Objective According to the need and practice of the National Medical Center Construction, this study structures the project communication management framework of the National Medical Center Construction based on Boyd/OODA loop and describes its background and practical path so as to explore its implementation efficiency. Methods The theoretical framework was constructed and applied by means of lessons learned and case analysis. Results The framework can meet various needs of project communication management of the National Medical Center Construction at different stages of epidemic prevention and control. Conclusion The framework can improve the effectiveness, systematicness, coordination and efficiency of the National Medical Center Construction, and provide theoretical and empirical underpinning. 肿瘤的免疫治疗是治疗肿瘤的新方法,它通过增强肿瘤抗原或肿瘤相关抗原的免疫原性, 诱导机体产生肿瘤特 异性的免疫应答反应而杀伤肿瘤细胞。本系列研究采用同源重组方法构建了表达人癌胚抗原( carcino embryonic antigen, CEA)的重组痘苗病毒, 经动物实验证明了其具有强免疫原性、安全性和防治 CEA 阳性肿瘤的可靠性。

目的: 研究广东汉族人群中人类白细胞抗原(HLA)DQA 1 等位基因频率分布, 为 HLA DQA 1 相关疾病的研究 及人类学的研究提供基础资料。方法: 用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链反应( SSP-PCR)法对广东汉族人群作 HLA DQA 1等位基 因分型,根据出现扩增产物所用的序列特异性引物,直接分析判断受检查者的基因型别。结果: 146例广东汉族健康无血缘关 系个体中共检出 10 个等位基因, 以 DQA 1＊0301 的频率( 0. 291)最高 ,基因型的观察值与期望值相比, 符合 Hardy-Weinberg 平衡,纯合基因型的观察值与期望值相比, P >0. 95, 家系调查及重复性试验显示结果可靠。结论: 广东汉族 HLA DQA 1 基 因与其他 10 组华人群体的资料比较, 总体检验有显著差异,但均以 DQA 1＊0301的频率最高, 显示华人的遗传系统既有共性 亦有各自的特点,南方汉族人群体间或与南方一些少数民族比较均有显著差异,显示南方华人群体遗传背景的复杂性。

摘 要 采用序列特异性引物-聚合酶链反应(PCR-SSP)技术对H LA-DR 亚区进行基因分型。使用鉴定 DR1 ～ DRw18 的序列特异性引物和阳性对照引物, 双盲检测了22 例已知DR 血清型的标本, 二者完全一致。并 对未知血清型的标本作DR 基因分型。本法具有较高分辨度、高特异性和简便快速的特点, 为临床器官组织移 植配型、疾病相关性分析、法医鉴定和人类学研究提供了新的技术方法。

Aiming at the problems of privacy security and inefficient recommendation system in dynamic Internet of Things, this paper proposed a blockchain cognitive IoT framework with high efficiency and privacy. It divided the proposed framework into three layers: block chain IoT management layer, cognitive layer and requirements layer. The blockchain IoT management layer provided the required information for the cognitive layer, and then operated the manageable elements of the system safely and privacy. In the cognitive layer, the cognitive engine observed the information about the system, and then executed the appropriate algorithm to manage the system. In the requirements layer, it used the cognitive specification language( CSL) to describe the goals and behavior of the network. The cognitive recommendation system of the proposed blockchain IoT framework learned from past experiences and improved decision-making on IoT recommendations. Objective：To explore the clinical effect of psychological intervention combined with pelvic floor muscle training (PFMT) on pelvic floor dysfunction (PFD). Methods：A total of 60 patients with PFD who were treated in the obstetrics department of Shandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2017 to August 2018 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was given PFMT, and the experimental group was given the targeted psychological intervention plus PFMT. The pelvic floor surface electromyography (sEMG), psychological function and life quality were assessed before and after treatment. Results： ①There was no significant difference in the value of sEMG before treatment between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, the EMG values of the two groups were higher than those before treatment except for the pos-baseline step (P＜0.05), and this value of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group (P＜0.05). ②The differences in the scores of SAS and SDS before treatment between the two groups were no significant (P＞0.05). In both groups, the scores of SAS and SDS after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05), and the scores of SAS and SDS after treatment in the experimental group were lower than that in the control group (P＜0.05). ③The differences of the scores of PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 before treatment between the two groups were no significant (P＞0.05). After treatment, the scores of PFDI-20 and PFIQ-7 in both groups were significant lower than those before treatment (P＜0.05), and two scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P＜0.05). ④The total effective rate (93.3%) of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (70.0%) ( χ2=5.455, P=0.020). Conclusions：The psychological intervention combined with PFMT can improve the mental state of patients, alleviate the anxiety and depression and enhance the pelvic floor muscle contraction amplitude, which is beneficial to improve treatment enthusiasm, therapy compliance and life quality. Considering that the industrial process of reheating furnace is with the characteristics of complexity， non-linearity and time delay， and the prediction of billet temperature is difficult to achieve， an improved principal component regression(PCR)and prediction method based on data features is proposed in this paper. The time-delay among different variables is solved at first by synchronization of the original data. Then statistic and entropy features are extracted from each billet of reheating furnace and these data features consist of a data feature vector orderly. Lastly， the prediction model between billet outlet temperature and data features of process variable is established by PCR. The proposed method is applied in the reheating furnace of a real steel factory， and the model parameter is reckoned based on actual operational data. The experiment results and error analysis indicate that this model is able to predict the billet steel outlet temperature， and the prediction error can satisfy the demands of industrial application.
