The Fe2+/Cu2+-loaded humic acid(HA)adsorbent was synthesized by impregnation method. The structure of the adsorbent after loading was characterized by FTIR and SEM analysis, and the adsorption performance of methylene blue dye was studied. The results show that the dehydration and decarboxylation reactions occur during the modification of Fe2+/Cu2+-loaded humic acid adsorbent, the surface is rough and the non-uniform pores are formed. The best adsorption condition is the dosage of adsorbent 8 g/L, adsorption time of 150 min, pH=2, reaction temperature of 25 °C, and adsorption rate is over 97%; The adsorption of methylene blue by the Fe2+/Cu2+-loaded humic acid adsorbent is in accordance with the freundlich adsorption model and belongs to chemical adsorption. 目的探讨曲美他嗪对老年慢性心力衰竭（心衰）伴室性早搏患者的治疗效果，为曲美他嗪治疗该病提供数据支持。方法选取2015年7月至2016年8月该科收治的老年慢性心衰伴室性早搏患者120例，按入组治疗的不同日期（单、双号）随机分为治疗组和对照组，各60例。治疗组患者给予口服胺碘酮加曲美他嗪治疗。对照组患者给予单独口服胺碘酮治疗，均治疗28d。比较两组治疗前后心电图、24h动态心电图变化。结果两组患者治疗后室性早搏均较治疗前明显下降，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组有效率[91.67%（55/60）]明显高于对照组[78.33%（47/60）]，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。两组患者不良反应发生情况无明显差异。结论在老年慢性心衰伴室性早搏患者的治疗中采用曲美他嗪治疗能够有效地减少患者的室性早搏，改善患者症状，提高治疗效果，值得临床应用推广。 [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
