目的探索以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)结合病例导入式教学法(CBS)在泌尿外科见习教学中的应用 价值。方法将该校2011级临床医学专业258名学生随机分为试验组128名(采用PBL结合CBS教学法)与对照组 130名(采用传统教学法)。教学结束后比较两组课堂测验成绩；向试验组发放调查问卷，收集反馈意见并分析。结果试 验组课堂测验成绩为(17.2±1.6)分，高于对照组(15.0±1.9)分，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组对PBL结合CBS教学 法在激发学习兴趣、活跃课堂氛围等多方面认可度高。结论 PBL结合CBS教学法在实践中取得了良好的教学效 果，提高了学生的学习成绩及自学能力、交流沟通和团队合作能力，有利于学生的全面发展，值得推广应用。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
