Tato diplomová práce se zabývá čtyřmi heterostrukturními fotokatalyzátory: GaP-, GaN-, Ta3N5- a ZnO-TiO2 s detailnějším zaměřením na syntézy GaP-, GaN- a ZnO-TiO2 materiálů. Na základě vypracované rešerše bylo vybráno několik metod, pomocí nichž byly následně materiály připraveny, tj. zejména mechanické míšení a impregnační metody v případě materiálů GaP- a GaN-TiO2 a precipitační a sol-gel metody v případě ZnO-TiO2. Větší pozornost byla zaměřena na materiály GaP-TiO2. Po zvolení vhodné metody byly tyto materiály připraveny v koncentrační řadě 0,5; 1; 3; 5; 7 a 10 hm. % GaP ve výsledném GaP-TiO2 materiálu. U připravených materiálů byly provedeny charakterizace za účelem získání informací o strukturních vlastnostech (pomocí rentgenové difrakční analýzy, Ramanovy spektroskopie), texturních vlastnostech (pomocí fyzikální adsorpce dusíku) a optických vlastnostech (pomocí difuzně reflexní spektroskopie)., This diploma thesis focused on four photocatalysts with heterojunction: GaP-, GaN-, Ta3N5- and ZnO TiO2. In detail, the synthesis of GaP-, GaN- and ZnO-TiO2 materials were studied in experimental part. Based on the created research, several methods were selected, by which the materials were prepared. More specifically, mechanical mixing and impregnation methods in case of the GaP- and GaN-TiO2 and precipitation and sol-gel methods in case of the ZnO TiO2. GaP-TiO2 materials were prepared and studied in detail. After selecting the best method for synthesis, the GaP-TiO2 materials were prepared in concentration 0.5; 1; 3; 5; 7 and 10 wt. % of GaP in GaP-TiO2 material. This investigation deals with NiMo-alumina hydrotreating catalysts effective in the deoxygenation of rapeseed oil. The main goal was to compare catalyst structure and their deoxygenation performance and to link these parameters to reveal important structural information regarding the catalyst's intended use. Catalysts were prepared from different precursors (nickel acetate tetrahydrate/molybdenyl acetylacetonate in ethanol and water vs. nickel nitrate hexahydrate/ammonium heptamolybdate tetrahydrate in water), which resulted in their contrasting structural arrangement. These changes were characterized by elemental composition determination, UV-Vis diffuse reflectance spectroscopy, temperature programmed reduction by hydrogen, nitrogen physisorption at 77 K, scanning and transmission electron microscopies, and deoxygenation of rapeseed oil. The critical aspect of high oxygen elimination was a homogeneous dispersion of NiO and MoO3 phases on the support. It subsequently led to the effective transformation of the oxide form of a catalyst to its active sulfide form well-dispersed on the support. On the other hand, the formation of bulk MoO3 resulted in the separate bulk phase and lower extent of sulfidation., Práce se zabývá zpracováním NiMo-aluminy jako efektivního katalyzátor pro deoxygenaci řepkového oleje. We describe the successful possibility of the immobilization of a photocatalyst on foam, which is beneficial from a practical point of view. An immobilized photocatalyst is possible for use in a continuous experiment and can be easily separated from the reactor after the reaction concludes. Parent TiO2, La/TiO2, and Nd/TiO2 photocatalysts (containing 0.1 wt.% of lanthanide) were prepared by the sol-gel method and immobilized on Al2O3/SiO2 foam (VUKOPOR A) by the dip-coating method. The photocatalysts were investigated for the photocatalytic hydrogen generation from an aqueous ammonia solution under UVA light (365 nm). The evolution of hydrogen was compared with photolysis, which was limited to zero. The higher hydrogen generation was observed in the presence of 0.1 wt.% La/TiO2 than in 0.1 wt.% Nd/TiO2. This is, besides other things, related to the higher level of the conduction band, which was observed for 0.1 wt.% La/TiO2. The higher conduction band's position is more effective for hydrogen production from ammonia decomposition., Popisujeme úspěšnou možnost imobilizace fotokatalyzátoru v pěně, což je významným benefitem z praktického úhlu pohledu.

Diplomová práce je v první části zaměřena na teoretický popis možnosti charakterizace strukturních vlastností ZnAl hydrotalcitů a na jejich tepelnou transformaci na příslušné ZnAl směsné oxidy a rehydrataci na rekonstruovaný hydrotalcit. V rámci druhé části diplomové práce byly vybrány tři metody příprav ZnAl hydrotalcitů. Byly připraveny ZnAl hydrotalcity o stejném teoretickém molárním poměru Zn/Al=2. V rámci jedné z příprav byla připravena koncentrační řada ZnAl hydrotalcitů s teoretickým molárním poměrem Zn/Al od 1 do 5. Hlavním cílem experimentální činnosti bylo popsat odlišnosti v strukturních a bazických vlastnostech ZnAl rekonstruovaných hydrotalcitů, a to v závislosti na způsobu jejich přípravy a molárním poměru Zn/Al. Reálný molární poměr Zn/Al v ZnAl hydrotalcitech byl stanoven rentgenovou fluorescenční analýzou (XRF). Texturní vlastnosti byly určeny pro ZnAl hydrotalcity a jejich příslušné směsné oxidy s využitím adsorpce dusíku (N2-BET). Struktura ZnAl hydrotalcitů, příslušných směsných oxidů a rekonstruovaných hydrotalcitů byla určena pomocí rentgenové difrakční analýzy (XRD). Optické potažmo strukturní vlastnosti všech ZnAl materiálů byly sledovány pomocí difusně reflexní spetkroskopie v ultrafialové a viditelné oblasti (DR UV-vis). S využitím in-situ difusně reflexní spektroskopie v ultrafialové a viditelné oblasti (DR UV-vis) byly sledovány strukturní vlastnosti vybraných ZnAl hydrotalcitů v průběhu tepelné úpravy ZnAl hydrotalcitu na směsný oxid a jeho následná rehydratace na rekonstruovaný hydrotalcit. K určení bazických vlastností bylo využito tepelně programované desorpce oxidu uhličitého (TPD-CO2), kterou doplňovala tepelně programovaná analýza (TPA). V neposlední řadě byla studována možná přítomnost reziduálního sodíku v ZnAl materiálech s využitím optické emisní spektroskopie s indukčně vázaným plazmatem (ICP-OES)., The first part of my thesis is focused on theoretical description of possibilities to characterize structural properties of ZnAl hydrotalcites and their thermal tranfsormation to ZnAl mixed oxides and rehydration to reconstructed hydrotalcite. In second part of thesis were selected three methods of ZnAl hydrotalcites synthesis. ZnAl hydrotalcites of the same theoretical molar ratio Zn/Al=2 were prepared. In case of one synthesis method there was prepared a series of ZnAl hydrotalcites with theoretical Zn/Al molar ratio from 1 to 5. The main goal of experiments was to describe differences in structural and basic properties of ZnAl reconstructed hydrotalcites in dependence of synthesis method and Zn/Al molar ratio. The real Zn/Al molar ratio of ZnAl hydrotalcites was determined by X-ray fluorescence analysis (XRF). Textural properties were described in case of ZnAl hydrotalcides and ZnAl mixed oxides using nitrogen adsorption (N2-BET). Structure of ZnAl hydrotalcites, mixed oxides and reconstructed materials were determined by X-ray difraction analysis (XRD). Structural properties of all ZnAl materials were observed by difuse reflectance spectroscopy in ultraviolet and visible light (DR UV-vis). Structural properties of selected ZnAl hydrotalcites were observed during thermal threatment to mixed oxides followed by rehydratation to reconstructed hydrotacites using in-situ diffusion reflectance spectroscopy in ultraviolet and visible light (DR UV-vis). Determination of basic properties were studied using temperature-programmed desorption of carbon dioxide accompanied with temperature-programmed analysis (TPA). The contribution deals with the synthesis of hexagonal mesoporous silica containing aluminum, silica and titanium. Catalytic performance of vanadium species supported on hexagonal mesoporous silica containing aluminum, silica and titanium was compared in the oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane. The supports and the vanadium based catalysts were characterized by using of UV-Vis DR spectroscopy, N2-isotherm, SEM and X-ray diffraction.

The aim of this work is to compare the structure and basicity of Mg-Al mixed oxides with the same Mg/Al molar ratio (Mg/Al 2) synthesised by means of different procedures. We have focused on the preparation of Mg-Al mixed oxides by the thermal pre-treatment of hydrotalcites synthesized by co-precipitation method. The individual methods differed from the application of alkaline solution used to control the reaction pH. We used two solutions, 0.5 M Na2CO3 + 3 M NaOH and 2 M NaOH, respectively. Moreover, MgO and two Mg-Al mixed oxides available to large-scale were used to compare the structure and basicity with those of materials synthesized in laboratory. The structure and basicity of Mg-Al mixed oxides were analysed by using XRD, N2-adsorption, TGA, and TPD-CO2. As found, the Mg-Al mixed oxide prepared by the thermal pre-treatment of hydrotalcite material and synthesised in the concentrated NaOH solution has exhibited a lower total concentration of basic sites as well as lower relative amount of medium/strong basic sites, in comparison with the Mg-Al mixed oxides originating from the hydrotalcites in the carbonate form.

This paper reviews the preparation, physicochemical properties and application of Mg/Al mixed oxides. Attention is focused on the activity of Mg/Al mixed oxides in transesterification of rapeseed oil. The mixed oxides were prepared from hydrotalcites by calcination and were characterized by XRD, FTIR and AAS. The aim of work was to study the effect of Mg/Al mixed oxides properties such as Mg/Al mass ratio (2-4), the temperature of calcination (450-1000 °C), time of calcination (4-17 h) and post-treatment rehydration of mixed oxides on the activity of Mg/Al catalysts in the transesterification reaction. The results show that the highest catalytic activity was observed for Mg/Al catalysts with Mg/Al mass ratio of 3, calcination temperature of 450 °C, time of calcination of 8 hours and rehydration by water. The leaching of magnesium to liquid phase was also determined and was always less than 0.1 wt. % — the catalyst was stable.

Manuscript focuses on the role of N-doping on photocatalytic behaviour of N-La/TiO2 materials in decomposition of methanol-water solution. N-La/TiO2 materials were prepared with approximately the same amounts of La (0.14-0.16 wt%) and different amounts of N (0.33-0.97 at. % of surface nitrogen). Addition of small amount of surface nitrogen significantly increased the amount of hydrogen produced for N-La/TiO2 photocatalysts in contrast to TiO2 and La/TiO2. The chemical composition (XRF, AAS, XPS), structural (XRD, Raman, XPS, TEM), textural (N-2-adsorption) and optical properties (DRS) were studied. N-La/TiO2 materials showed approximately the same specific surface area and crystallite size, with values ranging for La/TiO2 and N/TiO2 photocatalysts. For studied N-La/TiO2 photocatalysts, the photocatalytic activity increased with the increasing amount of surface nitrogen (interstitial positions, XPS), and subsequently with increasing amount of oxygen vacancies (Raman spectroscopy) and decreasing amount of surface oxygen species (surface lattice O species and hydroxyl groups evidenced by XPS)., Práce je zaměřena na roli N dopingu na fotokatalytické chování N-La/TiO2 materiálů při roykladu vodného roytoku metanolu. The aim of this work has been to compare the activity and selectivity of Mg-Fe mixed oxides in the aldol condensation of furfural with that of previously studied Mg-Al mixed oxides. Mg-Fe mixed oxides were prepared by thermal pre-treatment of hydrotalcites with a Mg/Fe molar ratio from 1.1 to 7.6. Structural and textural properties of Mg-Fe mixed oxides were analysed by using of XRD and N2- adsorption. It was found that Mg-Fe mixed oxides exhibited lower conversion of furfural in contrast to the Mg-Al mixed oxides, but being more selective to 4-(2- furyl)-3-buten-2-one (FAc). The difference in the conversion of furfural was relatively low among the Mg-Fe mixed oxides with the Mg/Fe molar ratio in the range of 1.1-5.5.

Zr/TiO2 anatase photocatalysts with 0.5, 1, 2, 5 and 7.5mol.% Zr were prepared using pressurized hot water crystallization and their photocatalytic activity was explored in acid orange 7 photodegradation. Parent TiO2 was also prepared and tested. From all tested photocatalysts, 2mol.% Zr/TiO2 showed the highest photoactivity, and 7.5mol.% Zr/TiO2 showed the lowest photoactivity. The poor photoactivity of 7.5mol.% Zr/TiO2 can be explained by the amorphous ZrO2 present in the surface layer (similar to 1-3m depth) of TiO2 anatase nanocrystallite agregates which changed the aggregate morphology and shielded the anatase nanocrystallite surface. The type and amount of defects (e.g., oxygen vacancies, lattice defects) did not effect the photoactivity of Zr/TiO2 in AO7 photodegradation. The addition of Zr to TiO2 significantly affects the photocatalyst morphology and the location where amorphous ZrO2 forms. The optimal Zr loading in TiO2 was determined to be 2mol.%. F-La/TiO2 photocatalysts were studied in photocatalytic decomposition water-methanol solution. The structural, textural, optical, and electronic properties of F-La/TiO2 photocatalysts were studied by combination of X-ray powder diffraction (XRD), nitrogen physisorption, Ultraviolet-visible diffuse reflectance spectroscopy (UV-Vis DRS), Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and X-ray fluorescence (XPS). The production of hydrogen in the presence of 2.8F-La/TiO2 was nearly up to 3 times higher than in the presence of pure TiO2. The photocatalytic performance of F-La/TiO2 increased with increasing photocurrent response and conductivity originating from the higher amount of fluorine presented in the lattice of TiO2., F-La/TiO2 fotokatalyzátory byly studovány pro svou fotokatalytickou aktivitu v rozkladu vodného roztoku metanolu. The aim of work is to study the vanadium-oxo species at V-alumina and V-silica catalysts by using of praying Mantis diffuse reflectance accessory, which enables to measure the spectra under reaction conditions. Firstly, we had focused on the elimination of setting problems with the praying Mantis diffuse reflectance accessory. Secondly, we analysed the distribution of vanadium-oxo species at Vsilica and V-alumina catalysts under oxygen atmosphere and under C2-ODH reaction conditions. It has been observed that the degree of vanadium polymerisation was higher on V-alumina in comparison to V-silica. The degree of polymerisation decreased at V-alumina and V-silica materials under presence of C2-ODH reaction conditions in comparison to the oxygen atmosphere.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fotokatalyzátorů na bázi TiO2, které byly modifikovány mědí, niklem a niobem za účelem zlepšení jejich fotokatalytických vlastností. Všechny materiály byly připraveny metodou sol-gel s obsahem příslušných kovů 0,2 hm. % a 1 hm. %. U připravených fotokatalyzátorů byly studovány strukturní, elektronové a optické vlastnosti, k čemuž bylo využito rentgenové difrakční analýzy (XRD), Ramanovy spektroskopie a difusně-reflexní spektroskopie v ultrafialové a viditelné oblasti (UV/VIS). Disertační práce se zabývá problematikou reziduí léčiv diklofenaku a naproxenu v životním prostředí, konkrétněji uplatněním heterogenní fotokatalýzy v rámci odstraňování těchto léčiv z různých vodných matric. Teoretická část popisuje vliv léčiv na vodní ekosystémy, metody analýzy reziduí léčiv a techniky jejich odstraňování. V experimentální části byla nejprve optimalizována analytická SPE-HPLC metoda pro stanovení extrémně nízkých koncentrací léčiv ve složitých matricích. Fotokatalytická degradace léčiva byla studována v laboratorním fotoreaktoru vybaveným UV-A LED diodami s maximální emisí při 365 nm. Experimentální výsledky ukázaly, že účinnost procesu závisí jak na typu a koncentraci katalyzátoru a substrátu, tak i na inženýrských procesních charakteristikách fotokatalýzy. Byl zejména pozorován významný vztah mezi složením matrice a účinností fotokatalytického procesu. Nižší reakční rychlosti byly získány s farmaceutiky rozpuštěnými v povrchové a odpadní vodě, zejména v důsledku přítomnosti řady organických látek, které spotřebovávají významné množství oxidačních činidel. Degradaci léčiv významně ovlivňovala i hodnota pH matrice, do které byla přidávána léčiva, protože předurčuje náboj částic katalyzátoru a následně adsorpci substrátů na povrchu katalyzátoru. Přítomnost H2O2 v reakční směsi zvýšila rychlost degradace, přičemž systém UV/TiO2/H+/H2O2 vykazoval nejvyšší účinnost. Rozkladné produkty nevykazovaly vyšší toxický účinek na sladkovodní řasu Parachlorella kessleri než původní léčiva., The dissertation deals with the issue of diclofenac and naproxen residues in the environment, specifically with the application of heterogeneous photocatalysis for removal of drug residues from various water matrices. The theoretical part describes the effect of the pharmaceuticals on aquatic ecosystems, the methods of drug residues analysis, and the techniques of their removal. In the experimental part, first, the analytical SPE-HPLC method was optimized for the determination of extremely low drug concentrations in complicated matrices. The photocatalytic drug degradation has been studied using a laboratory-scale photoreactor equipped with UV-A LED diodes with maximum emission spectrum at 365 nm. The experimental results showed that the efficiency of the process depended on the type and the concentration of both the catalyst and substrate as well as on the operating conditions of UV-A LED source. A significant relationship between water matrix composition and the effectiveness of TiO2 photocatalytic process has been observed. Lower reaction rates were obtained with the pharmaceuticals dissolved in surface and wastewaters due to the organic matter present which consumes some amounts of the oxidant agents. The pH of the water matrix to which pharmaceuticals were spiked in significantly affected the degradation, since it dictates the charge of catalyst particles and consequently the adsorption of substrates onto the catalyst surface. The presence of H2O2 in reaction mixture enhanced the oxidation rates, with the system UV/TiO2/H+/H2O2 providing the highest efficiency. Hlavním cílem disertační práce je (i) objasnění typů Ni-částic přítomných v Ni-Ce/Al2O3 katalyzátorech, které jsou aktivní a stabilní v oxidativní dehydrogenaci ethanu a suchém reformování methanu a (ii) vysvětlení vlivu Ce jakožto promotoru na katalytické chování Ni-Ce/Al2O3 katalyzátorů. Disertační práce popisuje přípravu nanesených Ni-Ce/Al2O3 katalyzátorů s rozdílnou distribucí Ni-částic. Pro účely přípravy Ni-katalyzátorů s rozdílnou distribucí Ni-částic byly použity různé postupy příprav, a to využití různých prekurzorů Ni-částic, odlišné teplotní předúpravy katalyzátorů či odlišný postup nanášení částic na Al2O3 matrici. V práci je sledován vliv Ce jako promotoru na rozdílnou distribuci Ni-částic. Pro účely analýzy rozdílné distribuce Ni-částic jsou využity charakterizační techniky: rentgenová difrakční analýza (XRD), difuzně-reflektanční UV-vis spektroskopie (DRS UV-vis), teplotně programovaná redukce (H2-TPR). Připravené katalyzátory jsou testovány ve dvou reakcích, a to v oxidativní dehydrogenaci ethanu (ODH) a suchém reformování methanu (DRM). Na základě takto získaných informací je diskutován vztah mezi strukturními a texturními vlastnostmí Ni-Ce/Al2O3 katalyzátorů a jejich aktivitou a stabilitou., The main goal of the thesis is (i) to clarify of Ni-species presented in Ni-Ce/Al2O3 catalysts, which are active and stable in the reaction of oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane and dry reforming of methane and (ii) clarify the performance of Ce as a promotor on the catalytic behavior of Ni-Ce/Al2O3 catalysts. The thesis describes preparation of Ni-Ce/Al2O3 catalysts with different distribution of Ni-species. For the preparation of Ni based catalysts were used different procedures like different precursors of Ni-species, different temperature of pretreatment or different impregnation order of Ni- and Ce-species on the alumina matrix. In the thesis is observed effect of Ce as a promoter which affects the distribution of Ni-species. For analysis of different distribution of Ni-species were used X-ray diffraction (XRD), diffuse reflectance UV-vis spectroscopy (DRS UV-vis) and temperature programmed reduction with hydrogen (H2-TPR). Prepared catalysts were tested in two different reactions, oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane and dry reforming of methane. The hydroisomerization leads to the conversion of linear alkanes with a low octane number to branched isomers with a sufficiently high octane number. The bifunctional heterogeneous catalysts are a combination of an acid catalyst consisting of oxides containing acidic active centers and a metal cluster, where the hydrogenation and dehydrogenation of hydrocarbon reactants take place. The zeolite-based catalysts are significant in petroleum industry for the hydroisomerization of alkanes, especially the MOR zeolite type. However, availability of active sites for the n-hexane molecule in MOR zeolite is restricted by slow diffusion in narrow channels, and overall efficiency of the catalytic process is thus limited by transport of molecules. Branched alkanes diffuse even more slowly than linear n-alkanes due to of the higher kinetic diameter. The access of acidic active sites in current industrial catalysts is typically increased by partial dealumination of zeolites, where the aluminum atoms are extracted from the framework of zeolite resulting in positive textural changes in the channel structure of the zeolite but at the same time lowering the concentration of active acidic Br?nsted centers. For these reasons, various post-synthesis methods of zeolites such as desilication, dealumination and fluoridation have been used in this work. The texture parameters of zeolites are adjusted by combination of these methods and allow easier transport of the hydrocarbon molecules to the active sites, therefore achieving a substantial increase in the rate of hydroisomerization reaction and shifting the reaction conditions to lower temperatures where the thermodynamic equilibrium is inclined to forming of multi-branched alkanes. Another important parameter for the hydroisomerization of C6 i, Hydroizomerizace lineárních nebo málo větvených alkanů, prostřednictvím alkenů, je významným procesem pro rafinaci C5 až C6 uhlovodíkových frakcí s cílem zvýšit oktanové číslo automobilových paliv. Hydroizomerizace vede k transformaci lineárních alkanů s nízkým oktanovým číslem na větvené izomery s dostatečně vysokým oktanovým číslem. Pro hydroizomerizaci alkanů se osvědčilo použití bifunkčních heterogenních katalyzátorů, které jsou kombinací kyselého katalyzátoru složeného z oxidů obsahujících kyselá aktivní centra a klastrů kovu, kde probíhá hydrogenace a dehydrogenace uhlovodíkových reaktantů. V ropném průmyslu jsou pro hydroizomeraci alkanů významné katalyzátory na bázi zeolitu, zejména typu MOR. Nicméně, dostupnost aktivních center pro molekulu C6 v MOR zeolitu je omezena pomalou difuzí úzkým kanálem a celková účinnost katalytického procesu je tak limitována transportními jevy. Větvené alkany vzhledem k vyššímu kinetickému průměru difundují ještě pomaleji než lineární n-alkany. Dostupnost kyselých aktivních center v současných průmyslových katalyzátorech je typicky zvyšována částečnou dealuminací zeolitů, kdy dochází k extrakci části atomů hliníku ze strukturní mřížky, což vede k pozitivním texturním změnám v kanálové struktuře zeolitu, ale zároveň ke snížení koncentrace aktivních kyselých Br?nstedovských center, jejichž přítomnost v zeolitu je podmíněna přítomností hliníku ve strukturní mřížce zeolitu. Z těchto důvodů byly v této práci použity různé post-syntézní úpravy zeolitů jako je desilikace, dealuminace a fluoridace. Jejich kombinací se upraví texturní parametry zeolitů, což umožní snadnější transport molekul uhlovodíků k aktivním centrům, a tím se dosáhne podstatného zvýšení rychlosti hydroizomerizační reakce, a posunu reakčních podmínek k nižším teplotám, kde je termodynamická rovnováha nakloněna k tvorbě vícerozvětvených alkánů. Dalším důležitým parametrem pro hydroizomerizaci C6 je množství kyselých center obsažených v zeolitech. Analýza role zvýšené, Fakulta chemicko-technologická, Předseda komise pro obhajobu disertační práce Ing. Jany Pastvové, doc. Svoboda, nechal hlasovat o pokračování obhajoby za nepřítomnosti jednoho z oponentů (prof. Čapek). Komise vyslovila souhlas. Poté Ing. Petr Sazama, Ph.D. přednesl stanovisko školitele a následně prof. Šulcová seznámila přítomné se stanoviskem školícího pracoviště. Bylo konstatováno, že studentka splnila všechny studijní povinnosti. Poté Ing. Pastvová přednesla členům komise výsledky své disertační práce formou prezentace. Oponenti v pořadí doc. Sobalík a doc. Bernauer přednesli své posudky. Posudek prof. Čapka přednesl předseda komise. Oponenti obdrželi odpovědi na své připomínky v písemné formě před začátkem obhajoby. V další části obhajoby probíhala diskuze se členy komise a oponenty. Autorka práce reagovala na vznesené dotazy. Komise doporučila děkanovi fakulty udělit Ing. Pastvové titul Ph.D.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou fotokatalyzátorů La-TiO2. V rámci experimentální práce je řešena příprava těchto materiálů s obsahem lanthanu od 0,2 hm.% do 2e hm.% a jejich charakterizace s ohledem na strukturní vlastnosti (XRD a Ramanova spektroskopie), optické vlastnosti (DR UV/VIS spektroskopie) a chemické složení (XRF spektroskopie). V rámci literární rešerše je pozornost zaměřena na fotokatalytický rozklad amoniaku, zejména pak na rozbor studovaných fotokatalyzátorů a reakční podmínky., This bachelor thesis is interested in problematics of La-TiO2 photocatalyst. The experimental part is focused on preparation of these materials with 0,2 ? 2 wt.% content of lanthanum and characterization of these photocatalysts with respect to structure properties (XRD, Raman spectroscopy), optical properties (DR UV/VIS spectroscopy) and chemical composition (XRF spectroscopy). V rámci diplomové práce jsem se zabývala studiem Fe-TiO2 fotokatalyzátorů. Studované Fe-TiO2 fotokatalyzátory byly připraveny třemi odlišnými metodami, jejichž vliv na vlastnosti Fe-TiO2 fotokatalyzátorů byl hlavním tématem této práce. Fe-TiO2/I fotokatalyzátory byly připraveny metodou impregnace, Fe-TiO2/K fotokatalyzátory byly připraveny metodou sol-gel s následnou kalcinací a Fe-TiO2/E fotokatalyzátory byly připraveny metodou sol-gel s následnou extrakcí. Všechny Fe-TiO2 fotokatalyzátory byly připraveny v koncentrační řadě s obsahem Fe od 0,2 do 1,5 hm. %. Jako referenční materiály byly rovněž připraveny Fe-TiO2/I fotokatalyzátory s vysokým obsahem Fe 3,5 a 5,0 hm. %. Charakterizace strukturních, optických a elektronových vlastností, stejně tak charakterizace Fe částic nacházející se v Fe-TiO2 fotokatalyzátorech byla provedena s využitím rentgenové difrakční analýzy (XRD), Ramanovy a difusně reflexní spektroskopie, fotoproudé spektroskopie a teplotně programované redukce (TPR). V neposlední řadě byla studována fotokatalytická aktivita Fe-TiO2 fotokatalyzátorů během rozkladu methanolu., In my thesis I studied Fe-TiO2 photocatalysts. The studied Fe-TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared by three different methods, the influence of which on the properties of Fe-TiO2 photocatalysts was the main topic of this work. Fe-TiO2/I photocatalysts were prepared by the impregnation method, Fe-TiO2/K photocatalysts were prepared by the sol-gel method followed by calcination and the Fe-TiO2/E photocatalysts were prepared by the sol-gel method followed by supercritical extraction. All Fe-TiO2 photocatalysts were prepared in a Fe concentration range from 0,2 to 1,5 wt. %. Fe-TiO2/I photocatalysts with a high Fe content of 3,5 and 5,0 wt. % Fe were prepared as reference materials. Characterization of structural, optical and electron properties, as well as characterization of Fe particles found in Fe-TiO2 photocatalysts was performed using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Raman and diffuse reflection spectroscopy, photocurrent spectroscopy and temperature-programmed reduction (TPR). The aim of this work has been to compare the activity and selectivity of Mg-Fe mixed oxides in the aldol condensation of furfural with that of previously studied Mg-Al mixed oxides. Mg-Fe mixed oxides were prepared by thermal pre-treatment of hydrotalcites with a Mg/Fe molar ratio from 1.1 to 7.6. Structural and textural properties of Mg-Fe mixed oxides were analysed by using of XRD and N2-adsorption. It was found that Mg-Fe mixed oxides exhibited lower conversion of furfural in contrast to the Mg-Al mixed oxides, but being more selective to 4-(2-furyl)-3-buten-2-one (FAc). The difference in the conversion of furfural was relatively low among the Mg-Fe mixed oxides with the Mg/Fe molar ratio in the range of 1.1-5.5., Cílem práce bylo porovnat aktivitu a selektivitu směsných oxidů Mg-Fe v aldolové kondenzaci furfuralu s dříve zkoumanýmni směsnými oxidy Mg-Al.

Diplomová práce pojednává o možnosti využití heterogenní katalýzy při výrobě 2-etylhexylakrylátu. V úvodu jsou popsány vlastnosti a stávající postup výroby homogenní katalýzou ve společnosti Hexion a.s. Sokolov. Dále se práce věnuje porovnání publikovaných výsledků využití pevných katalyzátorů při výrobě esterů. Důraz je kladen na využití průmyslově dostupných pevných katalyzátorů. Výsledkem rešerše je výběr pěti typů pevných katalyzátorů, které jsou dále podrobeny laboratorním experimentům. Experimentální část se věnuje porovnání aktivity vybraných typů pevných katalyzátorů za stejných reakčních podmínek. Následně je pozornost zaměřena na detailní výzkum vybraného typu katalyzátoru. Ten je podroben studiu vlivu vnější difuze, dlouhodobému experimentu, vlivu složení reakční směsi, vlivu inhibitoru, vlivu zatížení katalyzátoru, vlivu teploty a vlivu odstavení reaktoru na aktivitu/selektivitu vybraných typů katalyzátorů. Hlavním cílem uvedených testů je vymezení klíčových ukazatelů pro využití heterogenní katalýzy při výrobě 2-etylhexylakrylátu., The diploma thesis discusses the opportunity of heterogeneous catalysis in the production of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate. In the introduction, there are described properties of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate and the current processes of its production by homogeneous catalysis in the Hexion a.s. Sokolov company. The attention is also focused on the comparison of published results reporting the application of solid catalysts in the process of esters production with the emphasis on usage of industrially available solid catalysts. The outcome of the research is a selection of five types of solid catalysts, which are subsequently subjected to laboratory experiments. The experimental part is dedicated on the comparison of the activity of selected solid catalysts under identical reaction conditions. Subsequently, the attention is mainly focused on a detailed study of the catalytic behavior of selected type of catalyst. In detail, there are studied the role of external diffusion, a long term stability, reaction mixture composition, inhibitor, space velocity, temperature and reactor shutdown on the activity/selectivity of the selected type of catalyst. Tato diplomová práce přináší přehled o různých metodách dopování nanočástic oxidu zinečnatého mědí. Dále jsou zpracovány informace o analytických metodách pro vyhodnocení získaných výsledků. V experimentální části je shrnut zvolený postup dopování oxidu zinečnatého metodou "bottom-up" za účelem získání stabilních luminiscenčních vlastností nanočástic.
