OBJECTIVE: To systematically review the efficacy and safety of conventional treatment combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD). METHODS: Retrieved from PubMed, the Cochrane Library, Embase, Web of Science, CNKI, CBM, Wanfang Data, VIP database, etc., randomized controlled trials about conventional treatment combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule for AECOPD were collected, and the references of included literature were manually searched for supplementary retrieval from the inception to Jun. 2021. After literature screening, quality evaluation and data extraction of included studies, Meta-analysis was carried out by using RevMan 5. 3 software, and Stata 15. 1 software was used to evaluate publication bias. RESULTS: A total of 1 680 patients with AECOPD were enrolled in 17 studies. Meta-analysis results showed that conventional treatment combined with Suhuang Zhike capsule was better than conventional treatment in improving total response rate (RR = 1. 17,95%CI = 1. 12-1. 22,P<0. 000 01), forced expiratory volume at 1 second (FEV1) (MD =0. 38,95%CI =0. 26-0. 49,P<0. 000 01), the percentage of forced expiratory volume at 1 second in forced vital capacity (FEV1 / FVC) (MD = 11. 44,95%CI = 7. 67-15. 22,P <0. 000 01), and C-reactive protein (CRP) level (SMD =-0. 97,95%CI =-1. 36--0. 59,P<0. 000 01),with statistically significant difference; there was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse drug reaction between two groups (RR =1. 33,95%CI =0. 85-2. 08,P =0. 21). Results of publication bias test and non-parametric trim and fill method showed bias in the outcome indexes of total effective rate, but the possible publication bias did not affect the results. CONCLUSIONS: Based on the existing evidence, Suhuang Zhike capsule has positive efficacy in the adjuvant treatment of AECOPD, can improve the levels of lung function indicators (FEV1, FEV1 / FVC) and reduce the level of inflammation index (CRP), and shows good safety, but the above results still need to be reviewed with caution. Objective To evaluate the effects of postoperative pulmonary rehabilitation (PR) training on postoperative complications, exercise tolerance 'fatigue 'negative emotions and quality of life in the patients with lung cancer. Methods The Cochrane Library Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI), PubMed, Embase, China Bi-ology Medicine Literature Service System (CBM), China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI), Wanfang database and VIP Chinese periodical service platform(VIP) were used to search for the randomized controlled trials (RCT) on the effects of postoperative PR on postoperative complications, exercise tolerance, fatigue, negative emotions and quality of life. The retrieval time was from the database establishment to March 2021. The quality of the included literatures was evaluated and data was extracted by two researchers independently. RevMan 5. 4 software was used for data analysis. Descriptive analysis was used to analyze the outcome indicators that could not be applied to meta-analysis. Results A total of 750 subjects were included in the selected 12 articles, including 367 subjects in the intervention group and 383 subjects in the control group. The results showed that the postoperative PR could reduce the incidence of postoperative complications, improve exercise tolerance, reduce fatigue and improve quality of life in patients with lung cancer. Due to the manufacturing process limitation， existing 3D non - scanning lidar APD array ]as not highly integrated. In order to improve the spatial resolution of 3 Dnon - scanning lidar and to meet the requirements of high - resolution spatial sampling，a method for acquiring super - space resolution information of 3D liar and 2D detector was proposed in the current study. The method used a high - resolution common Hlumination source 2D detector to assist the 3D lidar by combining the laser echo intensity information obtained by the 2D detector with the target depth information obtained by the 3D ldar. The result in different apertures was modified based on the principle of non - coherent synthetic aperture imagng to achieve 3D reconstruction of the target beyond the spatial resolution of 3D non - scanning lidar.
