Objective: To investigate the correlation between lung function and blood gas indexes in patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis with respiratory failure. Methods: From March 2018 to January 2020, 122 patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis were selected for diagnosis and treatment in this hospital. All patients were tested for pulmonary function and blood gas indicators, and the correlation was analyzed. Results: 122 patients were divided into respiratory failure group (n=48) and non-respiratory failure group (n=74) according to their combined respiratory failure. Forced vital capacity (FVC), forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV 1), FEV 1 /FVC, MMEF, MEF50, MEF25 values of the respiratory failure group were significantly lower than those of the non-respiratory failure group (P<0.05); The PaO 2 and Hb values of the respiratory failure group were significantly lower than those of the non-respiratory failure group (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference in PaCO 2 and pH between the two groups (P>0.05); the respiratory failure group The incidence of hypoxemia and hyperhemoglobinemia was significantly higher than that of the non-respiratory failure group (P<0.05), and there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of hypercapnia between the two groups (P>0.05). In the respiratory failure group, Spearman correlation test analysis showed that FVC, FEV 1, FEV 1 /FVC, MMEF, MEF50, MEF25 were correlated with PaO 2 and Hb (P<0.05). Conclusion: Patients with secondary pulmonary tuberculosis with respiratory failure are more common clinically, usually accompanied by decreased lung function and abnormal blood gas indexes. Objective: To explore the application of 6-minute walk test (6MWT) in evaluation of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, and to analyze the correlation of 6MWT with blood gas indexes of pulmonary tuberculosis patients. Methods: A total of 200 elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis, who were treated in Affiliated Hospital of Hebei University from January 2019 to December 2019, were chosen as experimental group, and 50 healthy individuals, who received physical examination in the hospital at the same time, as the control group. The 6MWT experiment was carried out on two groups of patients. The walking distance and SpO2 before and after experiment of two groups of individuals were measured and calculated. The lung function experiment was carried out on the patients of experimental group; the correlation of 6MWT with lung function-related indicators of pulmonary tuberculosis patients was evaluated. Results: (1) 6MWT, SpO2 and PaO2 in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and PaCO2 was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). (2) The SpO2 and PaO2 of the experimental group after experiment were lower than those before experiment, and the PaCO2 was higher than that before experiment (P<0.05). (3) The 6MWT of the experimental group was positively correlated with FEV1, FEV1/FVC (P<0.05). (4) The correlation analysis showed that the 6MWT of the experimental group was positively correlated with SpO2 and PaO2, but negatively correlated with PaCO2 (P<0.05). Conclusions: 6MWT is obviously correlated with pulmonary function and blood gas related indexes in elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. 6MWT can be used as one of the indicators to evaluate the condition of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. This paper proposed the mathematical model which based on the open location routing problem with fuzzy demands considering with the sum of location cost,routing cost,lost opportunity and additional distances.For solving the mathematical model,this paper proposed a new swarm intelligence algorithm named hybrid discrete mushroom algorithm.The algorithm used partly mapping crossover and path relinking algorithm to replaced artificial wind of original mushroom reproduction algorithm(MRA),and used the method of selecting different neighborhoods with a certain probability in the local search.It used stochastic simulation program to simulate the designed routes to compute additional distances and lost opportunity resulting from serving failure.The algorithm was successfully applied to the combinatorial optimization problems.Finally,this paper verifies the validity of the model and the performance of hybrid discrete mushroom reproduction algorithm through a series of tested instances and comparisons. Production key points of hollow polyester and cotton interwoven fabric were summarized. 16.5 tex/ 144 F hollow polyester filament was selected as warp, disperse dyeing was adopted, strength and wear resistance were enhanced by sizing. C 16 tex yarn was selected as weft, pigment and assorted colors were removed by pretrear ment. Reactive dyes and one-bath two-step method dyeing were selected. Fabric quality was further improved through finishing. The test results showed that the fabric CLO value was reached 0.48, which was twice of ordinary fabric. In view of the present most of the color image digital watermarking techniques used binary or gray images as the watermarks and these techniques were non-blind extraction .this paper proposed a blind digital watermarking algorithm to embed a color watermark image into a color host image. The algorithm analyzed essential features of Schur decomposition, by modifying the largest eigenvalue element on the diagonal of the upper triangular matrix to embed the watermark. The watermark might be extracted from watermarked image without original host image and the original watermark image to achieve the goal of blind extraction. The experimental results show that the watermarking scheme has fast speed in embedding and extraction. In addition, the value of peak signal-to-noise ratio more than 40 dB embodies the good invisibility. The solution also has a good robustness in terms of resistance of common image attack. In this study, we determined the parameters of wheat required in discrete element method (DEM) simulation by the response surface method. The repose angle is a macroscopic parameter, which is used to describe the friction and flow properties of particle material and widely applied in DEM parameter calibration for it can be measured easily. In this research, the heap of wheat was formed through the bottomless cylinder method and the repose angle was measured using a computer graphic technology. The calibration tests were conducted in laboratory and by simulation using EDEM 2.7.0 software. According to previous research, an acrylic cylinder with an inner diameter of 39 mm and a height of 120 mm was used. The wheat particles were filled into the cylinder using the "rainy method" through a square-opening sieve with 12 mm aperture and lifted with a speed of 0.05 m/s. For DEM simulation, different parameter combination tests were designed. Specifically, the Plackett-Burman test was performed to screen the significant parameters from the 8 selected parameters. It was found that the static friction for wheat-wheat and wheat-acrylic contact and the rolling friction for wheat-wheat contact had a significant effect on the repose angle, while the other 5 parameters’ influence was negligible. Then the steepest ascent test was used to determine the optimal value range of the significant parameters. In the steepest ascent test, the 5 non-significant parameters were the mid-value of the corresponding initial region, while the 3 significant parameters increased progressively until the relative errors between the simulated and the test value reached the minimum. Based on the result of the Box-Behnken test, a quadratic polynomial model for the repose angle and the 3 significant parameters was created. The analysis of variance (ANOVA) of the quadratic polynomial model showed that the model was significant and the lack-of-fit was non-significant. This means the model can be used to determine the best parameter combination. However, some terms in the quadratic polynomial model were non-significant. So, a modified regression model was established by deleting these non-significant terms. The ANOVA of the modified model showed all of the terms were desirable, and the first-order term of the 3 significant parameters, the interactive term of the wheat-wheat static friction coefficient and wheat-acrylic static friction coefficient, and the quadratic term of wheat-acrylic static friction coefficient had a significant effect on the repose angle. The interaction of the static friction coefficient for the wheat-wheat and wheat-acrylic contact was also analyzed, and it was found that the repose angle increased with the increase of the 2 parameters. However, when one of the 2 parameters (the static friction coefficients for the wheat-wheat A and wheat-acrylic B contact) was low, the growth rate of repose angle with the other parameter was larger than that when one of the 2 parameters was high. This showed that the interaction between the parameters of A and B was more significant when they were low. By solving the modified regression equation, the best combination of the parameters was obtained: wheat-wheat static friction coefficient of 0.58, wheat-acrylic static friction coefficient of 0.61 and wheat-wheat rolling friction of 0.08. The best parameter combination was validated through comparing the DEM simulation results with the test values, and it was found that there was no significant difference between them. The research shows that the parameter calibration method based on the response surface method is feasible. The objective is to acquire non-transgenic Brassica campestris mutants via CRISPR/Cas9 gene editing system，for achieving the application of CRISPR/Cas9 in B. campestris in planta transformation method and providing reference for application of marker-free gene editing technique. Using‘49 Caixin’as plant material and dehydrogenase gene（PDS）as target gene，total of 25 plants were transformed by in planta transformation via vacuum-infiltration method. The results showed that 3 of the 2 032 transformed seedlings were identified to have PDS gene editing，one of which was detected to have exogenous vector insertion and heterozygous editing of PDS gene，and the phenotype was consistent with that of the wild type. The other two seedlings had a dwarf，albino phenotype，and there was no insertion of foreign vector in their genomes. Different types of targeted mutagenesis of PDS gene were detected in these two seedlings compared with the wild type. In conclusion， gene editing can be achieved in B. campestris by CRISPR/Cas9 through in planta tissue culture-independent transformation，and particularly non-transgenic editing mutants without exogenous insertion can be obtained directly.
