学校コンサルテーションを利用したことがない教師128 名に対し、利用しなかった理由、今後の利用希望、被援助志向性について尋ねた。教師が学校コンサルテーションを利用しない理由の2 群、今後の学校コンサルテーション利用希望の3 群を独立変数、被援助志向性の「援助の欲求と態度」と「援助関係に対する抵抗感の低さ」を従属変数として2 要因の分散分析を行ったところ、「援助の欲求と態度」において、今後の学校コンサルテーション利用希望の主効果が有意であった。多重比較を行ったところ、希望あり群がどちらでもない群および希望なし群よりも「援助の欲求と態度」が高かった。教師が学校コンサルテーションを利用しない理由の主効果は有意ではなく、交互作用も有意ではなかった。また、「援助関係に対する抵抗感の低さ」においては、教師が学校コンサルテーションを利用しない理由、今後の学校コンサルテーション利用希望のいずれの主効果も有意ではなく、交互作用も有意ではなかった。本研究の限界と今後の課題について検討した。

本研究は現職の日本語教師39名を対象に,伝統文化体験学習の実践状況を問うアンケート調査を行い,結果を分析して,そこから見えてくる教師たちの認識について考察した。その結果,文化体験学習の意義を否定する意見は見られず,全体の4分の3にあたる教師が前向きに様々な実践活動に取り組んでいた。しかし,最後の「振り返り」まで備えた完成したカリキュラムが普及しているとは言えない現状も明らかになった。

本調査の目的は，小学校教師の外国語活動の授業における「学びのユニバーサルデザイン（Universal Design for Learning，UDL）」の視点が，どの程度授業実践の中に組み込まれているかの実態を，英語教育の専門性がより高いと思われる中学校及び高等学校の英語教師と比較して検討することである．調査協力者は，小学校の外国語活動の担当教師7 名，中学校の英語教師5 名，高等学校及び高等専門学校の英語教師4 名の計16 名であった．調査の結果，授業の組み立ての際のUDLの視点に関する意識の自己評価に関しては学校種によって差がみられなかった．しかし，実際の授業で行っているUDL の視点に基づく実践上の工夫においては，小学校教師の実践には中学校，高等学校の英語教師にみられなかった「学習者をいかに活動に参加しやすくするか」という観点の工夫が多く見られることがわかった．

本論では，2019年10月2～4日にアメリカのシカゴで開催されたCASEL SEL-EXCHANGE大会に筆者が参加して収集した資料をもとに，アメリカでの「社会性と情動の学習」の今後の動向として，教育的公正（educational equity）及びSELに関わる大人の重要性があげられていることを踏まえ，この点におけるわが国の「社会性と情動の学習」の意義について考察した。

本稿は、女子の友人関係トラブルに対する教師の介入を検討することで、友人関係というインフォーマルな関係性が教師の介入に影響を受けること、そうした介入にジェンダー・バイアスが存在し、結果的に女子の関係性が劣位に置かれることを明らかにする。 先行研究は、ジェンダーの視点、インフォーマルな関係性、教師と児童生徒の再帰的関係のうち、いずれか一つが欠けている。これらの課題を克服するために、本稿では、女子の友人関係トラブルに対する教師の介入に着目する。分析に際して、Francis・Paechter（2015）が提示する三つの視点を用いている。 分析の結果、以下の三点が明らかになった。第一に、児童の関係性にかかわる教室秩序の形成にとって教師たちの理念や介入が重要であることである。第二に、児童間関係に対する教師たちの認識や介入に、ジェンダー・バイアスが歴然と存在し、女子たちは「関係性を重視する」という認識が、教師たちの介入を方向づけていたことである。また、教師たちは女子たちの関係を「ドロドロしたもの」と認識し、解決すべき課題にしているからこそ、何らかのトラブルが発生した場合、「トラブルの発端である関係性」そのものに焦点を当て、トラブルだけでなく女子たちの関係性にも介入していく。第三に、教師たちはケアの倫理が立ち現われやすい関係性に焦点化した介入を行いながら、その解決には自律的な主体であるという捻れた責任を女子に負わせていたことである。

本稿では、第二次世界大戦後に学校教育に導入された職業指導、その後の進路指導、さらにはキャリア教育へという変遷と展開を踏まえつつ、現代の高等学校においてキャリア教育を適切に展開していくために教師に求められる資質・能力とはいかなるものか、また、大学の教職課程においてそれらを備えた学生を育成するうえでいかなる課題があるかについて考察した。その結果、キャリア教育の意義に関する理解、また、ガイダンスおよびカウンセリングとしての指導に関する基本的な資質・能力を修得させるうえで、学生の多くが進路・就職の選択・決定を控えた当事者であることを踏まえた教師教育を展開していくことが重要であると考えられた。

筆者は，学校教育での音楽鑑賞指導において，教師自身の音楽を聴く力を育成することの重要性に着目し，その育成を目的とした音楽経験プログラムの開発に取り組んでいる。この「音楽を聴く力」を育むことに着目した音楽経験プログラムでは，小学校教師らが音楽家とともに音楽を聴き，味わい，他者とともに感じたことや解釈を語り合うことを通して，彼らの美的価値観を洗練させることを目指している。参加者の1 人である音楽家は，教師に対して音楽の感じ方の「正解」を示すためではなく，専門的な知識に根差した1 つの解釈を提示する者として，教師とともに同じ楽曲を聴き，感じたことや楽曲への解釈の言語化に加わる。 本稿では，本研究での音楽経験プログラムの理論的背景を整理するとともに，2019年8 月に実施した第1回の実践内容の考察を行った。その結果，より幅広い聴くための観点を得るためにも音楽の専門家も含めた他者とともに音楽を聴き，解釈を語る場は有効であることが示唆された。, I have focused on the importance of cultivating teachers’ music listening skills in the context of providing music appreciation instruction during school education and have worked to develop a music experience program that aims to provide such training. In this music experience program, which focuses on cultivating music listening skills, elementary school teachers refine their aesthetic sense by listening to and appreciating music and by discussing their feelings and interpretations with a musician. The musician, who is a participant in the program like the teachers, is not there to tell the teachers the “correct” way to respond to the music but rather, to provide an interpretation based on specialist knowledge, listen to the composition along with the teachers, and participate in verbalizing feelings and interpretations of the music. This paper, in addition to organizing the theoretical background of the music experience program that is the focus of this research, also considers the contents of the program’s first implementation in August 2019.

本研究のねらいは，省察マトリクス１４）を用いることによって，学習者の自律的な学習の側面から小学校教師のPCKの変容を検証することである。調査対象は，小学校の算数及び社会の指導をしている２年目教師１名であった。調査方法は次の通りである。教師は，自分の算数の授業VTRを視聴しながら調査者からインタビューを受けた。その後，教師は省察マトリクスを用いて省察した。そして，教師は次の目標を決めた。２回目の算数の授業実施後，VTRを視聴しながら，再びインタビューを受けた。その後，教師は省察マトリクスを用いて省察した。また，２回の算数の授業の前後で社会の授業を実施した。分析結果は次の通りであった。（１）省察マトリクスを用いることによって，２回目の授業中の教師は，学習者の個性や自律的な学習を意識して授業を行った。（２）半年が経過し，担当学年や教科が変わっても，学習者の個性や自律性の伸長の観点から教師のPCKは維持されていた。

本研究の目的は、子どもの自己肯定感を醸成する生徒指導の在り方を検討することである。教師の教育実践における行為の省察から、自己肯定感を醸成する教師の役割が示された。その役割とは、(a)子どもを理解すること、(b)自己と他者を肯定し認め合う学級づくり、(c)保護者との信頼関係づくり、(d)学校全体での個々の子どもへの役割づくり、(e)子どもの主体性を育成することであった。加えて、これらの結果から子どもの発達を信じて待ち続けることが、教師の専門性として示唆された。, The purpose of the present study was to explore student guidance to ferment children’s selfaffirmation. The result based on reflection on action teaching practice to student revealed teacher’s role to ferment children’s self-affirmation. The roles were (a) Understanding children, (b) Making selfand other- affirmation in the classroom, (c) Getting companionship with parent, (d) Giving each child the roles in the school, (e) Bringing up independent spirits of children. In addition, a series of analyses indicated an importance of teacher’s professionalization was to be waiting for the children’s development.

現在，公立学校教師の精神性疾患が原因による休職者数の増加が深刻化している。文部科学省は，教師のメンタルヘルス・ケアを行うキーパーソンは管理職であり，管理職による適切なバックアップが行われなければならないとして，校長のリーダーシップの重要性を示唆している。本稿では，これまでに教師のメンタルヘルスと校長との関連を明らかにした研究や資料を概観し，教師のメンタルヘルスにおよぼす校長の影響について整理した。その結果，教師の校長との葛藤，あるいは校長の教師に対する言動や態度は，教師のバーンアウトやストレスを高めたり，ときに退職などに追い込んだりするが，校長のサポートは教師のバーンアウトやストレス，休職・退職意識を緩和したりすることが確認された。また，校長のさまざまなリーダーシップ・スタイルが教職員のモラール，学校文化，教師との信頼構築などに有効であることが確認された。ただし，校長には自身のリーダーシップ行動を高く評価する傾向や，学校運営の現状を肯定的に評価する傾向がある一方で，教師は校長のリーダーシップ行動を厳しく評価する傾向があることが伺えた。このずれは，校長と教師の間のスムーズな意思の疎通を阻害しかねないと考えられる。これらのことを受けて本稿では，日頃から，校長と教師の双方がお互いの立場や主張を理解し合いながら，学校運営，教育活動等にあたることの必要性を改めて提言した。

本研究では、被災体験のない、あるいは学校教育現場に関連した事件について、「事件を知らない」教員が「語り継ぎ」の責務を負った時、そのジレンマについて明らかにすることを目的としてきた。その中で、「語り継ぎ」のジレンマは、環状島のポイントとインタビューによって明らかになった。また、それぞれのモデルが、外海（傍観者）から外斜面に登り始めるきっかけは、その当事者の近くに行くという、ある意味で運命的な事象が働いたことがわかった。そして、そのジレンマを乗り越えるきっかけとして、立場の変化や他者からの評価が強く働いたことがわかった。

application/pdf, 本論文では，現職教員を対象に，児童・生徒の援助要請に対してどのような意識をもっているのかを探索的に検討した。小中学校の現職教員に対して面接調査を行い，児童・生徒の援助要請の現状，児童・生徒の援助要請の背景，児童・生徒の援助要請の必要性などについて尋ねた。得られた語りから，友人関係の問題を中心に，児童・生徒のさまざまな悩みに対して，教師が傾聴しつつ，臨機応変に対応していることが示唆された。また，教師は児童・生徒が援助要請を回避する傾向をもつことを認識しており，自分での解決が難しい問題については援助要請の必要性を感じていた。一方で，自力解決の必要性を感じていたり，相談された場合の対応の難しさについても感じていた。

日本の子どもが貧困問題を抱える割合は、先進諸国と比較しても高い。貧困の問題は、世代間伝達することが知られており、義務教育などすべての子どもが通う学校で行う対応や支援の重要性は高いと考えられる。本稿では、教員の立場から子どもの貧困問題に対して、どのような対応や支援が可能か、特に、教職課程の学生が可能と考えている対応や支援について検討し、教員養成教育を行っていく上での基礎的資料を提供することを目的とした。教職課程の大学生を対象とした質問紙調査の結果、考えられる対応には個人差が非常に大きいことが明らかとなった。何の対応策もないという記述も一定数みられたため、子どもの貧困問題への対応について、教職課程において体系的な教育を行っていく必要性が示された。一方、対応や支援の方法は全体では相当数見出されており、今後それらの有効性について、理論的根拠を持って、実証的に検討していくことが求められる。

The sense of Ibasho, which is defined as a person's psychological space provided by teachers, that has not been examined to date, This paper focuses on the sense of Ibasho and characteristics of teachers providing a sense of Ibasho, as well as developmental changes and gender differences in students were investigated. A pilot study was conducted with junior and senior high school students and 27 items expressed characteristics of teachers providing a sense of Ibasho to students were extracted. In the main study, junior and senior high school students with a sense of Ibasho were required to assess the characteristics of teachers that most clearly created a sense of Ibasho, and factor analysis was conducted on the assessment results. The results indicated three factors: “Interest in each student and approach to each student,“ Affinity", and“ Guiding". Examining the effects of school type, school year, and gender on the three factors results in no gender differences in any factor. On the other hand, there were differences based on school type and school year on“ Interest in the self and approach to the self" and“ Guiding". Senior high school students had higher scores than junior high school students.

知的障害特別支援学校に指導の難しい児童生徒が急増し，教師の指導上の混乱や精神健康上の問題が顕著となったのを受け，大橋（2017）は知的障害特別支援学校教師と，投影性同一化力動を頻用するため指導が困難である児童生徒との間に起きる問題力動を説明するモデル（EMADIS）を示した。しかし，このモデルは児童生徒の要因を中心に描いたものであり，また，教師の「頼らない／頼れない」文化からすると運用しにくい側面があった。そこで本研究では事例資料のKJ法による分析を通して，このような児童生徒との間で発達促進的な関係を持てるようになるための教師側の要因を抽出し，モデルを修正することを目的として検討が進められた。その結果，モデルに対応する【病理的対象関係の反復】【発達促進的関係】とその間をつなぐ【展開位相】のユニットが得られ，それらは考察から，コア概念「主体性の回復プロセス」と対応して【主体性の喪失】【主体性の回復】および【展開位相】とユニット名の修正がなされた。これはうつなどに陥り精神健康上の問題を来した状態から，指導の難しい児童生徒への教育において効力感を感じる状態までを一連のプロセスとして描いており，教師のメンタルヘルス問題への一助となる結果となった。, This study presents the Educational Model for Attachment Disorders in Special-Needs Schools (EMADIS) to explain the dynamics of issues arising between teachers at intellectual special-needs school where there are also students who are difficult to deal with because of their (the students’) frequent use of projective identification. The purpose of this study was to extract factors from data produced by teachers to create a relationship with such students such that it promotes development, through the analysis of case materials by using the KJ method, and to modify the model. This study produced the units “repetition of pathological object relationship,” “development-promoting relationship,” and “expansion phase,” the last of which connects the former two. Through discussion, the names of the units were corrected to “the loss of the sense of ownership,” “the recovery of the sense of ownership,” and “the expansion phase.” These names corresponded to the core concept, which was termed “the recovery of the sense of ownership.” Because this model derives a series of processes from a condition that is a telltale sign of mental health problems, such as depression, to a condition that is an outward sign of a feeling of efficacy in educating students who are known to be difficult to teach, these results can support teachers suffering from mental health problems.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the progress of the homogenization of teachers’professional development using the 2011 and 2017 quantitative investigation data from public primary school and lower secondary school teachers in three prefectures. Specifically, it focuses on points of the comparison of the generation, the survey years and prefectures.From this survey, some important findings were drawn. First, the decision time of becoming a teacher is similar between prefectures for younger teachers of primary schools and lower secondary schools. However, this finding cannot be homogenized due to teachers’ personal experience. Also the influence of the teacher training is not strong now. However, the experience that influences the aspiration of becoming a teacher and teacher’s life is limited to teacher training curriculum. Second, the data reveals that their significant educational practice and the system related to teacher education that teachers think is homogenized except one generation. Third,most of the teachers have similar teacher consciousness. On the other hand, there are individual and generational differences in their views of Japanese society., 本論文の目的は，2011年度と2017年度に同じ3県で実施した公立小・中学校教員を対象とした，教師の力量形成に関する質問紙調査データにもとづいて，世代間の比較，調査実施年度の比較，地域間の比較の3点から，6年間に教師の力量形成の均質化が進行しているのかどうかということに焦点をあてた考察を行うことである。 その結果，以下のことがわかった。まず，教師の被教育体験期については，若手教師が教職に就くことを決める時期には学校種による類似性があった。しかし，その理由は個人の経験であるため均質化することはないだろう。また，現代の若手教師に対する養成教育の影響力はまだ強いものにはなっていないものの，大学時代の教職志望やその後の教職生活に影響を及ぼす体験が，教職課程のものに限定されている可能性がある。 次に，教職について以降に焦点をあてた力量形成に関することとして，教育実践の質を高めるうえで意義あると考える日常的な活動や，教師教育に関する制度・組織体制については，多くの世代では，力量形成の機会に関する認識が均質化してきているようである。最後に，教職意識や社会観についての分析から，教師の大半が同じような教職意識を持っていることと，社会観には個人差や世代差があることが明らかになった。

Hiroshima Bunkyo Womenʼs University (HBWU), in 2014, implemented a course of once-a-month, 45-minute study sessions titled Ikushin Program プログラム「育心」—for the purpose of this paper to be translated into “Enriching the Mind Program” (EMP). The translation of the explanation of the EMP in the student handbook is as follows: 育心育人の精神に基づく他者への配慮，多様性への理解，自らの人間性の向上を通じて人間性あふれる豊かな社会を実現しようとする態度を身につけることができます。Based on the notion of “Enriching the Mind and the Self,” students can acquire the attitudes necessary to realize a rich and humane society through improving themselves personally, considering others, and understanding diversity. This is the second stage in an ongoing process toward finding a suitable EMP curriculum for Hiroshima Bunkyo Womenʼs University. Nevittʼs proposal is to have students take a different personality typology test each session, then talk about the outcomes of these tests and engage in other activities related to the types depicted in the tests. Section one recounts a first attempt to use typology. Unfortunately, various complications prevented a satisfactory outcome. Section two illustrates why it may not be possible to teach morality in university. Section three discusses typology. Section four relates the creation and results of a questionnaire to check student perception of and desire to learn self-awareness. In the end, too few participants and too low a correlation coefficient does not prove any of the hypotheses. Students do, however, indicate a strong desire to action regarding self-awareness. Therefore, the next stage for creating an EMP curriculum is to retry the typology sessions in such a way as to avoid the complications of the last attempt and revise the questionnaire based on the results of this initial survey.

日本の教師の精神的健康はここ数年の間，悪化している（文部科学省，2017）。本研究では，教師の精神的健康の悪化の予防や，対策に関する先行研究をとりあげ，概観する。併せて，教師の職業特性や教師文化を踏まえた上で，教師が精神的健康を維持・促進するための他者とのかかわりのあり方について，より実際的な支援を提供する自己－自己対象体験の質を明細に捉える自己心理学（Kohut，1971／1977）の有用性を論じた。, It has been reported that the mental and psychological health of Japanese school teachers has deteriorated in the past several years (MEXT, 2017). The present article reviewed the current research on teachers' mental health prevention and countermeasures against mental health deterioration. Based on the self-selfobject experiences of teachers from the perspective of self psychology theory (Kohut, 1971, 1977), we discuss ways to provide more practical support for school teachers and to maintain and promote teachers' mental health, according to the professional characteristics and the culture of school teachers.

The purpose of this study is to collect retrospective data from university students in order to develop a teachers’ training program to encourage students’ help-seeking behavior and to improve teachers’ responsiveness toward students’ concerns. 283 college students completed a questionnaire asking to rate the difficulty they felt when consulting their teachers on certain issues and to write freely why they felt so. The results indicated that the experience of loss was rated high among the issues as something that should not to be consulted with teachers. Regarding the reasons for the difficulty, 516 excerpts were obtained from the free description and were classified using the KJ method into 6 categories: "reserved," "sense of worry," "sense of trust," "sense of resistance," “skill and opportunity," and "attitude toward help-seeking,". 本稿は、戦後間もなく「緊急開拓事業」によって成立した戦後開拓地をフィールドに、1970 年代に小学校分校に勤務した教員の教育実践とライフヒストリーを手がかりとして、学校と地域社会との関係性が、地域固有の文化の形成や発展にどのように影響していったのかを考察するものである。具体的には、①当時の学校が置かれた教育課題を地域特性との関連のなかで捉える、②課題解決のための学校と地域社会の関係性構築の様態を明らかにする、③戦後開拓地という、新しい共同体における学校という場の存在意義を分析する、④戦後開拓地での教育経験が教師の自己形成にもたらした意味を問う、といった作業を通じて、戦後開拓地における、学校を基盤とした地域文化形成のありようを明らかにする。

This study focuses on the problem in the early English education. That is, in this study we aim at considering the way of English education in the respect of the Philosophy of Education. In our country it is undeniable that the actual educational guidance is horizontal under the slogan“individual”education. School records are still judged by the mean and standard deviation. Consequently, children are likely to beautify its judged records and to judge the right and wrong of things based in that respect. This situation distinguishes dangerously between the upper and the lower, which leads them to the collapse of“involvement of learning”. The structure of“the rule and the ruled”and“discrimination and the suffering discrimination”binds their bodies and separates their group. “Bullying”, “truancy”, “school violence”, “misconduct seems to be actualized by this structure. In the general English class a teacher ask grammar and reading skills and they answer what they are asked. This systematical and gradual teaching method is developed. Then,“correct or incorrect”and“can do or can’t do”always exists, and the structure of the upper and the lower are distinct more.On the other hand, English education emphasizes more with the conversation, which is basically done with friends. The context and the time series relates to its conversation, which means the clear correction hardly exists. That so, it has a great role in interaction, a group process. Stepping on this fact, we must search for the principle on forming“individual independence”and“the social solidarity”. To achieve this, a teacher is demanded to develop the educational activity on English education based on the“conversation”including interaction with friends., 本稿は，英語教育に関わる問題を見つめる視座を固めてみたいという動機から，英語科教育の授業のあり方を教育哲学の立場から考察することを目的としたものである。 まず，近年のわが国においては，「個性化」教育というスローガンの下で，実際の学習指導が横並びになっている。そこでは，子どもたちの学習成果を学業成績の平均値と標準偏差で判定されている。それ故，子どもたちは判定される学業成績を美化し，その価値観だけで物事の良し悪しを判断する状況へと陥っている。こうした状況は，弱者と強者を明確化してしまう危険性を含んでおり，子ども同士の「学びの関わり」を崩壊させている。 上記のような「支配-被支配」「差別-被差別」の構図は，子どもの身体を呪縛し，彼らの集団を分断させる危険性が高いものと考えられる。「いじめ」「不登校」「校内暴力」「非行」といった現象は，この構図が顕在化した結果であろう。 一般に，英語科の授業では教師側が文法や読解力を問うて，それを子どもたちが回答していく系統的・段階的指導スタイルによって進展していく。それ故，「正解－不正解」「出来る－出来ない」が存在しており，強者と弱者が明確化する傾向にある。 一方で，英語科教育の中心で重視したいものは会話である。会話は，仲間と共に営まれるのが常であり，本来，会話には文脈や時系列が関係するため，明確な正解は存在しにくいものである。こうした学びを担保していくためには，仲間との相互作用（集団過程）の果たす役割がきわめて大きくなる。 以上のことから，英語科の授業においては「個人の自立」のみならず，「社会連帯性」をも形成する方法原理を究明しなければならない。そのためには，こうした立場から仲間との相互作用によって営まれる「会話」を基盤とした英語科教育に当たる教師が求められている。

児童期における母・父・教師からの褒められ・叱られの頻度、内容とその後の自尊感情の関連について明らかにする目的で、大学生415 名を対象に、質問紙調査を行った。自尊感情尺度得点と、母親・教師から褒められた頻度に相関がみられた。一方、自尊感情尺度得点と叱られた頻度には、有意な相関はみられなかった。すなわち、児童期に褒められることが多いほど、自尊感情が高くなることが示唆された。褒められた内容について、t 検定を行った結果、両親や教師とも、礼儀・他者への気遣いと性格・態度で、自尊感情得点に有意差がみられた。一時的な能力や結果より継続的な子どもの特性を褒めることが、自尊感情を高めることが示唆された。叱られた内容としては、母親からのみ、容姿、学業、性格・態度において、有意差がみられた。母親は、容姿、学業、性格・態度について叱る際には、子どもの自尊感情が傷つかないよう叱り方に注意する必要があると考えられた。

In Japanese school education“ P.E. Theories” are instructed. In the course of study guidance, junior high school P.E must be taught for more than three hours, and in high school it must be taught for more than six hours. However, the content and number of hours are insufficient and many problems exist. In this study, two surveys were conducted. The first one was a policy investigation. and the second an interview with teachers. From these results, the class situation regarding P.E. theories in school could be clarified.

入学してきた学生は小学校から高校まで、さまざまな形で「教えられ」「指導され」てきた。教師になるということは、それとは逆に、「教え」「指導する」という側に立つということを意味する。 学生は授業を通して、教育現場の厳しさと教師の責任の重大さを知ると共に、教師という仕事の魅力も感じるようになる。 「教職論」の授業の感想などから見えてくる、教師になることに対する不安や課題などを探っていきたい。

The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of teaching practice in Japan national universities and private universities, comparing the kinds of schools where students did practice teaching using the 2016 and 2017 quantitative investigation data from undergraduates aspirating to become teachers.From this survey, it was drawn that the qualities of teaching practice experiences were influenced by the school and teacher cultures of the school where students did the teaching practice. Comparing the teaching practice at national and private universities, it can be pointed out that the difference between them is understood as teaching practice at schools attached to national universities and the schools where students graduated from. Also the teaching practices of kindergartens and special support education schools give substantial chances about dealing with pupils’ parents and the communication between student teachers and pupils. These findings also showed that teaching practice is an opportunity to experience the school culture and teacher culture.Teaching practices are the chance for the students to master the culture of school and teacher. It would be related to their experiences in several schools which were not necessarily connected to the positive effects. It is because to encounter the cultures of some schools is to experience the inconsistent cultures rather than to learn the diversities of the schools., 本論文の目的は，2016年度に実施した大学4年生を対象とした教育実習に関する質問紙調査データにもとづいて，国立大学と私立大学の実習の違いと実習校種の違いという2つの観点から，現在の我が国の教育実習の特徴を捉えることである。2つの分析結果に共通することは，実習の質は実習校の学校文化・教師文化で決まっているという点である。国立大学と私立大学の実習の比較では，両者の違いが附属学校での実習と母校での実習として理解されるものであることを指摘した。一方実習校種による比較では，特別支援学校や幼稚園の実習が，子どもとのコミュニケーションや保護者対応などに関して比較的充実した機会を提供していることなどを指摘した。これらは，学生たちが教育実習においてそれぞれの学校種の特徴が反映した経験を積んでいることを示している。教育実習は，学校文化や教師文化を体験し，身体化する機会なのである。多くの実習校を経験することが，必ずしもプラスの効果につながらないことは，このことに関わっているものと思われる。
