Place attachment is a crucial factor in visitors'loyalty to a tourist attraction. As a carrier of numerous symbols of revolutionary memory, a red tourist attraction functions as a memory field. Therefore it is an urgent issue for red tourism to awaken visitors'social memory through red tourism experiences and subsequently foster the feeling of place attachment. Based on a survey from 385 red tourists, this study explores the mediating role of social memory in the relationship between red tourism experiences and place attachment. The survey concludes that (1) red tourism experiences significantly and positively influence visitors'social memory, with positive effects by cognitive, emotional and cultural experiences, (2) visitors'social memory significantly and positively influences their place attachment, (3) certain red tourism experiences have a significant positive impact on visitors'place attachment, in which cognitive and emotional experiences positively affect place attachment, while cultural experiences do not have a direct influence, and (4) social memory mediates the relationship between red tourism experiences and visitors'place attachment, with cultural experiences serving as a complete mediator. Consequently, it is crucial to emphasize the creation of cultural atmosphere to enhance the uniqueness of tourist attractions, focus on interaction and narrative retelling to improve visitors'cognitive and emotional experiences, and activate tourism attraction memories through multiple ways to promote the construction of a comprehensive system of social memory content. Camellia chekiangoleosa has high oil concentration and oleic acid content, while C. semiserrata has strong growth vigor and resistance. In order to make the utmost of the advantages of C. chekiangoleosa and C. semiserrata and cultivate excellent germplasm materials, the phenotypic traits of 45 F1 hybrid progenies of C. chekiangoleosa and C. semiserrata were analyzed to grasp the phenotypic traits of the hybrid progenies. In addition, SSR markers were used to identify hybrids, and SSR markers that could be used to identify the hybrid progenies of oil tea were screened. The results were as follows: (1)The F1 hybrids of C. chekiangoleosa × C. semiserrata showed tall tree and rapid growth, and their leaf veins, sepals and stigmas were all tended to the traits of the male parent C. semiserrata, while flower and leaf morphologies and other traits were similar to the female parent C. chekiangoleosa, and the characteristics of leaf color and size were between those of the parents. (2)From the 32 SSR markers, eight fully complementary markers that could distinguish parents and determine the origin of offspring were screened out for identification of hybrid progenies, among which the hybrid identification rates of seven markers were as high as 100%, and the hybrid identification rate of one marker was 55. 56%. And 45 hybrid progenies were all true hybrids identified by the complementarity of eight markers. (3)The eight SSR markers were used to verify the ability to identify the hybrid progenies, indicating that it is feasible to use these SSR markers to identify the authenticity of the hybrid progenies of oil tea. Objective: To determine the expression of small nucleolar RNA host gene 16( SNHG16) in fibroblast-like synoviocytes (FLS) of patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and its role in the development of RA. Methods: RT-qPCR was performed to measure SNHG16, miR-182-5p and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARG) mRNA expression; dual-luciferase assay was performed to measure the interaction between SNHG16, miR-182-5p and PPARG mRNA; EdU and Transwell were performed to measure cell proliferation and invasion; Western blot was performed to measure PPARG protein level. Results: SNHG16 and PPARG mRNA expression were up-regulated and miR-182-5p expression was down-regulated in RA synovial tissue and human RA-FLS line (HFLS-RA). SNHG16 negatively targeted miR-182-5p expression and positively regulated PPARG (miR-182-5p target) expression. Silencing of SNHG16 inhibited the proliferation and invasion of HFLS-RA; down-regulation of miR-182-5p partially reversed the inhibitory effect of SNHG16 silencing on cell proliferation and invasion; overexpression of PPARG partially reversed the inhibitory effect of up-regulation of miR-182-5p on the proliferation and invasion of HFLS-RA. Conclusion: Silencing SNHG16 targeting miR-182-5p/PPARG axis inhibits the proliferation and invasion of HFLS-RA. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
