目的 观察行连续性肾脏替代治疗（CRRT）的重度烧伤患者采用局部枸橼酸钠抗凝对抗凝效果、并发症 及滤器寿命的影响。方法 收集 88例重度烧伤患者，随机分为观察组和对照组各 44例。两组均行 CRRT，其中观 察组采用局部枸橼酸钠抗凝，对照组采用肝素钠全身抗凝。治疗前后采集患者空腹静脉血，使用全自动血细胞分析 仪测定凝血指标APTT, PT, PLT, 全自动生化分析仪测定肾功能指标 Scr, BUN, CysC; 记录患者尿量恢复正常时间及 滤器寿命；观察术后并发症（包括出血、低钙血症、枸橼酸蓄积、酸碱平衡紊乱）的发生情况，以及烧伤后28 d死亡情 况。结果 两组治疗后 APTT, PT 均较治疗前升高，PLT均较治疗前降低（P均<0. 05); 观察组治疗后APTT, PT低于 对照组、PLT高于对照组（P均<0. 05)。两组治疗后的血清 Scr, BUN, CysC水平均较治疗前降低，且观察组低于对照 组（P均<0. 05)。与对照组比较, 观察组尿量恢复正常时间缩短，滤器寿命延长（P均<0. 05)。观察组出血发生率低 于对照组（P<0. 05), 其他并发症发生率及28 d病死率两组比较差异无统计学意义（P均>0. 05)。结论 局部枸橼酸 钠抗凝用于重度烧伤患者的CRRT治疗具有良好抗凝效果, 与低分子肝素相比出血风险低, 对肾功能的改善作用更 明显, 并可延长滤器寿命。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Expansins(EXP)is a family of genes that are involved in the whole process of plant development. From seed germination to fruit ripening, there are Expansins involved. Bioinformatics methods were used to identify the members of the Expansin gene family of Physcomitrella patens, and their gene structures, chromosomal locations and phylogenetic relationships were analyzed. The results were as follows: Genome of the P. patens contains 32 Expansin A(EXPA)and 6 Expansin-like A(EXLA), but Expansin-like B(EXLB)and Expansin B(EXPB)were not found. The Expansin amino acid sequence is between 228-290 aa in size, and the encoded protein has two conserved domains, Pollen-allerg-1 and DPBB-1. The results of protein subcellular localization prediction showed that about 4/5 of the EXP family genes in the P. patens were located outside the cell using the CELLO online tool; while the Euk-mPLoc prediction showed that the EXP gene family member was fully localized in extracellular. Gene structure analysis showed that about 68% of the Expansin gene in P. patens contains 1-3 introns. This study analyzed the basic information of the P. patens extended protein gene family, which lays a foundation for further study of the molecular evolution and biological functions of its extended protein genes. Objective To study the relationship between LDL/HDL ratio (LHR) and stiffness index and fracture risk in postmenopausal women with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM). Methods From 2014 to 2017，in the Endocrinology Department of Anhui Provincial Hospital a total of 113 postmenopausal women with T2DM were selected as the postmenopausal group，and 113 premenopausal women with T2DM were selected as the premenopausal group. Bone strength index (SI) based on QUS were measured. General information such as age and body mass index (BMI)，T2DM history，blood lipids，glycosylated hemoglobin (HbA1c)，osteocalcin (BGP)，serum type I procollagen N-terminal propeptide (PINP)，serum type 1 collagen cross-linking p-C- terminal peptide (p-CTX)，and calculation of TC/HDL ratio (THR) and LDL/HDL ratio (LHR) of the two groups were record and compared. Fracture Risk Assessment Tool (FRAX) was utilized to estimate the 10-year probability of a major osteoporotic fracture (PMOF) and the probability of hip fracture (PHF). Linear regression analysis was used to analyze the correlation between different blood lipids and SI, and evaluate the relationship between LHR and bone metabolism, PMOF and PHF. To grasp the key influence factors and influence rule during liquid fuel spray impinging combustion and to investigate the strengthening mechanisms of impinging streams on spray combustion, the spray impinging combustion experiment platform was designed and established. The flame shape was recorded by digital camera, and the flame temperature distribution was measured by thermocouple and infrared thermal imager. The images of flame shape and temperature data were analyzed. The results show that when the same amount of fuel is consumed, the opposed nozzle impinging flame is more stable, and the flame temperature is higher with more continuous distribution. With the increasing of gas velocity, the combustion efficiency and the temperature of impinging flame zone are increased with latter stable value. With the decreasing of air/fuel ratio, the combustion efficiency is increased with latter decreasing, while the temperature of impinging flame zone is increased with latter stable value. With the decreasing of nozzle spacing, the combustion efficiency and the temperature of impinging flame zone are increased with latter decreasing. The closer the nozzle angle is to 180°, the higher the combustion efficiency and the flame temperature are, and the more stable the impinging flame zone is. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Objective: To investigate the relationsMp be搶een the expression level of ubiquitin associated protein2-like and the prognosis of liver cancer and its effect on the invasion and metastasis of hepatoma cells. Methods: The oncomine database was excavated to extract the changes of UBAP2L in the transcriptional level of liver cancer and normal tissue and the related clinical data, the relationship between the expression level of UBAP2L and the prognosis of patients with liver cancer was analyzed by Kaplan - Meier method. UBAP2L mRNA and protein levels in HCCLM3, MHCC97H, НерЗВ, Huh7 hepatoma cell lines and normal hepatocytes L02 were detected by Real-time quantitative PCR and Western blot detection, the expression of UBAP2L in 80 hepatocellular carcinoma tissues and paracancerous tissues in our hospital was tested by immunohistochemical staining. The expression of HCCLM3 expression of HCC cell line with high expression of UBAP2L was down regulated by lentivirus vector, the effects of UBAP2L on the proliferation and invasion and metastasis of hepatoma cells were detected by cloned formation and scratch test. Results: UBAP2L was highly expressed in most of queues in oncomine database. The mRNA and protein expression of UBAP2L in hepatoma cell lines was significantly higher than that in normal hepatocytes (P<0.05). The positive and strong positive rate of UBAP2L in the liver cancer tissues was higher than that in the paracancerous tissue (P<0.05), down regulation of UBAP2L expression could significantly inhibit the colony forming ability and motor ability of HCCLM3 hepatoma cells (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the median survival time between the high expression group of UBAP2L and the low expression group of UBAP2L (P>0.05). Conclusion: High expression of UBAP2L in liver cancer tissue,down regulation of UBAP2L expression inhibits tumor proliferation, invasion and metastasis,and may be a biomarker for the early diagnosis of liver cancer and potential target for treatment. Objective To explore the value of plasma procalcitonin (PCT) to lactate ratio in predicting the infection of patients with diabetic ketoacidosis (DKA). Methods A prospective cohort study of 81 DKA patients in department of endocrinology or emergency medicine of the hospital were divided into two groups. The infection group (n=30) and non-infection group (n=51). The following information was obtained from participants' records on admission: age, sex, body mass index (BMI), duration of type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), and the types of diabetes. All patients were tested for PCT, lactate(Lac), high sensitive CRP (hsCRP), white blood cell, neutrophil percentage, PCT/Lac and creatinine within one hour after admission. The difference betneen 2 groups was analyzed by multiple factor Logistic regression analysis. Receiver operating characteristic curve was used to evaluate the predictive value of index to infection. Results (1) There were significant differences of WBC, N%, PCT, Lac and PCT / Lac on admission between two groups (t=2.183, 2.069, 2.550, 2.144, 3.664, all P<0.05) . (2) The related factors were analyzed by logistic regression model, showing that WBC, N%, PCT, and PCT / Lac are still statistical differences between two groups (B=0.431, 0.551, 0.442, 0.264, 95%CI, 1.189-1.990, 1.076-1.592, 1.110-1.483, 1.181-1.798, all P<0.05) . (3) The area under the receiver operating characteristic curve was 0.793±0.067, 0.715±0.073, 0.804±0.063, 0.908±0.046 respectively according to the level of the WBC, N%, PCT and PCT/Lac. The cutoff point of PCT/Lac was 0.25, the sensitivity and specificity increased up to 82.35% and 86.49%, respectively. Conclusion The higher PCT / Lac ratio is associated with higher infection risk in DKA patients. PCT/Lac equal to 0.25 can be used as a cutoff point. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
