【目的】探究灯盏花素改善Ⅱ型糖尿病引起大鼠睾丸损伤的作用及其机制。【方法】24只成年雄性Wistar大鼠随机分成3组，对照组，糖尿病组及糖尿病+灯盏花素组，每组8只。糖尿病组及糖尿病+灯盏花素组的大鼠进行腹腔注射链脲霉素及给予高脂肪饮食，以建立Ⅱ型糖尿病大鼠模型。经苏木精和伊红染色显示睾丸细胞形态；免疫组织化学染色法检测血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）表达水平；分光光度计及酶联免疫吸附实验（ELISA）检测睾丸及附睾的活性氧化物（DCF）和丙二醛水平（MDA）；小动物彩色多普勒超声测量大鼠睾丸及附睾血管的血流速度。【结果】高血糖诱导大鼠睾丸组织形态结构塌陷，DCF和MDA增多，睾丸血管血流减少，VEGF表达降低，灯盏花素的使用可以缓解以上损伤（DCF:12.93 vs.7.63mg/min；MDA：2.37 vs.1.48 mg/min；睾丸血管血流量：110.0 vs.210.2 mm/s；

To investigate the effects of sulfate on the properties of cementitious materials, mortar specimens with water-cement ratio of 0. 5 and 0. 35 were designed and subjected to full immersion tests to study the effects of different sulfate concentrations on the water transport properties, mechanical properties and sulfate ion transport properties of cementitious materials at different depths. The results show that the water absorption of cementitious materials after sulfate attack increases with the age of attack. The flexural and compressive strength of cementitious materials shows a trend of increasing and then decreasing with the age of sulfate attack and the concentration of attack solution. The concentration of sulfate ions increases with the increase of sulfate concentration and the concentration of sulfate ions at the same depth. AVP in intelligent transportation systems is an excellent solution for improving fuel efficiency and driving safety. Based on Internet of Things and 5G communication technology, autonomous vehicle platoons are susceptible to various attacks during the process of intelligent teaming and behavior communication, leading to safety accidents. To this end, an attribute-based revocable traceable access control scheme is proposed in combination with edge computing technology. Firstly, fine-grained access control is achieved using attribute-based encryption. Secondly, dynamic updating of the platoon key is implemented using CRT, allowing for the message's revocable storage and reducing the computational overhead on the vehicle-side through the assistance of roadside infrastructure. Furthermore, an anonymous user and traceability of malicious vehicles are achieved using an elliptic curve encryption mechanism. The simple parallel computing or single heterogeneous platform can no longer meet the requirements of signal processing and task scheduling with large computation and high complexity, so heterogeneous multi platform system has become the development trend of signal processing and task scheduling. In view of improving the throughput of the platform, utilization rate of the processor and perception of the task, this study investigates the signal processing model of heterogeneous multi-platform, and the scheduling tasks and hardware and software resources are modeled by directed acyclic graph. Based on the proposed scheduling algorithms, the task scheduling is summarized and compared. It is found that the hybrid scheduling algorithm based on task perception can meet the platform scheduling requirements well. As an important part of territorial spatial planning, geological environment carrying capacity assessment has become a key link for the coordination between sustainable and high-quality development of human economic and social activities and geological environment protection. Fugu County of Shaanxi Province in the Yellow River Basin was taken as an example, the evaluation system and evaluation model of geological environment carrying capacity were established. Based on the comprehensive evaluation results, the impact degree of the influencing factors was further analyzed. The semi-supervised learning model was introduced to evaluate 17 kinds of influencing factors from five systems, such as physical geography and ecological environment. The results show that the semi-supervised learning model can improve the sensitivity of geological environment carrying capacity assessment and the regression prediction accuracy is high. The geological environmental carrying capacity of Fugu County is divided into 5 carrying capacity grades from low to high and the influencing factors under different grades have different effects. Among them, 7 influencing factors such as the susceptibility of collapse and landslide can be given priority to construct the evaluation system of geological environmental carrying capacity of soil and water conservation area on the Loess Plateau. To investigate the expression level and correlation of serum inflammatory cytokines in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction. Methods Elderly patients over 65 years old who were diagnosed with cerebral infarction in the Affiliated Brain Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2022 to October 2022 were enrolled, and the patients were divided into two groups according to whether they had type 2 diabetes. The age, gender and other clinical data of patients, biochemical indicators, arterial intima-media thickness and related inflammatory indicators were collected to analyze the relationship between various factors and type 2 diabetes complicated with cerebral infarction. Results The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6), IL-17, tumor necrosis factor-x(TNF-α) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) in type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with cerebral infarction were higher than those in simple cerebral infarction group, while the level of IL-10 were lower than that in simple cerebral infarction group, and the differences were statistically significant (all P<0.05). The expression levels of pro- inflammatory factors IL-6 and IL-17 were positively correlated with carotid intima-media thickness (IMT), while the levels of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 were negatively correlated with IMT, and the correlation between some pro-inflammatory factors, anti-inflammatory factors and IMT was higher in type 2 diabetes patients complicated with cerebral infarction than that in the simple cerebral infarction group. Conclusions Compared with the simple cerebral infarction group, the levels of pro- inflammatory cytokines IL-6 and IL-17 in type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction are increased, which are risk factors associated with this disease, while the level of anti-inflammatory factor IL-10 in type 2 diabetes patients with cerebral infarction is decreased, which may be the protective factor related to this disease. In order to explore the risk of spontaneous combustion of coal in the U+L type ventilation air area of the first mining surface along the roof cutting gob-side entry retaining, the engineering background of the 11101 working surface of layer 9-1# in the east area of the Mengxi Checkerboard Well Coal Mine was carried out. Through closed oxygen consumption experiments, it is determined that the oxygen consumption capacity of coal samples is weak, the oxygen consumption rate of coal samples is slow under different oxygen volume fractions, and the suffocation oxygen volume fraction(critical value of coal oxygen consumption)is 15%. The pressure difference and air leakage distribution between the two ends of roof cutting gob-side entry retaining and the working surface were determined by on-site measurement, the oxygen distribution data of the return air side was obtained by the actual measurement of the buried pipe at the site, and a similar simulation experimental bench was built for the roof cutting gob-side entry retaining in the mining area to obtain the leakage movement law of the stope. The characteristics of the leakage and spontaneous combustion oxidation distribution of the goaf area along the empty retention lane of the cut top were explored by CFD simulation, and the 3 areas of the goaf area that may have spontaneous combustion hazard were located near the open eye, close to the 5～10 m along the empty space lane and behind the working surface. Under the conditions of nitrogen injection in the tail lane and grout plugging and leak prevention and fire extinguishing measures along the boundary of the empty lane, the risk of converting the spontaneous combustion mode of the U+L ventilation air area into the spontaneous combustion mode of the U-type ventilation air area can be determined. The maximum width of the spontaneous combustion oxidation belt in the goaf area of the Checkerboard Well Mine is 80 m, the minimum safe propulsion speed is 1.2 m/d, and there is no risk of spontaneous combustion, which provides guidance for the engineering fire prevention. Objective To investigate the effect of Mesothelin on proliferation, apoptosis, migration and invasion of human triple-negative breast cancer cells (TNBC). Methods Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of Mesothelin in TNBC tissue, paracancer tissue and breast cancer cell lines. TNBC cell line MD-MB-231 cells were transfected with the overexpressed Mesothelin lentivirus plasmid (the mesothelin group) and the control Scramble plasmid (the Scramble group). MD-MB-231 cells with no infected lentivirus were used as the control group. Flow cytometry was used to detect the efficiency of virus infection. The expression of Mesothelin was detected by qPCR, flow cytometry and Western blot assay. Cell proliferation was detected by CCK-8. Annexin V-APC/PI was used to detect apoptosis. The expression of anti-B lymphoblastoma-2 (Bcl-2), anti-Bcl-2 associated X protein (Bax), E-cadherin, N-cadherin and Vimentin were detected by Western blot assay. Cell migration ability was detected by scratch test. The invasive ability of cells was detected by Transwell assay. Results The expression of Mesothelin was significantly higher in TNBC tumor tissue than that in paracancer tissue (P＜0.05), and Mesothelin was expressed in breast cancer cell line. Flow cytometry showed that the efficiency of lentivirus infection was more than 90%. Compared with the Scramble group, the expression level of Mesothelin mRNA was increased in the Mesothelin group, and the cell proliferation rate was increased, while the cell apoptosis rate was decreased. The expression of Bax and E-cadherin protein decreased, the expression of Bcl-2, N-cadherin and Vimentin protein increased, and the migration and invasion ability of cells were significantly enhanced (P＜0.05). Conclusion Mesothelin can promote the proliferation, inhibit the apoptosis and increase the ability of migration and invasion of human triple-negative breast cancer MDA-MB-231 cells.
