With the increase of microblog users, the information of microblog platform is updating frequently. This paper proposed microblog topics detection based on SOM clustering for the features of the microblog text data sparseness, new words and non-standard words. Firstly, it pretreated the short texts from the primitive text corpus, and extracted the features of the short texts by the word vector model which reduced the computational burden caused by the high vector dimension. In order to reduce the large amount of computation just to the high vector dimensions, this paper extracted the short text feature extraction by word vector model. Then, the topic clustering could be achieved by an improved SOM clustering. The algorithm improved the traditional texts clustering shortcoming. And the algorithm could find the topic effectively. Objective This study is aimed to compare the CT number and volume of the parotid of the NPC patients between the first CT scan and the rescanning after 20 fractions.Method 14 NPC patients who had been treated were selected for analysis. Each patient was rescanned after the treatment of 20 fractions as the same protocol of the first CT sim for replanning. The CT number and volume change of the Parotid were compared and the CT number and volume change of the brain stem were also evaluated as a reference data. The results were analyzed with SPPS19, The results were analyzed with SPPS19 for t test. Results Mean right parotid CT number of the 14 patients for pre treatment and re-plan(after 20 fractions) was 6.4 and-0.5( P = 0.02)separately, the mean stand deviation was 26.5 and 35.6(P = 0.04) separately、 the mean volume was 24.6 cm3 and 16.1 cm3(P = 0.002) separately. Mean left parotid CT number of the 14 patients for pre treatment and re-plan was 4.4 and-1.8( P = 0.024) separately, the mean stand deviation is 29.7 and 35.5( P = 0.026)separately、 the mean volume was 24.1 cm3 and 16.7 cm3(P = 0.001) separately. The Mean brain stem CT number of the 14 patients for pre-treatment and re-plan was 28.7 cm3 and 28.9 cm3(P = 0.887) separately.Conclusion After the treatment of 20 fractions, the volume of the parotid was significantly shrinked, the CT number was significantly decreased and the SD of CT number was significantly increased. The volume, CT number and SD of the Brain stem did not have significant changes. The selection and identification of seeds are a key link in the process of agricultural breeding. In this study, near infrared (874-1 734 nm) hyperspectral imaging technology combined with chemometrics and image processing technology was successfully performed to identify and visualize strains of hybrid rice seeds. A total of 2700 samples of 3 different strains of rice seeds were collected, and all samples were divided into the calibration set and the prediction set according to the ratio of 2:1 using the SPXY algorithm. PCA (principle component analysis) was applied to explore the separability of different rice seeds based on the spectral characteristics of rice samples, and the preliminary results demonstrated that hybrid rice seeds of 3 different strains showed a trend of classification. The full spectrum has a large data volume, and contains a large amount of redundant and collinear information, which would affect the accuracy and calculation speed of the model. Since the optimal wavelength selection can help to extract important information from the whole data to improve the performance of the model while simplifying it, we adopted SPA (successive projections algorithm) to select sensitive wavelengths. Seven sensitive wavelengths (985.08, 1 106, 1 203.55, 1 399.04, 1 463.19, 1 601.81, 1 645.82 nm) were determined from the range of 975-1 646 nm, and these wavelengths were related to functional groups in molecules (N-H, C-H, NH3+), which indicated the reliability of the selected wavelength for modeling. Partial least squares-discriminant analysis (PLS-DA) and support vector machine (SVM) were applied to build the classification models based on the full spectra and optimal wavelengths, and an excellent classification was achieved, with the classification accuracy of over 90% for all models. The SVM model performed better than PLS-DA, and especially the full spectrum-based SVM model achieved outstanding identification results, with 99.67% classification accuracy for calibration set and 97.11% for prediction set. Compared with full spectrum-based models, optimal wavelengths-based models performed relatively worse, but still offered correct discrimination rates of over 90.22%. This results revealed that the selected wavelength is effective and reliable, which can provide a reference for on-line discrimination of different strains of hybrid rice seeds. Combined with image processing technology, the visual prediction map could be generated by inputting the average spectra of each rice seed into the SPA-SVM model, and different colors would be employed to represent different kinds of seeds. It showed that the visual analysis of the sample could intuitively identify rice seeds of different strains by these methods. The overall results indicated that near infrared hyperspectral imaging technology can be used to identify and visually predict hybrid rice seeds. The hardware resource allocation of the multi-antenna satellite ground station is an issue of combinative optimization based on constraint satisfaction. According to the analysis of task execution time, the time-window of the ground station, and the receiving capacity and the link constraints of the equipment, we establish an allocation model for the hardware resource allocation issue of the multi-antenna ground station. To maximize weighted task execution time, the scheduling algorithm improves related operators based on the classical genetic algorithm. We use the depth-first search algorithm in the progress of genetic variation to identify the optimized resource allocation method for the individual chromosome, and meanwhile the heuristic information retrieving is implemented to optimize the search process. Objective To establish a method of microbial limit tests for compound Hongjingtian oral liquid and to perform the validation of the method. Methods The validation on the microbial limit test method was conducted according to the counting method of bacteria, mycetes and yeasts and the control bacteria test method stated in the appendix of China pharmacopoeia (２０１０ edition）. Results The recoveries were over ７０％ when culture diluting method was used for staphylococcus aureus and routine test method was used for Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Candida albicans and A spergillus niger. In the test of positive control bacteria, the growth was detected, while the negative control was no growth detected. Conclusion The microbial limit test for compound Hongjingtian oral liquid is validated in this study. The amount of staphylococcus aureus can be determined using diluted culture method ; while the amounts of Escherichia coli, Bacillus subtilis, Candida albicans, A spergillus niger can be determined by conventional method.
