目的 探讨罗伊(Roy)适应模式联合音乐疗法干预对高龄产妇心理弹性、自我效能及妊娠结局 的影响。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年3月于赣州市南康区第一人民医院产检并分娩的高龄产妇64例, 按照随机原则分为对照组32例(给予产科常规干预措施)与研究组32例(给予 Roy适应模式联合音乐疗法干 预)。对两组高龄产妇干预前后心理弹性评分、自我效能评分及干预后妊娠结局进行观察比较。结果 干预 后,两组高龄产妇心理弹性3个维度评分及心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)总评分均明显高于干预前,差异均有统计 学意义(P<0.05);干 预 后,干 预 组 高 龄 产 妇 乐 观 性 (14.29±1.68)分、坚 韧 性 (43.91±4.42)分、力 量 性 (29.78±3.11)分及 CD-RISC总评分(87.98±9.21)分均明显高于对照组的(12.32±1.47)、(36.98±4.15)、 (25.65±2.99)、(74.95±8.61)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=4.992、6.466、5.415、5.846,P<0.001)。干预后, 两组高龄产妇技能、内心活动评分及自我效能总评分均明显高于干预前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预 后,干预组高龄产妇技能(62.58±5.71)分、内心活动(67.97±6.01)分及自我效能总评分(130.55±11.72)分 均明显高于对照组的(46.86±5.13)、(56.82±5.78)、(103.68±10.91)分,差异均有统计学意义(t=11.585、 7.564、9.493,P<0.001)。干预组高龄产妇新生儿 5 minApgar评分(9.03±0.75)分明显高于对照组的 (7.74±1.05)分(t=6.281,P<0.001);而干预组新生儿平均体重(3325.49±367.12)g略高于对照组(??),干 预组高龄产妇产后出血6.25%(2/32)、酸中毒3.13%(1/32)、新生儿肺炎9.38%(3/32)、新生儿窒息0(0/32)、 床褥感染3.13%(1/32)以及转儿科治疗3.13%(1/32)比率均低于对照组,但差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。 结论 对高龄产妇给予 Roy适应模式联合音乐疗法干预可明显改善产妇心理弹性状态,提高产妇自我效能水 平,且产后新生儿健康状况较好,值得借鉴。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

The experiment was to verify safety of bio-fermented cattle manure feed and the effect on growth performance of Ma ducks. Lactobacillus acidophilus and other microorganisms were made into mixed microbial agents in proportion, supplemented by auxiliary materials and wood vinegar to ferment cattle dung, verified biological safety of feed by feeding Ma ducks, analyzed its impact on growth performance of ducks. The results showed that within 40 h of fermentation, the common intestinal pathogenic bacteria such as Escherichia coli were effectively reduced and reduced to safe range, and the content of heavy metals met feed hygiene standard after treatment with wood vinegar. Crude protein, crude fiber and crude fat decreased compared with those before fermentation, while true protein and amino acid were significantly increased. In terms of biological validation, the transaminase index in serum biochemical indexes of 10-day-old ducks fed with feed for 60 d was not significantly different from that of control group (P>0.05), which proved that the bio-fermented cattle manure feed had no toxic effect on liver and kidney of ducks. Compared with control group, the ground weight of ducks in 50% fermented diet group was increased by 18.39% (P<0.05), the average daily feed intake was increased by 11.68% (P<0.05), the average daily gain was increased by 19.39% (P<0.05), and feed to gain ratio was decreased by 6.87% (P<0.05). The experiment indicates that bio-fermented dung feed of yellow cattle had high safety and can effectively improve growth performance of duck, the addition of 50% fermented feed is better. 本研究旨在瞭解一位來自歐洲具有心理學專業背景的外籍教授Alex（化名），在臺灣教學與學生互動的歷程。研究方法包含教室觀察、師生訪談，以及相關文件資料蒐集。研究發現，語言隔閡和文化差異會影響Alex與臺灣大學生的互動。Alex認為大學時期的知識應由對話中建構而來，因此邀請學生與他辯論、甚至挑戰他的權威，然而，臺灣學生對老師威權的順從，以及課堂教室的靜默，令Alex 相當震驚，但他透過個人幽默的教學方式、主動關心學生，逐漸建立起雙方的理解與互信，從教室內的對話延伸至教室外的互動，經過1 年多的磨合，Alex與學生也建立了良好的互動關係。本研究最後針對外籍教授在臺灣的教學提出建議。 This study examined the teaching experiences of Alex, a professor of Greece, who taught in a psychology-related field in a Taiwanese university. This study found that linguistic barriers and cultural differences regarding teaching and learning posed major challenges for Alex. For example, because of his belief in the importance of critical thinking, Alex insisted that the students question his comments. However, the Taiwanese students, used to playing a passive role in the classroom, were initially reticent to Alex’s dialogical style. Through his sense of humor and friendliness inside and outside of the classroom, Alex gradually developed a mutual understanding with the students.

Objective: To investigate the clinical value of 256-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging combined with serum homocysteine (Hcy) and amino-terminal B-type natriuretic peptide (NT-proBNP) in the diagnosis of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease (coronary heart disease). Methods: A total of 102 patients with coronary heart disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to December 2021 were selected as the study group, and another 100 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group. The positive rate and imaging characteristics of 256-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging were compared between the two groups, and serum Hcy and NT-proBNP levels were detected and compared between the two groups. Receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curve was used to analyze the efficacy of 256-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging combined with serum Hcy and NT-probNP in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease. Results: The positive rate of 256-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging in the study group was higher than that in the control group, and the proportion of mild, moderate and severe stenosis was higher than that in the control group (P＜0.05). Of the 91 positive patients in the study group, 73 cases were right dominant coronary artery, 3 cases were left dominant coronary artery and 15 cases were balanced coronary artery. 32 cases were single vessel lesions, 50 cases were double vessel lesions and 9 cases were multi vessel lesions. 17 were located in the right coronary artery, 5 in the left main artery, 38 in the left anterior descending artery and 31 in the left circumflex artery. The serum Hcy and NT-proBNP levels in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05). ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve of 256-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging combined with serum Hcy and NT-proBNP in the diagnosis of coronary heart disease was 0.863, which was higher than 0.673, 0.649 and 0.655 detected separately by the above three items. Conclusion: 256-slice spiral CT coronary artery imaging combined with serum Hcy and NT-proBNP can effectively improve the diagnostic efficiency of coronary heart disease. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to protect users’ privacy better and make signatures resistant to quantum attack, a secure and efficient blind signature scheme on ideal lattice was proposed using the rejection sampling theorem and the relationship between high and low order bits. This blind signature function can be achieved through simple calculations without trapdoor functions. the security of the scheme is based on Short Integer Solution(ISISn,m,q,η(s)) assumption, and this scheme has the characteristics of blindness and one-more(OM) unforgeability. (1) Background—High-quality development of forest tourism is an important content of ecological civilization construction and an effective way to improve the development level of forest tourism. The improvement of tourism efficiency of forest parks is the key to the transformation of forest parks. (2) Methods—Based on the availability, integrality and representative of the data, 24 forest parks with high visibility, large number of tourists, better development, more attention from the government, and better operation and management were obtained after screening the data of "Statistical Table of Forest Park Construction and Operation in Fujian from 2011 to 2019". Additionally, dynamic network DEA method is employed to make the research. Based on the dynamic network DEA method, a two-stage dynamic network DEA model of forest parks is constructed. Taking 24 forest parks in Fujian Province as an example, the efficiency is calculated with the help of DEAP 2. 1 software, and the corresponding analysis is carried out. (3) Results—①Among 24 forest parks, the comprehensive tourism efficiency was 1. 000 at the highest and 0.007 at the lowest. On the whole, the utilization degree of resources needs to be improved. And the difference of resource endowment, government support, and their own management are the factors that affect the tourism efficiency of forest parks. ②From 2011 to 2019, the production process efficiency of forest parks was generally higher than the service process efficiency. The service process efficiency of 5 forest parks was higher than the production process efficiency, and the production process efficiency of 18 forest parks was higher than the service process efficiency, indicating that the utilization degree of forest park resources in the service process needs to be improved. Also there are some deficiencies in the tourism publicity and marketing of forest park. In addition, it is worth noting that the tourism comprehensive efficiency, production process efficiency and service process efficiency of Longyan National Forest Park are all 1.000, indicating that Longyan National Forest Park not only has good conditions and receives strong support from the government, but also pays attention to its own construction and management, makes full use of various resources and realizes effective management. ③In the two-stage tourism efficiency matrix diagram, 24 forest parks were divided into advantage area, service improvement area, opportunity area and production improvement area based on two-stage efficiency relationship. The opportunity area was characterized by-low production efficiency and low service efficiency, and there were 11 forest parks with the largest number, and different strategies were adopted for different areas. (4) Conclusions and Discussions—Based on the results of the study, suggestions were put forward: ① The government can increase the intensity of the support, increasing investment and the policy support, and provide the most basic material guarantee for the development of forest parks. At the same time, the government is expected to pay attention to environmental protection, implement the environmental protection to specific management process, keep their own resources endowment advantage, make scientific and sustainable development. ②The government should also take into account the tourism efficiency of different stages, and should not give consideration to one or the other. The input-output of both phases should be valued. At the same time, the lack of publicity and marketing is an important factor leading to the low service efficiency of forest parks. It is necessary to actively expand new tourism marketing channels, follow the trend of network marketing, carry out diversified marketing, expand the influence and popularity of forest park, and bring more tourists and income. ③ The government is supposed to improve the hardware and software facilities of the forest park, enhance the level of forest park tourism service, develop and create high-quality forest tourism products, and pay attention to diversity, multi-functional, so as to promote the high-quality development of forest park tourism. Objectives: Exploring the effect of a life autonomy program on the engagement in advance care planning (ACP) and end-of-life (EoL) care decisions among people with mild cognitive impairment (PWCIs) or mild dementia and among their family caregivers (FCGs). Methods: A one-group, pretest-posttest design was applied. The inclusion criteria for PWCIs were: aged >55 years, had a diagnosis of mild dementia or mild cognitive impairment, and had never participated in a formal ACP consultation. Their FCGs also must have agreed to participate in the study. The intervention was provided by an ACP-trained registered nurse. A structured questionnaire was used for data collection, and paired t tests and the intraclass correlation coefficient were used to compare the differences between pre-intervention and post-intervention. Results: A total of 44 dyads of participants completed this study. After the intervention, both PWCIs and their FCGs had significantly greater knowledge of end-stage dementia treatment and ACP (p <.01). PWCIs were significantly more likely to sign advance directives for palliative care (p < .05) and for a health care agent (p < .05). FCGs were also significantly more likely to sign do not resuscitate consent forms for PWCIs (p < .05). The consistency of EoL care decisions also increased between PWCIs and FCGs after intervention. Conclusions: Life autonomy programs significantly and positively affect the PWCIs' and FCGs' consideration of EoL care decisions. We suggest for care teams to recognize the equality of and accessibility to ACP for this PWCIs, promote the communication and discussion of ACP as soon as possible, and improve the quality of EoL care for PWCIs. BACKGROUND: Rats are a kind of quadruped rodents, with the bone weight being different from that of humans who walk upright, and the time course of bone homeostasis damage within the maximum life span of rats is also inconsistent with that of humans. OBJECTIVE: To explore the changes in bone metabolism in different rats during natural aging. METHODS: A total of 80 Sprague-Dawley (SD) rats (male and female half) were randomly assigned into 7-, 10-, 15-, 20-month groups according to their sex (n=10 per group). The study protocol was approved by the Animal Ethics Committee of Fuzhou Second Hospital Affiliated to Xiamen University with an approval No. 20160012 in June 2016. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The bone trabeculae of female and male SD rats at 7 to 10 months of age arranged regularly and formed a uniform dense network. The bone trabeculae of female SD rats at 15 to 20 months of age were fine, the spacing was widened, the arrangement was scattered and sparse, and there were many discontinuities. The bone trabeculae of male SD rats at 15 months of age were slightly smaller, the spacing was widened, and the arrangement was still orderly, and the bone trabeculae of male SD rats at 20 months of age were partially interrupted. The percentage of bone trabecular area in all parts of female and male SD rats began to decrease at 10 months of age, and reached the lowest value at 20 months of age. The bone mineral density also showed the same trend. The bone alkaline phosphatase level of female and male SD rats decreased gradually with the increase of month age. The level of type 1 collagen carboxy terminal peptide in female SD rats increased gradually with the increase of month age, while that of male SD rats began to decrease gradually at 10 months of age with the increase of month age. To conclude, the skeletal bone of rats experiences four stages at 7, 10, 15, and 20 months old: bone growth balance, beginning to decline, rapidly decline, and completely decline, respectively.
