven. The value of the regression coefficient of the Word of Mouth variable (b) is positive at 0.621, which means that for every additional one unit of Word of Mouth value, the value of the purchase decision will increase by 0.621. The regression coefficient is positive, so it can be said that the direction of the influence of the X variable on Y is positive

The Covid-19 pandemic has decreased resilience, particularly the socio-psychological aspects of many families, including the Ajibarang Subdistrict. This can be seen from the many cases of domestic violence and child marriage occurring in this part of the Banyumas Regency. In order not to continue, this condition needs to be prevented immediately through counseling activities that are appropriate in material and right on target, for both women and men. In other words, counseling must be gender-responsive. In this case, Family Planning Cadres in the village and RW levels play a vital role in helping family planning counselors take preventive measures. Therefore, it would be interesting to study the gender responsivities of family planning counselors. This study aimed to gather information about (1) the phenomenon of family resilience in their area and (2) the gender responsivity of family resilience counseling conducted in the subdistrict. By applying a descriptive qualitative approach, this study gathered data through questionnaires and direct discussions. The data were analyzed using interactive methods. The results showed that during the Covid-19 pandemic, there were a large number of divorced and married children. While counseling was provided to address this issue, the target clients were mostly females. Among the many reasons, cadres only partially understood the concept of gender and never attended training for gender-perspective counseling.

Balai Diklat Industri Padang (BDIP) adalah pusat pendidikan dan pelatihan industri Kementerian Perindustrian, sebagai center of excellence dengan pelatihan vokasi industri dengan sistem 3 in 1 dituntut memiliki tingkat kematangan sistem manajemen kinerja yang baik. Model penilaian kematangan organisasi pemerintah yang sudah ada hanya melakukan penelitian yang terintegrasi kepada teknologi informasi, tidak meninjau sistem manajemen kinerja organisasi secara keseluruhan. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut peneliti melakukan penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode grounded theory. Model konseptual dirancang dari berbagai literatur tentang tingkat kematangan yang berisi variabel dan sub variabel penentuan kematangan dan skala penilaian. Pengambilan data menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model kematangan yang digunakan untuk penilaian tingkat kematangan sistem manajemen kinerja di BDIP. Faktor yang diukur adalah struktur organisasi, tugas dan fungsi, budaya, e- office, keterbukaan informasi publik, dan SOP kegiatan utama, sistem informasi kepegawaian, perencanaan kebutuhan pegawai, pengembangan kompetensi, kinerja pegawai, kinerja organisasi, penegakan aturan disiplin/ kode etik prilaku, manajemen resiko, manajemen informasi, perencanaan kegiatan, dan sarana prasarana. Hasil penelitian menunjukan tingkat kematangan sistem manajemen kinerja BDIP berada pada level 2 (managed) yang artinya organisasi mampu mendefinisikan kinerja dengan baik namun strategi pencapaian kinerja belum relevan dan masih sebatas pemenuhan.

Indonesian citizens aged 17 years and over have an Identity Card (KTP) as their iden- tity. Children also have their own identity cards. The government has implemented MCH by issuing Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 2 of 2016 concerning Child Identity Cards. Permendagri Number 67 of 2020, the central government sets a target in achieving the Issuance of Child Identity Cards (KIA) for Provinces and Regencies/Cities throughout Indonesia. The targets that must be realized by Provinces and Municipalities from 2020- 2024 are: 20% in 2020, 30% in 2021, 40% in 2022, 50% in 2023, 60% in 2024. MCH Policy in the City Payakumbuh is still not fully known by the public. Some of the people do not know about the existence of MCH and the benefits of MCH. For people who already know about MCH, they also have a lack of awareness to manage MCH where people think MCH is not really needed, especially for children under 5 years old where all children’s activities are under the supervision of their parents. So that the issuance of MCH in Payakumbuh is still low. In addition to the lack of public knowledge about MCH, the community is also reluctant to take their children to the Population and Civil Registration Office on the grounds that the children are in school, the location of the Population and Civil Registration Office is quite far or the community lacks time to take their children so they can have a Child Identity Card ( KIA) because they work. The purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of the ball pick-up service carried out by the Population and Civil Registration Service in increasing MCH ownership and to find out the supporting factors and inhibiting factors in the Payakumbuh City Population and Civil Registration Service. This type of research is qual- itative research In the study, it was found that the number of residents aged 0-17 years less than 1 day who had a Child Identity Card (KIA) in Payakumbuh City was quite a lot and almost met the targeted MCH ownership standards. This is sufficient to prove that the MCH services provided are adequate by implementing the Ball Pick-up program, namely direct services to various places in Payakumbuh City including the Kelurahan office, schools and others to provide direct services with the aim of making it easier for the community to manage MCH. However, the services provided are still experiencing various kinds of obstacles where the ball pick-up service has not been scheduled due to an inadequate budget, besides that the facilities and infrastructure are still inadequate. to the center and the lack of socializa- tion specifically to the community regarding the importance of MCH so that the community considers MCH as a form of service for population administration documents that are less important so they are lazy to manage it. Teacher Certification is an important program in improving the quality and qulity of National Education. Implementation in the key to the success of a program. Failure to implement the program means failure to achieve the objektives of the program.The focus of this study is to analyze the implementation of teacher certification policies at SMP Negeri Payakumbuh using interactive factors according to George C. Edward III’s ideas, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure thet play a role in policy implementation. The role of these four factors is very meaningful for policy implementation.This study uses a qualitative method through descriptive analysis with a case study model. The research subjects were Payakumbuh City Education Office employees, public junior high school principals, Payakumbuh public junior high school teachers. Data collection reachniques used are interviews and documentation.The result of this study indicate thet the implementation of teacher certification policies at SMP Negeri Payakumbuh has fulfilled four elements. Based on the role of the four elements thet determine the success of policy implementation, each element can be fulfilled even though it is not perfct. There are still many shortcomings in the elements of communication and bureaucratic structure. The delivery of the message makes the teacher confused about the actual program. Inconsistent SOPs, which change every year, make it difficult for teachers to adapt to the ever-new rules. The imperfecttions of the four elements did not hinder the process of implementing the policy for teacher certification at State Junior High Schools in Payakumbuh City.Interactive dialogue and discussion are alternative solusions that need to be considered. The ambiguity of the massage can be overcome by asking directly to the resource persons who master the material about teacher certification. And for the SOPs that are always changing, the regional (Payakumbuh City Education Office) should be able to convey the complaints and aspirations of teachers who are confused about the rule to the Provincial and Central Office because usually it is the policy maker who maka the SOPs so thet the policy can be implemented.

Relevance. Since sport is one of the sectors of the economy and a specific business area, an alternative version of the model for managing and organizing sports games competitions is proposed, presumably increasing their economic efficiency.The purpose of the study is to develop a model of mixed partnership (public and private), which will help adapt the activities of sports organizations to the market laws of competition and improve their financial and economic performance.Methods and organization of the study. The basic methodological aspects of the formation of the National Professional Handball League in Belarus suggest three variants of its economic model. One of the options is based on the concept of public-private partnership. Since in the Russian Federation sport is financed mainly by the state, this model seems to us the most preferable.

Quality is an important thing to be discussed anywhere and anytime. Service quality is a determining factor in satisfying customers to achieve economic improvement. Based on previous research, it was found that there is a relationship between organizational culture and customer satisfaction. The quality culture in a laboratory organization reflects the overall organizational culture. This is in line with the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 which requires the application of a quality culture in a calibration laboratory. Price is also an element that needs to be analyzed to achieve customer satisfaction in a calibration laboratory. This study aims to analyze the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction by moderating organizational culture and prices in an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited laboratory in the province of West Sumatra. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires to 93 respondents from government agencies and private companies in West Sumatra. Then, the data was processed using the method of Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results of this study indicate that service quality, organizational culture, and price have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction in a calibration laboratory. Moderation of organizational culture and price have no significant effect on the relationship of service quality to customer satisfaction in a calibration laboratory.

Oxygen plasma treatment was presented as an effective approach to control the LSPR properties by promoting the inward Hg diffusion in amalgamated AuNRs@mSiO2.

This paper presented the possibility of the in situ tuning of the LSPR properties of AuNRs@mSiO2 by Hg deposition via electrochemical potential manipulations without the disturbance of the structural variations of AuNR cores.

The concept is an understanding of an individual or a group of people who is expressed in the form of a meaning that produces knowledge. Misconceptions of students that appear continuously will interfere with the formation of scientific conceptions and can affect student learning outcomes. Therefore it is necessary to analyze the misconceptions of students. One of the diagnostic tests that can be used is a two-tier multiple choice test or known as a two-tier multiple choice, the first level is the question being tested while the second level contains the reasons for the answer to the first level. This study aims to analyze misconceptions and determine the percentage of students' misconceptions on hydrocarbon material using descriptive methods. The subjects were 27 students of class XI IPA 2 in SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang. The research instrument was a Two Tier Multiple Choice diagnostic test by dividing students' conceptual understanding into the categories of conceptual understanding, misconception, and conceptual misunderstanding. The results showed that the percentage of students' conceptual understanding in the concept understanding category was 31%, misconception was 36%, and did not understand the concept by 34% on hydrocarbon material. Students' misconceptions on hydrocarbon material at SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang were categorized as moderate. Konsep merupakan pemahaman individu atau sekelompok orang yang diungkapkan dalam bentuk pengertian yang menghasilkan suatu pengetahuan. Miskonsepsi peserta didik yang muncul terus menerus akan mengganggu pembentukan konsepsi ilmiah dan dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar peserta didik. Oleh sebab itu perlu dilakukan analisis miskonsepsi peserta didik. Salah satu tes diagnostik yang dapat digunakan adalah tes pilihan ganda bertingkat dua atau dikenal sebagai two-tier multiple choice, tingkat pertama merupakan pertanyaan yang diujikan sedangkan tingkat kedua berisi alasan atas jawaban pada tingkat pertama. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis miskonsepsi dan menentukan persentase miskonsepsi peserta didik pada materi hidrokarbon dengan metode deskriptif. Subjek penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPA 2 di SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang yang berjumlah 27 orang. Instrumen penelitian berupa tes diagnostik Two Tier Multiple Choice dengan membagi pemahaman konsep peserta didik dalam kategori paham konsep, miskonsepsi, dan tidak paham konsep. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase pemahaman konsep peserta didik pada kategori paham konsep sebesar 31%, miskonsepsi sebesar 36%, dan tidak paham konsep sebesar 34% pada materi hidrokarbon. Miskonsepsi peserta didik pada materi hidrokarbon di SMA Pertiwi 1 Padang termasuk kriteria sedang.

Misconception is the discrepancy of a concept with a scientific understanding that is agreed upon by experts. The aim of this study was to identify the misconceptions experienced by students in the salt hydrolysis material. The research data was obtained through a three-tier diagnostic test consisting of 21 questions. This research involved a sample of 50 students of class XI IPA 4 and XI IPA 5 of SMAN 2 Solok. The method used in this research is descriptive. The results of the research show that in general, students experience misconceptions where the average of these misconceptions is 35%. Students experience misconceptions about the concept of understanding salt hydrolysis by 58%, the nature of the hydrolyzed salt by 29%, the types of salt hydrolysis by 34%, determining the pH of salt hydrolysis by 28%, and calculating the pH of salt hydrolysis by 25%.Keywords: Salt Hydrolysis, Misconception, Three-TierABSTRAKMiskonsepsi merupakan ketidaksesuaian suatu konsep dengan pengertian ilmiah yang disetujui oleh para ahli. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mengidentifikasi miskonsepsi yang dialami peserta didik pada materi hidrolisis garam. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui tes diagnostik three tier yang terdiri atas 21 butir soal. Peneliitan ini melibatkan sampel sebanyak 50 orang peserta didik kelas XI IPA 4 dan XI IPA 5 SMAN 2 Solok. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menggambarkan bahwa secara umum peserta didik mengalami miskonsepsi dimana rata–rata miskonsepsi tersebut sebesar 35%. Persentase miskonsepsi peserta didik berdasarkan konsep adalah; konsep pengertian hidrolisis garam sebesar 58%, sifat garam yang terhidrolisis sebesar 29%, jenis–jenis hidrolisis garam sebesar 34%, menentukan pH hidrolisis garam sebesar 28%, dan menghitung pH hidrolisis garam sebesar 25%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara umum dalam materi hidrolisis garam peserta didik mengalami miskonsepsi.Kata Kunci: Hidrolisis garam, Miskonsepsi, Three-Tier

Bakery product is a product with huge business opportunities in the domestic and international halal food market. Bakery companies are demanded to keep the trust of the consumers to the bakery product. The design of the halal assessment model is required to determine the critical point in the bakery-making business process. This assessment tool is intended to understand, know, and determine the critical point of the bakery production process from the halalness degree and is reviewed from all aspects such as the materials’ content, as well as the material acquisition and processing method based on 18 criteria of GMP principles (Good Manufacturing Practices). The halal assessment model designed in this research used QFD (Quality Function Deployment) approach which was integrated into the company’s business process and the halal critical bakery was grouped based on SCOR (Supply Chain Operations Reference) model. Matrix 1 integrated GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and business process (BP), matrix 2 integrated GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and halal critical bakery (HCB). The results of the design model implementation based on the standards set by the Halal Auditor of LPPOM MUI found that the standard matrix component 1 was met by the company by 47%, while the matrix component 2 was only able to meet the Auditor standards by 34% and the matrix component 3 standards were able to fulfilled by the company by 75%. The fulfillment value of each matrix is influenced by the negative gap that occurs, the negative gap occurs because of the standard criteria in the technical matrix that are not met. The result of this halal assessment model design is expected to help the company in evaluating and controlling critical points found in the business processes.

Perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat memberikan banyak kemudahan pada berbagai lini kegiatan bisnis. secara umum permasalahan yang dialami perusahaan adalah tinggi nya biaya logistik. Proses logistik yang hanya melakukan satu perjalanan dalam transportasi barang mengakibatkan biaya logistik yang tidak efisien. Aplikasi Logistik “X”adalah solusi digital logistik terintegrasi yang memberikan nilai tambah bagi perusahaan. kondisi aplikasi X saat ini masih belum mampu mendukung pelayanan kepada pengguna secara optimal khususnya fitur transaksi pembayaran otomatis. Solusi untuk mengatasi permasalah tersebut adalah usulan dilakukannya pengembangan fitur aplikasi logistik X untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pengguna. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah model conceptual Customer Knowledge Management (CKM) berdasarkan fase Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan proses Knowledge Management (KM). penelitian ini menghasilkan perbandingan fitur hasil pemetaan berdasarkan fase Customer Relationship Management (CRM) dan proses Knowledge Management (KM). Hasil perbandingan fitur yang telah dirumuskan dengan fitur yang tersedia pada aplikasi X tersebut kemudian menjadi acuan untuk menentukan usulan fitur-fitur yang disarankan kepada PT X untuk diterapkan pada aplikasi logistik X. Sehingga nantinya dapat memudahkan dalam pengembangan fitur-fitur aplikasi berdasarkan kebutuhan pengguna aplikasi logistik X.

Family Panning Village, known as “Kampung KB”, is a social institution at the Neighborhood Council level in villages formed by the Government in 2017. The purpose of this institution is to improve the quality of families living in those areas, including the health aspect. The managers were social workers in those areas. This research aims to investigate the participation of this institution in preventing the COVID-19 pandemic in Banyumas Regency, which cases are pretty high. The research informants included 82 participants from family planning village core administrators in 8 villages and one subdistrict in 4 districts of Banyumas Regency, Indonesia. The data were collected using online interviews through WhatsApp groups belonging to informants in each village/subdistrict, followed by in-depth interviews conducted in those groups. The qualitative data were then analyzed using an interactive model. Results of this study show that some villagers in three family planning villages identified with positive COVID-19, yet not all village core administrators knew about those cases. Most family planning villages had no special preventive programs. However, in those family planning villages and the surrounding areas with some villagers identified with positive COVID-19, the core village administrators will perform some preventive efforts more intensively in the forms of news socialization related to COVID-19 through Whatsapp groups of family welfare empowerment, neighborhood association, and neighborhood council groups. In addition, some family planning village core administrators organized the local villagers to help one elderly whose child was intensively treated at a hospital because of identified with positive COVID-19. It shows that the family planning villages may be optimized to improve the local family conditions and strengthen social solidarity. &nbsp
