Skin is the largest organ of human body. Its histological changes may reflect local lesions and serve as the manifestation of systemic diseases. Some molecules in the skin can absorb exciting light of a specific wavelength and emit emission light with a longer wavelength. These molecules are called endogenous fluorophores, and the emission light is called skin autofluorescence (SAF). Different endogenous fluorophore has its specific fluorescence spectrum. When the skin undergoes pathological changes, the content of certain endogenous fluorophores in the skin will change, and even new endogenous fluorophores will be produced. SAF detection technique is a non-invasive, convenient and low-cost optical measurement without toxic side effects, which contains autofluorescence imaging and autofluorescence spectroscopy. It plays a vital and distinctive role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of various skin diseases and evaluation of skin pathological changes by analyzing the fluorescence intensity and the excitation or emission spectrum of skin endogenous fluorophores, especially in the early diagnosis of the disease and long-term follow-up after treatment. So far, SAF technology has been used in differential diagnosis of psoriasis, atopic dermatitis, contact dermatitis and other types of inflammatory dermatosis, in monitoring the treatment effect, quantitatively evaluating skin wound healing and scar fibrosis and predicting the type of scar formation, in quantifying and calibrating skin aging and photoaging, in differential diagnosis of multiple types of benign or malignant skin tumors, in guidance of the scope of resection in surgical operations, etc. In addition, SAF produced by advanced glycation end products can also be used as one of the risk grading indicators for various system diseases such as endocrine system, nervous system, cardiovascular system, and urinary system. This article briefly introduces the principle of SAF detection techique, reviews the application of SAF technology to the diagnosis of diseases, supplements the application of other systemic diseases and provides an outlook on the future development of SAF detection technique, in order to provide reference for related medical fields. Aiming at the problems such as large water demand, insufficient deposition of droplets on the leaf back of the traditional sprayer, and uneven distribution of droplets, etc, a spraying technology combining electrostatic spray with spray rod spray was proposed in this paper. Based on the theory of electrostatic field and the principle of inductive charge, the mathematical model of the induced electric field strength was established, and theoretical calculations were performed for the electric field strength of different numbers of induction electrodes. In order to explore the best working parameters of the electrostatic sprayer and clarify the influence of different parameters on the atomization effects of droplets, the simulation model was established by using Fluent software. The simulation model included spray flow field, droplet dispersion field and electric field. By setting different boundary conditions and control equations, the spray flow field, droplet dispersion field and electric field were coupled to calculate. The simulation results showed that the uniformity of electric field distribution in spatial of multi-nozzles was better than that of single nozzle, and the droplet volume diameter of electrostatic spray decreased by 12.7% compared with non electrostatic spray. The electrostatic spray test platform was built, taking the spray water pressure, charging voltage and nozzle spacing as experimental factors, the charge-mass ratio, droplet diameter, uniformity of droplet distribution and deposition of droplets as experimental indexes, the deposition characteristics of droplets were tested The results showed that the maximum charge-mass ratio of droplets of multi-nozzle was 0.26 mC/kg, which was 52.9% higher than that of single nozzle. Compared with non electrostatic spray, the uniformity variation coefficient of droplet distribution was reduced by 32.1%, the volume diameter was reduced by 14.8%, the droplet adhesion rate on the leaf front in the upper, middle and lower sampling layers increased by 27.1%, 37.3% and 45.2% respectively for the electrostatic spray, and the droplet adhesion rate on the leaf back increased to 26, 17 and 12 in unit cm² respectively, the deposition quality decreased by 25.7%, 25.0% and 12.5% respectively. The best operation parameters combination of electrostatic spray determined by experiments was that the charging voltage was 6 kV, the spray water pressure was 0.4 MPa, and the distance between the adjacent nozzles was 250 mm. The field experimental results showed that the control effect of the electrostatic spray and conventional spray were 92.1% and 95.0% respectively, the control effects were basically the same. The water demand of electrostatic spray decreased by 60%, and the working area at full capacity increased by 1.5 times.The study provides a reference for the application of electrostatic spray technology on large boom sprayer. Endocrine-related osteoporosis is a serious adverse effect caused by endocrine therapy of breast cancer，which needs urgent attention． Endocrine therapy can reduce the tumors in premenopausal and postmenopausal women with breast cancer，and effectively increase the rate of breast-conservation． However，a large number of clinical studies have shown that endocrine treatment of breast cancer could cause secondary osteoporosis． Combining endocrine treatment with bisphosphonate can significantly reduce the incidence of osteoporosis in patients with breast cancer． Further studies found that the pathogenesis of endocrine-related osteoporosis is related to estrogen，estrogen receptors，osteoblasts and osteoclasts，vitamin D and parathyroid hormone (PTH) ． In view of the side effects of bisphosphonates，the overall syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine is particularly important． Traditional Chinese medicine is mainly used to replenish kidney and liver，regulate spleen and stomach，promote blood circulation， resolve phlegm，and anti-tumor． It is safe and effective． This article focuses on analyzing osteoporosis caused by endocrine therapy of breast cancer and its pathogenesis in modern medicine，TCM etiology and pathogenesis，and the research progress and development prospects of Chinese medicine in the treatment of endocrine-related osteoporosis in breast cancer． We expect this article will be of help for the in-depth study of the mechanism in preventing and treating endocrine-related osteoporosis in breast cancer using Chinese medicine and the research of new target drugs，with the aim of serving clinical and scientific research better． [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

In order to realize the maneuver simulation of large angle and multi-degree-offreedom， a three degree-of-freedom dynamic test rig, which enables simulation of the velocity vector roll and uncontrolled flight condition such as stall/departure/spin, is developed to solve the aerodynamic/motion coupling issues. The rotational motion of the three axis of the aircraft model is simulated by the combined motion of the 2-DOF gimbal. Based on multi-body dynamics theory, the dynamical equation of the curved rod and aircraft model with terms accounting for friction in the gimbals is obtained with Lagrange multiplier method. The simulation results show that, the rig can provide the ability to realize the velocity vector roll，and the rotation of the curved rod is synchronous with the rolling motion of the aircraft model. The curved rod has an effect on the dynamic response of rotational rates, while the frictional torque makes a difference on both the dynamic response and steady state value of rotational motions.
