Bu çalışma, yaşamdan doyum sağlamak için, bireylerin sahip olması gereken önemli bir nitelik olarak, girişkenlik özelliğine, bir grup hemşirelik yüksek okulu öğrencisinin ne düzeyle sahip olduğunu saptamak ve psikodrama grup çalışmaları ile öğrencilerin girişkenlik düzeyinde bir değişme oluşup, oluşmadığını belirlemek amacıyla yapılmıştır

Bu çalışma, hemşirelik yüksek okullarında görevli eğitimcilerin, emosyonel tükenme, duyarsızlaşma, kişisel başarı duyumuyla ilgili duyguları ile iş yaşantısı içindeki çeşitli konulardaki görüş ve düşüncelerini incelemek amacıyla yapılmıştır. Sonuç olarak, eğitimci hemşireler emosyonel tükenme ile ilgili duyguları orta düzeylerdeki sıklıklarla, duyarsızlaşma ile ilgili duyguları düşük düzeylerdeki sıklıklarla, kişisel başarı ile ilgili duyguları yüksek düzeylerdeki sıklıklarla yaşamaktadırlar. Eğitimci hemşirelerin çoğu belirli bir sürede bir çok işi olduğu duygusunu, zaman baskısını, yapabileceğinden fazlasını yaptığı duygusunu, istemediği işleri yaptığı duygusunu yaygın bir şekilde yaşamaktadırlar. Eğitimci hemşireler için, öğrenci eğitiminde önem verilmesi gereken yönler şunlardır: Nitelikli eğitim, meslek bilinci ve sevgisi, öğrencilerin kişilikleri, teorik bilgi, insan sevgisi, uygulamalara önem verilmesidir, The purpose of this study, was to determine how frequently the nursing educators academic members experierıced emotıonal exhaustıon. depersonalization and personal accomplishment. and to ınvestıgate theır opinions about different fields of their professional life. in conlusion. they were found to experience emotiorıal exhaustion in midfrequency. depersonalization in Icw-frequency and personal accomplishment in high frequency levels. On the other harıd. majority of the nursing educators were found to experience "time pressure", the feeling of "having too many dtffererıt tasks to do in a specıflc period", the feeling of "doing more than they can". and the feelings of "doing tasks that they do not want eagerly". "The consciousness and love professton" "Personal developments of studerıts", "humantsm", "theoretical knowledge" and "practıcal hints''.

Bu çalışma, Hemşirelik Yüksek Okulu öğrencilerinin empati eğilimi ve empati beceri düzeylerini belirlemek ve psikodrama grup çalışmaları ile empati eğilim ve beceri düzeylerinde bir değişiklik oluşup oluşmadığını saptamak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, empati eğilimi ve empati beceri puanlarında, oluşan artışın düşük düzeyde olduğu saptanmıştır. Bu artış, istatistiksel olarak anlamlılık göstermemiştir.

Recovery is a concept that is discussed frequently recently. This is not a new concept for mental health, although there is not a universal definition. In terms o f the health care team, recovery m eans symptom control a nd psychosocial functions, while for people positive behaviors with mental illness involves the renewal of self a nd re-discovery o f a long journey. That can vary depending on people with mental health problems a nd health care team concept. The role of psychiatric nurses in the recovery starts with listening to the life experiences of people. At this point capture the com m on m eaning of recovery is important. Recovery tried to explain with m any models a nd tools. But there is no com m on recovery model, theory or tool that can measure it. Therefore, this article, reviewing recovery perspectives of people with mental health problems andpsychiatric nurses on the concept of recovery in mental health a nd their role in the recovery process, models a nd tools for developed to assess the recovery was written, iyileşme, son zamanlara sıkça gündeme gelen bir kavramdır. Ruh sağlığında yeni bir kavram olmamasına rağmen evrensel bir tanımı yoktur. Sağlık ekibi açısından, semptomları kontrol altında tutmayı ve psikososyal fonksiyonların yenilenmesini içerirken ruh hastalığı olan bireyler açısından olumlu davranışları ve kendini yeniden bulmayı içeren uzun bir yolculuktur. Araştırma, Manisa Ruh Sağlığı ve Hastalıkları Hastanesi'nde hemşirelerin ruh hastalığına karşı tutumlarını saptamak amacıyla, betimleylci tarzda yapılmıştır. Veriler, görüşme tekniğiyle elde edilmiştir. 59 hemşire ile teketek görüşme yapılmıştır. Elde edilen velilerin değerlendirilmesiyle, hemşirelerin ruh hastalığı ile ilgili tuturnlarımn, toplumsal yapı ile paralellik gösterdiği be - lirlenmiştir. WHO, dünyada 40 milyon civarında ağır ruh hastası olduğunu bildirmiştir. Bu rakam, ruh sağlığının korunup , sü rü dü rü 1.rn est konusundaki çalışmalann gerekliliğinin ve öneminin bir göstergesidir 10 . Ruh hastalarına götürülen sağlık hizeti bir ekip hizmetidir. Ekip üyelerinin birlikte, uyum içinde, uygun ve tutarlı bir şekilde hastaya yaklaşmaları hastaya sağlanan yararı birkaç kez arttırmaktadır. There are 400 beds in this hospital . Interview technique is ıisud and the data is gathered by this technique. The statistical analysis of data showed that the nurses' attitudes weren't appropriate for therapeutic change. Nurses' attitudes vere similiar of the other people of our community.

Cornelian cherry (Cornus mas L.) has been used for centuries as a traditional herbal medicine in Europe and Asia. In this study, we aimed to describe the effect of Cornus mas L. (C. mas) on the activity of the antioxidant enzymes and a detoxification agent in rats fed a high-fat diet. Forty-eight adult Sprague Dawley rats were randomly assigned to six groups of eight animals each: Standard diet (Control), High Fat Diet (HFD), HFD + C. mas (200 mg/kg/day; 8 weeks), HFD + Atorvastatin (20 mg/kg/day; 8 weeks), HFD post-treated with C. mas (200 mg/kg/day; 4 weeks), HFD posttreated with Atorvastatin (20 mg/kg/day; 4 weeks). The activity of the antioxidant enzymes, Superoxide dismutase (SOD), Catalase (CAT), Glutathione peroxidase (GPx), detoxification agent glutathione (GSH), and oxidative stress parameter thiobarbituric acid reactive substances (TBARS) were measured in the liver tissues. GPx, SOD, and CAT enzyme levels were decreased in HFD groups compared to the control (p < 0.05). However, Cornus mas L. promoted antioxidant activity by increasing GPx, SOD, and CAT enzymes and It also reduced oxidative stress (as an increase in GSH) both in the HFD + C. mas group and the HFD post-treated C. mas group compared to the HFD group (p < 0.05). Our study showed that feeding a high-fat diet increases oxidative stress. Cornus mas L treatment improves antioxidant enzyme activity and oxidative stress parameters in the liver tissues of rats.

Ethnopharmacological relevance: Recent studies claim that Type-2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and Alzheimer\"s disease (AD) overlap in several common pathological pathways which from neuronal damage to impaired memory performance. It is known that the use of Rosa canina L. (R. canina) as medicine in folk medicine dates back to ancient times and is used in the treatment of nervous diseases in Persian medicine. However, the effect of R. canina on diabetes-related cognitive decline and memory impairment has not yet been studied. Aim of the study: We evaluated the impact of T2DM on AD-like alterations and examined the molecular mechanism of a possible effect of R. canina on cognitive alterations in diabetic rats. Materials&methods: R. canina ethanol extract was obtained by maceration method. This study was performed with male Sprague-Dawley rats fed with a high-fat diet (HFD) for 8 weeks, low-dose streptozotocin (STZ; 35 mg/kg IP) injection for 4 weeks, and R. canina (250 mg/kg; per oral) and metformin (400 mg/kg; per oral) administration for 4 weeks. The weight and blood glucose of rats were measured weekly. To evaluate glucose tolerance area under the curve (AUC) was calculated by performing an oral glucose tolerance test. Then the rats were subjected to behavioural tests, and their hippocampus and cortex tissues were obtained for biochemical and morphological analyses. Results: R. canina could manage glucose responsiveness by reducing post-prandial blood glucose levels, preventing weight loss, and raising serum insulin levels in T2DM-induced rats. Behavioural tests showed that R. canina significantly improves diabetes-related cognitive decline in recall and long-term memory. Treatment with R. canina significantly reversed HFD/STZ-induced increases in insulin, amyloid-β, amyloid precursor protein levels, and acetylcholinesterase activity in the prefrontal cortex and hippocampus. Furthermore, histological analyzes revealed the protection of R. canina against neuronal disruption in the cortical and hippocampal CA3 region caused by chronic hyperglycemia. Conclusion: Analyzed collectively, these results suggest that R. canina can correct T2DM-related cognitive decline may be attributed to insulin pathway modulation, prevention of amyloid deposition, and increased cholinergic transmission.

Nanofibers (NFs) offer an alternative option for the treatment of Alzheimer\"s disease (AD) by addressing unmet clinical problems. In this study, anti-AD drugs, donepezil (DO) and curcumin (CUR), are loaded in polylactic acid/polycaprolactone NFs. The effect of fiber diameter on drug release behavior is mainly observed, and the successful loading of DO and CUR to NFs is demonstrated. The tensile strength of DO/CUR-loaded NFs (DNFs) with lower fiber diameter is found to be higher. The working temperature is increased by the decrease of glass transition temperature and increase of the melting temperature after loading drugs. Furthermore, the increase in the percentage of swelling and decrease in the degradation rate for NFs are observed due to the increase of fiber diameter. Encapsulation efficiency and burst release percentages for DNFs are augmented by the increase of fiber diameter. Nevertheless, DNFs exhibit a sustained drug release manner over 2 weeks. NFs do not demonstrate a toxic effect on L929 (mouse fibroblast) cells, and additionally, they promote cell proliferation. Considering all these results, it is proven that the fiber diameter affects all characteristic features of NFs, and DNFs lead to a new and promising drug delivery system for the treatment of AD.

Giriş: Zamanın getirileri ve günümüzün iş yaşamı koşulları bireyin iş yaşamı ve özel yaşamı arasındaki sınırları tehdit etmektedir. İş yaşamıyla ve özel yaşamla beraber anılandan ayrı bir de “ben” olan insan için denge sağlamak önemlidir. İş yaşamındaki çatışmaların özel yaşama aktarılması, doğasında pek çok zorluk yatan hemşireliğin ve hemşireliğin özellikli bir alanı olan yoğun bakım hemşirelerinin iş yaşam dengesini tartışılır hale getirmiştir. Amaç: Araştırmanın amacı, yoğun bakım hemşirelerinin iş yaşam dengesinin incelenmesidir. Yöntem: Tanımlayıcı ve kesitsel tipte olan araştırmanın evrenini Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Hastanesi’nde çalışan 132 yoğun bakım hemşiresi oluşturmuştur (n=114). Yüz yüze görüşme yöntemiyle anket aracılığıyla verilerin toplandığı araştırmada veri toplama aracı olarak sosyodemografik kişisel veri formu ve İş Yaşam Dengesi Ölçeği kullanılmış veriler bağımsız gruplarda tek yönlü varyans analizi, bağımsız iki grup t testi, Mann Whitney U testi, Kruskal-Wallis testi ve çoklu regresyon analizi kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Bulgular: Yoğun bakım hemşirelerinin cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, medeni durum, beraber yaşanılan kişi, çocuk sahibi olma, çocuk sayısı, aylık ortalama mesai saati değişkenlerinin iş yaşam dengesine etkisi incelendiğinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark saptanmazken (p>0.05); yaş, gelir durumu algısı, çalışılan yoğun bakım, yoğun bakımda çalışma süresi, toplam mesleki tecrübe süresi, çalışma düzeni, aylık ortalama mesai saati algısı, ayrılma niyeti değişkenlerinin iş yaşam dengesine etkisinde istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark saptanmıştır (p, Introduction: The returns of time and today’s working conditions threaten the boundaries between the working life. Apart from work and private life, it is important to adjust the balance of life for the person who is an “individual". Transferring conflicts in working life to private life has made discussable the work and life balance of the nursing which is a difficult profession already and intensive care nursing which is a special part of the nursing. Aim: The aim of the study is to investigate the work and life balance of intensive care nurses. Method: This study which examines the work and life balance of intensive care nurses is descriptive and cross-sectional and the universe of this study includes 132 intensive care nurses working at Dokuz Eylül University Hospital. In this study, 114 intensive care nurses were reached by using face-to-face questionnaire method. Sociodemographic personal data form and Work and Life Balance Scale were used as data collection method. Data were analyzed by using one-way analysis of variance, t test, Mann Whitney U test and Kruskal-Wallis test and multiple regression analysis. Results: There was no statistically significant difference when we look at the effect of the variables of gender, educational status, marital status, living with someone, having children and number of children on work and life balance of intensive care nurses (p>0.05); however we can see statistically significant difference when we look at the income status, age,intensive care unit, shift of work, length of work experience in intensive care unit, monthly average working hours perception, intention to leave the work variables on work and life balance of intensive care nurses (p

The aim of this study was to produce ready to drink (RTD) iced teas from sage and linden. For this purpose, phenolics of sage and linden were extracted by pressurized hot water extraction (PHWE) and then the extracts obtained were spray dried by the addition of maltodextrin. The powders produced by spray drying were processed into RTD sage and linden iced teas by adding sucrose and citric acid. The optimum conditions of PHWE of sage and linden were at 160 °C and for 10 min and 5 min, respectively. The solubility and microencapsulation efficiency of spray dried powders were found to be greater than 97%. In addition, total phenolic content and antioxidant activity of RTD iced teas are parallel with those of microencapsulated sage and linden powders after pasteurization at 80 °C for 5 min. Giriş: Araştırmanın amacı, üniversite öğrencilerinin öfke ifade tarzlarına psikodramanın etkisini belirlemektir. Gereç ve Yöntem: Araştırma ön test- son test kontrol gruplu yarı deneysel bir araştırmadır. Araştırmanın evrenini Ege Üniversitesi Hemşirelik Fakültesi'nde kayıtlı N=1554 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini yapılan duyurular sonrası katılıma gönüllü olan ve araştırmaya dahil edilme kriterlerine uyan 21 öğrenci oluşturmuştur. Çalışma uygulama grubunda 11 birey, kontrol grubunda 10 birey ile tamamlanmıştır. Katılımcılar Sürekli Öfke Alt Ölçeği ön test puanlarına göre randomize edilmişlerdir. Veri toplama aracı olarak Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, Sürekli Öfke - Öfke İfade Tarzı Ölçeği(SÖÖTÖ), Grup Sonrası Geri Bildirim Formu kullanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesi Statistical Package fort the Social Sciences (SPSS) 21 programında yapılmıştır. Sayısal ölçümler için Mann-Whitney U testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular: Uygulama grubuna on iki oturumluk öfke temalı psikodrama grubu gerçekleştirilmiştir. Uygulama sonrası ölçümlerde uygulama ve kontrol grubunun sürekli öfke, öfke içte, öfke kontrol, öfke dışa alt ölçekleri puan ortalamasının ön test-son test farkları her boyut için ayrı ayrı karşılaştırıldığında istatiksel açıdan anlamlı fark saptanamamıştır(p>0.05). Sonuç: Araştırma sonuçlarına göre hemşirelik öğrencileri ile yürütülen on iki oturumluk öfke temalı psikodrama grubunun bireylerin öfke ifade tarzları üzerinde etkili olduğu saptanmıştır fakat kontrol grubu ile karşılaştırıldığında bu fark istatiksel olarak anlamlı bulunmamıştır. Araştırma sonuçları ilgili alan yazın kapsamında değerlendirilerek, sınırlılıkları belirtilmiştir., Introduction: The aim of this study is to determine the effect of psychodrama on anger expression of university students. Materials and Methods: The study was a quasi-experimental study with a pre-test and post-test control group having a target population of N=1554 students registered in the Ege University Nursing Faculty. The sample consisted of 21 students who met the criteria and volunteered for the study after announcements. The study was completed with 11 individuals in the practice group and 10 individuals in the control group. The participants were randomized according to their State-Trait subscale pre-test scores. Personal Information Form, The State-Trait Anger Expression Inventory (STAXI) and Group Feedback Form were used as data collection devices. The evaluations of data were done in the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 21 program. Mann-Whitney U test was used for statistical measurement. Findings: Twelve sessions of anger-themed psychodrama group was applied to the practice group. On the post-application measures; when pre-test and post-test score averages for each trait anger, anger in, anger control, anger out subscales were compared, statistically no significant difference was found (p>0.05). Results: According to the results of the study, it was determined that the twelve- sessions of anger-based psychodrama group conducted with nursing student had an impact on anger expressions of individuals but compared with the control group this difference was not statistically significant. The results of the study were evaluated in the scope of literature and their limitations were indicated.

Phenolics and essential oil of peppermint were obtained by pressurized hot water extraction (PHWE). The best extraction conditions were found to be 130 °C for temperature, 10 min for extraction time, and 3 cycles for extraction number. There were no statistically significant differences between 130 and 160 °C in terms of essential oil content. Total phenolic contents (TPC) of the extracts were higher at 160 °C than that of 130 °C. However, further HPLC analysis of the extracts revealed that hydrolysis and/or decomposition of phenolics were observed in the extracts obtained at 160 °C. The main phenolic of peppermint was determined as eriocitrin by HPLC–DAD, while menthol was the dominant component in essential oil fraction of peppermint by GC-FID. The present study demonstrated that PHWE was a suitable technique for simultaneous extraction of phenolics and essential oil from peppermint. The technique might be used as an analytical extraction tool for determination of phenolics and essential oil. Çocukları Dikkat Eksikliği Hiperaktivite Bozukluğu tanısı alan ebeveynlerin, iletişim becerilerinin çocukların yaşam kalitesi arasındaki ilişki incelemek amacıyla yürütülen araştırma tanımlayıcı desendedir. Araştırma Mart – Mayıs 2017 tarihleri arasında Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Çocuk Hastanesi Psikiyatri Polikliniği ve Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Çocuk Ruh Sağlığı Polikliniğine gelen, araştırma kriterlerini karşılayan gönüllü çocuklar ve ebeveynleri ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmada örneklem seçimine gidilmemiştir. Araştırmaya iki kurumdan 101 çocuk ve 101 ebeveyn gönüllü olarak katılmıştır. Araştırma verileri, çocukların ve ebeveynin tanıtıcı bilgilerini içeren birey tanıtım formu, Çocuklara Dikkat Eksikliği/Hiperaktivite Bozukluğu Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği (DE /HB – YK), ebeveynlere İletişim Becerileri Değerlendirme Ölçeği (İBDÖ) ve Çocuk Ana-Baba İlişki Ölçeğinin (ÇAİÖ) uygulanması ile elde edilmiştir. Ölçek puanlarının normal dağılıma uygunluğunu değerlendirilmesi için Shapiro-Wilk test istatistikleri ve ölçeklere uygun olarak parametrik olmayan yöntemler kullanılmıştır. Bulguların yorumlanmasında frekans tabloları ve tanımlayıcı istatistikler kullanılmıştır. Parametrik olmayan yöntemlere uygun şekilde bağımsız iki ve üstü grupların ölçek puanları ile karşılaştırılmasında Mann-Whitney U Testi, ve Kruskal-Wallis H Test istatistikleri kullanılmıştır. Ölçeklerin birbirleriyle ilişkisinin derecesi, yönü ve anlamlılığı Spearman Korelasyon Testi kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre; çocukların yaş ortalamaları 10.43±1.29' dur. Çocukların %20.8'i kız, %79.2'si erkekti. Çocukların %25.7'sinde DEHB' eşlik eden bir hastalık bulunmaktadır ve %89.1'i de ilaç tedavisi almaktadır. Örneklemde yer alan ebeveynlerin yaş ortalaması 38.65 ± 5.86'dır. Ebeveynlerin %28.7'si DEHB hakkında bir kaynaktan eğitim almışlardır. Soruyu yanıtlayan çocukların değişim istekleri; okul başarılarına (%20), kendilerine (%16.47), aileleri (%14.11) ve arkadaşları (%5.88) ile ilişkilerine, somut nesnelere (%14.11), dünyaya (%5.88) yöneliktir. Ailedeki toplam çocuk sayısının artması, kreşe gitmiş olma, anaokuluna gitmiş olma, anne ve baba ile birlikte yaşamaması yaşam kalitesini (ev ya da okul yaşam alanlarında) olumsuz etkilemektedir. Çocukların sözel ifadeleri bu bulguları destekler niteliktedir. Ailede başka bir DEHB tanısı almış kişinin olması, yaşam kalitesinin olumlu etkilemektedir. Ebeveynlerin iletişim becerileri ortalamaları yüksek bulunmuştur (106.0±10.51). Ebeveynlerin ÇAİÖ toplam puan ortalamaları 59.31±14.26'dır. Çocukların yaşam kalitesi puan ortalamaları ile ebeveynlerin iletişim becerileri puan ortalamaları ve ana baba ilişki ölçeği puan ortalamaları arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamı bir ilişki yoktur. Araştırma örnekleminde DEHB tanılı çocukların yaşam kaliteleri ile ebeveynlerinin iletişim becerileri arasında bir ilişki saptanmamıştır., The study, which was conducted in order to examine the relationship between communication skills of the parents, whose child was diagnosed with attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder, and children's quality of life, is of descriptive pattern. The study was conducted with voluntary children, who admitted to Ege University Faculty of Medicine Children's Hospital Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic and to Dokuz Eylul University Child Psychiatry Outpatient Clinic between the dates March-May 2017 and met the inclusion criteria, and their parents. Sampling was not performed in the study. 101 children and 101 parents from the two institutions were participated voluntarily in the study. Study data were obtained by applying an individual identification form containing identification information of children and parents, Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder Quality-of- Life Scale (ADHDQoL) for children, The Communication Skills Scale (CSS) and Child-Parent Relationship Scale (CPRS) for parents. For evaluation of consistency of scale scores to normal distribution; Shapiro-Wilk test statistics and nonparametric methods, consistently with the scales, were used. For interpretation of the results; frequency tables and descriptive statistics were used. Consistently with the nonparametric methods, for comparison of scale scores of two and more independent groups; Mann-Whitney U Test and Kruskal-Wallis H Test statistics were used. Degree, direction and significance of the interrelationship of the scales were performed by using Spearman Correlation Test. According to the results of the research; mean age of the children is 10.43±1.29. Of the children; 20.8% were female and 79.2% were male. Of the children; 25.7% had a comorbid disease and 89.1% were on a drug therapy. Mean age of the parents included in the sample is 38.65 ± 5.86. 28.7% of the parents had been trained for ADHD by some sources. Children answering the question about the change requests is devoted to school success (%20), themselves (%16.47), Family (%14.11) and friends (%5.88) relationships, concrete object (%14.11), world (%5.88). 21.97% of the children stated that they did not want anything.Children's average ADHDQoL is 62.22±13.31 field of domestic life and 61.17±13.29 in field of school life. Increased total number of children in a family, having ever been in nursery, having ever been in kindergarten and not living with parents influence the quality of life (school or home life negatively (p0.05). As a result of research, the quality of life for children with ADHD with parents ' the relationship between communication skills has not been established. A relationship between the quality of life of children with ADHD and their parents' communication skills has not been established.

Araştırma, kanser tanısı almış bireylerin yaşadığı distresi ölçmek amacıyla Wells-Di Gregorio ve arkadaşları (2013) tarafından geliştirilen James Destekleyici Bakım Gereksinimlerini Belirleme Ölçeği'nin (James Supportive Care Screening) Türk toplumuna uyarlanarak, geçerlik ve güvenirliğini yapmak amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırma, Ege Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi Hastanesi'ne bağlı Tülay Aktaş Onkoloji Hastanesi'nde yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın evrenini, Tülay Aktaş Onkoloji Hastane'sine, ayakta kemoterapi tedavisi almak için başvuran bireyler oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın örneklemini ise, araştırmaya dahil olma kriterlerini taşıyan ve araştırmaya katılmaya gönüllü olan 280 kanser tanısı almış birey oluşturmuştur. Veri toplama aracı olarak, Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, James Destekleyici Bakım Gereksinimlerini Belirleme Ölçeği (JDBGBÖ) ve ölçüt geçerliliği için EORTC QLQ-C30 Yaşam Kalitesi Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. JDBGBÖ'nin geçerlik çalışmasında ilk olarak; dil geçerliği sağlamak için, ölçeğin Türkçe'ye çevirisi ve geri çevirisi yapılmıştır. Dil geçerliği sağlandıktan sonra, içerik geçerliği için ölçek, uzman görüşüne sunulmuştur. Uzman görüşleri, Davis tekniği kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Uzman görüşlerine göre, tüm maddelerin Kapsam Geçerlik İndeksi (KGİ) istenilen değer olan 0.80'in üzerinde bulunmuştur (KGİ>0.80). Ölçeğin ön uygulamasından sonra, veriler yüz yüze görüşme tekniği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Bireylerin verdiği cevaplar, araştırmacının kendisi tarafından ölçeğe işaretlenmiştir. Ölçeğin kapsam geçerliği için, Temel Bileşenler Analizi ve Doğrulayıcı Faktör Analizi (DFA) yöntemi kullanılmıştır. Temel Bileşenler Analizine göre, ölçek orijinal yapısına uygun olarak altı faktör altında sıkıştırılmıştır. DFA uyum indeksleri değerleri kapsam geçerliği için uygun değerler arasında bulunmuştur (x2/df=2.073, RMSEA=0.62, CFI=0.91, NFI=0.90, NNFI=0.91, SRMR=0.07, GFI=0.90). Ölçeğin ölçüt geçerliliği için, ölçeğin Duygusal Sorunlar alt boyutu ile eşdeğer ölçeğin Duygusal Fonksiyon skoru arasında negatif yönde, ölçeğin Bilişsel Alanda Yaşanan Sorunlar alt boyutu ile eş değer ölçeğin Kavrama Fonksiyon skoru arasında negatif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Ayrıca ölçeğin Fiziksel Belirtiler alt boyutu ile eş değer ölçeğin Semptom Ölçeği arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. Bu bulgulara göre, James Destekleyici Bakım Gereksinimlerini Belirleme Ölçeği Türk toplumu için geçerli bir ölçme aracıdır. JDBGBÖ'nin güvenirlik çalışması için ilk olarak, madde-toplam puan korelasyonları incelenmiştir. Madde 28'in madde-toplam puan korelasyon değeri en az istenilen değer olan 0.20 altında ve korelasyon için hesaplanan p değeri istatistiki açıdan anlamsız bulunmuştur (r=0.068, p=0.253). Madde 28, ölçekten çıkarıldığında, ölçeğin Cronbach alfa'sında önemli derecede değişiklik oluşmadığı ve orjinal ölçeğin kuramsal yapısını bozmamak adına madde çıkarma işlemine gidilmemiştir. Ölçeğin Cronbach alfa değeri 0.918 olarak, alt boyut Cronbach alfa değerleri ise; 0.549 ile 0.875 arasında bulunmuştur. JDBGBÖ'nin zaman karşı değişmezliğini belirlemek için, ölçek birinci uygulaman iki hafta sonra 30 kişiye tekrar uygulanmış ve iki ölçüm arasındaki ilişki değerlendirilmiştir. İlk ve son ölçümler incelendiğinde; alt boyut toplam puan ve ölçek toplam puan korelasyonları arasında pozitif yönde ileri düzeyde anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur (p, The study was conducted in order to determine the validity and reliability of James Supportive Care Screening developed by Wells-Di Gregorio and his friends (2013) by applying it to Turkish society to measure the distress experienced by patients who were diagnosed as cancer. The study was conducted in Tülay Aktaş Hospital of Oncology contained within Ege University, Faculty of Medicine. The population of the study was chemotherapy outpatients applied to Tülay Aktaş Hospital of Oncology. 280 patients with cancer diagnoses who volunteered to join and met the participation criteria of the study made up the research sample. Descriptive Information Form, James Supportive Care Screening and EORTC QLQ-C30 Quality of Life Scale which was used for criterion validity, were used as data collecting tools. First translation to Turkish and re-translation of the screening was done for language validity in the validity study of James Supportive Care Screening. After providing the language validity, the screening scale was submitted for expertise for content validity. Expertise was evaluated by Davis technique. According to experts Content Validity Index (CVI) of all items was above the required value 0.80 (CVI>0.80). After the pre-application of the scale, data was collected via face to face interviews. The answers provided by the subjects were marked by the researcher on the scale. Principal Component Analysis and Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) were used for construct validity of the scale. Through the Principal Component Analysis, the scale was compress as six-factors, complying with the original scale. CFA fit indices values (x2/df=2.073, RMSEA=0.62, CFI=0.91, NFI=0.90, NNFI=0.91, SRMR=0.07, GFI=0.90) were determined as sufficient for providing construct validity. For criterion validity of the scale; it was found negative relation between Emotional Concerns sub-dimension of the scale and Emotional Function rating of equivalent scale, negative relation between Cognitive Concerns subscale of the scale and Comprehensive Function rating of the equivalent scale. In addition it was found a positive relation between Physical Symptom subscale of the scale and Symptom Scale of the equivalent scale. Based on these findings; James Supportive Care Screening is a valid scaling tool for Turkish society. For reliability studies of James Supportive Care Screening, first correlations between items and total scores were evaluated. Correlation point of item 28 (r=0.068) was found to be below the minimum required value of 0.20 and calculated p value for correlation of item 28 found statistically insignificant (r=0.068, p=0.253). Dismiss of the article was not preferred to avoid disruption of original theoretical structure of the scale and because there was no significant difference in Cronbach alpha of the scale in case of dismissal. Cronbach alpha value of the scale was found to be 0.918 while subscale Cronbach alpha values were between 0.549 and 0.875. Bu çalışmanın amacı, ebeveyninde bipolar bozukluk olan gençlerin benlik tasarımlarını incelemektir. Araştırma ebeveyninde bipolar bozukluk olan 131 genç ile yürütülmüştür. Araştırmaya katılan gençlere Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve Benlik Tasarımı Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Ebeveyninde bipolar bozukluk olan gençlerin sosyo-demografik özelliklerinden yaş, cinsiyet, eğitim durumu, medeni durum ve aile yapısı ile benlik tasarımı puan ortalamaları arasında anlamlı bir fark bulunmazken gelir düzeyi ile benlik tasarımı puan ortalmaları arasında anlamlı farklılık saptanmıştır. Gelir düzeyi yüksek olan gençlerin, gelir düzeyi düşük olan gençlere oranla benlik tasarımı ölçeğinden aldıkları puanların daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Ebeveyninde bipolar bozukluk olan gençlerin hangi ebeveyninin hasta olduğu, hasta olan ebeveynin eğitim durumu, yaşı, hastalık tanı yılı ve hasta ebeveynle birlikte yaşama yılı benlik tasarımı puan ortalamalarını etkilememiştir. Ancak yetişirken anne babası dışında büyükannesinden ve büyükbabasından destek alan gençlerin benlik tasarımı ölçeğinden aldıkları puanların daha yüksek olduğu bulunmuştur. Ebeveyninde hastalık olmayan gençlerin oluşturduğu örneklemlerle kıyaslandığında ebeveyninde bipolar bozukluk olan gençlerin benlik tasarım puan ortalamasının daha düşük olduğu görülmektedir. Bu gençlerin benlik tasarımlarının olumlu yönde arttırılabilmesi için uzman desteğine ihtiyaçları vardır. Ruh sağlığı ekibinin bir üyesi olarak uzman psikiyatri hemşirelerinin bu bağlamdaki müdahaleleri olumlu katkı sağlayacaktır., The purpose of this study is to examine the self-concept of young people having parents with bipolar disorder. The study was conducted with 131 young people having parents with bipolar disorder. A Descriptive Information Form and the Self-concept Scale were applied to the young people participating in the study. While no significant difference was found between age, gender, educational status and family structure among socio-demographic characteristics of young people having parents with bipolar disorder and their self-concept mean scores, there was a significant difference between income level and self-concept mean scores. It was determined that the young people with higher income level obtained higher scores from self-concept scale compared to the young people with lower income level. Which parent suffered from this order, educational status and age of ill parent, diagnosis year of the disorder and number of years young people lived with ill parent did not affect self-concept mean scores of the young people having parents with bipolar disorder. However, the young people receiving support from their grandmother and grandfather apart from their parents during their upbringing period obtained higher scores from self-concept scale. When compared to samples including young people having parents with no disorder, it was observed that the young people having parents with bipolar disorder had a lower self-concept mean score. These young people need an expert support in order to enhance their self-concept positively. Related interventions of specialized psychiatric nurses as a member of mental health team would make positive contribution.

Bu çalışma, madde kullanım bozukluğu olan ve olmayan ergenlerin bağlanma stilleri arasındaki ilişkinin araştırılması, bağlanma stilinin, ebeveyn tutumlarının ve sosyal desteğin madde kullanımına etkisinin değerlendirilmesi amacı ile yapılmış, tanımlayıcı tipte bir araştırmadır.Araştırma 272 madde kullanım bozukluğu olan ve 272 madde kullanım bozukluğu olmayan, aynı sosyo-demografik özelliğe sahip 14-18 yaşları arasındaki basit tesadüfi yöntemle seçilmiş ergenlerle yapılmıştır. Araştırma, mayıs-temmuz 2012 tarihleri arasında İzmir ili metropolünde yer alan madde bağımlılığı merkezi polikliniğine başvuran basit tesadüfi yöntemle seçilmiş 14-18 yaşları arasındaki madde kullanım bozukluğu olan ergenler ve aynı sosyo-demografik özelliklere sahip resmi liselerin 9,10,11,12'inci sınıflarında eğitim gören 14-18 yaşları arasındaki basit tesadüfi yöntemle seçilmiş ergenler ile yürütülmüştür.Araştırmacı tarafından İzmir Milli Eğitim Müdürlüğü ve Ege Üniversitesi Çocuk ve Ergen Alkol Madde Bağımlılığı Araştırma ve Uygulama Merkezi'nden gerekli izinler alındıktan sonra ebeveynleri tarafından araştırmaya katılımı onanan ve araştırmayı sürdürecek düzeyde ruhsal iyilik düzeyine sahip olan ergenler ile yüz yüze görüşülerek, sosyo-demografik özelliklerin yer aldığı Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, İlişki Ölçekleri Anketi, Anne- Baba Tutum Ölçeği ve Çok Boyutlu Algılanan Sosyal Destek Algısı Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin sayı, yüzde dağılımı, medyan, standart sapma ve minimum-maximum değerleri hesaplanmıştır. Bağımlı ve bağımsız değişkenler arasındaki ilişkiyi belirlemek üzere Independent t testi, Mann-Whitney U testi, Kendall Tau-b ve Spearman's Rho korelasyon testleri, Pearson Chi-square testi ve Lojistik regresyon analizi kullanılmıştır.Araştırma sonucunda madde kullanım bozukluğu olan ergenlerin madde kullanım bozukluğu olmayan ergenlere göre, daha düşük düzeyde güvenli ve saplantılı bağlandığı, daha yüksek düzeyde korkulu ve kayıtsız bağlandığı; toplam sosyal destek algısının ve aile desteği algısının madde kullanım bozukluğu olmayan ergenlere göre, daha düşük olduğu; ailelerinin daha az kabul-ilgi, kontrol-denetleme gösterdiği ve psikolojik özerklik sağladığı bulunmuştur.Güvenli bağlanma ile ebeveynin kabul ve ilgisi, aile desteği ve toplam sosyal destek arasında; saplantılı bağlanma ile aile desteği ve toplam sosyal destek arasında; kayıtsız bağlanma ile ailenin kabul ve ilgisi, aile desteği ve toplam sosyal destek arasında pozitif yönde ilişki saptanmıştır.Ayrıca İlişki Ölçekleri korkulu bağlanma alt boyutu ile psikolojik özerklik, arkadaş desteği, uzman kişi desteği arasında; saplantılı bağlanma alt boyutu ile psikolojik özerklik ve uzman kişi desteği arasında, kayıtsız bağlanma alt boyutu ile psikolojik özerklik arasında olumsuz yönde korelasyon saptanmıştır.Sonuç olarak bulgular, madde kullanım bozukluğu olan ve olmayan ergenlerin bağlanma stilleri, anne baba tutumları ve sosyal destek algıları arasında farklılık olduğunu göstermiştir.Elde edilen sonuçlar doğrultusunda madde kullanım bozukluğu olan ergenlere ve ailelerine psikiyatri hemşiresi tarafından yapılandırılmış, destekleyici, terapötik bir ruhsal destek programı verilmesi halinde ergenin çevresi ile güvenli ilişkiler kurmasına yardımcı olunacaktır. This research is a descriptive field study conducted in order to investigate of the differences between normal adolescence and adolescence diagnosed with substance use disorder and was to evaluate the effect of attachment style, parent attitude and social support on substance use.The research was carried on total 544 adolescence consist of 272 adolescence diagnosed with substance use disorder and 272 normal adolescence who have similar socio-demographic characteristics with adolescence diagnosed with substance use disorder, between 14-18 years old, chosen with the simple randomly method. In the research, population has been composed of adolescence between 14-18 years old who resort to polyclinic of drug addiction center and 9th,10th,11th,12th grade high school students -selected by randomly-who have attended governmental school in İzmir Metropolitan between may- july 2012.Identifier information form, Parenting Style Inventory, Multidimensionel Scale of Perceived Social Support and Adolescent Relationship Scales Questionnaire was applied to adolescence who have mental well-being to maintaining participating and getting informed consent from adolescence?s parents. After givin permission by the researcher from National Education Ministry and Ege University Drug Addiction Center for Child and Adolescence in Izmir. Data were collected through a face to face from adolescences .According to the data obtained in the research, number and percentage distribuitons, median, standart deviation, min max values were calculated. Independet t Test, Mann-Whitney U test, Kendall Tau-b and Spearman's Rho correlation tests, Pearson Chi-square test and Logistics Regression analysis were used to determine the relation between dependent variables and independent variables.At the end of the research, the adolescence diagnosed with substance use disorder had less secure and preoccupied attachment than normal adolescence and more fearful and dismissed attachment. Also the adolescence diagnosed with substance use disorder had less family and total social support than normal adolescence and their family broght them less parental acceptance and involvement, less control attitude, and psychological autonomy.There was positive corelation between secure attachment style with parental acceptance and involvement, family support, total social support and preoccupied attachment style with family support, total social support. Significant positive correlations were found between dismissed attachment style and parental acceptance and involvement, family support, total social support..Also there was a significant negative correlation between psychological autonomy, support from friend and fearful attachment style subscales of Adolescent Relationship Scales Questionnaire and there was a negative correlation between preoccupied attachment with psychological autonomy and dismissed attachment with psychological autonomy.In conclusion, there were differences between the adolescence diagnosed with substance use disorder and normal adolescence about attachment style, parent attitude and social support.According to the results of this study, in order to given the therapeutic, structured mental support program by psychiatric nursing to adolescences and their family who have substance use disorder. 136

Yoğun Bakım Hemşirelerinin Ruhsal Durumları İle Ölüme Karşı Tutumları Arasındaki İlişkinin Saptanması, Ege Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü Psikiyatri Hemşireliği Yüksek Lisans Tezi, İzmir, 2013. Araştırma, yoğun bakım hemşirelerinin ruhsal durumları ile ölüme karşı tutumları arasındaki ilişkiyi incelemek amacıyla yapılmış tanımlayıcı ve ilişkisel tipte bir araştırmadır. Araştırma üç farklı hastanenin reanimasyon yoğun bakımlarında çalışan ve araştırmaya katılmayı kabul eden 91 hemşireyle yürütülmüştür. Veriler Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, Kısa Semptom Envanteri ve Ölüme Karşı Tutum Ölçeği kullanılarak toplanmıştır. Verilerin değerlendirilmesinde Kruskal-Wallis, Mann Whitney U testi ve Pearson Korelasyon Testi kullanılmıştır. Araştırma da, kronik/akut hastalık varlığı, geçirilmiş ruhsal hastalık varlığı, şu anda ruhsal hastalığının olması, ölüm konusunda aldığı eğitimi yeterli bulup/bulmama durumu, çalıştığı birim seçimini kendinin yapıp/yapmaması, aileye ölüm haberini verme, ölüm olayları karşısındaki duyguları değişkenleri hemşirelerin ruhsal durumlarını etkilerken; medeni durum ve ölüm olayı karşısındaki duyguları değişkenleri hemşirelerin ölüme tutumlarını etkilemiştir (p < 0.05). Ayrıca yoğun bakım hemşirelerinin kısa semptom envanteri ile ölüme karşı tutum ölçeğinin korelasyonu karşılaştırıldığında; kısa semptom envanterinin hostilite, fobik anksiyete ve psikotisizm alt boyutları ile ölüme karşı tutum ölçeğinin kaçış kabullenme alt boyutu arasında pozitif yönde zayıf bir ilişki saptanmıştır. Study was carried out with ninety-one nurses working at reanimation intensive care unit of three different hospitals and accepting to be part in the study. Parameters were gathered by using Introductory Information Form, Brief Syptom Inventory and Death Attitude Profile Revised (DAP-R). Kruskal-Wallis, Mann-Whitney U test and Pearsons Correlation Test were used in evaluating the parameters..Whilst absence of chronic / acute disease, previous mental illness, to have mental illness at present, adequateness of the education on the death cases, making the unit selection on her own or not, death knell to the family and their emotive variables about death cases affects the nurses mental state, emotive variables about marital status and the death case affects the attitudes of the nurses on the death. Besides when the correlation of brief symptom inventory and death attitude profile compared; a positively poor relation was found between brief symptom inventorys hostility, phobic anxiety and lower dimensions of psychoticism and in lower dimensions of acceptance escape of death attitude profile. Bu araştırma, içselleştirilmiş damgalamayı azaltmaya yönelik olarak hazırlanan bir psikoeğitim programının etkinliğini belirlemek amacıyla, deney-kontrol deseninde deneysel bir araştırma olarak yapılmıştır.Araştırma, 1 Haziran 2010- 2 Mayıs 2011 tarihleri arasında bipolar bozukluk tanısı alan hastalarla yürütülmüştür. Araştırmanın örneklemini 47 hasta (24 deney, 23 kontrol) oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın etiği için kurumlardan ve hastalardan yazılı izinler alınmıştır.Psikoeğitim sonrası deney grubunda, Yabancılaşma kalıp yargıların onaylanması algılanan ayrımcılık sosyal geri çekilme gibi RHİDÖ alt ölçekleri puan ortalamalarının istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde azaldığı, damgalamaya karşı direnç alt ölçeği puan ortalamasının anlamlı farklılık göstermediği belirlenmiştir. Sontest RHİDÖ toplam puan ortalaması deney grubunda kontrol grubuna göre istatistiksel olarak anlamlı düzeyde azalmıştır.Bu sonuçlar, içselleştirilmiş damgalamaya yönelik olarak hazırlanan bir psikoeğitim programının bipolar bozukluk hastalarının içselleştirilmiş damgalama düzeylerine olumlu yönde etkisinin olabileceğini ortaya koymuştur. This research was done in experimental-control design as experimental study to determine the effectiveness of psychoeducation that prepared towards to reduce internalized stigma.Research was carried out between 1 June 2010-2 May 2011 with patient who have bipolar disorder diagnosis. 47 patients (24 experimental, 23 control) formed the sample of research. For ethic of the research, written approvals taken from ınstitutes and patients.After psychoeducation in experimental group, these were determined that, alienation, stereotypes endorsement, perceived discrimination, social withdrawn sub scale mean score get decreased as statistically significant, the mean score of stigma resistance sub scale didnt show significant differences Postest ISSMI total mean score has decreased as statistically significant in experimental group according to control group.This result put forward that, psychoeducation which designed towards to internalized stigma may have positive effect on the internalized stigma level of bipolar disorder patients. 205

Bu araştırma Miyokard İnfartüsü geçirmiş bireylere verilen psikoeğitimin tedavideki etkinliğini ve psikososyal uyuma etkisini incelemek amacıyla, deney-kontrol deseninde yarı deneysel bir araştırma olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma, Ege Üniversitesi Kardiyoloji Anabilim Dalı ve Manisa Özel Sekiz Eylül Hastanesi Kardiyoloji Polikliniğine başvuran Miyokard İnfarktüsü geçirmiş hastalarla Haziran 2010-Mart 2011 tarihleri arasında yürütülmüştür. Örneklem seçim kriterlerini karşılayan ve psikoeğitim görüşmelerini katılmaya gönüllü 30 deney grubu ve 30 kontrol grubu seçilen 60 hasta oluşturmuştur. Psikoeğitim girişimleri araştırmacı tarafından ilgili literatür doğrultusunda geliştirilmiştir. Bireysel olarak deney grubu ön test ve son testleri tamamlanan 30 hastanın her biriyle 6 kez olmak üzere eğitim ve görüşme yapılarak uygulanmıştır. Araştırmanın verileri gerekli izinler alındıktan sonra, hastalara ön test ve son test uygulanarak iki aşamada toplanmıştır. Verilerin toplanmasında Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu ve Hastalığa Psikososyal Uyum- Öz Bildirim Ölçeği (PAIS-SR) kullanılmıştır. Veriler sayı, yüzde dağılımı ve paired sampled t test kullanılarak değerlendirilmiştir. Psikoeğitim uygulamaları sonrasında deney grubu hastaların PAIS-SR (toplam) ön test puan ortalaması 40.67±12.28, son test puan ortalaması 32.71±11.01 olarak bulunmuştur. Arastırma, hemsirelerin, adli psikiyatri hastasına yönelik tutumlarını belirlemek amacıyla bir ölçek gelistirmek ve gelistirilen ölçegin geçerlik ve güvenirligini saptamak amacıyla, metodolojik tipte planlanmıs ve uygulanmıstır. Arastırmanın evrenini, Türkiye’de yer alan Saglık Bakanlıgı’na baglı Ruh Saglıgı ve Hastalıkları Hastalıkları Hastaneleri’nde çalısan tüm hemsireler (N=910) olusturmaktadır. Evrenin tümü arastırmaya dahil edilip, örneklem seçimine gidilmemistir. Arastırma katılmayı kabul eden 650 hemsire ile yürütülmüstür. Veri analizinde, ölçegin %85’i doldurulmayan 30 anket ve ölçekteki en az bir maddenin yanıtsız bırakıldıgı 84 anket geçerlik ve güvenirlik degerlendirmesi dısında bırakılarak, verilerin degerlendirmesi toplam 536 anket üzerinden yapılmıstır. Arastırmada, Tanıtıcı Bilgi Formu, Ruhsal Hastalıga Yönelik nançlar Ölçegi (RH Ö) ve Adli Psikiyatri Hastalarına Yönelik Hemsire Tutum Ölçegi (APHHTÖ) kullanılmıstır. APHHTÖ niteliksel (kuramsal) ve niceliksel olmak üzere iki süreçte gelistirilmistir. Kuramsal süreçte “odak grup görüsmesi” ve “kompozisyon formları” ve literatürde psikiyatri alanında gelistirilmis çesitli tutum ölçekleri kullanılmıstır. Elde edilen verilerin niteliksel analizi sonrasında 115 maddeden olusan APHHTÖ aday formu gelistirilmistir. Niceliksel süreçte, kapsam geçerliligi için Lawshe teknigi kullanılmıs ve yapılan uzman degerlendirmesi sonrasında 35 maddelik ilk form olusturulmustur. Bu formun tüm evrene uygulanmasından sonra yapılan geçerlik ve güvenirlik degerlendirmeleri sonucunda 10 maddesi çıkarılarak, APHHTÖ’nin 25 maddeden olusmasına karar verilmistir. APHHTÖ’in geçerlik ve güvenirlik çalısmasında kapsam geçerlik indeksi (KG ) .69, RH Ö ile olan uyum geçerliligi .44, iç tutarlılıgı belirleyen Cronbach Alpha katsayısı .86 ve küme içi korelasyon katsayısı .86, ön-test ile son-test arasındaki tutarlılıgı belirleyen kararlılık katsayısı .69 bulunmustur. Ön-test puan ortalamaları ile son-test puan ortalamaları arasındaki fark istatistiksel olarak da anlamlı bulunmamıstır (t=0.247, p>0.05). Yapılan faktör analizi dogrultusunda APHHTÖ’nin, “sosyal mesafe (21, 22, 23, 24. maddeler)”, “bakım vermede isteklilik (13, 16, 17, 18, 19, 26, 27. maddeler)”, “güven (14, 15, 25, 29, 30, 32, 33, 34. maddeler)” ve “tehlikeli görme (1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7. maddeler)” olmak üzere dört alt boyuttan olustugu saptanmıstır. Ölçekteki pozitif maddelerin her biri “Kesinlikle Katılmıyorum (1)’dan, “Tamamen Katılıyorum (5)”a dogru, negatif maddeler ise tam tersi olacak biçimde 5’li likert seklinde düzenlenmistir. Ölçekten elde edilecek en yüksek puan “125”, en düsük puan “25”dir. Yüksek puan adli psikiyatri hastasına yönelik olumlu tutumu göstermektedir. Bu veriler dogrultusunda, Adli Psikiyatri Hastalarına Yönelik Hemsire Tutum Ölçegi”nin geçerli ve güvenilir bir ölçek oldugu belirlenmistir.

ÖZET Bu araştırma Ege Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimlerine bağlı okullarda öğrenim gören öğrencilerin kendini açma özelliklerini incelemek amacıyla tanımlayıcı olarak yapılmıştır. 1997-1998 öğretim yılında Ege Üniversitesi Sağlık Bilimlerine bağlı Tıp Fakültesi, Eczacılık Fakültesi, Diş Hekimliği Fakültesi, Hemşirelik Yüksek Okulu son sınıflarında okuyan 145 öğrenci araştırma kapsamına alınmıştır. Araştırma verileri öğrencilerin tanıtımına ilişkin bilgileri kapsayan bilgi formunun ve Jourard Kendini Açma (Self Disclosure) Envanterinin uygulanması ile toplanmıştır. Elde edilen verilerin değerlendirilmesinde sayı ve yüzde dağılımları, aritmetik ortalama (x), standart sapma (ss), student-t testi ve varyans analizleri uygulanmıştır. Araştırmada elde edilen sonuçlar şunlardır: *Öğrencilerin kendini açmak için aynı cins arkadaşlarını daha fazla tercih ettikleri,.öğrencilerin düşünce ve görüşleri ile zevk ve ilgilerine yönelik konularda diğer konulara göre daha açık davrandıkları, *Kız öğrencilerin erkek öğrencilere göre kendilerini daha fazla açtıkları, *Çekirdek aile yapısına sahip öğrencilerin diğerlerine göre kendilerini daha fazla açtıkları, *Kardeşi olmayan öğrencilerin diğerlerine göre kendilerini daha fazla açtıkları, *Babaları ile ilişkileri iyi olan öğrencilerin kendilerini daha fazla açtıkları, insanlarla iletişim kurmada zorluk çeken öğrencilerin kendilerini daha az açtıkları, *Kendini yeterince açamadığını düşünen öğrencilerin daha düşük puan aldıkları sonuç olarak kendilerini yeterince açamadıklarının farkında oldukları, *Kız öğrencilerin erkek öğrencilere göre anneye, aynı cins arkadaşa, öğretmene kendilerini daha fazla açtıkları, 54*Kız öğrencilerin erkek öğrencilere göre düşünce ve görüşleriyle, okulla, aileyle, cinsellikle ilgili konularda kendilerini daha fazla açtıkları, *Hemşirelik Yüksek Okulu öğrencilerinin diğer okullardaki öğrencilere göre aynı cins arkadaşlarına ve öğretmenlerine daha fazla açıldıkları, *Hemşirelik Yüksek Okulu öğrencilerinin diğer okullardaki öğrencilere göre düşünce ve görüşleriyle, okulla, aileyle ilgili konularda kendilerini daha fazla açtıkları saptanmıştır. Araştırmada bu sonuçlar doğrultusunda çeşitli önerilerde bulunulmuştur. 55 SUMMARY The research, a descrptive one, has been done to examine Self Disclosure characteristics of E.U. Healt depertment students.The research covers, one year period from 1997 to 1998.145 last class students in depertments ; medicine, pharmaceutics, dentistry, nursing undergraduate school of E.U are included in this research.. Data has been obtained from application form that including knowledge about students and Self Disclosure Questionaire of data are evaluated according to number and percentage distribution, aritmetic mean (x), standart deviation (SD). Also, student T test and analyses of variance are used for isthatisticel. The result of the reseach are as follows; the students prefer same genus of friends more to disclose their selves, the students are more discloseable according to their stylish and relation which belongs to their ideas and in visibilities than other the subjects.the girl students disclose theirselves more than boy students, the. students who have member of small familie disclose theirselves more than others, the students haven't got sibling disclose theirselves more than others.the students whose contacts are good with their fathers disclose theirselves more than others, the students who are hard in communication with people discole theirselves less than the others, the students who think that it's enougha to disclose theirselves are getting low points, as a result of this they know that it's not enough to disclose theirselves. The girl students disclose theirselves to mother, to the same genus of friend, to a teachermore than the boy students, the girl students disclose theirselves about the their ideas and the invisibilities, the school, the family more than the boy students, the students of.undergraduate Nursing scool are more discloseable to their same genus of friend and to their teachers than the other students, the students of undergraduate Nursing scool are more discloseable about their ideas and invisibilities, the scool, the family than other students. Some suggestions have been made in accordance with the results of the research. 56 63
