Captopril is a selective inhibitor of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) and is formulated by several pharmaceutical companies in Indonesia. This study was conducted to compare the bioavailability of a captopril tablet with reference products in healthy volunteers. The relative bioavailability of captopril was determined in single dose, randomized, crossover, and two-phase studies. The relative bioavailability of the test product (a generic captopril 50 mg tablet) with respect to the reference product was determined. Twelve healthy volunteers in two groups took part in these studies and took either the test or reference tablets in the first phase and received the other tablet in the second phase of each study. The bioavailability parameters include the peak concentration of captopril in serum (Cmax); the time to achieve the peak concentration (Tmax); and the area under the curve of captopril in serum versus time. Non-compartmental analysis on observed concentration versus time data has resulted in the mean value of Cmax of 545.26 ± 22.90 ng/mL (test product) and 548.91 ± 25.07 ng/mL (reference product) and mean Tmax of 1.13 ± 0.08 hours (test product) and 1.08 ± 0.08 hours (reference product), mean of AUC0-7 value of 1820.51 ± 75.31 ng. hour/mL (test product) and 1822.09 ± 99.29 ng. hour/mL (reference product), and mean of AUC0-inf value of 1967.83 ± 95.65 ng. hour/mL (test product) and 1996.94 ± 124.52 ng. hour/mL (reference product). Based on the data, it can be concluded that there is no significant difference (p>0.05) in bioavailability between both captopril Tablet (test and reference product). [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

This study aims to explore the ethnomathematics concepts found in traditional Banyumas foods and their potential as mathematics teaching materials for junior high school students. Using an ethnographic approach within a qualitative research framework, data were collected through observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. The study results indicate that traditional Banyumas foods, such as rempeyek, nopia, and getuk goreng, contain various mathematical concepts. These concepts are reflected in the shapes of the food, cooking utensils, and packaging, resembling two-dimensional shapes like squares and circles, as well as three-dimensional shapes like cylinders, cubes, and half-spheres. Additionally, the concept of similarity is also observed in certain aspects of the food and its utensils. Based on these findings, the researchers recommend integrating ethnomathematics concepts of measurement and shape from traditional Banyumas foods into mathematics learning media. This approach is expected to make the learning process more enjoyable and meaningful, as it combines mathematical knowledge with elements of local culture. Thus, students not only gain an understanding of mathematical concepts but also acquire insights into local cultural heritage, creating a more engaging and relevant learning experience.

Research aims: This study aims to describe the development of cost stickiness research over the past twenty years globally and presents a future research agenda. Design/Methodology/Approach: The method used in this study is a systematic literature review with a final research sample of 91 articles from 42 international journals indexed by Scopus Q1-Q4 and 20 articles from national journals indexed by SINTA 1-4. Research findings: This research found annual developments and fluctuations in cost stickiness research topics in international and national journals. Mapping of cost stickiness research exhibits that (1) the dominating antecedent variable is revenue change, (2) the popular consequence variable is accounting conservatism, (3) the most widely used theory is cost stickiness theory, (4) the majority of cost stickiness research used quantitative methods with secondary data, (5) the widely used population is public sector or profit-oriented companies, and (6) the proxy dominating cost stickiness research is SGA. Theoretical contribution/Originality: This research mapping is based on six critical aspects of cost stickiness and provides several suggestions for future research. It is expected that future research related to cost stickiness can use this research as a reference and inspiration. Research limitation/Implication: Several websites in national journals indexed by SINTA 1-4 could not be accessed due to errors, limiting the number of research samples in national journals. Hence, future research can expand the search for articles in SINTA 1-6 or through other pages/portals (such as Web of Science) to more comprehensively describe the development of cost stickiness research.

Knowledge management is important for small and medium-sized businesses to maintain their competitive position and drive innovation. The main obstacles that hinder the spread of knowledge management practices in SMEs include cultural aspects, leadership, and limited managerial capacity related to technology and knowledge gaps. Therefore, this study analyzed the effect of transformational and transactional leadership on knowledge management in SMEs and the moderating of organizational culture. This research was collected using a questionnaire. The sample of this study was leaders of Small and Medium Industries in Mojowarno District, Jombang, East Java, Indonesia with 62 respondents. The analytical method used a moderation test using the SmartPLS 3 program. The results of the study revealed that transformational leadership had a significant effect on knowledge management while transactional leadership did not have a significant impact on knowledge management; team culture strengthened the influence of transformational and transactional leadership on knowledge management, and there was no moderating role of adhocracy culture and market culture. These findings show that transformational leadership plays a major role in the application of knowledge management in SMEs. However, transformational and transactional leadership collaboration has a major impact on the successful implementation of knowledge management. Clan culture contributes greatly to strengthening the leadership role of knowledge management.

Purpose: This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of anger and moral approbation on whistleblowing intention with microsocial ethical environment and group cohesion as moderating variables. Methodology/approach: This paper is an empirical study that delves into behavioral patterns of accounting students from public universities in Madura regarding their intentions to blow the whistle. By using incidental sampling, this study obtains 164 responses. WarpPLS 4.0 is employed to run and test the hypotheses. Findings: From testing four different models, we find that moral approbation and anger significantly promote whistleblowing among students. However, we find no significant relationship for interaction between anger and moral approbation with microsocial ethical environment on whistleblowing intentions. Further, we find the interaction between group cohesion and moral approbation reduces the student’s willingness to report fraud in cases when they have strong self-interest and discretionary grading policy. Practical and Theoretical contribution/Originality: Our findings suggest that public universities in Madura need to take into account the closeness of potential whistleblowers with fraud perpetrators even more in the context of students with low self-interest when developing and implementing whistleblowing systems. These findings suggest the wavering state of students’ convictions of fraud done by their peers. Research Limitation: The results of this study need to be interpreted carefully due to the dominance of small observations in our sample. Our study obtained 164 responses that can be considered sufficient by the analytical tools. However, these numbers are inadequate to generalize our findings, especially when our scope is only three public universities in Madura.

Seaweed contains high dietary fiber and low fat, which is beneficial for health. The content of omega-3 and its antioxidants supports public awareness of a healthy lifestyle. This review paper aims to investigate the research progress of seaweed as food in Indonesia. The research progress in this study focus on seaweed addition to food and its effect on the chemical and organoleptic characteristics. Seaweed research as food has been developed. As one of the seaweed producers, Indonesia needs to increase seaweed use to increase seaweed value and provide sustainable, nutritious food. Food that can combine with seaweed is dodol, jelly candy, fish sticks, pempek, tempeh, and fish balls. The addition of seaweed to food increases protein, water, iodine, and fiber. Seaweed fiber content can decrease cholesterol levels and help regulate blood glucose levels which can prevent cardiovascular disease. Aroma and flavor are sensory properties strongly affected by seaweed in food. The seaweed addition has to consider the sensory properties that determine consumer acceptance. The suitable composition of seaweed addition to food can improve nutrition and consumer acceptance

Economics as a science ,HB71-74 - Abstract
This study performed a meta-regression analysis (MRA) to reexamine the effect of foreign direct investment (FDI) on the host countries’ employment. We detected a publication bias and heterogeneity between studies by employing 61 publications with 477 estimates as the dataset. Studies that do not control for endogeneity suffer an upward publication bias. In contrast, we found a downward publication bias in the studies that control endogeneity. After correcting that bias, we found a small positive effect of FDI on the host countries’ employment as the genuine effect. By using the Bayesian Model Averaging (BMA) analysis, we found six moderator variables that could explain heterogeneity. These moderator variables are related to the FDI and employment measurement type, data characteristics, FDIreceiving countries, and estimation methods.

The need to better quantify the variability of soil shear strength and its relations with the factor of safety is increasing in Indonesia. However, this aspect has not yet been studied thoroughly. This paper presents an attempt to quantify the variability of undrained shear strength in relation with the factor of safety of an alluvial deposit in the Doplang region, Central Java, Indonesia. A relationship between the undrained shear strength, su, and N-SPT for the deposit was found as su = 3.4 NSPT. The variability of the undrained shear strength was quantified utilizing the coefficient of variance, s/κ (the sample standard deviation, s over the mean, κ) of the N-SPT correlated undrained shear strength. The variability of the undrained shear strength was investigated for the soil near ground surface. The deposit had a value of s/κ ranging from 0.15 to 0.25 near ground surface. The variation of s/κ tended to follow normal and lognormal distributions. Relationships among the coefficient of variance, the probability of failure, and the factor of safety in terms of soil strength for normal and lognormal distributions were developed. For the value of s/κ near ground surface, the relationship between the probability of failure and factor of safety was obtained. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]

Inefficiency is a problem in the production process, including in the organic farming sector. Over a long term period, this problem can disrupt the productivity of agricultural crops. This research aims to analyze the production and marketing efficiency of organic cabbage farming in the Kopeng agropolitan area, Indonesia. We utilized a Cobb–Douglas production efficiency analysis with the Stochastic Frontier Analysis (SFA) approach. The variables in this study include organic cabbage production, land area, seedlings, organic fertilizers, organic pesticides, and labor. We conducted in-depth interviews with 60 organic cabbage farmers in Kopeng, Indonesia, from January to August 2023. The research results showed that organic cabbage cultivation was economically inefficient in production, technical, and marketing. The use of organic fertilizers, the ability to diversify products on limited land, and the use of pesticides, have not been utilized optimally yet. The results of the marketing efficiency analysis showed that it was efficient. Organic plants were believed to have their market share and to have a higher selling value than non-organic ones. The implication was that the government needed to provide training in producing organic fertilizers and pesticides to reduce production costs so that organic farming could be technically and financially efficient. This research enriched the discussion regarding the need to analyze production and marketing efficiency to find strategies to increase organic cabbage productivity.

Data breaches are becoming an increasingly prevalent and global concern due to their massive impact. One of the primary challenges in investigating data breach incidents is the unavailability of a specific framework that acknowledges the characteristics of a data breach incident and provides clear steps on how the investigative framework can comprehensively answer what, who, when, where, why, and how (5WH) questions. This paper aims to develop a novel digital forensic investigation framework that can overcome these data breach investigation challenges. The proposed framework utilizes the data breach breakdown phases to analyze data breach incidents according to their characteristics. The main contribution of our work is a novel digital forensic framework for data breach investigation that enhances the 5WH analysis depth by utilizing evidence classification and artifact visualization based on data breach breakdown phases. Furthermore, we design the framework components to provide comprehensive analysis results that make it easier for investigators to summarize the answers to the 5WH questions. To validate the framework, we apply it to a case study of enterprise-level data breach incidents. Based on the case study analysis, the proposed investigation framework successfully provides all the answers to the 5WH questions. This comprehensive answering ability is the study’s fundamental strength compared to other digital forensic investigation frameworks.

american exceptionalism, (cultural identity ,hibridity ,home ,syrian character). ,Language and Literature - Abstract
This research aims to show how Jude, as a Syrian character in Other Words For Home, interprets the notion of a home and how it explicitly opposes American Exceptionalism. The writer chooses the study of home in the novel to enhance the analysis of Other Words for Home, which generally focuses on the novel's Syrian character. This research uses postcolonial diasporic criticism especially hybridity and cultural identity as the concept in Other Words for Home. The home is not only a place of immigrants for the diaspora but is related geographically and psychologically. For diasporas, the home has become a wounded concept that forces them to deal with scars, blisters and sores, and psychic traumas while on the move. Warga tells the story of Syrian immigrants who moved to America due to the political turmoil in Syria. She portrays racism, alienation, and prejudice as a black spectacle in which Jude becomes a victim. Jude is depicted as a teenager struggling to acculturate herself in in-between spaces between homeland and hostland. It creates a hybrid identity. Jude's hybrid identity is manifested by her use of mixed dialects in daily conversation, behavior, and triumph. This study demonstrates that identity is a fluid concept. Furthermore, through this hybrid identity Jude challenges the dominance of American Exceptionalism in the US and in the world regarding Arab Muslims.

Cryptocurrency investment is an investment instrument that has high risk but also has a greater advantage than other investment instruments. To make a big profit, investors need to analyze cryptocurrency investments to predict the price of the cryptocurrency to be purchased. The highly volatile movement of cryptocurrency prices makes it difficult for investors to predict those prices. Data mining is the process of extracting large amounts of information from data by collecting, using data, the history of data relationship patterns, and relationships in large data sets. Support Vector Regression has the advantage of doing accurate cryptocurrency price predictions and can overcome the problem of overfitting by itself. Polkadot is one of the cryptocurrencies that are often used as investment instruments in the world of cryptocurrencies. Polkadot cryptocurrency price prediction analysis using the Support Vector Regression algorithm has a good predictive accuracy value, including for Polkadot daily closing price data, namely with a radial basis function (RBF) kernel with cost parameters C = 1000 and gamma = 0.001 obtained model accuracy of 90.00% and MAPE of 5.28 while for linear kernels with parameters C = 10 obtained an accuracy of 87.68% with a MAPE value of 6.10. It can be concluded that through parameter tuning, the model formed has an accuracy value and the best MAPE is to use a radial kernel basis function (RBF) with cost parameters C = 1000 and gamma = 0.001. The results show that the Support Vector Regression method is quite good if used for the prediction of Polkadot cryptocurrencies.

One of the most significant ways to create a happy family and minimize divorce is premarital education. Indonesia and Malaysia are two countries that have realized it and have regulated it in the regulations of their respective countries. This paper focuses on studying the concept and regulation of premarital education in these two countries. This paper uses a normative juridical approach using library research and comparative law. This study found that premarital education aims to create household happiness to avoid divorce. Indonesia regulates it in the Decree of the Director-General of Islamic Religion by implementing the Office of Religious Affairs or institutions recognized by the Ministry of Religion. Meanwhile, in Malaysia, it differed according to state regulations, such as enactment 11 of 2003 amendment of the Islamic Family Law (Negeri Sembilan) 2003 Part II of Marriage Section 16 concerning Applications for Marriage Truth and carried out by the Malaysian Islamic Progress Office. Premarital education, although both aim to create a family and minimize divorce, in Indonesia, it only provides guidelines, while in Malaysia, it is a mandatory requirement for prospective brides to get married.

This study examined the role of internship in mediating and moderating the effect of competency and ICT skills on students' work readiness. The final sample of this study was 284 vocational accounting students in South Tangerang City. By using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) analysis, this study proved the direct effect of competency and internship on work readiness. On the other hand, this study also found that internships can mediate ICT skills and moderate competency on work readiness. However, this study failed in proving any direct effect of ICT skills on work readiness. This study implied that internship was critical in maximizing students' work readiness. In this context, students' ICT skills did not directly affect work readiness but must be mediated by internships. The internship is also essential to strengthen the effect of competency on student work readiness.

Powdered refined- and semi-refined carrageenans (RC and SRC) have been characterized as alternative raw materials for industrial bioplastic production. Several basic parameters, i.e., the melting temperature, crystallinity, chemical structure (FTIR), and tensile properties, were observed. The melting temperature of RC was slightly higher than that of SRC, i.e., 176 °C and 172 °C, respectively. These temperatures were corresponded to their crystallinity degree (performed by X-ray diffraction). Nonetheless, the SRC demonstrated an overall higher thermal stability during heating. RC produced a clear transparent film. Meanwhile, SRC was yellowish and less transparent. The overall mechanical properties showed that RC produced more flexible film than SRC. However, both materials showed relatively equal tensile strength. In general, RC and SRC could be potentially used for biodegradable film production with different applications. RC was suitable for a flexible and clear plastic film, whereas SRC was suitable for rigid plastic film applications.

This study analyzes the determinants of regional economic growth and local government revenue (PAD) based on tourism, taxation, and budget policies in Kuningan District. This study uses the monthly data from 2015-2019 with 60 numbers of observations in total. Using the structural equation modeling partial least square (SEM-PLS), this study found that tourism, taxation, and budget policies directly affected regional economic growth. Neither does PAD affect regional economic growth nor mediate the indirect effect of tourism and taxation policies on economic growth. On the other hand, the budget policy can not moderate the influence of PAD on economic growth. This study also proves that the taxation policy reflected by the online-based tax collection system and the local tax increase budget positively affects PAD, while tourism can not affect it. This study implies that the local government of Kuningan need to focus on maximizing tourism sectors by directing the investment, budgets, and policies to develop its supporting industries.

Direct sunlight is commonly used to dry fresh seaweed by artisanal farmers in Indonesia due to its low cost and ease of handling. Nevertheless, this method poses some drawbacks such as lengthy duration, weather dependency and quality degradation. The application of microwave technology in food processing has progressed dramatically, including in the drying process. The microwave drying method is more efficient and can shorten the processing time. This study aimed to describe a large-scale microwave dryer (MD) design and performance to assist the fresh seaweed drying process. The design concept applies microwave energy with a volumetric heating feature to accelerate the seaweed drying process without damaging its functional groups. The MD dimensions were 2410 (l) x 270 (w) x 210 (h) mm with a dryer capacity of up to six kilograms, an enlarged cavity and multiple magnetrons. The main components of the MD were cavity, air circulation system, drying system and control system. According to the performance testing, the MD’s optimum performance was at a power level setting of P7 and six kilograms load. At this setting, we obtained a dried seaweed with a moisture ratio of 0.68±0.05, drying rate of 30.29±1.32 g/min, specific energy consumption of 3.96±0.08 MJ/kg H2O and energy efficiency of 58.45±2.65%. The total power of the P7 setting operation required 2.00 kW. Fourier-Transform Infrared (FTIR) spectra showed that the functional groups of the dried seaweed were unaltered.

This study is motivated by teachers' existence in elementary schools (ES), especially in grades IV, V, and VI, because there are still many who use traditional teaching styles. This makes it difficult for students to understand the learning material, and students are less independent in the learning process. A significant influence between teacher teaching styles that are interactional on the independent character of elementary school students. This research uses quantitative methods with data analysis; validity test, reliability test, normality test, simple linear regression test. In contrast, the sample in this study was selected randomly, namely students in grades IV, V, and VI at ES at SDN Ketapanrame 1 Trawas. The data analysis results showed a significant influence between the interactional teaching style of the teacher on the independent character of elementary school students as evidenced by the t-test results of 5.386 with a significant level of .000. The interactional teaching style affected the independent character of students.

Introduction/Main Objectives: This study aims to determine the existence of innovative work behavior ecosystems for Indonesia’s government employees Background problems: The quality of individual employees partially determines the quality of the organization. The abilities of the different employees who work in the same system will undoubtedly deliver the government employee and possibly produce results which are less than were expected. Novelty: The previous studies have examined innovative work behavior, focusing on the external factors and ignoring the internal factors of individual traits. This study focused on investigating the interrelationship among the factors that will be affected by innovative behavior, especially in government employees in Indonesia. Methods: This study examines the relationship among these variables using structural equation modeling (SEM) with LISREL 8.8 as the statistical tool. Finding/Result: This study found that transformational leadership and work engagement positively influence innovative work behavior. Unexpectedly, this research indicates an insignificant relationship between organizational justice and innovative work behavior among government employees. Besides, this study also found that transformational leadership and organizational justice have an impact on work engagement. Conclusion: These findings provide managerial implications about the need to strengthen employees’ innovative work behavior to ensure the organization’s continuity. Additionally, the results prove that innovative work behavior by government employees is supported by government’s role such as the style of leadership and work engagement.
