大学における導入段階の情報教育の演習をすすめるにあたり、基礎段階の情報教育や初年次教育のカリキュラムが検討されている。筆者は、その前段階として、継続的に新入生の操作に関する調査を実施し、教材開発や授業実践に反映させており、「情報活用演習I」と「ベーシックセミナーI」両科目間の相互連携を取り入れた初年次教育を展開してきた。ここでは、これまで展開してきた授業実践の視点ではなく、これら教材を開発するために事前調査してきた入学時におけるパソコンの基本操作や基本知識に焦点をあて、平成29 年度メディア表現学科新入生を対象とした入学時におけるパソコンの操作に関する調査結果と、平成 18 年度に実施した同様の調査結果と比較しながら、11 年の経過を踏まえたパソコンの基本操作や基本知識の傾向や課題についてまとめる。

例年通り、福岡県立大学人間社会学部平成30年度入学の新入生を対象に、前期開講必修科目「情報処理の基礎と演習」の受講前後で、学生生活における情報機器利用実態および情報機器操作スキルの修得状況についてアンケート調査を行った。情報機器利用実態調査では、入学時と半期の授業を終えた後を比較するとパソコンの利用時間が大幅に増加しており、授業の課題等でパソコンを利用して課題作成に取り組む習慣が身に付いたものと考えられる。情報機器操作スキル調査では、入学時と半期の授業を終えた後を比較するとすべての項目で修得率が向上しており、学生のパソコンに対する苦手意識やスキル不足をある程度払拭することができたことを確認した。個々の項目についても、大半のものについては修得率８割程度まで達成でき充分な教育効果が確認できた。一方、修得率の低いものについては、今後説明方法などに課題が残った。

In this paper, we have carried out questionnaire survey to freshmen about the consciousnessof“ Information Study” during high school days since 2010. We have continued to carry out thissurvey in the Academic Year of 2020 in the humanities departments in universities. As a result,it turned out that the students who do not have good PC environment tend to feel they are badat PC skills from 1.2 times to 1.5 times as much as the students who have good PC environment.PC literacy and fundamental knowledge about PC have not developed as the teachers expected.In addition, according to the chi-square test relating to the presence/absence of PC, it was foundout that there is a connection between the consciousness toward the operation of PC and abouta word processor and spreadsheet, PowerPoint. But also it turned out that relevance is not seenat all. The result showed that the fields of weakness are different among two universities.

東日本大震災を契機として，我が国の科学技術コミュニケーションは，専門家と非専門家との双方向のコミュニケーションの推進に対しても効果的であることが期待されるようになった．しかし，専門家と非専門家との間には，知識量のみならず認知や行動においても非対称性があり，この非対称性がコミュニケーションの不具合を引き起こしている可能性がある．本研究は，医薬品情報を対象とし，双方向のコミュニケーションに影響を与える非対称性の特徴及び状況や背景を明らかにすることを目的として，専門家及び非専門家の両方にアンケート調査を実施し，非対称性を分析した．その結果，医薬品情報のコミュニケーションには，コミュニケーションの不具合の認知や解釈において非対称性が生じていることがわかった．さらに，非対称性を生じ易い背景として，非専門家では情報収集をしないこと及び専門家とのコミュニケーションを諦めていること，専門家では尋ねられた情報が知らない情報であることを非専門家に伝えないことが示された．したがって，医薬品情報における双方向のコミュニケーションを成功させるためには，専門家と非専門家のそれぞれに対する情報教育，質の高い情報のオープン化，非専門家が利用し易いコミュニケーションツールの開発が必要と考えられる．, Following the 2011 Tohoku Earthquake, science and technology communication in Japan was expected to effectively promote bidirectional communication between experts and non-experts. However, the gaps both in the amount of knowledge and various opinions between them, has caused communication problems. This study, focusing on drug information, conducted a questionnaire survey on both experts and non-experts, analyzing the gaps to clarify the characteristics and backgrounds that would affect bidirectional communication. Results revealed several gaps in drug information communication between both groups, for instance, non-experts did not collect information or question experts’ knowledge, and experts did not inform non experts about the information they lacked. Therefore, to ensure successful bidirectional communication concerning drug information, information-related education for both groups, transparency of high-quality information, and development of user-friendly communication tools for non-experts are necessary.

application/pdf, 現在、文部科学省において2020年度に小学校におけるプログラミング教育の必修化が決定された。しかし小学校では、プログラミング教育という科目を増やさず、既存の科目の利用を想定している。このため、プログラミング教育の専門性を有しない教員がプログラミング教育を行うには、負担が大きいと考えられる。そこで本研究では、初心者にも学習しやすい Visual Programming 言語（Scratch）を用い、スモールステップでプログラミング教育を行う教材を開発した。これはWEBカメラを入力インタフェースとする事で、従来の抽象的なプログラミング環境よりも、初学者が学習しやすい視覚情報でのフィードバックを提供する。更にこの教材はプログラミングが簡単なものから複雑なものまで段階的に対応可能であり、小学校における各発達段階におけるプログラミング教育が可能になると考えられる。

小学校におけるプログラミング教育の本格実施が迫るなど、情報教育を取り巻く状況は刻々と変化している。情報教育の要である高等学校の普通教科「情報」では、直面した問題に対して再編成を重ね「情報の科学的理解」に基づく内容を重視する方向へと進んでいる。その一方で、それを担う教員環境には課題も散見されている。また、中学校の情報教育を担う技術分野では十分な学習時間が確保できない実情も見られる。そのような状況下で推進されているプログラミング教育は、その目的はコーディングではなくプログラミング的思考力を育成することが示されており、学ぶべき内容には多様性が求められている。これらの問題に応じるには、科横断的な取り組みが重要になるものと考えられる。情報教育の現状を鑑みると、その取り組みの実現には難しい側面も見られるが、教員の情報共有、交流、協働を主とすることで教科の横断化を具現化している実践も存在している。そのような実践の事例からは、情報教育が抱える課題に対する有効な方略となり得ることを期待できる。

高校における教科のひとつとして「情報」が始まって14年が経過している．また中学校の技術・家庭科の技術分野においても「情報とコンピュータ」として教育が始まってから15年が経過している．大学入学前の教育において情報教育が実施されている中，大学入学時における学生の情報処理能力はばらつきがあり，多様化していることが考えられる．将来教員として社会生活を送るうえで必要不可欠な情報技術・情報処理の知識や技能の修得が教員養成課程において必要であると考え，その基礎資料とするために2015年度から2017年度にわたる３年間にわたって，情報活用の実践力および基本的技能，学生の情報処理環境の調査を行った．

Problems in the current state of information literacy education at Toyo Eiwa University are analyzed in this paper. For my analysis, I used questionnaires executed at the start and end of the academic term. At Toyo Eiwa University, a class in information literacy has been introduced for first-year students, and all students must complete the class. Since information education has been initiated as a subject in high school, students should have acquired basic knowledge at the highschool level, but actually, students who don’t understand the operation of a computer may be found. As a result, differences in ability exist among Tokyo Eiwa University students. When the results of the self-evaluation questionnaires conducted at the end of term are analyzed, it can be understood that students recognize that their knowledge and skills are insufficient, and that they have the will to study more. “Is information education needed at a university?” I have reached the conclusion that information education “is necessary”.

福岡県立大学人間社会学部平成29年度大学新入生を対象に、前期開講必修科目「情報処理の基礎と演習」の受講前後で、学生生活における情報機器利用実態および情報機器操作スキルの習得状況についてアンケート調査を行った。情報機器利用実態調査では、入学時と半期の授業を終えた後ではパソコンの利用時間が増加しており、「文書作成」や「発表資料作成」など授業に関する用途が大幅に増加しており、学習目的でパソコンを利用する習慣が身についていることが確認された。情報機器操作スキル調査では、入学時に操作スキルが「充分ある」または「ある程度ある」との回答が約５割に過ぎなかったのに対し、「情報処理の基礎と演習」の受講後では約９割の学生が、操作スキルが「充分ある」または「ある程度ある」と回答し、充分な情報リテラシー教育効果があることが確認された。

アカデミックスキル教育は、労働市場の国際化と高等教育の国際標準化とともに近年の重要度が増している課題の一つである。京都女子大学では2009年度から1回生全学共通の情報リテラシー科目をPBL (Problem Based Learning)法を通してアカデミックスキル演習として扱ってきたので、ここでは2013年度の実践を対象に、その成果と評価を考察した。統計データ分析で得られた知見は次のようにまとめられる。１）学科ごとの1回生前期末の成績は、入試段階の成績との相関が強いが、後期の成績とは相関が弱い。これは大学での学習の有効性を示唆する。２）成績下位層の年間での成績の伸びは、成績上位層に比較して顕著に大きい。これは本学教育の効果と課題を示唆する。３）この科目で課される多様な課題は、情報活用実力テストの成績と相関が強い。これも本学教育の有効性を示唆する。また本学のこの特徴は、他大学で情報リテラシー教育をアカデミックスキル教育として位置付けない場合の同じ実力テスト結果と比較しても、特徴的な結果であることが統計的に示唆された。 Results of a statistical and comprehensive assessment on the achievement test of generic ICT education with PBL (Problem Based Learning) - method are reported for academic skills of fresher lady- students. The statistical analysis thereupon suggests the following results: 1) score of the first semester strongly correlates the score of the entrance examination although the one at the end of the second semester does not; 2) score increase of the lower score students are notably prominent as compared to the higher score ones; 3) individual assignments are found effective to gain the score of the achievement test. All these characteristics show a stark contract as compared to the other university cases where the educational efforts are not so oriented to the academic skills on which we have been investing the endeavour.

本研究では、理学部数学科において、数学科教育法および、情報科教育法履修者を対象に、第1講および、第15 講において、数学的モデリングについての意識を質問紙により調査し、その変化を考察することを目的に、比較を行った。その結果、教科に対するイメージ調査においては、第1 講時の数学科と情報科間の共通の認識は少なく、認識の差異があることがわかった。しかし、履修者の多くは第15 講には、教科教育観を深め、その構成要素には変化があるものの、質問紙調査の内容や、数学科指導内容の選択課題調査において、その差異は依然として存在する。このことから、数学的モデリングに対する認識を変えることが容易でないことが明らかになった。また数学的モデリングへの消極的傾向を理学部数学科の特性から説明する。

高等学校情報科の教科担任の現状を明らかにするため，都道府県教育委員会における臨時免許状の授与と，免許外教科担任の許可の状況を調査した．情報科では，臨時免許状や免許外教科担任が他の教科に比べて突出して多用されていることが明らかになった．本論文では，その調査結果を報告するとともに，わが国の情報教育の取り組みについて述べる．

Directly supporting student's studies and actively participating in classes are two of the most important roles of university libraries. This paper examines the relation between the Mejiro Gakuen Educational Foundation Library (Mejiro University Library) and Mejiro University classes. Results from web questionnaires administered to students and the inferences drawn on observing students at the library indicated that, at present, Mejiro University Library is not sufficiently active in participating in classes. Furthermore, the examʼs results showed that Mejiro University students are difficult to set a theme. Thus, the present paper suggests that university classes need to use the library more effectively to improve their information utilization abilities.

本校では，平成19年(2007年)度から「情報の時間」（開始当初は「情報科」）の取り組みを行い，平成25年（2013年）度からは総合的な学習の時間の一環として，各学年20時間で実施している。 本年度は昨年度の時数や単元構成で続けていくことを前提としながら，本校の総合学習の中である 「BIWAKO TIME」や「COMMUNICATION TIME」における問題解決の場面やつまずきの場面に役立てられるように，また各教科の中で，多角的・多面的に物事を考えたり，論理的に分析し意見を走べたり，課題解決のための思考の手段や方法を組み立てられてように，さらに各教科の「学びのエンジン」となる学習となるように意識をした。 そして，本校の研究テーマである「探究的学習活動」とも大きく関わることをふまえ，それぞれの単元がどのようこ結びついているのかを明確にしながら，授業に取り組めるようにした。

高等教育において情報教育を行うにあたり，現状の学生の情報機器環境の理解は欠かせない。最近の傾向として「若者のPC離れ」が進んでいるといわれ，その背景としてスマートフォンの普及が挙げられる。一方で，インターネット回線の普及，SNSや動画サイト等の普及によりネット依存の問題が起っており，心身への悪影響が報告されている。情報教育には，利用を促進するだけではなく，健康的に情報環境と向き合う教育も必要といえる。本稿では，長野県の高校と大学で実施した質問紙調査をもとに，ネット依存について分析を行った。その結果，就寝時間がネット依存に影響を与える傾向があることがわかった。また，大学生は高校生よりもインターネットが生活の一部となり，ネット依存状態からさらに中毒状態へ移る傾向があることがわかった。

App Lab is an online programming education environment. It was designed classes of programming for beginners using the App Lab. Through 15 lessons of the class, it was to understand the basic structure of the programming of the sequential-repetition-branch. Students were allowed to complete the game as a final project. The effectiveness of App the Lab has been confirmed from these results.

本稿は，戦後日本の教育に関する法制度の変容と情報教育に関連する諸政策の内容について整理し，現在の学校教育の制度設計の現状と課題について議論した。その内容は以下の3点に要約できる。(1)戦後日本の教育制度は，1946年公布の日本国憲法に基づき1947年制定の教育基本法と学校教育法によって基本的な土台が整備され，その後日本をとり巻く環境の変化を受けて2006年の教育基本法全部改正，2007年学校教育法大幅改正に至り，教育に関する法制度に大きな変容がみられた。同時に，国の学校教育への関与が強まった。しかし，社会の変化のスピードが速いため制度設計の改革で対応するのは難しく，また国の関与を強化することですべての課題が解決されるわけではないので，少なくとも情報教育については教育現場の自由な発想と柔軟な対応に委ねるべきである。(2)情報技術の進展は，学校教育における「教育の情報化」をもたらし，国は2006年のIT新改革戦略から教育の情報化に向けた諸政策を遂行することによって，専門職業人の育成を目指している。(3)専門職業人の育成は高等教育において顕著にみられ，2016年の中教審の特別部会によって具体案が示された。しかし，ステークホルダー間の利害対立と調整，公費助成のあり方などいくつか課題も残されており，制度化後の検証と修正を必要とする。変化の激しい情報化社会において制度がうまく機能するには，制度設計そのものが広く地域社会や国民に開かれたものでなければならない。This study summarized the changes in legal systems concerning education and the Contents of various policies related to information education in Japan after World War II.It examined the present situation and problems with the system design of Japan’s current educational system. The obtained results can be summarized as follows:（1）The foundation of Japan‘s educational system after World War II was built based on the Basic Act on Education and the School Education Act enacted in 1947 based on the Constitution of Japan promulgated in 1946. Due to the changes in the environment surrounding Japan, the Basic Act on Education was fully revised in 2006, and the School Education Act was thoroughly revised in 2007.As a result, legal systems concerning education were largely changed. At the same time, the government of Japan began to be strongly involved in schools’ education. However, the improvements made to the educational system design have difficulty adjusting to a rapidly changing society. Strengthening the Japanese government‘s involvement cannot solve all problems with school education. Therefore, information education should at least be entrusted to the free thinking and flexible responses of educational sites.（2）The Advancement of information technology（IT）resulted in “informatization of education” in school education. The government of Japan has aimed to train professional human resources through the implementation of various policies for informatization of education based on the New IT Reform Strategy established in 2006.（3）The training of professional human resources has been markedly observed in higher education, and its specific measure was proposed by the Central Education Council’s special session in 2016. However, problems with a conflict of interest among stakeholders and its coordination, the role of public subsidies, and a method of evaluating the validity of a policy remain unsolved. If a system for training professional human resources is established, the system must be verified and amended. For the system to function well in the rapidly changing information-oriented society, the system design must be opened widely to local communities and the people of Japan.

application/pdf, Journal Article, 大学などで授業を行う場合、課題の選定は重要な要素である。幼稚園教諭や保育士を目指す学生にとって、情報関連の授業は必修ではあるが、あまり得意でない学生も多く、必ずしもその必要性を感じているわけではない。そこで著者は、保育者を目指す学生が将来必要となる要素を考察し、適切な課題を設定することによって、情報技能に、より興味を持ち、その必要性を理解してもらうことを思考した。具体的には、将来作成することが必要になることが推測される保護者向けの「おたより」に注目し、特殊なソフトを用いるのではなく、使い慣れたオフィスソフトを用いて、子どもも一緒に楽しく見ることができる「おたより」を作成するという課題を設定することを試行した。将来必要となる項目を選定し課題として取り組むことによって、ワードやパワーポイントなどを使うことを苦手としていた学生も興味を持って取り組むことが期待できる。その結果、学生自らが考えた様々な工夫を積極的に施し、大学で学んだ知識を、キャリアの一部として、就職後も活かすことができる力が養われることが期待できる。本稿では、その具体的な方法について述べる。

人工衛星等に搭載された合成開口レーダ(SAR)による地球観測データを用いて，地形変動前後のSARデータ組を干渉処理する干渉SAR技術が一般的になってきている。干渉SAR技術を学校教育に利用するに当たって，SARデータ及び干渉SAR処理ソフトウェア(ISP)に有償提供のものが多い点は，大きな障壁となっていた。本研究では，無償提供されているSARデータ，及びWindows上で実行可能なISPを検討し，学校教育における利用可能性を探った。

福岡県立大学人間社会学部平成28年度大学新入生を対象に、前期開講必修科目「情報処理の基礎と演習」の受講前後で、学生生活における情報機器利用実態および情報機器操作スキルの習得状況についてアンケート調査を行った。情報機器利用実態調査では、入学時と半期の授業を終えた後ではパソコン・スマートフォンの利用時間がともに増加しており、用途としても特にパソコンでは「文書作成」や「発表資料作成」が大幅に増加し、学習目的でパソコンを利用する習慣が身についていることが確認された。情報機器操作スキル調査では、入学時に操作スキルが「充分ある」または「ある程度ある」との回答が約５割に過ぎなかったのに対し、「情報処理の基礎と演習」の受講後では約９割の学生が、操作スキルが「充分ある」または「ある程度ある」と回答し、充分な情報リテラシー教育効果が見て取れた。その他、各個別項目について学生の習得度を調査し、こちらでも情報リテラシー教育効果が確認できた。

大学入学者の学力が多様化し続ける今日，大学初年次教育の重要性もますます高まっている。江戸川大学では2 年間にわたる初年次教育プログラム「アカデミック・スキル演習」を運営し，この中で，教員同士のインタラクションとともに，教材や指導方法の絶えざる最適化─＜メタボリック＞な教材・カリキュラム改善─を行っている。本論では，＜メタボリック＞な実践を報告，分析することにしたい。

近年政府の様々な会議においてIT パスポート試験を拡充することが示されている。そのため，企業人事担当者からは採用時に，学生のIT リテラシーを証明するものとして高く評価される資格であり，入社までに取得していることが望まれている。本稿では，情報文化学科における取組みについて報告する。本年度のIT パスポート試験の合格者数は19 名 （2019 年1 月末時点）であり，昨年度の合格者数を上回る結果となった。さらに，上級資格である基本情報技術者試験に2 名合格することができた。このことは，学生の資格取得に対する意識が向上した結果である。また，学習する環境としてエドクラテスを活用してe-Learning サイトを開設することができたことは大きな成果である。
